1	Fri att skriva : Biblioterapi som grund för låtskrivande / Free to write : Bibliotherapy as a foundation for lyric writing Sarafian, Elvira January 2024 (has links) Denna uppsats undersöker skrivande biblioterapi i relation till skapandet av låttexter. Dessutom granskar jag likheter, skillnader och beröringspunkter mellan biblioterapeutiskt skrivande och skrivande av låttexter. Syftet är att utforska biblioterapi som en kreativ resurs i låtskrivande och att se hur skrivterapi kan påverka min skapandeprocess. För att utforska detta genomför jag tre olika skrivövningar: en baserad på traditionell låtskrivarpraxis, en utifrån skrivande biblioterapi och en tredje som kombinerar de två metoderna. De texter som kommer fram i övningarna bearbetas och omvandlas till tre färdiga låttexter. Därefter tonsätter jag mina låttexter och spelar in dessa till en enklare musikbakgrund. Genom denna arbetsprocess redovisar jag insikter kring min metod, mitt låtskrivande och min kreativitet. Jag kommer fram till att biblioterapeutiskt skrivande ger mig mer material att arbeta med, jämfört med traditionell låtskrivarpraxis. Utifrån mitt resultat diskuterar jag olika aspekter som kan bidra till detta och jag kopplar även mina slutsatser till annan befintlig litteratur. Vidare beskriver jag hur dessa insikter kan vara värdefulla för andra låtskrivare och vad jag tar med mig i mitt fortsatta konstnärskap. 2	Lego, ergo sum : En analys av biblioterapi som gemensam praktik på sjukhusbibliotek / Lego, ergo sum : An analysis of bibliotherapy as a shared practice in hospital libraries Hasanov, Deniz, Malmström, Vendela January 2024 (has links) Bibliotherapy is the practice of using literature for health-promoting purposes and is conducted worldwide using various methods and targeting different groups. In a Swedish context, bibliotherapy has begun to receive attention in both the general public and the library sector. Although previous research indicates bibliotherapy's health-promoting effects, collaboration in the field is relatively unexplored, especially within healthcare settings. This bachelor’s thesis studies the experiences and collaboration of hospital librarians and hospital staff within the shared bibliotherapy practice in hospital libraries. Six semi-structured, in-depth interviews with hospital librarians and other hospital professionals were conducted. The results show that successful bibliotherapy collaborations between these professions not only occur but also help to increase the visibility and legitimacy of hospital librarians in healthcare. Additionally, bibliotherapy contributes to the creation of meaningful collaborations between colleagues as well as patients. By applying the elements from Shove, Pantzar and Watson’s theory of practice, we were able to further analyze bibliotherapy as a shared practice in hospital libraries.
