Актуальность темы исследования: В экономическом процессе инвестиции занимают центральное место, что в свою очередь, предопределяет общий рост экономики предприятия. Вследствие инвестирования в отраслях и на предприятиях растут объёмы производства, возрастает доход, развиваются и уходят вперёд экономическое соперничество между ними. Цель работы – исследовать пути повышения эффективности инвестиционной деятельности компании (на примере АО «KEGOC»). Предложена методика расчета интегрального показателя оценки ее эффективности инвестиционной политики на основе применения параметров функции желательности, что повышает объективность расчетов при определении эффективности инвестиционной политики. / Relevance of the research topic: In the economic process, investments occupy a central place, which in turn determines the overall growth of the enterprise's economy. As a result of investment in industries and enterprises, production volumes are increasing, income is growing, economic competition between them is developing and moving ahead. The purpose of the work is to investigate ways to improve the efficiency of the company's investment activity (by the example of KEGOC JSC). The methodology for calculating the integral indicator of the assessment of its effectiveness of investment policy based on the application of parameters of the desirability function is proposed, which increases the objectivity of calculations in determining the effectiveness of investment policy.

В настоящее время актуальной проблемой в сфере маркетинга является выбор экономически обоснованных инструментов интернет-маркетинга для промышленных предприятий. В рамках данной работы была проведена оценка существующего уровня использования инструментов интернет-маркетинга на промышленных предприятиях России. В работе были предложены и апробированы маркетинговые инструменты в сети интернет для промышленных предприятий, а также рассчитана их эффективность. Практическая значимость работы основывается на рекомендациях для исследуемого предприятия. / The current marketing issue is to search economically sound online marketing tools for industrial enterprises. In this work there was evaluated the level of use of internet marketing tools by Russian industrial enterprises. There were proposed and approved marketing tools and was measured their effectiveness. Practical significance of the work lies in the recommendations for the investigated enterprise.

In recent decades, there has been a shift to a digital economic model. In the digital economy the main factor of competitiveness of industrial enterprises is human capital-the sum total of man's skills, his knowledge, skills, experience, professionalism, education level, used in industrial enterprises, which contribute to the improvement of company's performance and the professional development of the employee. Today, the issue of digital literacy of the human capital of industrial enterprises, which allows the most effective use of digital technologies and available financial resources, is acute. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study approaches to human capital management and develop an algorithm for managing digital competencies of industrial employees. The paper studies theoretical approaches to the formation and management of human capital; the existing approaches to human capital management are analyzed and the level of digital competencies of industrial employees is studied by conducting a sociological survey; an algorithm for evaluating digital competencies of industrial employees is developed. Educational and research literature, results of the author's sociological survey, and statistical data were used as sources. In the master's thesis, an algorithm for managing digital competencies of industrial workers was developed, thanks to which it is possible to competently evaluate, train and interest industrial workers to develop and improve their digital competencies. / За последние десятилетия произошел переход к цифровой экономической модели. В цифровой экономике главным фактором повышения конкурентоспособности промышленных предприятий является человеческий капитал, то есть совокупность навыков человека, его знаний, умений, опыта, профессионализма, уровня образования, используемые на промышленных предприятиях, которые способствуют повышению производительности компании, а также профессиональному развитию самого работника. Сегодня остро встает вопрос о цифровой грамотности человеческого капитала промышленных предприятий, позволяющей наиболее эффективно использовать цифровые технологии и имеющиеся финансовые ресурсы. Целью магистерской диссертации является исследование подходов к управлению человеческим капиталом и разработка алгоритма по управлению цифровыми компетенциями работников промышленных предприятий. В работе изучены теоретические подходы к формированию и управлению человеческим капиталом; проанализированы существующие подходы по управлению человеческим капиталом и исследован уровень цифровых компетенций работников промышленных предприятий путем проведения социологического опроса; разработан алгоритм оценки цифровых компетенций работников промышленных предприятий. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты социологического опроса автора и статистические данные. В магистерской диссертации был разработан алгоритм по управлению цифровыми компетенциями работников промышленных предприятий, благодаря которому можно грамотно оценить, обучить и заинтересовать работников промышленных предприятий развивать и совершенствовать свои цифровые компетенции.

