Socialt stöd till arbetsterapeuter och fysioterapeuter inom kommunal äldreomsorg

Arbetsterapeuter och fysioterapeuter arbetar utifrån ett rehabiliterande förhållningssätt. Detta kan bidra till känsla av utanförskap och konkurrens med kommunens övriga professioner och deras förhållningssätt. Forskning visar även att behov av socialt stöd finns för att kunna förklara vad rehabiliterande förhållningssätt är men att socialt stöd för att förankra detta inte alltid finns i organisationerna. Syftet var att beskriva arbetsterapeuters och fysioterapeuters erfarenheter av socialt stöd från kommunen gällande rehabiliteringsinsatser till patienter inom äldreomsorg. Induktiv innehållsanalys där åtta intervjuer med arbetsterapeuter och fysioterapeuter utgjorde data. Analysen genererade två generiska kategorier och fem subkategorier. Generiska kategorin att ha ett ledningssystem beskrivs genom subkategorierna: Närvarande/ansvarstagande chef, stöttande chef samt rutiner och stödfunktioner. Den generiska kategorin teamarbete beskrivs genom subkategorierna: behov av rehabiliteringsteam samt behov av tvärprofessionella team. Starkast stöd verkar fås av arbetsterapeut- och fysioterapeutkollegor om möjlighet till detta ges av organisation och dess företrädare.

Darbo tikslas – įvertinti kineziterapeuto paslaugų poreikį Kauno miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Tyrimo metodika. Siekiant įvertinti kineziterapeuto paslaugų poreikį Kauno miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose buvo atlikta 565 kasmetinės profilaktinės ikimokyklinukų sveikatos patikros pažymų analizė, 321 ikimokyklinuko tėvo bei 16 Kauno miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų anoniminė anketinė apklausa bei dviejų kūno kultūros pedagogų, dviejų masažuotojų ir kineziterapeuto, dirbančio ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje, darbo stebėsena. Statistinei duomenų analizei naudota SPSS programa. Proporcijų lyginimui taikytas Chi kvadrato (χ2) kriterijus, ryšys tarp požymių laikytas statistiškai reikšmingu, kai p<0,05. Skirtumo tarp atvejų dažnio dviejose tiriamųjų grupėse reikšmingumas vertintas taikant dvipusį z kriterijų. Rezultatai. Kaulų – raumenų sistemos sutrikimai – tai dažniausia ikimokyklinukų sveikatos problema. Kas šeštam vaikui nustatytos kojų deformacijos, kas devintam – plokščiapėdystė, dar kas devintam – šleivapėdystė, kas tryliktam ikimokyklinukui – netaisyklinga laikysena. Visos apklaustos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovės ir dauguma tėvų (92 proc.) pageidautų, kad būtų teikiamos kineziterapeuto paslaugos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Visų vadovių ir 86,6 proc. tėvų nuomone, tai padėtų laiku nustatyti ir koreguoti kaulų – raumenų sistemos sutrikimus bei daugumos (atitinkamai, 81,3 proc. ir 84,1 proc.) nuomone sumažintų šių sutrikimų pasireiškimo dažnį... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Aim of the study – to evaluate the demand for physiotherapist services at preschool education establishments in Kaunas city. Methods. In order to evaluate the demand for physiotherapist services at preschool education establishments in Kaunas city, an analysis of 565 annual preventive health check-ups of preschoolers, anonymous questionnaire survey of 16 directors of Kaunas city preschool education and 321 parents of preschoolers and also observation of work of two physical culture educators, masseurs and physiotherapist, working at preschool education establishment. SPSS program was used for the analysis of statistical data. Chi square (χ2) criterion was applied for the comparison of proportions and relation between attributes were hold as statistically significant when p<0.05. Significant of difference between frequencies of cases in two groups of respondents was evaluated by application of two way “z” criterion. Results. Bone-muscle disorders – it is the most often health problem of preschoolers. Deformations of legs is diagnosed for every sixth child, flat-footedness – for every ninth child, positional talipes – for every other ninth child, abnormal posture – for every thirteenth preschooler. Thinking about this, the present work intend to point out the importance of the support to the school, the professors and the students that they lives deeply this process, with the purpose to guarantee better conditions of participation and educational exploitation. For being extensive the different ways of intervention and support to the school, this work had as objective identify the expectations of the professors with relation