В работе исследуется определение и особенности комикса и образовательного комикса. Дан краткий экскурс в историю развития образовательного комикса и приведены наиболее известные примеры гуманитарных образовательных комиксов. Проведен анализ 4 концептуальных особенностей гуманитарных образовательных комиксов, рассмотрены их читательский адрес, структурно-содержательные и визуально-полиграфические особенности. На основе анализа составлен проект образовательного гуманитарного комикса по рассказам «Аристократка» М. Зощенко и «Честность» И. Ильфа и Е. Петрова, которые могут быть использованы на занятиях по литературе. / The paper considers the definitions and features of comics and educational comics. A brief overview of the history of educational comics, and the most famous humanitarian educational comics is given. An analysis of 4 conceptual images of humanitarian educational comics is carried out, their reader address, structural-graphic and visual-polygraphic features are considered. Based on the analysis, a draft of an educational humanitarian comic strip based on the stories «Noblewoman» by M. Zoshchenko and «Honesty» by I. Ilf and E. Petrov was drawn up, which can be used in literature classes.

Выпускная квалификационная работа написана с цельюразработать программу курсов повышения квалификации для редакторов и издателей для дальнейшего внедрения этой программы на кафедре издательского дела УрФУ. Перед тем как написать программу, были изучены нормативные акты, необходимые для разработки подобной программы. Также, чтобы понимать, что уже имеется на сегодняшний день на рынке курсов повышения квалификации, были проанализированы программы вузов и коммерческих организаций, выявлены их сильные и слабые стороны. Во второй главе был проведен социологический опрос с целью выявления критериев оценки качества курсов. Опрос потенциальной целевой аудитории показал, какие темы наиболее интересны слушателям, какой формат обучения для них самый удобный и какую цену они готовы отдать за подобные курсы повышения квалификации. После анализа всех ответов и полученной информации была составлена пилотная программа курсов повышения квалификации для редакторов и издателей, состоящая из 17 тем теоритической и практической направленности. / The aim of this final qualification work is to develop a program of refresher course for editors and publishers for it further implementation at the Department of Publishing of UrFU. Before writing this program, the specification documents were studied. Also, in order to understand what is already available on the market ofrefresher courses, the programs of universities and commercial organizations were analyzed, their strengths and weaknesses were identified. In the second chapter of the work a sociological survey was conducted in order to identify criteria for assessing the quality of courses. A survey of potential target audience showed which topics are the most interesting for the listeners, which training format is the most convenient for them, and what price they are willing to pay for such refresher courses. After analyzing all the responses and the information received, a pilot program of refresher courses for editors and publishers, consisting of 17 theoretical and practical topics,was drawn up.

Таким образом, проводится практическое исследование публикаций на Amazon, выделяются основные характеристики наиболее продаваемых книг, что позволило нам сделать выводы о критериях успешности публикации. / The diploma paper examines the phenomenon of self-publishing as a way of independent publishing, reflects its history in Russia and in the world, types of self-publishing, the principle of publishing on Amazon. Thus, a practical study of publications on Amazon is carried out, the main characteristics of the best-selling books are highlighted, which allowed us to draw the conclusions about the criteria for publication success.

Процедура банкротства предприятий неразрывно связана с экономикой страны с самого начала ее становления. Нестабильность экономики негативно отражается на деятельности предприятий и может привести к необратимым последствиям. Оценка вероятности банкротства – это количественный показатель, характеризующий степень вероятности банкротства в определенном случае. Проведение мероприятий, направленных на диагностику финансового состояния является неотделимой частью финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, так как зачастую несостоятельность наступает в результате внутреннего финансового кризиса предприятия. Таким образом, была сформулирована следующая цель исследования: разработать методический инструментарий оценки вероятности банкротства металлургических предприятий, учитывающий отраслевую специфику деятельности. Объектом исследования являются российские предприятия металлургической отрасли. Предметом исследования является оценка вероятности банкротства металлургических предприятий Российской Федерации. / The bankruptcy procedure of enterprises is inextricably linked with the country's economy from the very beginning of its formation. The instability of the economy negatively affects the activities of enterprises and can lead to irreversible consequences. Assessment of the probability of bankruptcy is a quantitative indicator that characterizes the degree of probability of bankruptcy in a certain case. Carrying out measures aimed at diagnosing the financial condition is an inseparable part of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, since often insolvency occurs as a result of the internal financial crisis of the enterprise. Thus, the following research objective was formulated: to develop methodological tools for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of metallurgical enterprises, taking into account the industry specifics of the activity. The object of the study is the Russian enterprises of the metallurgical industry. The subject of the study is the assessment of the probability of bankruptcy of metallurgical enterprises of the Russian Federation.

