O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar os fundamentos psicopatológicos exigidos pela psicanálise winnicottiana, concebida como cuidado à continuidade de ser, quando se busca coerência ética e epistemológica entre o olhar psicopatológico, a intervenção terapêutica e a antropologia implícita. Justifica-se por abordar a questão nuclear relativa à articulação existente entre teoria e clinica, no contexto da percepção de importantes estudiosos acerca da incompatibilidade entre o ser e o fazer clínico, que se desenvolve a partir do holding e do manejo do setting, e a adoção de modelos pulsionais, que pensam o psíquico segundo configurações fisicalistas. Metodologicamente, realizamos um estudo teórico-reflexivo a partir de três produções discursivas. A primeira consiste na apresentação dos contornos que caracterizam a clinica winnicottiana como cuidado à continuidade do ser, focalizando objetivos do tratamento, modalidades interventivas e sua inter relação. Esta apresentação, que assume uma discursividade teórico-conceitual, é retomada, ao longo do texto, por meio de narrativas de experiências clínicas, que favorecem o estabelecimento de um contato próximo e concreto com o solo clinico e experiencial a partir do qual este estudo se forjou. As duas outras produções discursivas consistem na introdução dos modelos teóricos estrutural- pulsional e estrutural- relacional, que são estudados de modo a detectarmos as linhas de força a partir das quais se organizam. O quadro assim configurado permite concluir que uma teorização psicopatológica relacional é não apenas possível, como indispensável, pois só deste modo se podem evitar reducionismos organicistas e fisicalistas. / The aim of this paper is investigating the psychopathological foundations demanded by Winnicottian psychoanalysis, conceived as care for the going-on-being. It is justified for approaching the core issue of the articulation between theory and clinical practice, according to the perception of important experts concerning the incompatibility between the clinical being-and-doing - arisen from holding and setting management - and the adoption of impulsional models - which analyze the psyche according to physicalist parameters. In methodological terms, a theoreticalreflective study was conducted based on three essays. The first one consists of the introduction of the outlines that distinguish the Winnicottian clinic as the care for the going-on-being, focusing on the treatment aims, intervention modes and their mutual relationship. This introduction, which adopts a theoretical and conceptual discursive quality, is then recaptured along the text by means of clinical experience narratives. These narratives favor the establishment of a close and real contact with the clinical and experimental ground in which this study is rooted. The other two essays consist of the introduction of the impulsional-structural and relationalstructural theoretical models, which are studied in order to help us detect the power sources which ground their organization. Such constructed picture allows to the conclusion that a relational psychopathological theorization is not only possible, but actually vital, because it is the only way to avoid organicist and physicalist reductionisms.

O estudo tem o objetivo de apresentar a Oficina de Cartas, Fotografias e Lembranças como proposta de método psicoterapêutico dirigido a idosos, em um enquadre grupal, e verificar seu alcance e seus benefícios para esse grupo. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o método clínico, baseado na teoria psicanalítica e, em especial, na leitura dos conceitos winnicottianos. A proposta terapêutica, descrita no trabalho foi desenvolvida a partir dos temas de recordação e transicionalidade, cujos efeitos foram avaliados antes e depois da intervenção. Participaram do estudo seis idosos de ambos os sexos um homem e cinco mulheres com idade entre 65 e 79 anos, que frequentavam um Grupo de Terceira Idade. Para compreensão diagnóstica, foram realizadas duas entrevistas iniciais e aplicados os instrumentos WHOQOL-BREF (Inventário de Qualidade de Vida - Forma breve), o BDI - Inventário Beck de Depressão e o Teste de Apercepção Temática para Idosos - SAT. O estudo descreve o processo psicoterapêutico desenvolvido, realizado em grupo e de forma breve, durante 16 sessões, o movimento entre os campos que se evidenciaram e as mudanças que ocorreram na vida dos participantes. A partir da análise do processo psicoterapêutico, a proposta da Oficina desenvolvida com esse grupo se mostrou eficaz. Houve significativa melhora dos sintomas depressivos e, de modo geral, da qualidade de vida dos participantes que concluíram a participação no grupo. Ao final do estudo, observou-se que o enquadre utilizado na proposta terapêutica favoreceu maior integração e possibilidade de recordação saudável, refletindo vivências que apontaram para o crescimento emocional dos participantes do grupo / The aim of the present study is to show the Workshop of Letters, Photographs and Memories as a proposal of psychotherapeutic method focused on elderly