Previous issue date: 2001-09-21 / The aim of this work is to assess aspects concerning teacher training in regards to the
inclusion of children with special educacional needs in regular classes. Due to the historic
complexity of the subject matter, specific cases of dynamic interactivity between individuals
are analyzed upon. The research is based on observations carried out in a regular public
elementary first grade class from Goiânia, Goiás–Brazil in 1999. The main focus was the
communication the teacher maintained with students from special classes, acknowledging
teachers of common classes as being the main pole of resistance to the process. This research
aimed at investigating the origin and reason of that resistance. The data were collected from
multiple sources: bibliographic research, integrated research, documental analysis,
participating observations documented on video; the latter became the base source for the
discussion in the comprehension of the teacher’s subjectivity. The metodology applied was
that of meaning context referring to parts of interactive discoursive situations. They were
analyzed based on Vygotsky’s theories and on developmental construtivist perspective which
constituted sense zones about the research. The teacher’s disbelief in public policies as well as
the lack of a professional project should be emphasized upon as being the findings of most
relevance. The developmental representation is regarded as being enclosed to the individuals.
It has been noted that children’s subjectivitis constituting and is dialectally constituted within
exclusive-inclusive real situations in classroom. As a result, inclusion is not an autonomous
entity which is inherent to the individual conditions. It is confirmed or denied within dynamic
interactivity situations in which the teacher finds herself lonely facing situations with which
she has not learnt how to to cope.
A pesquisa visou investigar a procedência e o sentido dessa resistência.
A inclusão,

Previous issue date: 2009-07-04 / Pupils inclusion and exclusion have brought to reality several political and educational
debates concerning the demands of children and adolescents with special needs. In this
context, the school organization in cycles has been pointed as a mechanism of
democratization of the school system, therefore, of educational inclusion. This research is
intitled The School Organization in Formation Cycles and Development as a Factor of
Educational Inclusion in Goiânia and it has as a study field the Rede Municipal de
Educação de Goiânia where I work as a teacher. This research aims the analysis of the
proposal of the Formation Cycles and the Human Development implemented in the Rede
Municipal de Goiânia in 1998 as a factor of educational inclusion. This research has a
qualitative nature and directs the study processes. It is divided into four chapters articulated to
the methodology, the objectives and the theoretical bases which guides its problem. We
identified several elements which showed the existence of a distance between the school
internal and external spaces. These elements refer to the actions of Secretaria Municipal de
Educação de Goiânia proposed to the schools at the time of the Cycles System
implementation. The Cycles implementation in the RME of Goiânia seems to have happened
from top to bottom, without the interaction and participation of the school members and the
local community. Concerning the inclusion in the REM, having for basis information obtained
from interviews, teachers demonstrated that although they are aware of the laws which assure
the pupils inclusion, they still don t understand the Proposal of Educational Inclusion. All the
interviewed teachers said that the inclusion process is facing many difficulties. As a final
reflexion, it is important to emphasize that to guarantee the inclusion of students in the RME
Goiânia, it is necessary the acceptance and involvement of all segments, family, school,
community, etc.
exteriores e interiores a escola.

The inclusion of the cleft lip and palate child in the regular education: the perception of the regular classroom teacherMaria José Monteiro Benjamin Buffa 29 May 2009 (has links)
Objective: To describe and analyze the perception of regular education teachers towards the inclusion of cleft lip and palate children in regular classroom; to characterize the teachers regarding their instruction and professional experience; to verify the teachers knowledge on CLP and their experience with children with these malformations and to verify their knowledge on scholar inclusion. Model: Application of a questionnaire that was based on the questionnaire used by Buffa (2002), comprising questions regarding inclusive education through the following areas: teachers characterization regarding instruction and professional experience; teachers knowledge on CLP and experience with children with these malformations; teachers knowledge on scholar inclusion. Site: The questionnaires were personally delivered in the schools of the state, municipal and private network. Participants: The questionnaire was answered by 159 teachers (12.5% of the total) who either never worked, or worked or have worked with CLP children, comprising 46 teachers of state network, 43 of municipal network, and 70 of private network. Assessment: It was verified the teachers perception towards the inclusion of the CLP children in regular classroom, their instruction and experience with these children besides their knowledge on both CLP and scholar inclusion. Results: The results showed that 94.97% (151) of the teachers answered favorably to the inclusion of these children; 84.91% (135) had higher education, with 55.25% (88) graduated in Pedagogy. Even with this instruction, 76.73% (122) of the teachers felt unprepared to receive a CLP child in their classrooms, although 25.79% (40) of them either worked or have worked with these students, whose answers were separately analyzed. It was observed that 95.30% (88) of the teachers presented little knowledge on CLP, and 72.96% (116) still did not realize the innovation of the inclusive education principles, which have defended the right of all students to learn together without any type of discrimination. Conclusion: The results allowed concluding that: the perception of regular education teachers towards the inclusion of CLP children in regular classroom is favorable and it is accepted by the majority of the teachers, regardless either presence or absence of the surgery; the majority of the teachers has higher education in Pedagogy, working from 10 to 20 years, without preparing for handling with diversity in classroom; generally, teachers have both little knowledge on cleft lip and palate and little professional experience with children with this malformation; the majority of teachers has little knowledge on scholar inclusion.

