Uvedene su nove informacione mere&nbsp; bazirane na<br />Kolmogorovljevoj kompleksnosti,&nbsp; za kvantifikaciju&nbsp; stepena nasumičnosti u vremenskim serijama,.&nbsp; Nove mere su primenjene na razne serije dobijene merenjem fizičkih faktora životne sredine i pomoću klimatskih modela.</p> / <p>Coupled system of prognostic equations for&nbsp; the&nbsp; ground surface temperature and&nbsp; the deeper layer temperature was examind. Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagrams, attractor and the domain of solutions were analyzed.&nbsp; Novel information measures based on Kolmogorov complexity&nbsp; and used&nbsp; for the quantification of randomness in time series, were presented.Novel measures were tested on various time series obtained by measuring physical factors of the environment or as the climate model outputs.</p>

Sponsorship - Attitudinal Effects of Sponsorship

Purpose: To investigate how attitudes of hockey supporters change towards a sponsoring company depending on fan type and team commitment. Background: Sponsorship has become a widely accepted and used as a communication tool. In Sweden, sponsoring is a large part of all advertising conducted in the country. Previous studies within the subject of sponsorship show that generally sponsorship is a good affair for companies that engage in it. When it comes to sports sponsorship, hockey is the most developed sport in Sweden. Sports sponsorship is also an area where negative effects could occur due to sponsoring and the fact that many people are very passionate when it comes to sports and their favorite teams. Considering the massive amounts that companies invest in sponsoring it is of great interest to further investigate the effects of such activities. There is quite little research conducted within sports sponsoring in Sweden and therefore it is of interest both from businesses as well as the academic world to investigate the effects of sponsorship in a Swedish context. The main focus of this study is to investigate possible positive and negative attitudes towards sponsoring companies that sponsor different teams as well as effects on brand recall based on fan commitment. Method: In order to answer the purpose of this thesis a deductive approach was applied by collecting quantitative data from an experiment, control group and a follow-up study. Theories and previous research in the subject area was used in order to establish hypothesis that later has been tested.  The data retrieved through the research was processed and analyzed using SPSS. Conclusion: The results show that attitudes towards the sponsor are positive when associated with the supported team and negative when associated with the rival team. Fans viewer frequency did not have a significant impact on positive attitudes towards the supported team while fan commitment had a strong impact on negative attitudes towards the sponsor of the rival team. Brand recall was higher with highly committed fans and is correlated with fan commitment. It is concluded that negative attitudes are easily invoked by fan commitment while it is not as easy to build positive attitude with repeated viewings.

It shows Benjamin s concept of time, origin, truth, violence, power, law, justice, myth, guilt, history and destiny, important to understand the way that leads to the production of mere life in modernity. It proceeds in four parts: firstly, it tries to make clear concisely, Walter Benjamin s philosophy in the preface of The Origin of German Tragic Drama, secondly, it makes clear Walter Benjamin s philosophy of Law, in particular his ideas about sovereignty, the appearance of mere life , in modernity, by means of the law, and the relationship between the messianic vision of Walter Benjamin and the termination the state of exception; thirdly, Benjamin s concepts of the state of exception is analyzed and connected with mere life and judicial power; fourthly, the relationship that Benjamin