at a group framework and verify its scope and benefits regarding this group. The research was carried out with the clinical method based on the psychoanalytical theory and specially the reading of Winnicott concepts. This therapeutic proposal described in the work was developed from topics of remembrance and transitionality, having its effects evaluated before and after the intervention. The group consisted of six elderly of both sexes, at ages ranging from 65 to 79 years old, being one man and five women, who attended a Group for The Elderly. Aiming the diagnostic comprehension, two initial interviews were performed and the instruments WHOQOL-BREF (Inventory of Quality of Life brief mode), the BDI- Beck Inventory of Depression and the Thematic Apperception Test for Elderly- SAT were used. The study describes the psychotherapeutic process, conducted in group, briefly in 16 sessions, as well as the movement among the fields that became evident and the changes that occurred in the participants lives. From the analysis of the psychotherapeutic process, the Workshop proposal carried out with this group proved to be efficient. There was a significant improvement of the depressive symptoms and, overall, of the quality of life of those who concluded their participation in the group. At the end of the study, it was possible to observe that the framework used in the therapeutic proposal contributed to a greater integration and a chance of healthy remembrance reflecting experiences that point to the emotional growth of the participants of the group

Essa foi uma pesquisa qualitativa que aplicou, avaliou os resultados e comprovou a utilidade da aplicação do Procedimento de Desenhos-Estórias na apreensão dos conteúdos emocionais de crianças e adolescentes com receio do tratamento odontopediátrico. O objetivo do estudo foi pesquisar os pontos nodais das angústias, conflitos, fantasias e mecanismos de defesa que emergem nessa situação de crise. A metodologia consistiu na utilização de entrevistas clínicas com as mães e crianças, na observação clínica da criança e na aplicação do procedimento. Foram estudadas 15 crianças entre 8 e 14 anos, utilizando-se de 3 a 12 sessões. O referencial de abordagem e interpretação foi o psicanalítico. Como modificação em relação à proposta original do instrumento, foram utilizadas intervenções auxiliares de associações livres e propiciadoras de aprofundamento no material emergente e compreensão dos conteúdos emocionais. Observou-se que: a. A necessidade de atendimento odontopediátrico exacerba com intensidade fantasias, conflitos e mecanismos de defesa primitivos. b. O instrumento facilita o contato e aprofundamento com focos nodais de conflitos e angústias inconscientes. c. O processo auxilia no conhecimento dos conflitos, mobilizando uma tendência para a integração dos mesmos. Verificou-se que as intervenções com o Procedimento de Desenhos- Estórias foram plenamente adequadas à apreensão dos conteúdos emocionais profundos de crianças e adolescentes nessa condição de crise. Concluiu-se que, a situação de crise que antecede o atendimento odontopediátrico dos pacientes estudados, foi ampla de mobilização de angústias primitivas e intensas fantasias que necessitam ser comunicadas e elaboradas em um processo psicoterapêutico. / This is a qualitative research, viewing to apply, evaluate results and demonstrate the need of employing the Drawing-and-Story Procedure. while understanding and elaborating emotional contents of children and adolescents who fear pediatric-dentistry treatment. This study also aims to examine the nodal points of anguish, conflicts, fantasies and the mechanisms of defense that emerge from the crisis situation. The methodology consisted in the use of clinical interviews with mothers and children, in the clinical observation on the child and in undertaking of procedure. A research, devided in 3-12 sections, was made with fifteen children, aged 8-14 in private clinic. Psychoanalysis was used as a system of approach and interpretation. As a modification, related to the original consideration, a free-associated auxiliary therapeutic verbalization has been used, as well as a deepening in the emerging material and understanding of the emotional contents.The results were as follows: a. The need of pediatric dentistry attendance will intensively exacerbate fantasies, conflicts and selfdefense primitive mechanisms. b. The instrument facilitates the contact and deepening of nodal points in conflicts and unconcious anguish. c. The process assists in knowing all conflicts by mobilizing a trend for integrating them. The results has led to conclude that the Drawing-and-Story Procedure used in this clinical situation, has shown as being highly suitable to the whole aprehension of emotional contents in children and adolescents in this crisis situation.This study has taken the initial hypothesis which a crisis situation that precedes the pediatric dentristy attendance in case study patients has a wide range of distresses and intense fantasies that should be notified and elaborated within a psychotherapeutical process.

