A pesquisa traz uma breve abordagem sobre os diversos equipamentos e formatos que transitaram pelo mercado ao longo do século XX até os anos 2000, e indica quais foram as principais mudanças promovidas na cadeia produtiva do mercado fonográfico. Observamos a relação intrínseca entre música e tecnologia e ainda de que forma a indústria do disco, representada pelas grandes gravadoras multinacionais, se apropriou e se adaptou às constantes modificações tecnológicas. Para compreender a cena musical de Salvador, enfocamos as principais discussões sobre música independente, mercado fonográfico e tecnologias digitais e traçamos um paralelo com o mercado fonográfico mainstream e indie no Brasil. A investigação realizada apresenta um estudo de caso com três artistas locais, que expuseram suas experiências e perspectivas artísticas sobre o uso das novas tecnologias digitais.

Ela foi responsável pela quebra da homogeneidade da sociedade americana, introduzindo, no continente, tensões típicas da Guerra Fria. O processo revolucionário cubano obrigou aos Estados Unidos a rever a sua política para a América Latina que, entre as décadas de 1940 e 1950, tratava o subcontinente como uma área secundária. A Revolução nas Caraíbas teve impactos diretos também na formulação da política externa brasileira. Durante o governo Juscelino Kubitschek, a Operação Pan-Americana previa um plano de integração com o objetivo de eliminar o subdesenvolvimento. O rechaço da iniciativa por parte do governo cubano, foi um dos fatos determinantes para o abandono da Operação. A administração subseqüente, do presidente Jânio Quadros, foi responsável por uma profunda reformulação na diplomacia do Brasil. A Política Externa Independente previa a defesa da autodeterminação dos povos e não-intervenção em assuntos internos que, aplicados ao caso cubano, foram encarados por setores conservadores como apoio a um regime socialista. A condecoração do líder revolucionário Ernesto Che Guevara e a oposição aos princípios da Política Externa Independente (PEI) foram fatores que culminaram na renúncia do presidente brasileiro. / The Cuban Revolution was the most important inter-American relations in the 20th Century. It was responsible for breaking the homogeneity of American society, introducing, on the continent, tensions typical of the Cold War. The Cuban revolutionary process has forced the United States to revise its policy for Latin America that, between the 1940s and 1950, involved the subcontinent as a secondary area. The Revolution in the Caribbean also had direct impacts on the formulation of Brazilian foreign policy. During the Juscelino Kubitschek government, Pan American Operation provided an integration plan with the objective to eliminate underdevelopment. The rejection of the initiative by the Cuban government, was one of the determinants for the abandonment of the operation. The subsequent administration, of President Jânio Quadros, was responsible for a major overhaul in diplomacy in Brazil. The independent foreign policy included the defense of self-determination and non-intervention in internal affairs, which, applied to the Cuban case, were seen by the conservative sectors to support a socialist regime. The decoration of the revolutionary leader Ernesto Che Guevara and the opposition to the principles of Brazilian independent foreign policy were factors that led to the resignation of Brazilian president.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O presente estudo objetiva analisar as características das diferenças de expectativas entre o público geral e os auditores independentes, no que diz respeito às demonstrações contábeis. Para isso, incorreu-se em uma pesquisa de artigos científicos em que os autores investigam o problema, cada um em determinado país, e as causas de sua ocorrência. Essa análise da literatura permitiu verificar as similaridades e sugestões para reduzir o fenômeno, em cenário globalizado, e compará-las. Os principais achados demonstram que, de maneira geral, os problemas são globalmente relacionados, assim como as sugestões, e que se torna essencial medidas para amenizar o problema. Tanto os auditores independentes quanto os usuários das demonstrações contábeis tem conhecimento da existência dessa diferença de expectativa, sendo uma ameaça para o bom andamento de uma economia capitalista o desconforto dos usuários caso ocorra à manutenção dessa diferença de expectativa. Dessa maneira, uma mudança na estrutura do cenário atual das empresas de auditoria independente torna-se fundamental. / The purpose of this study is to analyze fairness of expectations gap between the public and independent auditors regarding the financial statements. A articles survey was provided to support this study, which the authors investigate the matters, each in a given country, and the causes of its occurrence. This literature review has shown the similarities and suggestions to reduce the phenomenon. The main results show that, in general matter, the expectation gap really exist globally, as well as suggestions and measures to mitigate such issues become essential. The existence of the differences in expectation is already known by independent auditors and public users of financial statements. For this fact, the discomfort for the users caused by the maintenance of these differences may be a threat to the capitalist economy ongoing. Therefore, a change in the actual scenario of the independent audit firms and auditors behavior is fundamental.

