Cette thèse interroge le processus de transformation du savoir architectural dans la Chine moderne par le biais de l’observation de la relation entre la création architecturale et l’histoire. En tenant compte de l’évolution diachronique de ces deux cultures, cette étude analyse la circulation des savoirs entre le monde occidental et la Chine et les effets discursifs qu’elle a produits dans la création architecturale et artistique chinoises. L’architecture moderne se généralise en Chine à partir de la fin du XIXe siècle en parallèle avec le développement de l’industrie. Au début du XXe siècle, apparait une nouvelle forme de conception de l’historiographie moderne qui se réfère à l’Occident. Des enjeux complexes qui impliquent des références idéologiques et qui concernent la méthode historiographique percent au travers des premières études modernes consacrées à l’architecture chinoisetraditionnelle. En s’appuyant sur cette base historique, le travail de cette thèse analyse la conception des projets architecturaux afin de mettre en évidence les recherches, très personnelles, des architectes et des historiens chinois et, notamment, leurs interprétations de certains concepts clés de la discipline. Les discours et les pratiques qui émaillent le milieu architectural des années 1950 aux années 1990 décrivent une histoire de l’architecture en pleine évolution. La discipline absorbe à la fois des influences provenant de pays étrangers et hérite de la tradition établie pendant les années « rouges ». A partir de l’ouverture du pays et des réformes économiques qui s’ensuivent, elle est aussi confrontée à un développement urbain à grande échelle. Vers la fin des années 1990, l’apparition des architectes chinois d’avant-garde révèle un courant qui vise à réinterpréter la tradition et signe le retour à la discipline elle-même. / This thesis goes through the changes that occur in the architecture’s knowledge in modern China, observing the relation between architectural creation and the historical background. Taking into account the diachronic differences between the two cultures, this study analyzes the interpenetration of that knowledge between western countries and China as well as its influence upon Chinese architectural and artistic creation. Modern architecture started spreading over China from late XIXth century, together with the industrial development. In early XXth century, a new approach to modern historiography appears referring to the west. Some complex issues referring to ideology and regarding historiographical methods started to emerge through the first modern studies on Chinese traditional architecture. This thesis, based on such an historical background, analyzes the architectural projects and concepts in order to enlighten the researches, quite personal, made by the Chinese architects and historians and to emphasize their own interpretations of the key concepts on this field. The statements and practices that pave the way of architecture from the 1950s to the 1990s bring up the question of the evolution occurring in the architectural history. Chinese architecture draws its inspiration from abroad mixing it with the tradition established during the Chinese « red years ». After the opening policy and economical reforms were settled, architecture faces a great urban development. Around the end of the 1990s, some Chineseavant-garde architects started a new way aiming at re-interprating the tradition within the discipline itself.