establishes between the diverse elements expounded throughout this work are highlighted conclusively / O presente trabalho analisa a filosofia do direito de Walter Benjamin a partir da particular interpretação da historiografia materialista de Benjamin. Revela os conceitos benjaminianos de tempo, origem, ruptura, verdade, violência, poder, direito, justiça, mito, culpa, história e destino, necessários para compreender a produção da mera vida na modernidade. Procede em quatro tempos. Biotehničke mere kao mogućnost za povećanje efikasnosti sistema za odvodnjavanje / Biotechnical measures as a possibility to increase the efficiency of drainage systems

<p>Pojave ekstremnih padavina dovode do stvaranja vi&scaron;ka vode koji utiče na odvijanje stabilne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, ali i na životnu sredinu, ekonomiju i dru&scaron;tvo u celini. Uvođenjem biotehničkih mera u melioracionu praksu, kao dopunske mere na sistemima za odvodnjavanje, posledice prevlaživanja zemlji&scaron;ta mogle bi biti značajno umanjene. Sagledavanjem vremenske i prostorne pojave vi&scaron;ka vode na sistemima za odvodnjavanje primena biotehničkih mera može služiti, pored primarnog cilja, za postizanje povećanja efikasnosti sistema za odvodnjavanje, stabilizaciju obala, pobolj&scaron;anje kvaliteta vode u vodotocima, zatim za ostvarivanje optimalne &scaron;umovitosti, povećanje i stabilizaciju prinosa poljoprivrednih kultura, kao i povećanje biodiverziteta.<br />U radu primenjena je metodologija na osnovu koje je prikazano kako biotehničke mere mogu povećati efikasnost sistema za odvodnjavanje kroz smanjenje vremena potrebnog za evakuaciju sakupljenih i dovedenih vi&scaron;kova vode. Postupak određivanja povećanja efikasnosti podrazumeva odeđene korake. Prvi korak zasniva se na određivanju ključnih kriterijuma koji utiču na odabir lokaliteta za primenu biotehničkih mera. Da bi se dobili pouzdani i realni podaci potrebno je isključivanje subjektivnih ocena. To je postignuto primenom entropije odnosno objektivne metode za određivanje težinskih koeficijenata na osnovu kojih su kriterijumi za odabir pogodnosti lokaliteta izračunati. Sledeći korak podrazumeva određivanje vremena odvodnjavanja na osnovu merodavnih vi&scaron;kova vode koji se formiraju na sistemima pri različitim povratnim periodima. Poslednji korak odnosi se pre svega na zasnivanje biotehničkih mera na osnovu kojih se stvaraju uslovi za povećanje efikasnosti sistema za odvodnjavanje. Rezultati pogodnosti lokaliteta za primenu biotehničkih mera, vreme odvodnjavanja, kao i povećanje efikasnosti svih sistema za odvodnjavanje na teritoriji Vojvodine, izraženo kroz smanjenje potrebnog vremena odvodnjavanja, prikazani su kori&scaron;ćenjem geografsko informacionog sistema u vidu karata.<br />Primenom biotehničkih mera sprovodi multidisciplinaran pristup koji teži da zadovolji zainteresovane strane koje su u teoriji komplementarne, ali u realnosti obično u konfliktu. Dono&scaron;enje odluka gde, kakve i koji obim ovih mera primeniti trebalo bi da bude, od globalnog do lokalnog pristupa, &scaron;to stručnije bez ili sa minimalnim uticajem subjektivnih ocena, kao i sveobuhvatno i objektivno sagledavanje konkretnih i specifičnih problema koji vladaju na svakom sistemu za odvodnjavanje. Iako imaju mane, prednost uvođenja ovih mera ogleda se kroz jednostavnost primene u praksi u okvirima postojeće zakonske regulative, a na osnovu načela integralnosti, prevencije i predostrožnosti, očuvanja prirodnih resursa, održivog razvoja i primene podsticajnih mera.