Production, distribution and exhibition, and the gradual and sequential content offer in the viewports. The distribution and exhibition sectors are responsible for the film commercialization, both work together in order to enable commercial success of production and monetize their own activities. Currently, the distribution activity is exercised by American conglomerates of media, the majors, and by independent distributors that operate on a national scale, usually with smaller films, called niche films. However, the development of new media and the communication media's convergence resulted in a model that proposes the content display on multiple windows and production by niche's demand . This research proposes to discuss and understand the role of the new display windows, potentiated by the convergence of media vehicles, as diffusion of alternative independent audiovisual productions. As an example, it will be discussed the distribution strategy for the movie 3 Efes (Carlos Gerbase, 2007). / O modelo industrial de produção cinematográfica estrutura-se a partir da divisão da realização de um filme entre os setores de produção, distribuição e exibição, e da oferta gradual e sequencial de conteúdos nas janelas de exibição. Os setores de distribuição e exibição são responsáveis pela comercialização do filme, que atuam em conjunto no intuito de possibilitar sucesso comercial das produções e rentabilizar suas próprias atividades. Atualmente a atividade de distribuição é exercida pelos conglomerados de mídia norte-americanos, as majors, e pelas distribuidoras independentes que atuam em escala nacional, em geral com filmes menores, chamados filmes de nicho. Em contrapartida, o desenvolvimento das novas mídias e da convergência dos meios comunicacionais resultou em um modelo que propõe a exibição de conteúdos em múltiplas janelas e produção por demanda de nichos. O presente trabalho propõe a discussão e compreensão do papel das novas janelas de exibição, potencializadas pela convergência dos veículos midiáticos, enquanto alternativas de difusão de conteúdo audiovisual independente. Como exemplo, é discutida a estratégia de distribuição do longa-metragem 3 Efes (Carlos Gerbase, 2007).

Fundação Mary Harriet Speers / Num primeiro momento, destaca-se a história da IPIB, desde sua origem teológica em Calvino até sua constituição, demonstrando a influência norte-americana na teologia da Igreja. Na segunda parte, apresenta-se a metodologia através da qual foram analisados os discursos. Para tal análise, foi escolhida a ética reformada como parâmetro de discussão. Por fim, foram examinadas as prédicas a partir do viés ético, contrapondo-as com a história da IPIB, juntamente com os documentos oficiais da referida igreja. Como hipótese, foram identificados dois grupos de ação na IPIB: um evangelical carismático e outro ecumênico. Percebeu-se, também, que não é possível construir uma ética na IPIB apenas através dos preceitos calvinistas, sem uma atualização que vise urna hermenêutica inclusiva em Jesus Cristo. / This dissertation offers an analysis of sermons preached in the Independent Presbyterian Church of Brazil (IPIB) in search of its theological profile. The first chapter presents IPIB's history, from its theological origins in Calvin until its constitution, highlighting the North American influence on the theology of IPIB. The second chapter explains the methodology by which the sermons will be analysed. Ethics in a Reformed perspective was chosen as the discussion's parameter. Finally, selected sermons are investigated in this ethical perspective, contrasting them with IPIB' s history, together with the official documents of this church. As a hypothesis, two groups acting within IPIB are identified, an evangelical-charismatic and an ecumenical one. It is also noted that it is not possible to construct an ethics within IPIB merely in calvinist terms, without renewing it in the light of an inclusive hermeneutics centred in Jesus Christ.

