Aktivní a pasivní politika zaměstnanosti / Active and pasive employment policy

FIALOVÁ, Gabriela January 2008 (has links)
One of the basic targets of economic and social policy is reaching the full employment, it means reaching balance between manpower supply and demand, productive manpower use and citizen´s right of work securing. Loading business of labour policy, in relation to unemployed, is to finance and create projects aid to risky categories, to groups and the most disaster areas. Labour policy can support the labour market trends only, but can´t modify it by the distinct way. Ministry of labour and social matters and regional authorities of labour (Bureaus of Labor) secure the labour policy. Generally State labour policie´s Resources dispartable on passive and active labour policy. Resources of passive labour policy first of all represent the job applicant allowance.

Vliv aktivního zotavení a hydroterapie na opakovaný krátkodobý a střednědobý svalový výkon / The effect of active recovery and hydroterapy on the subsequent short-term and medium-term muscular performance

Strejcová, Barbora January 2011 (has links)
Title: The effect of active recovery and hydroterapy on the subsequent short-term and medium-term muscular performance Objective: The aim of the study was to compare the effect of two recoveries (ice pack, passive recovery) on the subsequent short-term and three recoveries (active recovery, cold water immersion, passive recovery) on the medium-term knee strength in the extension and flexion. Methods: Fourteen athletes in an average age of 26,6±4,4 years performed, in a random cross-over design, 2 sessions with 5 repeated short-term isokinetic tests and 3 sessions with 3 repeated medium-term isokinetic tests. The effect of ice packs and passive rest and the effect of active recovery, passive rest and cold water immersion were assessed by the 5x2 (time x recovery) and 3x3 (time x recovery) repeated-measure ANOVA, respectively. Results: The ice packs did not have any effect on peak torque, total work and average power during short-term performances. The average heart rate was significantly lower during measurements with the ice packs than during the passive recovery (125±15 vs. 135±20 tepů. min-1 ). We stated significantly lower changes in knee extension for the peak torque after the active recovery (↑ 0,9 N.m) than after the cold water immersion (↓ 14,6 N.m) or the passive recovery (↓ 13,9 N.m). High-Efficiency Passive and Active Phased Arrays and Array Feeds for Satellite Communications

Yang, Zhenchao 01 November 2015 (has links) (PDF)
Satellite communication (Satcom) services are used worldwide for voice, data, and video links due to various appealing features. Parabolic reflector antennas are typically used to serve a cost effective scheme for commercial applications. However, mount degradation, roof sag, and orbital decay motivate the need for beam steering. Limited scan range beam steering opens a third option for electronic beam steering with lower cost than full aperture phased arrays and higher tracking speed and accuracy than mechanical-only steering.Multiple high efficiency passive patch array feeds were designed, fabricated, and measured, including a 2x2 MSA array, a stacked shorted annular patch antenna, and an SIW-fed hexagonal array feed based on PTFE material, achieving performance comparable to a horn feed. For multiband dual polarization applications, passive MSA feed solutions are also provided. Multiple MSA array feeds with high isolation were designed for dual band dual polarization applications. More functionality can be realized with multi-layer PCB techniques for complex communication scenarios.Limited scan range electronic beam-steering with a parabolic reflector fed by an active array feed which only needs gain control was demonstrated experimentally, leading to a low cost and effective solution for active beam scanning. A cost-effective flat-panel phased array with limited scan range electronic beam-steering was proposed by tiling high efficiency 4x4 passive subarrays and performing beam scanning at the tile level. The sidelobe issue was also investigated to comply with the pattern mask requirement set by FCC.To enable better use of circularly polarized (CP) MSAs for electronically beam-formed antenna systems, the impact of mutual coupling on the performance of high-sensitivity dual-polarized receivers for satellite communications applications was analyzed. A new analysis method for intrinsically dual-CP MSAs based on an equivalent circuit model and Jones matrices was proposed and validated to overcome the port isolation challenge. The model provides accurate estimates of impedances and S-parameters, as well as field parameters such as axial ratio. The feasible region for XPI and impedance mismatch factor is found for dual CP antennas. The circuit model enables multiple useful applications. Effective decoupling and matching schemes was proposed and demonstrated, leading to a high isolation, good match, and wide AR bandwidth dual CP MSA for satellite communications.