</p> / <p>Occasional extreme rainfall leads to the accumulation of excessive amount of water, which affects the course of the stable agricultural production, as well as the environment, economy and the society as a whole. Introducing biotechnical measures into the land reclamation procedure, as an additional measure in drainage systems, could significantly reduce the consequences of waterlogging. By perceiving the temporal and spatial appearance of excessive amount of water in drainage systems, the application of the biotechnical measures could, in addition to its primary goal, help achieve increased efficiency of drainage systems, stabilization of banks, improved water quality in watercourses, but also in achieving optimal density of area under forests, increase and stabilization of the agricultural crops&#39; yield, as well as increased biodiversity.<br />The methodology applied in this paper, based on which it was displayed how biotechnical measures could increase the efficiency of the drainage systems through reduction of the time needed for the evacuation of collected and imported excessive amount of water. Defining the procedure of efficiency increase includes certain steps. The first step is based on defining key criteria that influence the choice of locality for the biotechnical measures application. In order to obtain reliable and accurate data it is necessary to exclude subjective estimations. That is achieved with the application of the Entropy, an objective method for defining weight coefficients based on which the criteria for determining the suitability of the locality are calculated. Next step is defining the drainage time based on design excessive amount of water formed in systems with different return periods. The last step refers primarily on establishing biotechnical measures on the basis of which the conditions are created for increasing drainage systems&#39; efficiency. The results of suitability of the locality for the application of biotechnical measures, the time of drainage, as well the increase the efficiency of all the drainage systems on the territory of Vojvodina, expressed through the reduction of the necessary drainage time, are shown using Geographical Information System in forms of maps.<br />Application of biotechnical measures means implementing a multidisciplinary approach that strives to please interested parties which are complementary in theory, but in reality are usually conflicted. Deciding where, what kind and in which extend to apply these measures, from global to local approach, should be as professional as possible, without or with the minimal influence of subjective estimations, as well as comprehensive and objective overview of specific and particular problems that command over every draining system. Even though they have certain flaws, the advantage of introducing these measures is reflected in simplicity of practical application within the frame of existing legal regulation, and based on the principle of integrity, prevention and precaution, conservation of natural resources, sustainable development and implementation of incentive measures.</p>

Procena efektivnosti zaštićenih područja i IBA mreže za odabrane vrsta ptica u Srbiji / Estimating the effectiveness of protected areas and IBA network in the conservation of selected bird species in Serbia

<p>U&nbsp; radu&nbsp; je&nbsp; analizirana&nbsp; efektivnost&nbsp; za&scaron;tićenih područja&nbsp; Srbije&nbsp; u&nbsp; sada&scaron;njosti&nbsp; i&nbsp; budućnosti&nbsp; na osnovu&nbsp; zastupljenosti&nbsp; povoljnih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; i centara&nbsp; diverziteta&nbsp; 116&nbsp; običnih&nbsp; vrsta&nbsp; ptica odabranih na osnovu 11 kriterijuma. Zasebno su evaluirana&nbsp; za&scaron;tićena&nbsp; prirodna&nbsp; dobara, međunarodno značajna područja za ptice (IBA) i mreža nastala preklapanjem dva tipa za&scaron;tićenih područja.&nbsp; Povoljna&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; istraživanih&nbsp; vrsta utvrđena su modelovanjem distribucije vrsta uz pomoć&nbsp; MaxEnt&nbsp; pristupa,&nbsp; a&nbsp; modeli&nbsp; distribucije projektovani&nbsp; su&nbsp; na&nbsp; četiri&nbsp; različita&nbsp; scenarija klimatskih&nbsp; promena&nbsp; u&nbsp; budućnosti&nbsp; (2050. godina).