doctrina nacional internacional y comparada. / The purpose of this report is to analyze the ruling issued in File No. 01606-2018-
PHC/TC in which the Constitutional Court orders the total demolition of the
perimeter wall built by the Municipality of La Molina on the district boundary with
Villa María del Triunfo under the justification of guaranteeing security in its district
and complying with the protection obligation assumed with the Superintendency
of National Assets regarding the impact on the use of land with the purpose of
being used for the construction and implementation of the Recreational
Ecological Park from La Molina.
This is because, as a result of the construction of the wall, the residents of Villa
María del Triunfo saw their rights to free movement and, relatedly, their rights to
equality and non-discrimination violated. This was because the wall had an
extension of 4.5 kilometers and only had one access for the pedestrian crossing.
Along these lines, and given the violation of his rights, Carlos Francisco
Hinostroza Rodríguez filed a habeas corpus lawsuit against the mayor of the
Municipality of La Molina.
In the report, three axes of the ruling that were not adequately addressed will be
reviewed: the right to free movement, the right to security, the right to equality
and non-discrimination. For this purpose, the Political Constitution of Peru, the
Constitutional Procedural Code, rulings of the Constitutional Court, international
and national doctrine will be reviewed.

L'exemplarité de la fiction dans le roman espagnol contemporain / The exemplarity of the fiction in the contemporary Spanish novelFauquet, Isabelle 03 July 2012 (has links)
This thesis analyses how the contemporary Spanish fiction revives the tradition of literary exemplarity, through the study of seven novels published at the turn of the XXth and the XXIst centuries (1998-2004). This work tries to underline the evolution of the exemplarity notion in both diachronic and synchronic perspectives, and the study of the current analytical paradigm focused on the individual. The new forms of exemplarity in contemporary literature are considered through the reactivation of its traditional shape —the hero— but also with the new possibilities given by the questioning of boundaries between genre and the ambivalence of the reading pact. In a world devoid of ideological consensus, the authors of the corpus shape their own frames of understanding. Rather than a universal moral, they suggest subjective ethical answers that can be shared by the reader. The exemplarity, in its actual forms, produces new types of commitment that are based on an ethic inseparable from literary creation.

Creating Community in Isolation: the History of Corpus Christi’s Molina Addition, 1954-1970Gurrola, Moisés A. 12 1900 (has links)
“Creating Community in Isolation: The History of Corpus Christi’s Molina Addition, 1954-1970” examines the history of the Molina Addition in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, and its serving district, the West Oso Independent School District, from 1954 to 1970. Specifically, this essay begins with an analysis of the elite-driven campaign to annex the blighted Molina Addition in September and October 1954. The city intended to raze the neighborhood and develop middle-class homes in place of the newly annexed neighborhood. Following the annexation of the Molina Addition, African American and ethnic Mexican residents initiated protracted struggles to desegregate and integrate schools that served their area, the West Oso Independent School District, as detailed in the chapter, “The West Oso School Board Revolution.” The chapter examines the electoral “revolution” in which Anglo rural elites were unseated from their positions on the school board and replaced by African American and ethnic Mexican Molina Addition residents. The third chapter, “Building Mo-Town, Texas,” focuses on residents’ struggle to install indoor plumbing, eliminate pit privies, construct paved roads, and introduce War on Poverty grants to rehabilitate the neighborhood. This chapter also offers a glimpse into the social life of Molina youth during the 1960s.

Among the diverse fabric of masculinities that prestigious authors such as Pedro Calderon de la Barca, Tirso de Molina and Agustin Moreto weave into their plots, fashion proves to be a common thread and a particularly useful tool. Thus, as I approach the idea of "Fashionable Masculinities" and investigate a few "macho" and/or not so "macho men" in Early Modern drama I hope to go beyond the traditional interpretations, stereotypes and icons often associated with men---in particular, Spanish men in Golden Age drama. This will be achieved by revisiting typical cases and compared through research and documentation of atypical representations of maleness that could be considered displacements and/or subversions of the social matrix. In effect, this study explores how the male ideal is shaped and judged both by the essence of his personality, as well as his physical appearance (i.e.: clothing, hairstyle, mannerisms, discourse and voice). As such, it becomes evident that masculinity is moulded, influenced, enhanced, exaggerated and even muted as it is subject to the whim of different fashions prevalent at a specific moment in time. Moreover, a multitude of social, cultural, racial and historical factors determine the always changing image of the so called "macho man". / Therefore, in order to explore distinct representations of masculinity I approach three different comedias by three different playwrights while comparing how the main character's masculinity fared in three very important spaces: physical, social and sexual. I focus my attention on Saber del mal y del bien by Calderon. Secondly, Don Gil de las calzas verdes by Tirso and explored El lindo don Diego by Moreto. Each one the these represents a different degree of palatable male identities given this particular social construct.

nuestro territorio.