to the performance of the physiotherapist in the proposal of pertaining to the school inclusion of students with physical disability with or without neurological deficiency to ratify the action of this professional at the moments of to play and motor activities in the school. The research was happened in Barueri City, in 14 schools of the Infantile Education, having the participation of 16 professors who was teaching for students with physical disability. The result of the research had been presented through quantitative analyses and qualitative analyses, from the application of a questionnaire for each participant. With the gotten results , it was identified the necessity of support to the schools, the professors and the students, since it does not have offered services and supports, and is many the difficulties of the professors in becoming accomplishes the participation of the students who present physical deficiency at the moments of to play and motor activities. The physiotherapist, according to expectations of the professors, can play important role in this challenge, being a professional capable to integrate a work in set with the professor in favor of the student who lives deeply the process of pertaining to school inclusion. / O aprimoramento e a busca por novas produções e pesquisas científicas a respeito das questões que abarcam o processo de inclusão escolar estão cada vez mais presentes, no intuito de melhor compreender e possibilitar ações responsáveis junto ao processo educacional de pessoas com deficiência. Pensando nisso, o presente trabalho salienta a importância do apoio à escola, aos professores e aos alunos que vivenciam este processo, com a finalidade de garantir melhores condições de participação e aproveitamento educacional. Por serem amplas as diferentes maneiras de intervenção e apoio à escola, este trabalho teve como objetivo identificar as expectativas dos professores com relação à atuação do fisioterapeuta na proposta de inclusão escolar de alunos com deficiência física com ou sem comprometimentos neurológicos, ressaltando a ação deste profissional nos momentos de brincadeiras e atividades motoras na escola. A pesquisa foi realizada no município de Barueri, em 14 escolas da Educação Infantil, tendo a participação de 16 professores que lecionavam para alunos com deficiência física. Os dados da pesquisa foram apresentados através de análises quantitativas e análises qualitativas, a partir da aplicação de um questionário para cada participante. Diante dos resultados obtidos, identificou-se a grande necessidade de apoio às escolas, aos professores e aos alunos, visto que não há serviços e suportes oferecidos, e são muitas as dificuldades dos professores em tornar efetiva a participação dos alunos que apresentam deficiência física nos momentos de brincadeiras e atividades motoras. O fisioterapeuta, segundo as expectativas dos professores, pode desempenhar importante papel neste desafio, sendo um profissional capaz de integrar um trabalho em conjunto com o professor a favor do aluno que vivencia o processo de inclusão escolar.

Rehabilitation at a distance through personally provided video exercises : WeeDo

The rehabilitation department of the Mobile Hospital Team at Region Skåne Malmö wants to convert the current traditional training programs, given to patients on a piece of paper, into something digital. For the following purpose, an online cross-platform web application called WeeDo was implemented. This thesis researched to what extent this tool can replace traditional forms of rehabilitation, how well physiotherapists can track the improvement and engagement of their patients from a distance, and what functionalities are important to make the system effective and useful. A field study along with a semi-structured interview and questionnaires were invoked to conduct data from the users of the application. 32 patient proxy users participated in the questionnaires and 1 physiotherapist in the interview. The results from the questionnaires found that a visual representation of exercises is valuable and important. 91.3% of the patient respondents felt that WeeDo can replace the traditional form of physiotherapy. The interview results found that WeeDo will not only be similarly effective as the traditional physiotherapy but WeeDo will also let physiotherapists to track patients' improvement and engagement from a distance. However the study includes some limitations and recommendations for future research to validate similar conclusions that can be drawn from this study.