&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; mreža&nbsp; pokazala&nbsp; se&nbsp; kao&nbsp; značajno<br />efektivnija za za&scaron;titu stani&scaron;ta istraživanih vrsta i centara&nbsp; njihvog&nbsp; diverziteta&nbsp; u&nbsp; odnosu&nbsp; na&nbsp; mrežu za&scaron;tićenih&nbsp; prirodnih&nbsp; dobara,&nbsp; a&nbsp; slična&nbsp; situacija predviđena&nbsp; je&nbsp; i&nbsp; u&nbsp; budućnosti.&nbsp; Oba&nbsp; tipa za&scaron;tićenih&nbsp; područja&nbsp; pokrivala&nbsp; su&nbsp; u&nbsp; proseku srazmerno&nbsp; mali&nbsp; procenat&nbsp; povoljnih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta istraživanih&nbsp; vrsta&nbsp; (za&scaron;tićena&nbsp; prirodna&nbsp; dobra&nbsp; &ndash;<br />10,4%;&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; &ndash;&nbsp; 21,9%)&nbsp; i&nbsp; dovela&nbsp; su&nbsp; do ostvarivanja konzervacionih ciljeva malog broja vrsta (za&scaron;tićena prirodna dobra&nbsp; &ndash;&nbsp; 11; IBA&nbsp; -&nbsp; 37), dok&nbsp; su&nbsp; centri&nbsp; diverziteta&nbsp; istraživanih&nbsp; vrstasrazmerno&nbsp; slabo&nbsp; zastupljeni&nbsp; unutar&nbsp; obe&nbsp; mreže (za&scaron;tićena&nbsp; prirodna&nbsp; dobra&nbsp; &ndash;&nbsp; 9,8%;&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; &ndash; 25,4%).&nbsp; Za&scaron;tićena&nbsp; područja&nbsp; nisu&nbsp; pokazale<br />značajno&nbsp; veću&nbsp; efektivnost&nbsp; za&nbsp; konzervaciono prioritetnt&nbsp; vrste&nbsp; i&nbsp; njihov&nbsp; diverzitet.&nbsp; Za&scaron;tićena prirodna&nbsp; dobra&nbsp; i&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; mreža&nbsp; u&nbsp; Srbiji&nbsp; značajno bolje&nbsp; pokrivaju&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; i&nbsp; centre&nbsp; diverziteta &scaron;umskih vrsta i vrsta kamenjara, klisura i litica, dok&nbsp; su&nbsp; povoljna&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; i&nbsp; centri&nbsp; diverziteta gnezdarica&nbsp; poljoprivrednih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta,&nbsp; naselja&nbsp; i vodenih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; izrazito&nbsp; slabo&nbsp; zastupljena. Stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; gnezdarica&nbsp; nizijskih&nbsp; poljoprivrednih<br />stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; naročito&nbsp; su&nbsp; slabo&nbsp; zastupljena&nbsp; unutar za&scaron;tićenih&nbsp; prirodnih&nbsp; dobara&nbsp; i&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; mreže,&nbsp; koja za&nbsp; ovu&nbsp; grupu&nbsp; nisu&nbsp; dovela&nbsp; do&nbsp; postizanja konzervacionih&nbsp; ciljeva.&nbsp; Razlike&nbsp; u&nbsp; efektivnosti za&scaron;tićenih&nbsp; područja&nbsp; za&nbsp; gnezdarice&nbsp; različitih tipova&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; u&nbsp; budućnosti&nbsp; će&nbsp; se&nbsp; generalno povećavati,&nbsp; usled&nbsp; predviđenog&nbsp; smanjivanja<br />areala većine &scaron;umskih vrsta koje će se povlačiti u&nbsp; za&scaron;titom&nbsp; bolje&nbsp; pokrivene&nbsp; planinske&nbsp; predele&nbsp; i &scaron;irenja areala većine gnezdarica poljoprivrednih i&nbsp; vodenih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; na&nbsp; neza&scaron;tićena&nbsp; nizijska područja. Za deo vrsta među kojima dominiraju<br />gnezdarice&nbsp; brdsko-planinskih&nbsp; &scaron;umskih&nbsp; i&nbsp; drugih prirodnih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; glavna&nbsp; strategija&nbsp; za&scaron;tite podrazumeva&nbsp; precizno&nbsp; pro&scaron;irenje&nbsp; granica sada&scaron;njih&nbsp; za&scaron;tićenih&nbsp; područja&nbsp; uz&nbsp; upravljanje orentisano&nbsp; ka&nbsp; očuvanju&nbsp; prirodnih&nbsp; stani&scaron;ta&nbsp; i smanjenju&nbsp; iskori&scaron;ćavanja&nbsp; resursa.&nbsp; Sa&nbsp; druge strane,&nbsp; za&nbsp; većinu&nbsp; gnezdarica&nbsp; poljoprivrednih&nbsp; i<br />travnih stani&scaron;ta, naročito u nizijskim predelima, efektivna&nbsp; strategija&nbsp; bila&nbsp; bi&nbsp;&nbsp; definisanje&nbsp; potpuno novih&nbsp; i&nbsp; prostranih&nbsp; za&scaron;tićenih&nbsp; područja orijentisanih&nbsp; ka&nbsp; održavanju&nbsp; povoljnog&nbsp; režima upravljanja&nbsp; i&nbsp; kori&scaron;ćenja&nbsp; prostora.