Qualitative research-level exploratory and descriptive, made use of a questionnaire of the participant and the Technical Focus Group. The participants were psychologists working in institutions that serve the population living in socially vulnerable in São José dos Campos / São Paulo. The analysis of material obtained in the group was based on some tools of qualitative method of content analysis. For the interpretation phase, we used the theoretical contributions of systems thinking new paradigm. The results point to the perception of a place under construction, the institutional psychologist in search of identity and enhancement, as well as the need of building skills to work in that context. Participants perceive their actions as nonclinical and seek their place in society, given the current demands for greater involvement in contexts of vulnerability / Com o objetivo de desenvolver uma análise sobre a percepção de psicólogos sobre sua competência para trabalhar em instituições, que atendem à população que vive em condição de risco, esta pesquisa voltou-se para esse contexto, explorando os recursos desenvolvidos, seus aspectos facilitadores e dificultadores, assim como a compreensão que esses profissionais têm de sua ação, considerando as facetas do psicoterapêutico e do social. Pesquisa qualitativa, de nível exploratório descritivo, fez uso de um questionário de caracterização do participante e da técnica do Grupo Focal. Os participantes foram psicólogos atuantes em instituições que atendem à população que vive em risco social, em São José dos Campos / São Paulo. A análise do material obtido no grupo baseou-se em algumas ferramentas qualitativas do método de análise de conteúdo. Para a fase de interpretação, foram utilizadas as contribuições teóricas do pensamento sistêmico novo paradigmático. Os resultados apontam para a percepção de um lugar em construção, o do psicólogo institucional, em busca de identidade e valorização, assim como da necessidade da criação de competências para o trabalho nesse contexto. The research identifies that the extension in Brazil presents several concepts and conceptions in its historical path in the context of higher education. After the promulgation of the 1988 Constitution and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education - LDB 9.394-1996, the extension appears as an indispensable element of institutional identity. The research, carried out on university extension at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), at the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC Goiás), pioneers in the state of Goiás, and at Faculdade Mineirense (FAMA), a private institution in Goiás that is in its early years of operation, elucidates the historical trajectory of the institutions is conditioned by educational projects in effect or in edification; that they develop extension since the operating permit to the present day, contributing to local and regional development in their social function. The results obtained in the process investigated also demonstrate that the institutionalization of extension requires compliance with standards, criteria and theoretical references according to their purposes and their management, guided by the national curriculum guidelines. The analysis of the conceptual trajectory of the extension in Brazilian higher education, based on the connections between society and university, education and social practice, particularizes the consequences of this process in a period of societal transformations, especially in the relationship between the public and private sectors. / Esta dissertação mostra a análise da extensão universitária, no tocante à institucionalidade e ao compromisso social, o que possibilita a compreensão da extensão como prática de ações interlocutoras que integram a produção e a sistematização do conhecimento ao processo de aprendizagem, como lócus da indisssociabilidade entre ensino, pesquisa e extensão. A pesquisa identifica que a extensão no Brasil apresenta vários conceitos e concepções em sua trajetória histórica no contexto da educação superior. Após a promulgação da Constituição Federal de 1988 e da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação LDB Nº 9.394/1996 a extensão configura-se como um elemento indispensável da identidade institucional. A pesquisa desenvolvida sobre a extensão universitária na Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (PUC Goiás), pioneiras no estado de Goiás, e na Faculdade Mineirense (Fama), instituição privada goiana que está nos seus primeiros anos de funcionamento, elucida que a trajetória histórica das Instituições está condicionada por projetos educacionais em vigência ou em edificação; que elas desenvolvem extensão desde sua autorização de funcionamento até os dias atuais, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento local e regional em sua função social. Os resultados obtidos no processo investigado demonstram também que a institucionalização da extensão requer consonância com normas, critérios e referenciais teóricas, de suas finalidades e suas gestões pautadas pelas diretrizes curriculares nacionais. A análise da trajetória conceitual da extensão na educação superior brasileira, com base nos nexos entre sociedade e universidade, educação e prática social, particulariza as consequências desse processo em um período de transformações societárias, sobretudo na relação público e privado.