Рассмотрен механизм анализа дебиторской задолженности и управления ей. Во второй главе дана характеристика ПАО «ММК», проведен анализ его финансового состояния. Выявлены тенденции в состоянии дебиторской задолженности и управления ей, определены причинно-следственные связи с возможными причинами сложившейся ситуации. В третьей главе обобщены проблемы, выявленные в результате анализа дебиторской задолженности, предложены мероприятия по сокращению дебиторской задолженности и проведен расчет результативности предложенных мер. Получены композиции на основе альгината натрия и фторкаучука СКФ-26, наполненные частицами магнитных материалов: Ni, Fe, Fe3O4, SrFe12O19, MQP-Системы изучены методами изотермической микрокалориметрии, механического динамического анализа и магнитометрии. Методом микрокалориметрии измерены энтальпии смешения компонентов композитных пленок и рассчитаны значения предельной энтальпии адгезии полимерных матриц к поверхности магнитных порошков. Показано, что для систем на основе СКФ-26 энтальпия адгезии является отрицательной величиной, абсолютные значения которой увеличиваются в ряду Ni-Fe-Fe3O4. В системах альгинат натрия/Ni и альгинат натрия/Fe реализуется атермическое смешение, а в системах альгинат натрия/ФС и альгинат натрия/ Fe3O4 – экзотермическое. С помощью метода ДМА получены концентрационные зависимости динамических модулей потерь и упругости, а также угла сдвига для систем на основе раствора альгината натрия и магнитных порошков Fe, Fe3O4 и SrFe12O19 при частоте 1 Гц и напряжении 1 Па. Обнаружено, что с увеличением концентрации частиц неорганического вещества в суспензиях наблюдается увеличение динамических модулей и уменьшение угла сдвига, причем для суспензии, содержащей магнетит, характер течения не меняется. При течении суспензий, содержащих порошки Fe или SrFe12O19 начинают преобладать упругие свойства. Методом магнитометрии для систем СКФ-26/Ni и CКФ-26/Fe были получены петли магнитного гистерезиса в диапазоне напряженности магнитного поля от -15 кЭ до 15 кЭ. Показано, что с ростом содержания порошка в композите остаточная намагниченность и намагниченность насыщения не меняются, а коэрцитивная сила уменьшается, т. е. на размагничивание магнитного материала требуется меньше энергии. Методом магнитометрии получены данные для систем на основе альгината натрия, содержащих 30% Fe или Fe3O4. Обнаружено, что для системы альгинат натрия/Fe значения намагниченности насыщения для композита больше, чем для индивидуального порошка Fe, что может быть обусловлено упорядочением спинов на поверхности магнитных частиц при формировании композита. / Compositions based on sodium alginate and SKF-26 fluoro-rubber filled with particles of magnetic materials: Ni, Fe, Fe3O4, SrFe12O19, MQP-systems were studied by isothermal microcalorimetry, mechanical dynamic analysis and magnetometry. The enthalpy of mixing of composite film components was measured by microcalorimetry and the values of the limiting enthalpy of adhesion of polymer matrices to the surface of magnetic powders were calculated. It is shown that for systems based on SKF-26, the enthalpy of adhesion is a negative value, the absolute values of which increase in the series Ni-Fe-Fe3O4. In the sodium alginate/Ni and sodium alginate/Fe systems, athermic mixing is realized, and in the sodium alginate/FS and sodium alginate/ Fe3O4 systems, exothermic mixing is realized. The DMA method is used to obtain the concentration dependences of the dynamic loss and elasticity modulus, as well as the shear angle, for systems based on a solution of sodium alginate and magnetic powders Fe, Fe3O4, and SrFe12O19 at a frequency of 1 Hz and a voltage of 1 Pa. It is found that with an increase in the concentration of inorganic matter particles in the suspensions, an increase in the dynamic modules and a decrease in the shear angle are observed, and for a suspension containing magnetite, the flow pattern does not change. During the course of suspensions containing Fe or SrFe12O19 powders, elastic properties begin to prevail. Magnetic hysteresis loops in the magnetic field strength range from -15 kE to 15 kE were obtained by magnetometry for the SKF-26/Ni and SKF-26/Fe systems. It is shown that with an increase in the powder content in the composite, the residual magnetization and saturation magnetization do not change, and the coercive force decreases, i.e., less energy is required to demagnetize the magnetic material. Data for systems based on sodium alginate containing 30% Fe or Fe3O4 were obtained by magnetometry. It is found that for the sodium alginate/Fe system, the saturation magnetization values for the composite are greater than for the individual Fe powder, which may be due to the ordering of spins on the surface of magnetic particles during the formation of the composite.