Este trabalho pretende oferecer uma análise crítica da Síndrome de Alienação Parental (SAP). Primeiramente visa apresentar o conceito de SAP, o modelo diagnóstico e interventivo tal como propostos por Richard Alan Gardner, psiquiatra forense americano. A análise de sua obra baseiase em uma leitura psicanalítica que permite ampliar a explicação da ocorrência da síndrome para além de uma descrição fenomenológica e objetiva tal como formalizada pelo seu criador. A definição clínica permite hipotetizar os termos genético-estruturais da SAP segundo um recorte psicanalítico a partir de Freud e Lacan. Parte-se da constituição do sujeito para explicar que a eficácia da SAP é possível a partir de um reforçamento da alienação fundamental induzido por um cuidador em uma criança que está na sua dependência. Realiza-se uma formalização mais precisa da síndrome a partir da proposição da SAP como uma montagem particular de transferência que se estabelece entre a criança e um cuidador, que desfaz ou minimiza os laços com o outro genitor. O fenômeno da transferência é decomposto em seus elementos formativos, a saber, identificação, sugestão, fantasia e idealização, de forma a permitir explicar a SAP como uma conjugação específica desses componentes que resulta na associação de uma posição subjetiva da criança à posição do genitor programador. Desta leitura são extraídas consequências à práxis no campo Psicojurídico, as quais permitem discutir algumas questões relativas ao tratamento e à sua regulação no interior do dispositivo jurídico. Embora a psicanálise critique modelos psicopatológicos e nosográficos, algumas linhas mestras iluminadas na SAP de Gardner trazem contribuições inovadoras frente aos sintomas da família moderna, permitindo resgatar a eficácia de um sistema disciplinar jurídico ligado ao processo civilizatório com efeitos terapêuticos e viabilizando a configuração familiar das duas linhagens como núcleo referente e formador da criança / The aim of this study is to offer a critical analysis of the Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS). First it intends to introduce the concept of PAS, the diagnostic and interventional model as proposed by Richard Alan Gardner, American forensic psychiatrist. The analysis of his work relies on a psychoanalytic reading that allows to extend the explanation of the occurrence of the syndrome in addition to a phenomenological and objective description as formalized by its creator. The clinical definition makes possible to hypothesize genetic-structural terms of PAS through a psychoanalytic view from Freud and Lacan. It starts with the constitution of the subject to explain that the effectiveness of PAS is possible from a reinforcement of the fundamental alienation stimulated by a caregiver in a child who is in their dependence. It is carried out a more precise formalization of the syndrome from the proposition of the PAS as a particular transference assembly that is established between the child and a caregiver that undoes or minimizes the ties with the other parent. The phenomenon of transference is decomposed into its formative elements, namely, identification, suggestion, fantasy and idealization, in order to explain the PAS like a specific combination of these components which results in the association of a child\'s subjective position to the position of the programming parent. Consequences of this reading are taken to the practice in psycholegal field, which enable to discuss some issues related to treatment and its regulation within the legal provision. Although psychoanalysis criticizes psychopathological and nosographic models, some guidelines enlightened in GardnerPAS bring forward innovative contributions to the symptoms of the modern family, enabling to rescue the effectiveness of a legal disciplinary system linked to the civilizing process with therapeutic effects and allowing the family configuration of the two lineages as referent and forming core of the child

Para tanto, baseia-se no referencial freudiano e nos desdobramentos de suas ideias a partir de analistas contemporâneos. O disparador dessas reflexões foi a experiência clínica do autor naquilo que se convencionou chamar de clínica estendida, especificamente a clínica do acompanhamento terapêutico (AT). Por meio da singularidade dessa clínica, formulou-se a ideia de uma escuta nômade, a qual está subordinada não apenas ao campo transferencial em que se situa, mas também a um discurso que se descola da doutrina freudiana, delimitando um posicionamento ético e político na relação com o sofrimento. / The present paper aims at reflecting about the group of concepts that operate in the process of analytical listening. In order to do so, it was based on the Freudian reference and on the unfoldings of his ideas after reading the contributions of contemporary analysts.