Nach einem kurzen Überblick zur Idee und Entstehungsgeschichte dieses Ansatzes wird eine neue Initiative der Universität Augsburg vorgestellt, durch die das Engagement von Studierenden in sozialen Einrichtungen im Umfeld der Universität gefördert wird. Der Beitrag arbeitet im Hinblick auf dieses Projekt heraus, wie diese Initiative an zahlreiche Einzelprojekte anknüpft und diese in eine gesamtuniversitäre Strategie einbindet. Digitale Medien spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle bei der Kommunikation der Projektidee und bei der Vernetzung der heterogenen Beteiligtengruppen.

Today, more and more companies are taking their responsibility in different areas. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that companies can use to express their responsibilities in a number of areas. CSR, however, lacks a uniform definition. The view on what the responsibilities are for the companies in different areas are not consistent. The Swedish real estate industry has been working with an environmental focus for a number of years. Today, companies are aware of real estates’ environmental impact and how they can work with the environment in a responsible manner. Discussions have begun over what other responsibilities the real estate sector has and how companies should respond to them. The purpose of this thesis is to locate where the Swedish real estate sector is staged within CSR and how they are addressing this issue. To examine this, a literature review is conducted on the meaning of CSR. The public material from a number of leading companies in CSR has been examined to see what makes their CSR work unique. Furthermore, interviews were conducted with some of Sweden's leading commercial real estate companies and an online survey was sent out to see how companies work with CSR compared to each other and how they define CSR. The results show that the Swedish real estate sector has recently begun working within this field. So far, only a few companies present themselves as CSR. It is relatively unclear in the industry what CSR means and many companies are instead talking about sustainability. What is surprising is that although the environmental issue has been so central in the sector several companies fail to recognize this issue, which means that there is still a lot left to do. Another interesting aspect is that despite the fact that few companies choose to demonstrate a commitment to CSR, the survey shows that a number of companies have involvement in those elements covered by CSR. Why these companies chose not to express themselves as a company with CSR responsibilities may be due to ignorance of what is required in the field. Other companies choose to wait to put resources into developing a strategy and instead see how it develops in the industry. Since a number of companies already demonstrate a CSR commitment and some are currently working on developing strategies for this, it can be assumed that CSR will grow in this industry.

Primary documents in the collection A Psicologia em São Paulo [ Psychology in São Paulo ] from Núcleo de Estudos em História da Psicologia (NEHPsi/PUC-SP) [Center for Studies in History of Psychology] along with its publications, allowed the comprehension of a committed work with social issues integrated with topics that expose the difficulties experienced by Brazilian population. The matter of indifference is expressed in most of Lane´s literature and it reflects her constant concern about the (res)signification of a path that, connected to the dominant ideas, succeeded in practices of exclusion and negligence. The purpose of this research is to understand the emphasis that Lane refers to the term as indispensable to explore human relations. Therefore, it´s through the paths taken along her academic life that the authoress identifies the immediate necessity of critical reflection about the subject presented here, recognizing, in psychologist´s performed work, the conditions to create practices that promote movements of emancipation and recognition of otherness / Estudar a realidade brasileira, reconhecendo as especificidades de nosso país, foi uma das principais contribuições deixadas por Silvia Lane. By identifying its strategies and tools, it aims to understand the constructions and interactions of the social and the clinic involved in its practices, as well as the understanding of the social commitment of Psychology. This is a qualitative research with an interpretative approach, developed from field research and triangulation strategy. Three Institutes, which have been operating for over two decades, were invited to participate in this study. From them, three sources were selected for approximation and analysis: a documental source, through the Bylaws; statements given in interviews by active professionals in the area; and reflections of their practice in the form of published articles. For the interpretative analysis of the data, memos and categorizations of its contents, presented in 13 tables, were designed. Based on them, discussions were carried out in the dialog with reflections from authors who address the New- Paradigmatic Systemic Thinking, the Psychological Clinic and professional practices in situations of social vulnerability. The final analysis points at the potential of the encounter between Psychology and the Systemic Thinking, as a promoter of a movement in search of the expansion and extension of the actions of the Psychological Clinic, as well as of the increase of its transdisciplinary vocation. A repositioning of the psychologist can be observed: in