As the technology develops and robots are integrating into more and more facets of our lives, the futureof human-robot interaction may take form in all kinds of arrangements and configurations. In this study, we examined the understandability of di erent conversational strategies in robot-robot communication from a human-bystander standpoint. Specifically, we examined the understandability of verbal explanations constructed under Grice's maxims of informativeness. A prediction task was employed to test the understandability of the proposed strategy among other strategies. Furthermore, participants' perception of the robots' interaction was assessed with a range of ratings and rankings. The results suggest that those robots using the proposed strategy and those using the other tested strategies were understood and perceived similarly. / I takt med att teknologin utvecklas integreras robotar mer och mer i olika delar av våra liv. Framtidens människo-robot interaktioner kan ta många olika former och konfigurationer. I den här studien undersökte vi förståelsen för olika konversationsstrategier mellan robotar ur det mänskliga perspektivet. Specifikt undersökte vi förståelsen av muntliga förklaringar konstruerade enligt Grices princip för informativitet. En uppgift för deltagarna i testet var att försöka förutsäga robotarnas agerande. Dessutom utvärderades robotarnas interaktion genom att låta deltagarna rangordna och betygsätta dem. Resultatet tyder på att de robotar som använder Grices princip och de som använder de andra testade strategierna förstås och uppfattas på ett liknande sätt.

The master thesis "True Finns. Establishment of right-wing populism in Finland?" deals with political party True Finns (The Finns, PS), its historical development and current position in Finnish party system. The master thesis is devided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with populist radical right political parties (PRR), which have established themselves in a lot of Western Europe party systém (inluding Scandinavia). Finland represented a state which had been immune of PRR. The aim of the first chapter is to answer an question, which are the main reasons of PRR emergence, respectively which were the reasons which delayed the Finnish PRR. The second chapter is concerned with political party True Finns (The Finns, PS), its historical development and ideological profile. The chapter reffers to ideological and personal roots in Finnish Rural Party. A part of the chapter is ideological core used by Cas Mudde (nativism, authoritarianism, populism) which is supplemented by an economical programme. The final part deals with the parliamentary election 2012. The final chapter concerns with current PS position in Finnish party systém and with impact on finnish politics. The chapter is closed with positive and negative factors for the future development.

The thesis constitutes the gender analysis of the Ann Belford Ulanov's work, particularly the qualitative content analysis of publications which are explicitly focused on gender problems. Ulanov as the Jungian psychologist and Protestant theologian deals with the concept of the "feminine mode of being" (feminine principle) which perceives as one of the key elements of human soul, and the manner by which it is possible to be connected with the world and god. Outcomes of the thesis are constructivist, anchored in critical theory paradigm. From this point of view, the chapters of the theoretical part are addressed. These chapters deal with issues linked to the feminist theology and Jungian psychology. The aim of the research part is to analyse concept of the "feminine mode of being" and its implications for the construction of gender concerning the divinity and humanity. Ulanov perceives the "feminine mode of being" within the framework of symbolic approach as the part of the masculine-feminine polarity. While she does not link this principle only to women, she perceives it essentialisticly. For instance, she strongly associates "the feminine" with biological maternity. The main aim of work is to express relation between human and space in existential dimension of their mutual formation. This process is continuous and it is embodied in hermeneutical spiral. Result of this Work is the attempt to erase subject-object therminology in the context of relationship of human and space by applying principle of historical consciousness. Concept of lived space is manifested on example of Prague city walk, in which there are human and space mutually formed as a continuously changing complex, not the separate units. The present work deals in one level with the issue of work and laboriousness in the arts and in the second plane perception of reality and its illusion. Here, briefly explains the function of the visual system, leading to the formation of the image, perception of light phenomena and to create visual illusions (ie. Phenomena, when our perception completely does not match with reality), which served as the basis for dealing with the formal aspects of the work.

Mobile applications tend to access data beyond their intended functionality and share this data with third parties for various purposes including marketing, profiling and advertisement. This data also includes user’s personal information and access to this personal information without user’s consent put user’s privacy at risk. User’s Inability to easily find privacy friendly apps and befuddling permission requests paves the way for malicious apps to get access to user’s personal information. Keeping in mind the different level of privacy aware users, we have presented a privacy enforcement framework in this thesis. This framework not only helps user to find alternative privacy friendly apps but also encourage users to review their privacy settings on the smartphone. An app discovery tool is developed to search privacy friendly apps amongst the group with similar functionality. The search results are sorted by privacy friendly score which is calculated using simplified version of risk assessment method known as EBIOS. Threat posed to personal information by various apps are then highlighted and presented to user in an easy-to-understand way before installing the app. We have validated the results of our discovery tool by comparing them to the manual inspection of various functional groups i.e., group of applications with similar functionality. Two list of permissions, one created by subjective and manual analysis of abstract functionality of functional group called expert opinion and other created by our tool based on permissions requested by functional group are compared. Our tool has correctly identified the permissions which are similar to expert opinion. / Mobila applikationer tenderar att ta del av data utanför deras tilltänkta funktionalitet och delar den här datan med tredjehands parter för olika syften som marknadsföring, profilering och reklam. Datan inkluderar även personlig information och tillgång till den personliga informationen utan användarens medvetande sätter användarens integritet i risk. Användares oförmåga att enkelt hitta integritetsvänliga appar och förvirrande godkännande förfrågningar öppnar vägen för illvilliga appar att få tillgång till användarens personliga information. Med tanke på hur olika användare uppmärksammar integritetnivåer presenterar vi ett integritetsupprätthållande ramverk i den här uppsatsen. Ramverket hjälper inte bara användare att hitta integritetsvänliga appar utan uppmuntrar även användaren att granska integritetsinställningarna i sin telefon. Ett applikationsupptäckarverktyg utvecklades för att söka efter integritetsvänliga appar inom samma funktionsområde. Sökresultatet är sorterat efter en integritetsvänlighetspoäng beräknad med en förenklad version av riskbedömningsmetoden känd som EBIOS. Hot mot personlig information från olika appar uppmärksammas och presenteras på ett användarvänligt sätt innan appen installeras. Vi har validerat resultatet från vårt applikationsupptäckarverktyg genom att jämföra det med en manuell inspektion av appar inom samma funktionsområde, exempelvist grupper av applikationer med liknande funktion. Två listor togs fram, en framtagen genom subjektiv och manuell analys av normal funktionalitet kallad expertutlåtande och en framtagen av vårt applikationsupptäckarverktyg baserat på funktionsområde. Vårt verktyg har korrekt identifierat godkännande i likhet med expertutlåtandet.