Bakgrund: Smärta i bäcken och ländrygg är något som drabbar många kvinnor under graviditeten. Kvarvarande graviditetsrelaterad smärta kan påverka kvinnornas fysiska aktivitet och delaktighet i vardagen. Det finns evidens för att fysisk aktivitet hjälper vid smärtproblematik och även återhämtning efter förlossning men kvinnorna kan behöva socialt stöd för att den fysiska aktiviteten ska bli av. Fysioterapeuter kan arbeta genom att främja fysisk aktivitet och genom ett beteendemedicinskt arbetssätt ta hänsyn till biologiska, sociala och psykologiska hälsofaktorer med fokus på beteende. Syfte: Att undersöka hur kvinnor med graviditetsrelaterade bäcken- och/eller ländryggssmärtor postpartum upplever att möten med fysioterapeuter i rehabiliterande syfte stödjer återgång till viktiga vardagliga aktiviteter. Metod: Sex informanter med graviditetsrelaterad bäcken- och/eller ryggsmärta och som har träffat fysioterapeut minst en gång efter graviditeten rekryterades och intervjuades efter en semistrukturerad frågeguide. Materialet analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Analysen gav tre kategorierna: ”Att hitta rätt hjälp var svårt”, ”Bemötandet spelar en viktig roll” och ”Åtgärderna som hjälper”. Slutsats: När informanterna mötte fysioterapeuter med rätt kompetens inom området resulterade det i åtgärder som hjälpte dem att hantera sin smärta och återgå till viktiga vardagliga aktiviteter. Kompetens inom bemötande och att se hela människan såväl biologiska som psykologiska och sociala faktorer gav resultat för en lyckad rehabilitering och beteendeförändring.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka coacher och fysioterapeuters strategier för att hjälpa en skadad idrottare tillbaka till fullt idrottande. Ett underliggande syfte var att belysa samarbetet mellan coacher och fysioterapeuter under en idrottsskaderehabilitering. Tidigare forskning antyder att det sociala stödet och utbildning inom psykologiska strategier har positiv inverkan på en idrottares psykologiska välmående följt en skada. I studien genomfördes totalt sex semi-strukturerade intervjuer med tre coacher och tre fysioterapeuter med minst fem års erfarenhet av att coacha idrottsskadade utövare. Utifrån dessa intervjuer kunde fyra primära strategier urskiljas: (1) målsättning, (2) socialt stöd, (3) individanpassad rehabilitering och (4) individanpassat stöd. För det underliggande syftet kunde tre huvudkomponenter urskiljas: (1) kommunikation och etiska dilemman, (2) kunskap och (3) resurser. Konklusionen av denna studie är att de fyra primära strategierna kan användas i syfte av att göra rehabiliteringsprocessen i större grad självbestämmande för idrottare där coping fungerar som ett hjälpmedel att hantera motgångar i form av skador idrottare möter. Samarbetet mellan coacher och fysioterapeuter kunde ses ha en indirekt inverkan på en skadad idrottares rehabiliteringsprocess. Resurser påverkar hur kommunikationen och kunskapen ser ut runt idrottaren. Större resurser skapar en fördelaktig miljö i form av ett nära samarbete mellan coacher och fysioterapeuter med god kunskap kring coaching och rehabilitering vilket ger goda möjligheter för idrottaren att komma tillbaka till idrotten. / The purpose of this study was to identify strategies coaches and physiotherapists use to help an injured athlete back to full fitness. The purpose was also to highlight the cooperation between coaches and physiotherapists. Earlier research suggests social support and psychological strategies have a positive impact on an athlete’s psychological wellbeing after an injury and during the rehabilitation. It was conducted six semi structured interviews with three coaches and three physiotherapists. Findings suggest there are four primary strategies used: (1) goal setting, (2) social support, (3) individualised rehabilitation and (4) individualised support. Findings concerning the cooperation between coaches and physiotherapists had three key components: (1) communication and ethical dilemmas, (2) knowledge and (3) resources. This study suggest that the four primary strategies could be used in purpose of making sport injury rehabilitation more self-determined for the athlete, where copingstrategier works as a useful tool to help an injured athlete manage adversities. The cooperation between coaches and physiotherapists could by indirect means have an impact on an injured athletes rehabilitation process. Resources affect how the communication and knowledge appear surrounding the athlete. Greater resources lead to favourable conditions in the shape of close cooperation between coaches and physiotherapists with knowledge about coaching and rehabilitation which creates more opportunities for an athlete to get back to full fitness following a sports injury.

