The following master's thesis is devoted to the studies of social aspect affecting genre peculiarities of Herbert G. Wells's novels “The Time Machine”, “The War of the Worlds” and “The First Men in the Moon”. Chapter 1 represents a research of Herbert Wells’s biography and creative work, of his influence on the world literature and it also contains overlook of possible factors that made the author work in the field of “science fiction”. Chapter 2 is a review of contradictions and main problems connected with science fiction and studies of its social focus and features. Chapter 3 is a full poetological and compositional analysis of the stated science fiction novels “The Time Machine” (1895), “The War Of The Worlds” (1898) and “The First Men in The Moon” (1901). / Данная магистерская диссертация посвящена изучению влияния социального аспекта на жанровые особенности романов Герберта Дж. Уэллса «Машина времени», «Война миров» и «Первые люди на Луне». В главе № 1 представлено исследование биографии и творческого пути Герберта Уэллса, его влияния на мировую литературу, а также обзор возможных предпосылок выбора английским писателем такого вида литературы, как научная фантастика. В главе № 2 представлено освещение вопросов и противоречий, связанных с изучением научной фантастики и социального аспекта данного вида литературы. Глава № 3 является практической: содержит поэтологический и композиционный анализ трех научно-фантастических романов Герберта Уэллса «Машина времени» (1895), «Война миров» (1898) и «Первые люди на Луне» (1901).

Рассмотрены конструктивные и технологические решения по усилению изгибаемых железобетонных конструкций композитными материалами на основе углеродного волокна. Выявлены используемые системы для усиления железобетонных конструкций. Проведен сравнительный анализ существующих систем усиления на основе углеродных волокон. Определена экономическая эффективность такого способа усиления для изгибаемых железобетонных элементов. Приведена методика расчета усиления изгибаемых железобетонных элементов композитными материалами. Произведен расчет усиления различными композитными материалами на примере железобетонных элементов: балка, монолитная плита перекрытия. Выполнено сравнение различных вариантов усилений и предложен коэффициент условной полезности, позволяющий экономически обосновать выбор способа усиления и прогнозировать стоимость усиления конструкции. / Design and technological solutions for reinforcing of bending concrete structures with composite materials based on carbon fiber are considered. The used systems for strengthening reinforced concrete structures are re-vealed. A comparative analysis of existing reinforcement systems based on carbon fibers is carried out. The economic efficiency of this reinforcement method for bending concrete elements is determined. The calculation technique for bending concrete elements reinforced by composite materi-als is given. The calculation of reinforcement by various composite materials is made on the example of reinforced concrete elements: a beam and a monolithic floor slab. The comparison of various amplification variants is made and the conditional utility coefficient is proposed, which makes it possible to economically justify the choice of the gain method and to predict the cost of strengthening the structure.

В работе обосновано понятие «литературное пространство территории», проанализирован практический опыт продвижения города за счёт литературных ресурсов. В магистерской диссертации предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию работы, связанной с формированием имиджа города с учётом его литературных ресурсов, и описаны промежуточные результаты реализации авторского проекта «Литературный трамвай». / The concept of "literary space of territory" is substantiated in the work. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, a list of references (95 sources) and an annex including the blank forms of the applied methods. The volume of the master`s thesis is 122 pages, which include 14 figures and 3 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the chosen research problem, the level of development of the problematics; the objective and the tasks of the study are set, the subject matter and the scope of the research are determined, the basic and additional hypotheses are formulated, the methods and the empirical base are defined, as well as the stages of the research, its scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the research topic, a therminological and multidisciplinary analysis of comprehension is provided. Chapters, describing the correlations of comprehension presented. Conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It provides a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained from all the methods used: Also in the chapter the comparative and correlation analysis of the research results is presented. The conclusions of Chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are presented in a generalized form, the practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.

The aim of the study is to study the nature of the relationship between psychological solitude and adaptability among students. Object of research: psychological loneliness and adaptation. The subject of the study: the relationship of subjective feelings of loneliness and adaptability in students. For the empirical study, methods were used, such as: E.N. Osin and D.A. Leontiev "Differential questionnaire of the experience of loneliness", SG. Korchagin "Questionnaire for determining the kind of loneliness", K. Rogers, R. Diamond "The methodology of diagnosis of socio-psychological adaptation". As a result of the study, it was found that the predominant types of loneliness, in the group of subjects, are alienated and dissociated loneliness; the adaptability index for the sample is in the normal range, without deviation towards low values; in the group, two subgroups of psychologically "lonely" and "neodinokih" students were identified. Reliable differences between "lonely" and "neodinokimi" students on the characteristics of adaptability were revealed in all characteristics of socio-psychological adaptation according to K. Rogers. Their presence confirmed our hypothesis of the existence of a relationship between the subjective sense of loneliness and the indicators of adaptability. As a result of the correlation analysis, the "lonely" and "non-regular" students had different correlation links between the general sense of loneliness and the parameters of K. Rogers and R. Diamond's adaptability. These differences in correlation relationships in the groups of "single" and "non-regular" students, allow us to conclude that our hypothesis has been confirmed, namely, the adaptability of the individual and her subjective sense of loneliness are really interrelated, and this relationship is inverse. / Целью исследования является изучение характера взаимосвязи между психологическим одиночеством и адаптивностью у студентов. Объект исследования: психологическое одиночество и адаптация. Предмет исследования: взаимосвязь субъективного ощущения одиночества и адаптивности у студентов. Для эмпирического исследования использовались методики, такие как: Е.Н. Осин и Д.А. Леонтьев «Дифференциальный опросник переживания одиночества», С.Г. Корчагина «Опросник для определения вида одиночества», К. Роджерс, Р. Даймонд «Методика диагностики социально-психологической адаптации». В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что преобладающими видами одиночества, в группе испытуемых, являются отчуждающее и диссациированное одиночество; показатель адаптивности для выборки находится в нормальных пределах, без отклонения в сторону низких значений; в группе обозначились 2 подгруппы психологически «одиноких» и «неодиноких» студентов. Достоверные различия между «одинокими» и «неодинокими» студентами по характеристикам адаптивности были выявлены по всем характеристикам социально-психологической адаптации по К.Роджерсу. Их наличие подтвердило нашу гипотезу существования взаимосвязи между субъективным ощущением одиночества и показателями адаптивности. В результате, корреляционного анализа, у «одиноких» и «неодиноких» студентов были выявлены различные корреляционные связи между общим ощущением одиночества и параметрами методики адаптивности К. Роджерса, Р. Даймонда. Эти различия в корреляционных связях в группах «одиноких» и «неодиноких» студентов, позволяют нам сделать вывод, что наша гипотеза подтвердилась, а именно, адаптивность личности и ее субъективное ощущение одиночества действительно взаимосвязаны, и данная связь является обратной.