文化的變遷,戰後台灣飲食書寫已是多元而龐雜,八○年代末期始發表飲食篇章的韓良露,經過二十多年的耕耘,至今已有七冊共二百多篇飲食文本。韓良露以劇作家、電視製作人、生活美食家多重角色現身文壇,本非傳統純文學創作的身分,因此她的飲食書寫雜有旅行、電影、商業等元素,不易適切歸類。然而,其文本確實呈現了臺灣當代飲食書寫的另一種風格,即是在文化工業底下,展現文學大眾化的取向,擺脫前期單以懷舊為書寫筆調,用簡單的文字、真誠的心態、多方的飲食知識說美食、講人生、談生活,除了感性地藉飲食形塑情感記憶與成長歷程,以知性之眼凝視本土飲食文化的遞嬗外,更呼籲人們正視工業科技及全球化後所附帶的生活危機,積極倡導慢食運動,拉近人們與食物的距離,使讀者將嚴肅的知識文化輕鬆入口,立刻感受閱讀後片刻的沈醉與品味生命中的美好滋味。 本論文以韓良露飲食文本的歷史背景、主題思想、書寫策略、藝術表現為研究對象,分作六章論述。第一章緒論,主要說明個人的研究動機、研究範圍方法及論文架構。第二章歷史觀照與文化轉變,重點在探討戰後飲食文化、飲食書寫的發展概況,並且整理作家的家庭背景、成長過程、人生經歷。第三章韓良露飲食書寫主題,分別從記憶、旅行、情慾展開研究,盼由飲食有關的主題內容,覓得她的情感脈絡與生活感發。第四章韓良露飲食書寫策略,由時空概念、文化工業、隱喻系統、互文指涉、小品辨體分析其飲食文本的藝術魅力,目的在探討作家筆下塑造的美味情境。第五章韓良露筆下的飲食意識,以文化、生活、人生三方面疏通作家的生命哲理,指出作家對現代人飲食的隱憂與呼籲。第六章提出研究總結,找出韓良露飲食書寫的特色與定位,最後對於未來相關研究給予建議。 / With the transition of society and culture, post-war dietetic literature has become more diverse and complex. Han began to present the dietetic writings from 1980s and since then has produced 7 volumes with more than 200 dietetics texts. Although a playwright, producer and gourmet, Han is far from being a traditional creator of literature since the ingredients in her dietetic texts mix elements of travel, movies, and commerce. As a result, it is not easy to classify her texts. However, they have opened a new chapter in the expression of Taiwanese contemporary dietetic literature with a stylish flair for diet, lifestyle and living. All this is served up in simple digestible words for the masses that come flavored with a wealth of dietetic wisdom. Her works mold the memory of her passion for creating dietetic texts and a sensitive grasp of local dietary culture in transition. But she also alerts her readers to the challenges posed by the information age and globalization. Her solution is a ‘slow food’ campaign that will revive the tie of people with their food. This is aided by her writings that let readers indulge in the delicacies of life. The six-chapter thesis covers a historical background, threads of thoughts, writing strategies, and art performance of Han’s dietetic texts. The first chapter introduces motivation, methodology, and structure of the thesis. The second chapter (Historical Review and Cultural Transition) follows up to expound upon post-war dietetic culture, the development of dietetics writings and Han’s family background, growth, and life experience. The third chapter focuses on the theme of Han’s dietetic writings from the aspects of memory, travel and sexual passion. As can be expected, we can discover Han’s affection and passion for life. The fourth chapter (Han’s Dietetic Writing Strategies) analyzes the artistic fascination and discusses the delicious situation created by Han’s texts in terms of the concept of time and space, cultural industry, metaphorical system, intertextuality and essay differentiation. The fifth chapter (The Dietetic Consciousness of Han’s Texts) points out Han’s philosophy of life, secret worries and appeals through angles of culture, living and life. The sixth chapter (Conclusion) explores the features and position of dietetic writings, brings suggestions, and points to future research.

An introductory conversation with a new person I just met usually goes like this: So, where is your accent from ? Are you American? Well, yes, .....but no. Not really. I do have American citizenship and I lived in the US for fifteen years but I grew up in France. Ok, so you’re French? Well, yes, but .....not totally. My mother is French but my father is Tunisian. Ok, so you’re Tunisian? Well, yes, but... not wholly. I don’t speak Arabic, so I don’t totally feel Tunisian. So what are you? American? French? Tunisian? With my work, I ask the same questions. What is this? What does it do? How do I, the maker, relate to it? How does the viewer, the other side of the conversation, relate to it and understand it? Can we understand each other if we do not speak the same language? Who am I and who are you anyway?

本論文之研究動機有三:一是希望藉著對諸葛亮傳說內容的探討,可發掘其中所蘊含的民間旺盛的文學創造力;二是希望藉由對諸葛亮傳說的探討,能更瞭解諸葛亮在民間豐富的形象與評價;三是希望藉著對諸葛亮傳說中所包藏的民俗意識,加以分析探討,以便能更瞭解民間的思想與文化。本論文之論述範圍,主要以80年代中國大陸所搜集整理出版的傳說集子為對象。由於傳說與歷史的關係密切,而三國人物的傳說又常與《三國演義》的成書有關,因而在本論文的研究方法上,首先採取比較研究法,把傳說與歷史小說做比對分析;又由於傳說本身常富涵一些民間文化與思想,因而我們又採取民俗學的角度切入,仔細而深刻的探討這些文化思想,並試著闡釋民俗與傳說的連繫方式。本論文除第一章〈緒論〉與第六章〈結論〉外,共分為四章:第二章為〈三顧茅廬前的諸葛亮傳說〉,主要探討有關諸葛亮的少年時期,我們分為求學、娶親與得寶三部份述說。這時期的傳說內容常為正史或小說所忽略,大部份為人民自己的想像創造,因而我們的探討便較傾向傳說內容所包含的民間文化與思想。第三章為〈三顧茅廬後的諸葛亮傳說〉,主要探討有關諸葛亮的青壯時期的傳說,包括三顧茅廬、借箭、借東風與空城計四個部份。此部份為史家或小說家所刻意渲染的,因而我們的探討重點在傳說與史實小說的比較分析。第四章為〈諸葛亮之死與死後的傳說〉,主要探討的範圍包括諸葛爭壽、遣計埋墳與諸葛亮墓的傳說。這部份的傳說內容主要突顯了諸葛亮過人的智慧,其神機妙算幾乎如同神仙一般。第五章為〈有關諸葛亮的地方風物傳說〉,主要探討的範圍包括地方傳說與物產傳說。