&nbsp; Rad&nbsp; ukazuje<br />na velike mogućnosti kori&scaron;ćenja nesistematično prikupljenih&nbsp; podataka&nbsp; profesionalnih&nbsp; i amaterskih&nbsp; ornitologa&nbsp; uz&nbsp; primenu&nbsp; tehnika modelovanja&nbsp; distribucije&nbsp; vrsta,&nbsp; ali&nbsp; nagla&scaron;ava potrebu&nbsp; za&nbsp; pokretanjem&nbsp; &scaron;irokih&nbsp; programa<br />sistematskog&nbsp; popisa,&nbsp; kartiranja&nbsp; i&nbsp; monitoringa običnih vrsta ptica.</p> / <p>The&nbsp; study&nbsp;&nbsp; analyzes&nbsp; the&nbsp; effectiveness&nbsp; of protected areas in Serbia presently as well as in the&nbsp; future,&nbsp; based&nbsp; on&nbsp; the&nbsp; representation&nbsp; of suitable habitats and centers of diversity for 116 common&nbsp; species of&nbsp; birds,&nbsp; selected on the&nbsp; basis of&nbsp; 11&nbsp; criteria.&nbsp; Nationally&nbsp; protected&nbsp; areas, Important&nbsp; Bird&nbsp; and&nbsp; Biodiversity&nbsp; areas&nbsp; (IBAs) and&nbsp; networks formed&nbsp; by overlapping these two types&nbsp; of&nbsp; protected&nbsp; areas&nbsp; have&nbsp; been&nbsp; evaluated separately. Suitable habitats of the species in the study&nbsp; were&nbsp; determined&nbsp; by&nbsp; species&nbsp; distribution modeling&nbsp; using&nbsp; the&nbsp; MaxEnt&nbsp; approach,&nbsp; and&nbsp; the distribution&nbsp; models&nbsp; were&nbsp; projected&nbsp; to&nbsp; four different&nbsp; climate&nbsp; change&nbsp; scenarios&nbsp; in&nbsp; future (year&nbsp; 2050).&nbsp; The&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; network&nbsp; proved&nbsp; to&nbsp; be significantly more effective for the&nbsp; protection of habitats&nbsp; of&nbsp; studied&nbsp; species&nbsp; and&nbsp; centers&nbsp; of&nbsp; their diversity, compared&nbsp; to the network of nationally protected&nbsp; areas,&nbsp; and&nbsp; a&nbsp; similar&nbsp; situation&nbsp; is projected for the future. Both types of protected areas&nbsp; on&nbsp; average&nbsp; covered&nbsp; a&nbsp; relatively&nbsp; small percentage of suitable habitats for most species (10.4%&nbsp; in&nbsp; nationaly&nbsp; protected&nbsp; areas,&nbsp; 21.9%&nbsp; in IBA)&nbsp; and&nbsp; meet&nbsp; conservation&nbsp; goals&nbsp; only&nbsp; for&nbsp; a&nbsp; small&nbsp; number&nbsp; of&nbsp; species&nbsp; (11&nbsp; for&nbsp; nationaly protected&nbsp; areas,&nbsp; 37&nbsp; for&nbsp; IBA).&nbsp; Diversity&nbsp; centers for&nbsp; species&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; study&nbsp; are&nbsp; relatively&nbsp; poorlyrepresented within all three networks&nbsp; (9.8% for nationaly&nbsp; protected&nbsp; areas&nbsp; and&nbsp; 25.4%&nbsp; for&nbsp; IBA). Protected&nbsp; areas&nbsp; did&nbsp; not&nbsp; show&nbsp; significantly higher&nbsp; effectiveness&nbsp; for&nbsp; the&nbsp; conservation&nbsp; of priority&nbsp; species&nbsp; and&nbsp; their&nbsp; diversity.&nbsp; Nationaly protected&nbsp; areas&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; network&nbsp; in&nbsp; Serbia have&nbsp; a&nbsp; significantly&nbsp; better&nbsp; coverage&nbsp; of&nbsp; habitats and&nbsp; centers&nbsp; of&nbsp; diversity&nbsp; for&nbsp; forest&nbsp; species&nbsp; and species&nbsp; of&nbsp; rocky&nbsp; habitats,&nbsp; cliffs&nbsp; and&nbsp; gorges, while&nbsp; suitable&nbsp; habitats&nbsp; and&nbsp; centers&nbsp; of&nbsp; diversity for breeding birds of farmlands, settlements and aquatic&nbsp; habitats&nbsp; are&nbsp; very&nbsp; poorly&nbsp; represented. Habitats of breeding birds of lowland&nbsp; armlands are&nbsp; particularly&nbsp; poorly&nbsp; represented&nbsp; within protected&nbsp; natural&nbsp; assets&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; IBA&nbsp; network, and this measure does not meet the conservation goals for this group of birds. Differences in the effectiveness&nbsp; of&nbsp; protected&nbsp; areas&nbsp; for&nbsp; breeding birds&nbsp; of&nbsp; various&nbsp; habitat&nbsp; types&nbsp; will&nbsp; generally increase&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; future,&nbsp; due&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; anticipated range decrease&nbsp; for&nbsp; most forest species that will withdraw&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; better&nbsp; conserved&nbsp; mountainous areas, whereas range of the majority o f breeding birds&nbsp; of&nbsp; farmland&nbsp; and&nbsp; aquatic&nbsp; habitats&nbsp; will&nbsp; be expanded&nbsp; to&nbsp; unprotected&nbsp; lowland&nbsp; areas.