Bakgrund: Samband mellan motorisk utveckling, fysisk aktivitet och lärande finns väl dokumenterade. Processer för att utveckla implementeringen av fysisk aktivitet i skolan har påbörjats bland annat genom fysioterapi som en del av elevhälsan, ett relativt nytt verksamhetsområde. För fysioterapeuter innebär detta en etableringsprocess där samverkan i nya teamkonstellationer utvecklas. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur skolfysioterapeuter upplever sin professionella roll och teamarbetet inom elevhälsan. Metod: Tre semistrukturerade intervjuer utfördes via zoom eller telefon med skolfysioterapeuter som arbetade inom elevhälsan. Intervjuerna spelades in och materialet transkriberades för att sedan analyseras med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys enligt Graneheim &amp; Lundman. Resultat: Studien resulterade i att tre kategorier kunde identifieras: Att samarbeta och vara spindeln i nätet,  Att utveckla och vara en ny kompetens på skolan, och Att förhålla sig till ett delat fokus på hälsa kontra prestation i skolan. Dessa kategorier delades även in i underkategorier. Studien visade att skolfysioterapeuterna upplevde att de spelade en viktig roll på skolan genom att bidra med en kompletterande, fysioterapeutisk syn på hälsa. Att implementera sina perspektiv på hälsa i skolan var dock en utmaning där skolans fokus ofta ligger på prestation. Informanterna hade till stor del själva fått utforma sin yrkesroll vilket varit både en möjlighet och en utmaning. Slutsats: Fysioterapeuter kan bidra med en kompletterande syn på hälsa i skolan och en ökad styrning från högre instanser krävs för att överkomma utmaningarna och för utveckling av verksamhetsområdet. / Introduction: The relationship between motor development, physical activity and academic achievement is well documented. Processes for developing the implementation of physical activity in schools have begun through physiotherapy, among other areas, as part of school based healthcare. This is a relatively new area of focus within the profession. For physiotherapists, this involves establishing a new professional role and developing interprofessional working relationships. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate school physiotherapists experiences of their role and teamwork within school based healthcare. Method: Three semi-structured interviews were conducted via zoom or telephone with school physiotherapists working within student healthcare. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, and the data analyzed using a qualitative content analysis. Results: Three categories were identified: To cooperate and be “the person at the heart of things”, To develop and to have a new professional role in school, and To relate to a shared focus of health versus academic achievement in school.  These categories were further specified into subcategories. The subjects felt they played an important role in the school by providing a complementary, physiotherapeutic perspective on health. However, the schools focus on performance was perceived to be a challenge when implementing their views on health. The subjects were able to form the role themselves to a large extent which was deemed a challenge and an opportunity. Conclusions: Physiotherapists contribute a complementary perspective on health within schools. An increased involvement from governing bodies is required to overcome challenges and for development in the field.