Caractérisation robuste de liaisons amortissantes avec dispositifs piezo-électriques pour la réduction de vibrations de structures / Robust characterization of damping joints with piezoelectric devices for the vibrational reduction of structures

Karim, Yassine 02 December 2013 (has links)
The study presented in this thesis aims to explore other ways of vibration reduction in structures with bolted connections. The first way studied is based on the energy dissipation provided by the deformation of piezoelectric elements connected to an adapted electric circuit. The proposed second way is based on the property of the bolted joint of changing the natural frequencies of a structure according to the applied tightening force. This property is used via several control laws to avoid vibration on critical frequency ranges.Thereafter a probabilistic study is made to determine the robustness of the vibration reduction in relation to a variation of some model parameters. The robustness study is done through non-intrusive stochastic methods, among them a dedicated method that we propose. A stochastic model reduction is allowed which reduces dramatically the computation time without losing quality of stochastic results.

The response of passive and active biological cell to applied electric field is investigated with a Mortar Finite Element Method MFEM. Cells response is a process with two different time scales, one in microseconds for the cell polarization and the other in milliseconds for the active response of the cell due to the complex dynamics of the ion-channel current on the cell membrane. The mathematical model to describe the dynamics of the cell response is based on the conservation law of electric current in a conductive medium. By introducing an additional variable known as Lagrange multiplier defined on the cell interface, the boundary value problem associated to the conservation of electric current is decoupled from the initial value problem associated to the passive and active response of the cell. The proposed method allows to solve electric potential distribution in arbitrary cell geometry and arrangements. In order to validate the presented methodology, the h-convergence order of the MFEM is numerically investigated. The numerical and exact solutions describing cell polarization are also compared. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method, the active response to an applied electric field in cells clusters and cells with arbitrary geometry are investigated.

Ungdomars självkänsla i relation till användningen av sociala medier / Self-esteem in relation to social media usage : among adolescents

Selin, Erik, Lerjefelt, Adina January 2020 (has links)
Deltagarna fyllde i enkäten under lektionstid. / The aim of this study is to examine how self-esteem is related to usage of social media, and if there are any gender differences between boys and girls regarding self-esteem, spent time and behavior on social media. The questions to be answered are: (I) Is there a relation between self-esteem and spent time on social media? (II) Is there a relation between self-esteem and active usage of social media? (III) Is there a difference in self-esteem between active and passive users of social media? (IV) Is there a difference between girls and boys regarding self-esteem, spent time and behavior on social media? The study has a quantitative approach and the material was collected by using surveys. The sample consisted of 140 adolescents (age 13-16) and was selected through a convenience sample. The participants filled in the survey during class. The survey was a compilation of three different measuring instruments; Rosenberg Self-Esteem scale (RSES), Social Media Engagement Questionnaire (SMEQ) and Passive and Active Facebook Use Measure (PAUM). The answers were processed statistically with correlation analyses and t-test. The result showed weak negative correlations between self-esteem and the three variables spent time, active social usage respective active non-social usage. The result didn’t show any significant difference between passive and active users. Boys reported higher levels of self-esteem than girls. Girls reported higher levels of passive usage, active social usage and active non-social usage. A possible conclusion could be that there is a connection between social media usage and self-esteem. The result in this study showed that large amount of social media usage could be related to lower self-esteem. There seems to be a difference between boys and girls regarding self-esteem and social media usage. Further research on the younger generation is needed to find out how the young individual could use social media in ways that promotes self-esteem.

Brissinger, Damien 17 November 2010 (has links)
Within the quick nano-fabrication techniques evolution and the increasing needs in low space and energy opto-electronic functions on-chip integration, studies and control of electromagnetic resonances of sub-micrometric objects are crucial issues. One aim of this work was then to improve our knowledge of the light-matter interaction. To this end, optical near-field experiments and complementary numerical development of models have been performed to study electromagnetic resonances due to light-matter interaction in sub-micrometric resonators. As an introduction, the first part of the manuscript presents the main phenomena involved in near-field optical microscopy and the used SNOM operation. The second part is dedicated to nearfield tip/Fabry-Perot micro-resonator interaction in the non-linear regime. In this part, we first present the study of high-Q/small volume Silicon nano-cavity non-linearities, showing possible bistable operation at very low incident power. We then demonstrate the cavity stability modulation obtain with the near-field tip. In the third part of the manuscript, we consider thin metallic film resonances. As a beginning, we realize an exhaustive study of the film eigenmodes and then discuss the resonant optical excitation of the film as well as precise determination of Brewster angle. These theoretical studies have been extended experimentally with the optical near-field determination of the resonant modes of semi-infinite thin films. For the different studies, experimental measures have been systematically associated with theoretical analyses and numerical developments of models, which have then been confirmed or discussed in light of the experimental results.