Förskolan och hemmet har ett ömsesidigt ansvar för förskolebarnet, den gemensamma nämnaren som förenar de två uppfostringsarenorna. Tidigare forskning visar att samverkan kan beskrivas på olika vis och kommer med förutsättningar för en fungerande samverkan. Dock har samverkan en central plats i förskolan för att bejaka barnets behov. Syftet med studien är att öka kunskapen om vårdnadshavares uppfattningar om samverkan mellan hemmet och förskolan. Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med 14 vårdnadshavare. Studiens tillämpade teoretiska begrepp är isärhållandets princip och partnerskapsprincipen. Resultatet i studien visar att vårdnadshavarna beskriver en samverkan i likhet med partnerskapsprincipen. Dock redovisar resultatet att vårdnadshavarna önskade samverkan ligger i linje med både partnerskapsprincipen och isärhållandets princip. Vårdnadshavarnas prioritet inomsamverkan är daglig och muntlig information om det egna barnet vid hämtning eller lämning. Resultatet redovisar vidare att vårdnadshavarna inte önskar samverka i frågor berörande förskolans organisation. Vårdnadshavarna beskriver även upplevda önskade och oönskade gränssättningar inom samverkan mellan hemmet och förskolan. Studiens slutsats är att samverkan kan beskrivas olika och innefattar individuella förväntningar, därför är det nödvändig att diskutera samverkan gemensamt med alla individuella parter. Vidare är studiens slutsats även att vårdnadshavarna önskar en samverkan dels i linje med partnerskapsprincipen men även i linje med isärhållandets princip

This thesis deals with the question of just and unjust violence and also compares approach to the just violence today and in the past. It presents comparison of systems of if-conception self-defense and MS-1 self-defense which comes from sindefendology. From this comparison is clear, why it is necessary to refuse all so called if-conceptions self-defense (jujitsu, aikijitsu, karate, kenjitsu or other similar systems). The two main sources of this thesis are sindefendology (science of self-defense) and Christian ethics. The criteria for ethical justification are following: St. Thomas Aquinas's Summa theologiae, Catechism of theCatholic Church and real possibilities of attacked person to defense (with regard to dangers, which come from the situation). It is necessary to distinguish between self-defensive and self-protective situations. This distinction helps to comprehend the nature of combat situation, and therefore also to choose the ethical acceptable actions on time. There are described some cases which shows importance of the knowledge of sindefendology about real possibilities of attacked person. Course of justice without the knowledge of sindefendology and ethics can be unjust for attacked man.

Health insurance and the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union The first of May 2004 the Czech Republic became a member state of European Union. The membership in European Union bears a change in reservation necessities on health care in the movement of persons within the countries of European Union, European Economic Area (i. e., Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and Switzerland. Diploma thesis, which is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical ones), summarizes accessible information about health insurance problems after the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The objective of theoretical part is to summarize the problems of administration of health care within the countries of the European Union and find out consequences of the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union for the Czech health insurance system. I present briefly the European Union, coordination of social security national systems, and the Czech health insurance system. Above all, the thesis is specialized in legal form of health insurance, in basic principles in administration of health care and in the extent of health care provided within the countries of the European Union. The special account is taken of problems of cross-border workers and Czech tourists. At the end of thesis information on the European Health Insurance Card and the Centre for Interstate Refund which fulfill the function of contact authority for the sphere of health insurance in the Czech Republic are mentioned. The objective of practical part of the thesis is to find out the legal consciousness of knowledge of the Czech Republic citizens of European law for the sphere of administration of health care in the European Union. Two hypotheses were set to accomplish the research target. The quantitative research methodology {--} technique of questionnaire was used in this survey. The research was realized in the South Bohemian Region, in the towns of České Budějovice and Strakonice. The respondents of the questionnaires were selected on purpose according to their age (from 30 years to 45 years). The research set icluded 120 respondents of both the sexes (citizens of the towns of České Budějovice and Strakonice). On the basis of obtained and proportionally evaluated research data, the both hypotheses were confirmed. The results of the research show the poor knowledge about the European law for administration health care sphere in the European Union in the citizens of České Budějovice and Strakonice. The diploma thesis can serve as a full-value information source for students, staff of health insurance companies and the general public. The questions of administration health care in the European Union is not entirely known among the general public and so the subject of this thesis can certainly clarify it.

At first, the thesis aims at general definition of {\clq}qjustice``, it presents principles and typology of justice. Next, it explores a historical-social background of these conceptions of justice in an outline of historical eras. The second chapter introduces principles and distribution of property in social reality. The third chapter offers an overview of John Rawls´ conception of justice, which is one of the most important contemporary accounts. The fourth chapter deals with a social justice on an international level and enlarges upon Rawls´ theory discussing questions of global justice posed by other authors.