A contribuição da identidade no trabalho na construção da identidade profissional : uma análise de fisioterapeutas atuantes em unidades de terapia intensiva

Cette thèse a pour but d’analyser comment se déroule le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle et comment ce processus a lieu moyeannt la précarité de la reconnaissance au travail de part de ses pairs et par l’hiérarchie. L’identité professionnelle correspond à un processus qui commence lors de la fin des cours de formation; qui continue tout au long de la confrontation avec les relations, l’ambiance et le marché de travail et qui rend possible la construction d’une image personnelle que l’individu veut présenter. Par l’analyse du processus de socialisation du professionnel dans les relations de travail il devient possible non seulement de comprendre le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle, mais aussi de s’approcher du concept de profession dans l’actualité. En faisant cette analyse, on vérifie, par conséquent, la construction de l’identité au travail, qui se fonde sur trois éléments – la reconnaissance, l’autonomie et la coopération au travail – et qui confère à l’individu la possibilité d’un retour sur soi même capable de lui faire se sentir inclus dans des cercles d’égaux. Afin d’analyser le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle, on a décidé d’ajouter un quatrième élement, celui de la connaissance professionnelle, lequel, tout comme les autres éléments cités ci-dessous, est l’un des axes d’analyse de cette thèse. Comme source de matériel empirique, on a choisi l’analyse du professionnel physiothérapeute inséré dans une unité de traitement intensif, en vue de l’indéfinition éventuelle de ses attributions et de ses contributions au travail de l’unité de traitement intensif, par rapport au travail du médecin, par exemple. La méthodologie utilisée dans cette thèse s’est fondée sur une approche qualitative, avec des questionnaires demistructurés qui ont été présentés le long de 2009 à 20 physiothérapeutes, 17 médecins et 17 infirmiers qui travaillent dans 14 unités de traitement intensif dans la ville de Porto Alegre, aussi que sur l’observation directe de deux unités de traitement intensif. L’analyse de contenu des donnés collectées permis comprendre le matériel empirique associé au référentiel théorique. Comme résultat de cette étude, on voit le rôle du processus de construction de l’identité au travail comme une étape conditionnante de la construction de l’identité professionnelle. En plus, cette étude démontre l’importance de la connaissance professionnelle, caracterisée par la connaissance scientifique, contextuelle et réflexive, comme condition pour qu’un travailleur puisse construire une identité professionnelle stabilisée. Moyennant l’impossibilité que l’individu ne construise une identité au travail stabilisée à cause de la précarité de la reconnaissance au travail, on s’aperçoit de la difficulté que le professionnel trouve pour gagner de la visibilité et pour construire la connaissance professionnel dans les relations de travail. Ladite difficulté tend à compromettre la construction de l’identité professionnel. / Esta tese tem por objetivo analisar como ocorre o processo de construção da identidade profissional e como este processo acontece mediante a precariedade de reconhecimento no trabalho pelos pares e pela hierarquia. A identidade profissional corresponde a um processo que tem seu início na saída do curso de formação e que continua ao longo da confrontação com as relações, o ambiente e o mercado de trabalho e que proporciona a construção de uma imagem pessoal que o indivíduo quer apresentar. Entende-se que ao analisar o processo de socialização do profissional nas relações de trabalho torna-se possível compreender não apenas o processo de construção da identidade profissional, mas também permite se aproximar do conceito de profissão na atualidade. Ao realizar tal análise, verifica-se, por conseguinte, a construção da identidade no trabalho que tem por base três elementos – o reconhecimento, a autonomia e a cooperação no trabalho – e que confere ao indivíduo a possibilidade de um retorno a si mesmo capaz de sentir-se incluído em círculos iguais. Para analisar o processo de construção da identidade profissional, opta-se por agregar um quarto elemento, o conhecimento profissional, que junto aos elementos citados anteriormente compõem os eixos de análise desta tese. Como material empírico, optou-se por analisar o profissional fisioterapeuta inserido em UTI pela indefinição eventual de suas atribuições e contribuições no trabalho da UTI em comparação ao trabalho médico, por exemplo. A metodologia utilizada neste estudo amparou-se em uma abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização de roteiros de entrevista semi-estruturados que foram aplicados em 20 fisioterapeutas, 17 médicos e 17 enfermeiros atuantes em 14 diferentes UTIs na cidade de Porto Alegre ao longo do ano de 2009, bem como a observação direta