Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам формирования депозитной политики коммерческих банков и управления депозитным портфелем. Целью исследования является разработка и экономическое обоснование эконометрической модели, позволяющей оптимизировать состав депозитных ресурсов банка. В работе сделан вывод о том, что повышение качества управления депозитными ресурсами банка способствует повышению конкурентоспособности банка в условиях высокой конкуренции и нормативных требований Банка России. / Master thesis is devoted to formation of deposit policy of banks and management of deposit portfolio. Aim of the study is the development and economic justification of the econometric model that allows optimizing the composition of deposit resources of a bank. The work concluded that improving the quality of managing deposit resources of a bank contributes to improving competitiveness of bank in conditions of high competition and regulatory requirements of the Bank of Russia.

The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of used literature from 60 titles. The content of the work is 76 pages. The review of sources on features of concept of investment appeal of the enterprise is carried out. The factors of investment attractiveness of the enterprise are determined. On the basis of the conducted research of existing methods of environmental responsibility assessment, their main shortcomings were revealed: the lack of an assessment of external factors. With the aim of eliminating them, an adapted version was developed, using competitive factors. The developed methodology was tested on the IFRS data of the largest metallurgical enterprises. Namely, MMK, KUMZ Nadezhdinsky MK, ChPTZ, EVRAZ, UMMC. From the reviews of sources and the media, problems and trends in the investment attractiveness of the metallurgical enterprises of the Urals were revealed. The methodology for assessing investment attractiveness has been adapted. The results allowed to determine that the level of investment attractiveness is more accurately estimated and is acceptable. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic, goals and objectives was identified, the subject and object of the study were determined, and the scientific and practical value of the study was substantiated. In the first chapter, the concept of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is analyzed, the features of the concept of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise are described, a system of factors influencing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is determined. The second chapter summarizes the methods for classifying the investment attractiveness of enterprises, compiled a generalization of the indicators used to measure the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The paper identifies the main features of environmental responsibility of enterprises of the metallurgical industry based on the analysis of the evolution of the concept of environmental responsibility of metallurgical enterprises, as well as the analysis of the etymology of the term "environmental responsibility of an industrial enterprise". On the basis of the conducted research of existing methods of environmental responsibility assessment, their main shortcomings were revealed: the relative complexity in their application, the availability of a basis of the research that is not available to a wide range of information, the presence of some subjectivity (including, in determining the weights ). With a view to eliminating them, a methodology for assessing environmental responsibility has been developed, characterized primarily by a statistical approach to determining weights of indicators (the method of pairing preferences), and by determining the relationship between the level of environmental responsibility and the level of economic development. The developed methodology was tested on the data of social reporting of the largest metallurgical enterprises. Namely: Norilsk Nickel and Severstal. The data presented in the reporting for the period 2012-2016 were investigated. The results of the study made it possible to determine that the level of environmental responsibility and the level of economic development of the enterprises under study is low. The results of the correlation analysis of the two integral indicators: economic development and environmental responsibility made it possible to conclude that there is a close relationship between the enterprise of Norilsk Nickel and the Severstal's tendency towards a weak inverse relationship, but to unambiguously confirm this trend You need a larger data set. / В работе определены основные особенности экологической ответственности предприятий металлургической отрасли на основе анализа эволюции концепции экологической ответственности металлургических предприятий, а также анализа этимологии термина «экологическая ответственность промышленного предприятия». На основе проведенного исследования существующих методик оценки экологической ответственности, были выявлены их основные недостатки: относительная сложность в их применении, наличие в своей основе не доступной широкому кругу информационной составляющей, положенной в основе исследования, наличие некоторого субъективизма (в том числе, в определении весовых показателей). С целью их устранения разработана методика оценки экологической ответственности, отличающаяся, прежде всего, статистическим подходом к определению весов показателей (метод парных предпочтений), а также определением взаимосвязи между уровнем экологической ответственности и уровнем экономического развития. Разработанная методика была апробирована на данных социальной отчетности крупнейших металлургических предприятий. А именно: ПАО «ГМК «Норильский Никель» и ПАО «Северсталь». Исследовались данные, представленные в отчетности за период 2012–2016 гг. Результаты исследования позволили определить, что уровень экологической ответственности и уровень экономического развития исследуемых предприятий является низким. Результаты корреляционного анализа двух интегральных показателей: экономического развития и экологической ответственности позволили заключить, что по предприятию ПАО «ГМК «Норильский Никель» существует тесная взаимосвязь, а по предприятию ПАО «Северсталь» обозначена тенденция к слабой обратной зависимости, но для её однозначного подтверждения обозначенной тенденции нужен больший массив данных.

В работе проведен анализ конкурентоспособности ее видов и методов. Анализ конкурентоспособности предприятия проводился локально, а именно на основе города Екатеринбурга. Также были изучены тенденции развития в данной сфере. Проведен бизнес-анализ внутренней среды предприятия, финансовый анализ деятельности компании, анализ конкурентов в сфере маркетинговых услуг, а также был проведен SWOT - анализ компании. Цель исследования: повысить уровень конкурентоспособности маркетингового агентства на рынке услуг. Объект исследования: конкурентоспособность маркетингового агентства ООО «Призма». Предмет исследования: маркетинговое агентство ООО «Призма». Научная новизна работы состоит в следующем: разработан алгоритм применения инструментов Интернет-маркетинга, для повышения уровня конкурентоспособности компаний. На основании результатов исследования разработан алгоритм по совершенствованию метода продвижения услуг маркетингового агентства для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия. Проведен расчет эффективности предложенных мероприятий по совершенствованию метода продвижения услуг маркетингового агентства. На основе алгоритма компания ООО «Призма» станет более конкурентоспособной в сфере маркетинга. The aim of the dissertation is to develop recommendations for improving the interaction of constituent entities of the parent work in social assistance centres for families and children. The information base of the study was the results of the case study; official data defining the field of contract and delegated parental labor in constituent entities of the Russian Federation, published by the Federal state statistics service and its territorial divisions; theoretical materials of Russian and foreign scientists; laws, legislative acts and other legal documents. The main results are the following: extension of the categorical apparatus of research of parental labor through the introduction of the category of contract parental labor; development and implementation of quantitative and qualitative analysis to characteristics of the parental contract labor; development of measures aimed at improvement of cooperation in the field of contract parental labor. / Целью диссертации является разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию взаимодействия субъектов родительского труда в центрах социальной помощи семье и детям. Информационную базу исследования составили результаты проведенного кейс-стади; официальные данные, определяющие сферу договорного и делегированного родительского труда в разрезе субъектов РФ, публикуемые Федеральной службой государственной статистики и ее территориальными подразделениями; теоретические материалы российских и зарубежных ученых; законы, законодательные акты и другие нормативно-правовые документы.