&nbsp; For some&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; species,&nbsp; mostly&nbsp; birds&nbsp; of&nbsp; hill&nbsp; and mountain&nbsp; forests and other natural&nbsp; habitats, the main&nbsp; conservation&nbsp; strategy&nbsp; implies&nbsp; precise boundaries&nbsp; extension&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; current&nbsp; protected areas&nbsp; with&nbsp; management&nbsp; directed&nbsp; towards preserving&nbsp; natural&nbsp; habitats&nbsp; and&nbsp; reducing&nbsp; the utilization&nbsp; of&nbsp; resources.&nbsp; On&nbsp; the&nbsp; other&nbsp; hand,&nbsp; for most&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; farmland&nbsp; and&nbsp; grassland&nbsp; species, especially in the lowlands, an effective strategy would&nbsp; be&nbsp; to&nbsp; define&nbsp; completely&nbsp; new&nbsp; and spacious&nbsp; protected&nbsp; areas&nbsp; oriented&nbsp; towards maintaining a favorable regime for management and&nbsp; landuse. The&nbsp; study&nbsp; demonstrates that there are&nbsp; great&nbsp; possibilities&nbsp; of&nbsp; using&nbsp; nonsystematically&nbsp; collected&nbsp; data&nbsp; from&nbsp; professiona l and&nbsp; amateur&nbsp; ornithologists,&nbsp; for&nbsp; application&nbsp; in species&nbsp; distribution&nbsp; modeling,&nbsp; but&nbsp; also emphasizes&nbsp; the&nbsp; need&nbsp; to&nbsp; launch&nbsp; extensive programs for systematic inventory, mapping and monitoring of common bird species.</p>

I takt med ett allt hårdare klimat på arbetsmarknaden och ett ökat tryck på individen i arbetslivet har forskningen börjat titta närmare på positiva och hälsofrämjande effekter av kultur- och fritidsrelaterade effekter kopplat till arbetet. Föreliggande kvalitativa studie undersöker upplevelser och erfarenheter av kulturaktiviteter ur ett medarbetarperspektiv inom två större organisationer, samt försöker synliggöra effekter av kultur kopplat till arbetet både för individen och organisationen. Resultatet pekar dels på sociala effekter som känslan av samhörighet och trivsel samt god arbetsmiljö och välbefinnande, kopplade till att delta i kulturaktiviteter tillsammans med sina kolleger och arbetskamrater. Vidare beskrivs effekter genererade mer direkt av själva innehållet i kulturaktiviteter, med betoning på konstnärliga uttrycksformer, som fördjupade tankar och reflektioner, avslappning, kreativitet och ett innovativt klimat. Utifrån både sociala och innehållsmässiga upplevelser och erfarenheter av kultur uppstår olika former av samtal och kommunikation på arbetsplatsen. Kommunikation som kommer att utgöra en central del i de värdeskapande processer som genereras av kultur kopplat till arbetet både för den enskilde individen och organisationen som helhet. Tid framstår också som en avgörande faktor för hur kulturaktiviteter förmedlas och når ut till den enskilde medarbetaren inom organisationen. Här pekar resultatet på värdet av att organisationen erbjuder ett brett spektrum av kulturrelaterade aktiviteter, både enkla och mer utmanande, i syfte att fånga så många medarbetare som möjligt. / Along with increased strain on the individual in many of today´s work settings the positive impact of cultural activities on health and well-being at work has achieved increased attention among scholars. The present qualitative study focus on experiences from cultural activities from a co-worker´s perspective within two major organizations. It also aims at pointing at effects from culture activities at work