de duas UTIs. Foi realizada uma análise de conteúdo dos dados coletados que permitiram a compreensão do material empírico associado ao referencial teórico. Como resultado deste estudo, destaca-se o papel do processo de construção da identidade no trabalho como etapa condicionante à construção da identidade profissional. Ademais, este estudo demonstra a importância do conhecimento profissional caracterizado pelo conhecimento científico, contextual e reflexivo, como condição para que o trabalhador possa construir uma identidade profissional estabilizada. Mediante a impossibilidade do indivíduo construir uma identidade no trabalho estabilizada em decorrência da precariedade de reconhecimento no trabalho, percebe-se a dificuldade do profissional em dar visibilidade e construir o conhecimento profissional nas relações de trabalho. Tal dificuldade tende a comprometer a construção da identidade profissional. / This thesis analyzes how the process of professional identity building takes place and, in particular, how it takes place in the context of precarious recognition by peers and superiors at work. Professional identity is a process that begins at the end of one’s studies, goes on throughout the period one faces labor relations, environment and market, and makes possible the building of a personal image that individuals want to present. By analyzing the professional’s process of socialization in labor relations, we can not only understand the process of professional identity building, but also approach the concept of profession in our days. By carrying out such an analysis, we see the building of identity at work, which is based on three elements – recognition, autonomy and cooperation at work – and which gives individuals a chance to return to themselves to feel included in peer circles. To analyze the process of professional identity building we choose to add a fourth element, professional knowledge, which, together with the other elements aforementioned, is an axe of this thesis. The empirical material source of this thesis was professional physiotherapists working at Intensive Care Units (ICUs), due to their frequently indefinite attributions and contributions to the work, in comparison to physicians’ work, for example. The methodology used in this thesis is based on a qualitative approach, with semi-structured questionnaires which were handed out to 20 physiotherapists, 17 physicians and 17 nurses working at 14 ICUs in Porto Alegre in 2009, as well as on direct observation of two ICUs. The content analysis of the data collected was used to understand the empirical material associated with the theory references. As an outcome of this study, we view the role of the identity at work building process as a stepping stone to professional identity building. Cette thèse a pour but d’analyser comment se déroule le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle et comment ce processus a lieu moyeannt la précarité de la reconnaissance au travail de part de ses pairs et par l’hiérarchie. L’identité professionnelle correspond à un processus qui commence lors de la fin des cours de formation; qui continue tout au long de la confrontation avec les relations, l’ambiance et le marché de travail et qui rend possible la construction d’une image personnelle que l’individu veut présenter. Par l’analyse du processus de socialisation du professionnel dans les relations de travail il devient possible non seulement de comprendre le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle, mais aussi de s’approcher du concept de profession dans l’actualité. En faisant cette analyse, on vérifie, par conséquent, la construction de l’identité au travail, qui se fonde sur trois éléments – la reconnaissance, l’autonomie et la coopération au travail – et qui confère à l’individu la possibilité d’un retour sur soi même capable de lui faire se sentir inclus dans des cercles d’égaux. Afin d’analyser le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle, on a décidé d’ajouter un quatrième élement, celui de la connaissance professionnelle, lequel, tout comme les autres éléments cités ci-dessous, est l’un des axes d’analyse de cette thèse. Comme source de matériel empirique, on a choisi l’analyse du professionnel physiothérapeute inséré dans une unité de traitement intensif, en vue de l’indéfinition éventuelle de ses attributions et de ses contributions au travail de l’unité de traitement intensif, par rapport au travail du médecin, par exemple. La méthodologie utilisée dans cette thèse s’est fondée sur une approche qualitative, avec des questionnaires demistructurés qui ont été présentés le long de 2009 à 20 physiothérapeutes, 17 médecins et 17 infirmiers qui travaillent dans 14 unités de traitement intensif dans la ville de Porto Alegre, aussi que sur l’observation directe de deux unités de traitement intensif. L’analyse de contenu des donnés collectées permis comprendre le matériel empirique associé au référentiel théorique. Comme résultat de cette