Previous issue date: 2017-08-09 / In the present time the subject of social inclusion with regard to People with Disabilities
has been discussed in both social movements and academic research papers. The
inclusion of this population in the Job Market is principally debated, considering that in
earlier times PwD have not had employment opportunities due to the inability stigma
they had to endure. However, this reality has been transformed throughout the time by
means of public policy for this question achieved through disability right movements. The
inclusion in the job market has been occurring through PwD quotas, both in private and
public companies – imposed by Law no. 8.213/1991 from 24th July and Law no.
8.112/1990 from 11th December, respectively. Nevertheless the PwD admittance often
occur just for the law enforcement, without having an authentic social inclusion, which
means when they are able to feel welcomed. By these means, the objective of this
dissertation is to investigate disabled employees' perception towards public service,
involving their inclusion process, in the sense of monitoring their admittance and all their
trajectory in the institution. The research was developed in the Federal Institute South
Rio Grande (IFSul) with the disabled administrative technician civil servants stationed in
the city of Pelotas/RS. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the qualitative
approach method was utilized for the collected data, by means of a semistructured
interview guide. Through the acquired data analysis, three aspects were established:
IFSul employees' perception towards social inclusion: formal and legal aspects; The
institutional inclusion proccess from the perspective of the servants and Career
opportunities. With these means, it was possible to identify that, despite the fact that the
quotas law is being enforced, it is visible that this policy is incipient and the institutions,
in their managers' figure, seem to be unaware to welcome the disabled employees,
which is a natural posture from every new policy. Although the institution meet the
demand of the employees, when it is possible, there is no inclusion purpose but a social
integration in which the servants attempt to adjust to the labor conditions.
No

Daí enfocar a inclusão digital numa perspectiva emancipatória,

education and the process of deaf inclusion; reporting on the Public Policies for
Inclusion; reporting on the work CAS facilities in Brazil have developed for deaf
inclusion; and describing the deeds of the CAS facility in Cascavel in the matter of
teaching deaf children enrolled at public schools. The reason for this paper is the lack
of material regarding the work of CAS facilities, as well as the need for theoretical
orientation for the development of educational experience at schools where the deaf
have been included. Some of the outcomes of our research show, on the one hand,
the importance of the inclusion work developed by CAS facilities and, on the other,
the lack of financial resources for CAS facilities. Such facilities have offered support
for inclusion throughout the nation, by means of graduate school courses, orientation
to teaching institutions, and pedagogical support to the deaf. The CAS facility in
Cascavel offers sign language courses for newly graduates, helps deaf students out,
and counsels public schools. However, by means of queries posed to teachers in
charge of the bilingual pedagogical support, it was perceived the need to resize the
works of the facilities, in order to meet the need of teachers, who called out for more
specific courses. They were unanimous in claiming the importance of having learned
sign language for their teaching, but they also said that sign language is a language
per se, not a teaching methodology, which points out to a gap in their education. In
this sense, this essay understands based on the queries and on observations
carried out at CAS facilities that more courses should be oriented to the teaching of
deaf children, to the studies on adequate teaching methodologies, to playful
stimulation and to technology as a pedagogical support in the teaching of deaf
children.
Keywords: CAS fac / A presente dissertação resulta de investigação bibliográfica, documental e de campo
educacionais que nortearam a educação e o processo de inclusão dos surdos;