Pela primeira delas, foram interpretados os impasses encontrados pelo conjunto para possibilitar a gravação, a prensagem e a distribuição de seus três álbuns lançados entre 1979 e 1982, à luz das intensas transformações da indústria fonográfica brasileira desse período. Na busca por apoio para a viabilização de seus trabalhos, os integrantes do conjunto potencializaram a retórica de produção musical independente, que ganhava força nesse mesmo período. Mantiveram, também, intensas aproximações com o Centro de Promoções Artísticas Lira Paulistana, e uma relação nuançada com a construção da ideia de vanguarda paulista. A segunda perspectiva de análise recai sobre as proximidades e distanciamentos entre a música produzida pelo Grupo Um e a fricção de musicalidades presente no jazz brasileiro. Para tanto, foi realizado um panorama da evolução jazzística durante o século XX, situando o cenário da virada dos anos 1970 para os anos 1980 no Brasil e no mundo. Além disso, alguns aspectos da obra discográfica do conjunto foram assinalados no intuito de refletir e discorrer sobre os possíveis sentidos de sua utilização naquele momento, a partir dos elos com o estilo fusion de jazz. / This dissertacion intended to rebuild and to analyse the artistic trajectory of the ensemble Grupo Um (1976 - 1984) following two complementary perspectives. The first one has interpreted the standoffs founded by the group in order to make it viable the recording, pressing and selling, of its three albuns between 1979 and 1982, surrounded by the intense transformation of the brazilian phonographic industry at the time. At the searching for supporting to make it viable, they have potentialized the rhetorics of independent musical production, that was gaining force at the same period. They manteined, also, intense aproximations with the Centro de Promoções Artísticas Lira Paulistana and nuances with the construction of the very idea of the vanguarda paulista. The second perspective of analyses lies in the approximation and distancing of the music produced by Grupo Um and the friction of musicalities that were present in the brazilian jazz. Therefore, a panoram of the jazz evolution in the 20th century was made, situating the turning point scenario of the 1970's in Brazil and in the world. Besides that, some aspects of the ensemble discography are pointed out in the will to reflect and punctuate about its possible meanings of utilisation at that moment, regardening its ties with the jazz fusion style. / FAPESP: 2015/09829-3

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the financial situation of rural municipalities and define their specifics. The analysis deals with rural municipalities in the districts of České Budějovice, Prachatice and Jindřichův Hradec. It comprises several partial analyses {--} the analysis of civic amenities, the analysis of expenditures (according to the type and branch categorization of budget structure), the analysis of revenues (tax, non-tax, capital and subsidies), the calculation of budget surplus, the analysis of financial independence, and the calculation of an indebtedness index. The analysis of revenues has shown that rural municipalities are to large extent dependent on tax revenues, particularly on the portion of shared taxes that they are not able to directly influence, as the amount of the taxes depends on the number of inhabitants living in the municipality. That is why the rural municipalities can not afford too expensive investments. Consequently, if follows from the above-mentioned analyses that the respective municipalities are almost debtless, and their financial stability is considerably high. However, as a result, the smallest municipalities still miss sewage systems and gas distribution systems. Other problems also include bad traffic accessibility, lack of job opportunities and few social, cultural and sport facilities.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This dissertation aims to analyze the Program of Continuing Education in accountancy, implemented by Resolution 945/02 passed by the Federal Council of Accountants, based on the analyses of data collected from 2003 to 2005 by independent auditors working in the state of Sergipe. Although it has also considered quantitative aspects, this research is primarily qualitative, having adopted a historical-critical focus, according to a dialectical approach; it endeavors to understand facts globally and not in isolation, deprived of a context. Semi-structured interviews were made with the auditors and representatives of the Regional Council of Accountants of Sergipe State. With the results, it was possible to delineate the profile of the members of this profession as well as his/her views on the Program. We found out their dissatisfaction with both the events realized in Sergipe and the possibility that the Program might be extended to the remaining accountancy sectors. It lacks structure and competence alike for its development in the State. The key point is the meager number of courses being offered by training agents, which are highly valued in the fulfillment of professional norms. / Esta dissertação teve como objetivo analisar o Programa de Educação Continuada na profissão contábil, com sua implantação a partir da Resolução nº 945/02 do Conselho Federal de Contabilidade, tomando como base uma análise dos resultados obtidos entre 2003 e 2005, pelos auditores independentes que atuam em Sergipe. A pesquisa é predominantemente qualitativa, apesar de contemplar aspectos quantitativos, e utilizou um enfoque histórico-crítico, dentro da abordagem dialética; buscando compreender os fatos de maneira articulada entre si, e não isoladamente do contexto. Foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com os auditores e com representantes do Conselho Regional de Contabilidade de Sergipe. Através dos resultados obtidos, foi possível delinear o perfil desse profissional e a sua percepção em relação ao Programa. Verificamos que há uma insatisfação quanto aos eventos realizados em Sergipe e a possibilidade de expansão do Programa para os demais segmentos de contabilistas, falta estrutura e preparo para seu desenvolvimento em Sergipe. O determinante está na insuficiência de cursos promovidos pelas capacitadoras, que valem pontos para o cumprimento da norma profissional.