étude, on voit le rôle du processus de construction de l’identité au travail comme une étape conditionnante de la construction de l’identité professionnelle. En plus, cette étude démontre l’importance de la connaissance professionnelle, caracterisée par la connaissance scientifique, contextuelle et réflexive, comme condition pour qu’un travailleur puisse construire une identité professionnelle stabilisée. Moyennant l’impossibilité que l’individu ne construise une identité au travail stabilisée à cause de la précarité de la reconnaissance au travail, on s’aperçoit de la difficulté que le professionnel trouve pour gagner de la visibilité et pour construire la connaissance professionnel dans les relations de travail. Ladite difficulté tend à compromettre la construction de l’identité professionnel. / Esta tese tem por objetivo analisar como ocorre o processo de construção da identidade profissional e como este processo acontece mediante a precariedade de reconhecimento no trabalho pelos pares e pela hierarquia. A identidade profissional corresponde a um processo que tem seu início na saída do curso de formação e que continua ao longo da confrontação com as relações, o ambiente e o mercado de trabalho e que proporciona a construção de uma imagem pessoal que o indivíduo quer apresentar. Entende-se que ao analisar o processo de socialização do profissional nas relações de trabalho torna-se possível compreender não apenas o processo de construção da identidade profissional, mas também permite se aproximar do conceito de profissão na atualidade. Ao realizar tal análise, verifica-se, por conseguinte, a construção da identidade no trabalho que tem por base três elementos – o reconhecimento, a autonomia e a cooperação no trabalho – e que confere ao indivíduo a possibilidade de um retorno a si mesmo capaz de sentir-se incluído em círculos iguais. Para analisar o processo de construção da identidade profissional, opta-se por agregar um quarto elemento, o conhecimento profissional, que junto aos elementos citados anteriormente compõem os eixos de análise desta tese. Como material empírico, optou-se por analisar o profissional fisioterapeuta inserido em UTI pela indefinição eventual de suas atribuições e contribuições no trabalho da UTI em comparação ao trabalho médico, por exemplo. A metodologia utilizada neste estudo amparou-se em uma abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização de roteiros de entrevista semi-estruturados que foram aplicados em 20 fisioterapeutas, 17 médicos e 17 enfermeiros atuantes em 14 diferentes UTIs na cidade de Porto Alegre ao longo do ano de 2009, bem como a observação direta de duas UTIs. Foi realizada uma análise de conteúdo dos dados coletados que permitiram a compreensão do material empírico associado ao referencial teórico. Como resultado deste estudo, destaca-se o papel do processo de construção da identidade no trabalho como etapa condicionante à construção da identidade profissional. Ademais, este estudo demonstra a importância do conhecimento profissional caracterizado pelo conhecimento científico, contextual e reflexivo, como condição para que o trabalhador possa construir uma identidade profissional estabilizada. Mediante a impossibilidade do indivíduo construir uma identidade no trabalho estabilizada em decorrência da precariedade de reconhecimento no trabalho, percebe-se a dificuldade do profissional em dar visibilidade e construir o conhecimento profissional nas relações de trabalho. Tal dificuldade tende a comprometer a construção da identidade profissional. / This thesis analyzes how the process of professional identity building takes place and, in particular, how it takes place in the context of precarious recognition by peers and superiors at work. Professional identity is a process that begins at the end of one’s studies, goes on throughout the period one faces labor relations, environment and market, and makes possible the building of a personal image that individuals want to present. By analyzing the professional’s process of socialization in labor relations, we can not only understand the process of professional identity building, but also approach the concept of profession in our days. By carrying out such an analysis, we see the building of identity at work, which is based on three elements – recognition, autonomy and cooperation at work – and which gives individuals a chance to return to themselves to feel included in peer circles. To analyze the process of professional identity building we choose to add a fourth element, professional knowledge, which, together with the other elements aforementioned, is an axe of this thesis. The empirical material source of this thesis was professional physiotherapists working at Intensive Care Units (ICUs), due to their frequently indefinite attributions and contributions to the work, in comparison to physicians’ work, for example. The methodology used in this thesis is based on a qualitative approach, with semi-structured questionnaires which were