In modern conditions, the effective development of industrial enterprises is complicated by the low organizational and technical level of production, high costs and insufficient financial resources, which requires the active attraction of investment funds. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological approach to the formation of the investment policy of a non-ferrous metallurgy enterprise within the framework of Industry 4.0. The research considers the concept of the investment policy of the enterprise and the correlation of the investment activity of the enterprise with the implementation of technologies of Industry 4.0. The sources used were teaching and research literature, the results of empirical research of the author and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, the author’s methodology for the selection of investment projects was developed as part of the investment policy of an industrial non-ferrous metallurgy enterprise, which includes three stages of selection: preliminary, coefficient, final. The application of this technique allows you to deepen the analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of investment projects related to Industry 4.0. / В современных условиях эффективное развитие промышленных предприятий осложняется низким организационно-техническим уровнем производства, высокими затратами и недостаточными финансовыми ресурсами, что требует активного привлечения инвестиционных средств. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к формированию инвестиционной политики предприятия цветной металлургии в рамках «Индустрии 4.0». В работе рассматривается понятие инвестиционной политики предприятия и вопросы взаимосвязи инвестиционной деятельности предприятия с внедрением технологий «Индустрии 4.0». В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика отбора инвестиционных проектов в рамках инвестиционной политики промышленного предприятия цветной металлургии, включающая в себя три этапа отбора: предварительный, коэффициентный, заключительный. Применение данной методики позволяет углубить анализ и оценку эффективности инвестиционных проектов, связанных с «Индустрией 4.0».

В условиях постоянно изменяющихся экономических явлений и процессов, регулярных колебаний на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, наиболее острой является проблема эффективного вложения и использования капитала с целью получения положительного экономического эффекта при инвестировании. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретико-методических основ оценки инвестиционной привлекательности промышленного предприятия. В ходе работы было проведено исследование существующих теоретических материалов по оценке инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий, изучены труды множества авторов, напрямую или косвенно, связанных с тематикой работы, установлена степень разработанности проблемы. Было рассмотрено множество методик оценки инвестиционной привлекательности промышленного предприятия. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика оценка инвестиционной привлекательности промышленного предприятия. В ее основу легли показатели, характеризующих научно-исследовательский, производственно-технический и финансовый потенциал предприятия, в совокупности с вероятностью банкротства модели Альтмана и учетом внешней среды функционирования предприятия. Предлагаемый подход к оценке ориентирован на принятия решения со стороны инвестора. Непременным условиями являются комплексность и системность. Использование описанного подхода позволит получить всесторонне обоснованный ответ на вопрос о целесообразности инвестирования. / In the context of constantly changing economic phenomena and processes, regular swings in the internal and external markets, the most pressing problem is the efficient investment and use of capital in order to obtain a positive economic effect when investing. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the investment appeal of an industrial enterprise. During the work, a study of existing theoretical materials on assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises was carried out, the works of many authors, directly or indirectly related to the topic of the work, were studied, the degree of development of the problem was established. A variety of methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise were considered. Educational-methodical and scientific-research literature was used as sources. In the master's thesis, the author's methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise was developed. It was based on indicators characterizing the research, production, technical and financial potential of the enterprise, together with the probability of bankruptcy of the Altman model and taking into account the external environment of the enterprise. The proposed approach to valuation is focused on decision making by the investor. Complexity and consistency are indispensable conditions. Using the described approach will allow you to get a comprehensively substantiated answer to the question of the advisability of investing.