Объектом исследования явилась дети из семей мигрантов Средней Азии и дети коренных жителей в Екатеринбурге (всего 120 подростков). Предметом исследования уровень выраженности у подростков жизнестойкости, тревожности, адаптивности. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (86 источника) и приложения. Объем магистерской диссертации 131 страниц (включая приложений), на которых размещены 12 рисунков и 34 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме исследования, описание структуры жизнестойкости, предложенной С. Мадди, характеристику жизнестойкости в подростковом возрасте. Представлены разделы, посвященные к адаптации к иной культурной среде, и психологические особенности подростков-мигрантов в иной культурной среде. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: методике тест жизнестойкости С. Мадди в адаптации Д.А. Леонтьева, тест школьной тревожности Б. Филлипса и опросник социально-психологической адаптации Р. Даймонда–К. Роджерса. Также в главе представлены сравнительный, корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. In modern management and research practice, the AGILE approach to the formation and evaluation of the corporate culture of enterprises is becoming increasingly popular. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop and test methodology of research of corporate culture in the enterprise. The analysis was based on the study of scientific and periodical literature, the study of existing methods of researching corporate culture and the experience of introducing AGILE principles into the practice of corporate culture formation. As sources of information, there were used normative legal acts, papers in the Russian Science Citation Index, presented on the Elibrary resource, corporate statistics on the subject of research, management accounting data and internal documents of the enterprise under study. During the work there were developed and tested the methodology of research of corporate culture based on the AGILE-approach. The use of the developed tools is aimed at revealing the characteristic aspects of the corporate culture of the enterprise, determining its level of compliance with AGILE principles, as well as determining the level of development of the emotional intelligence of employees. As a result of testing of the developed methodology there were proposed practical recommendations for the management of the enterprise and determined directions for improving this methodology. / В современной управленческой и исследовательской практике всю большую популярность приобретает AGILE-подход к формированию и оценке корпоративной культуры предприятий. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и апробация методики исследования корпоративной культуры на предприятии. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы, изучении существующих методик исследования корпоративной культуры и опыта внедрения принципов AGILE в практику её формирования на предприятиях. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные корпоративной статистики по тематике исследования, данные управленческой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована методика исследования корпоративной культуры предприятия на основе AGILE-подхода. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на выявление характерных сторон корпоративной культуры исследуемой организации, определение уровня её соответствия принципам AGILE, а также исследование уровня развития эмоционального интеллекта сотрудников. В результате апробации разработанной методики были предложены практические рекомендации для менеджмента предприятия, а также определены направления совершенствования разработанной методики.

Целью работы являлась разработка научно-методического подхода к оценке конкурентоспособности производственных комплексов и его практическая реализация для крупных металлургических комплексов. Задачи исследования включают: - анализ отечественных и зарубежных подходов к исследованию конкуренции и конкурентоспособности, выбор методики; - формирование методического подхода к оценке конкурентоспособности производственных комплексов; - оценку и анализ конкурентоспособности объекта исследования по выбранной методике для выявления сильных сторон и «узких мест» в его развитии; - разработку алгоритма прогнозирования конкурентоспособности производственного комплекса при различных сценарных прогнозах, влияющих на нее макрофакторов. Объектом исследования является Уральская горно-металлургическая компания (далее УГМК). The relevance of the work is due to the increasing role of solving problems related to the assessment and management of the competitiveness of production complexes to identify strengths and bottlenecks in its development. The aim of the work was to develop a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the competitiveness of production complexes and its practical implementation for large metallurgical complexes. Objectives of the study: - the analysis of domestic and foreign approaches to the study of competition and competitiveness, the choice of methodology; - formation of a methodical approach to assessing the competitiveness of production complexes; - evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of the research object using the chosen methodology to identify strengths and bottlenecks in its development; - Development of an algorithm for forecasting the competitiveness of the production complex under various scenario forecasts that affect macrofactors. Scientific novelty of the research: a method for forecasting the competitiveness of production complexes based on a scenario approach to determining the strategic positioning coefficient is proposed, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of calculations of the level of competitiveness of industrial enterprises and to choose the vector of their strategic development Practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the developed scientific and methodological approach to assessing the competitiveness of production complexes at large metallurgical complexes.