both from an individual and organizational perspective. The result indicates social effects such as cohesiveness, positive work environment and well-being from taking part in cultural activities together with colleagues. Furthermore the result points at the mere content of culture activities related to fine arts, as something that generates reflections, detachment, creativity and an innovative approach within the organizational body. As an effect of these two categories of experiences from cultural activities various forms of communication emerge at work. This communication appears to be a central part of the processes that generate different kinds of value from culture for the individual as well as the organization. Time resources also turn out to be crucial to the way employees take part in culture activities related to work. The result emphasizes the value and importance of a broad spectra of cultural-related activities distributed within the organization in order to reach out to everyone of its employees.

Seft-Monitoring and Attitude Polarization: Individual Differences in the Role of Belief Consistency and Belief Confidence in the Mere-Thought Effect

The mere thought effect is the tendency for favorable attitudes to become more favorable and unfavorable attitudes to become more unfavorable following thought (Tesser, 1978). Changes in belief-consistency and belief-confidence mediate this effect (Tesser, Martin, & Mendolia, 1995). However, there are self-monitoring differences in the extent to which people are driven by consistency in their beliefs (Fuglestad & Snyder, 2009; Snyder, 1974). It was predicted that mere-thought and self-monitoring will interactively influence attitude polarization. We also hypothesized that the interactive effects of mere-thought and self-monitoring on attitude polarization will be mediated by belief-consistency and belief-confidence. After indicating their initial attitudes about capital punishment, participants were randomly assigned to two different opportunities for thought (i.e., 60s or 180s condition) to list all beliefs about capital punishment. Participants independently responded to the 25-item Self-Monitoring Scale (Snyder, 1974) and a measure on belief-confidence. As predicted, there was a marginally reliable significant interaction between mere-thought and self-monitoring. Low self-monitors compared to high self-monitors demonstrated more polarized attitudes when giving them more time to think about a target issue. As predicted, after controlling for belief-consistency and belief-confidence, the interaction between opportunity for thought and self-monitoring was attenuated. Limitations (i.e., problem with directionality, third variable problem, and threats to statistical validity) and suggestions for future research (i.e., conditions high self-monitors might exhibit more attitude polarization and exploring additional personality/situational moderators) were discussed.

<p>U ovoj tezi je definisana uop&scaron;tena konvolucija koja pripada domenu pseudo-analize i ima veliku primenu u mnogim matematičkim teorijama, npr. u proba-bilističkim metričkim prostorima, PDJ, teorijama odlučivanja, sistema, kontrole i fazi brojeva. Dokazane su bitne osobine ove operacije sa funkcijama. Dokazana je veza izmedju pseudo-konvolucija baziranih na poluprstenima različitih klasa Definisana je (5, C/)-konvolucija bazirana na uslovno distributivnom poluprstenu ([0,1], S, U)).Dat je jo&scaron; jedan vid uop&scaron;tenja konvolucije baziran na uop&scaron;tenim pseudo-operacijama.</p> / <p>In this thesis the generalized convolution have been defined. This operation with functions has applications in different mathematical theo&shy; ries, for example in Probabilistic Metric Spaces, PDE, System and Control Theory, Fuzzy numbers. Some basic properties of this operation has been proved, as well as connection between generalized convolutions based on dif&shy;ferent classes of semirings.