Актуальность исследования состоит в том, что в условиях высокого уровня конкуренции в мире, а также санкций, которые действуют сегодня для России, важным фактором экономического развития промышленности является рациональное использование ресурсов на промышленных предприятиях, что связано с их ограниченностью и их высокой ценой. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ оценки эффективности программ промышленного предприятия по энергосбережению. В работе проанализирована и оценена эффективность действующей программы энергосбережения на промышленном предприятии и разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности программ в области энергосбережения. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика проведения оценки программы энергосбережения на промышленного предприятия металлургии, включающая в себя: формирование программы на основе стандартов P2M и PMI и учет анализа стоимости тарифов на энергоносители за 5 лет. Применение данной методики позволяет углубить анализ и оценку эффективности инвестиционных проектов. / The relevance of the study is that in the conditions of high level of competition in the world, as well as the sanctions that apply today for Russia, an important factor in the economic development of industry is the rational use of resources at industrial enterprises, which is associated with their limited availability and their high price. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for evaluating the effectiveness of industrial enterprise programs for energy saving. The paper analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the current energy saving program at an industrial enterprise and develops measures to improve the effectiveness of energy saving programs. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's empirical research, and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, the author developed a methodology for evaluating the energy saving program for industrial enterprises of metallurgy, which includes: forming a program based on P2M and PMI standards and taking into account the analysis of the cost of energy tariffs for 5 years. The use of this methodology allows you to deepen the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects.

Современные условия хозяйственной деятельности, ее динамика делают рационализацию процессов материально-технического обеспечения одним из основных конкурентных преимуществ хозяйствующих субъектов. Данное положение особенно актуально для материалоемких малых предприятий занятых в цветной металлургии. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методики обеспечения малых промышленных предприятий ломом цветных металлов. В работе анализируются основные производственные особенности малых промышленных предприятий в разрезе этапов ресурсного обеспечения предприятий, даются рекомендация по оптимизации ресурсного обеспечения малого промышленного предприятия ломом цветных металлов. Отмечено особое значение рынка вторичных металлов, как потенциального источника экономии ресурсов для материалоемких малых промышленных предприятий. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты исследований автора. В магистерской диссертации была разработана методика обеспечения малых промышленных предприятий ломом цветных металлов, в основу которой положен учет специфики хозяйственной деятельности, возможностей производства, оценки поставщиков и факторе времени, что позволяет снизить затраты на основные материалы, а также сосредоточить внимание на возможных точках развития вертикальной (обратной) интеграции, тем самым перейти на качественно новую основу ресурсного обеспечения. / Modern conditions of economic activity, its dynamics make the rationalization of the processes of material and technical support one of the main competitive advantages of economic entities. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a methodology for providing small industrial enterprises with non-ferrous scrap. The paper analyzes the main production features of small industrial enterprises in the context of the stages of resource provision of enterprises, gives a recommendation for optimizing the resource provision of a small industrial enterprise with non-ferrous scrap. The special importance of the secondary metals market as a potential source of resource saving for material-intensive small industrial enterprises is noted. Educational-methodical and research literature, the results of the author's research were used as sources. In the master's thesis, a methodology was developed for providing small industrial enterprises with non-ferrous scrap, which is based on taking into account the specifics of economic activity, production capabilities, assessing suppliers and the time factor, which allows reducing the cost of basic materials, as well as focusing on possible points of development of vertical (reverse) integration, thereby moving to a qualitatively new basis of resource provision.

Целью работы является разработка методического инструментария и практических рекомендаций для повышения эффективности службы внутреннего аудита. В основе лежит разработка алгоритма проведения аудиторских проверок на основе внедрения автоматизированных процессов и увеличения роли сторонних подразделений и авторской методики определения экономической эффективности внутреннего аудита на базе введения индивидуального коэффициента как для оценки отдельных составляющих бизнеса, так и в целом. Разработанный инструментарий развивает методические основы и принципы проведения внутреннего аудита, что позволяет улучшить финансовое положение и повысить точность определения инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий. / The purpose of the work is to develop methodical tools and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the internal audit service. It is based on the development of an audit algorithm based on the introduction of automated processes and an increase in the role of third-party departments and the author's methodology for determining the economic efficiency of internal audit based on the introduction of an individual coefficient both for evaluating individual components of the business and as a whole. The developed tools develop the methodological foundations and principles of internal audit, which makes it possible to improve the financial situation and increase the accuracy of determining the investment attractiveness of enterprises.