handed out to 20 physiotherapists, 17 physicians and 17 nurses working at 14 ICUs in Porto Alegre in 2009, as well as on direct observation of two ICUs. The content analysis of the data collected was used to understand the empirical material associated with the theory references. As an outcome of this study, we view the role of the identity at work building process as a stepping stone to professional identity building. Besides, this study highlights how important professional knowledge, characterized by scientific, contextual and reflexive knowledge, is as a condition for workers to build a stable professional identity. By being impossible for individuals to build a stable identity at work due to precarious recognition at work, we realize how difficult it is for them to gain visibility and build professional knowledge at labor relations. As the responsable teaching by the work placement in Work Physioterapist it has looked for a method to be followed, but none right material has found. It deals with a learning process in Work Physioterapist area that the studyings get into the classroom. The goals of this work is to help students understand occupacional health, worker health and ergonomics thoughout a construction of a analysis script of working situations to be used in the Supervised Stage in Work Physioterapist in the Physioterapist Course. The students have done two application test that allowed them be into a straight contact with the workers when they have applicated the questions, to look their working routine and its environment, to identify unright situations , when they have applicated the ergonomic tools, and even to use the classroom knowledge or surveys, and, finally, to organize all the information they have got and construct sugestions and recommendations to make goods in the working environment. The analysis script of the work situation has applicated in a gas station from Tupã SP, specifically in the clerck with the front guys and the convenience store clerk . The results of these applications were satisfactory, and also the students could have applicated the script with no dificulties. This paper deals with the phisyoterapist importance with the companies and its contribution to the worker health in a vary subject, with the general and specific aspects in a supervised stage in Work Physioterapist, its importance for vocational training, how does a stage work and what are its rules in a teaching institution. It presents a brief bibliography review about the work, work condition,ergonomics and the methods (Ergonomic Analysis of the Work, anthropometry and the ergonomics rules NIOSH, RULA, REBA, Moore and Garg, OWAS) that have served base to elaborate the script. / O fisioterapeuta do trabalho cada vez mais está demonstrando a sua importância dentro do ambiente ocupacional, atuando tanto na área preventiva como no processo de reabilitação física. Como docente responsável pela supervisão do Estágio em Fisioterapia do Trabalho procurou-se uma metodologia que pudesse ser seguida, mas nenhum material adequado foi encontrado. Aborda-se também o processo de aprendizado na área em fisioterapia do trabalho que os discentes de fisioterapia adquirem em sala de aula. O objetivo deste trabalho é auxiliar os alunos a compreenderem saúde ocupacional, saúde do trabalhador e ergonomia através da elaboração de um roteiro de análise de situações de trabalho a ser utilizado no Estágio Supervisionado em Fisioterapia do Trabalho do curso de Fisioterapia. Os alunos realizaram duas aplicações teste, que lhes permitiu terem contato com os funcionários de modo direto, ao aplicarem os questionários, observarem a rotina de um ambiente de trabalho, identificar situações inadequadas, ao aplicarem as ferramentas ergonômicas, e mesmo utilizar os conhecimentos adquiridos em sala de aula ou pesquisas e, finalmente, organizarem todas as informações colhidas e elaborarem sugestões e recomendações de melhoria para os ambientes de trabalho. O roteiro de análise de situações de trabalho foi aplicado num posto de combustível na cidade de Tupã SP, especificamente no caixa do posto (com os frentistas) e no caixa de conveniência. Os resultados destas aplicações testes demonstraram serem satisfatórias, pois os alunos aplicaram o roteiro sem muitas dificuldades. Este trabalho, ainda aborda a importância da atuação do fisioterapeuta junto a empresas e suas contribuições para a saúde do trabalhador dentro do enfoque multidisciplinar, juntamente com os aspectos gerais e específicos de um estágio supervisionado em Fisioterapia do Trabalho, sua importância para a formação do profissional, como funciona e quais as regras de um estágio supervisionado numa instituição de ensino. Apresenta uma breve revisão bibliográfica sobre trabalho, condição de trabalho, ergonomia e os métodos (Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho, antropometria e as ferramentas ergonômicas - NIOSH, RULA, REBA, Moore e Garg, OWAS) que serviram de base para elaboração do roteiro.