the everyday practice of the participant institutes, the psychologist, in adopting a reflexive stance in a new concept of the clinical practices, helps to prevent the possible alienation of Psychology from social issues, thus generating the commitment and taking position when faced with legal issues, inequality and social development. The concept of social that emerges from this attitude contemplates the intersubjectivity, giving voice to the interconstituition between the social and the individual, promoting the development of a clinic that bears transforming practices in itself, with a high potential for being a multiplier. As an implication of its adoption, the Social Responsibility, is seen as Relational Responsibility, and it presents an evident inclusive outcome, made visible by constant care and effective inclusion of all. This study revealed a contemporary Psychological Clinic in transformation, expanded and more effective in its intentions of collaborating with society / Este estudo, ao vislumbrar uma clínica psicológica em transformação, volta-se para os Institutos contemporâneos cujas práticas e produções teóricas, apoiadas nas contribuições do Pensamento Sistêmico Novo Paradigmático, concebem o social enquanto ação transformadora. Busca, ao identificar suas estratégias e ferramentas, compreender as concepções e articulações do social e da clínica implicadas em suas ações, assim como sua compreensão do compromisso social da Psicologia. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com abordagem interpretativa, realizada por meio de uma pesquisa de campo e da estratégia de triangulação. Os participantes convidados são três Institutos, em atuação há pelo menos duas décadas, dos quais, para aproximação e análise, foram selecionadas três fontes: documental, mediante seus Estatutos Sociais; depoimentos de profissionais atuantes, com o auxílio de entrevistas; e reflexões de suas práticas via produções em forma de textos publicados. Para a análise interpretativa dos dados foram construídos memos e categorizações dos conteúdos apresentados em 13 quadros, cuja discussão foi realizada no diálogo com reflexões de autores que abordam o Pensamento Sistêmico Novo-paradigmático, a Clínica Psicológica e as ações profissionais em situações de vulnerabilidade social. A análise final aponta para o potencial do encontro da Psicologia com o Pensamento Sistêmico, como favorecedor, por suas implicações, tanto de um movimento de busca por ampliação e extensão das ações da Clínica Psicológica, como de incremento de sua vocação transdisciplinar. Observa-se um reposicionamento do psicólogo, o qual, na prática dos institutos participantes, ao assumir uma postura reflexiva, em uma nova concepção da ação clínica, ajuda a romper com a possível alienação da Psicologia com relação às questões sociais, gerando comprometimentos e posicionamentos perante questões ligadas à justiça, à desigualdade e ao desenvolvimento social. A concepção do social que emerge desta atuação contempla a intersubjetividade, dando voz à interconstituição do social com o individual, favorecendo a construção de uma clínica que carrega em si a ação transformadora, com forte potencial multiplicador. A Responsabilidade Social, como implicação de suas adesões, é concebida como Responsabilidade Relacional, com evidentes consequências inclusivas, concretizadas em constantes cuidados com a efetiva inclusão de todos. In order to investigate Brazilian researchers' approach to social issues, this study examined sixty-four articles available in four specific behavior analysis journals: Revista Brasileira de Terapia Comportamental e Cognitiva (RBTCC), Revista Brasileira de Análise do Comportamento (REBAC), Revista Psicolog (Psicolog) and Perspectivas em Análise do Comportamento (Perspectivas). To ensure that relevant articles to the topic would be selected, a list of key terms was extracted from government projects, OSCIPs' listing and social movements. Articles were categorized according to type, subject, population and setting, but also according to questions that verified important points about the behavior analysts social commitment. Results showed that few texts (15.6%) are related to social problems. Although application reports were prevalent, a wide range of text types was found. The most addressed subject was education. The majority of application reports and basic researches used students or individuals with developmental disabilities or disorders. The latter noted as a longstanding interest in behavior analysis. Considering social commitment to be a series of behaviors, we note that the behavior analyst has shown major social concerns, like conducting research intended to enhance technology in educational practice in low-income populations. In the same way we found reports where interventions were made to train the population in order to maintain positive results even in the absence of the researcher. On the other hand, we found reports in which researchers disregarded population demands and reports with weak experimental control / Muito embora Skinner tenha dedicado parte de sua obra a comentar e discutir problemas da cultura ocidental e criado uma ciência capaz de servir como ferramenta analítica e de atuação em direção a mudanças relevantes para a melhora de condição de vida dos homens, o autor e a análise do comportamento recebem até hoje críticas de que serviriam apenas a interesses reacionários. A fim de investigar a atuação dos pesquisadores brasileiros a propósito de problemas sociais, este trabalho examinou sessenta e quatro artigos disponíveis em quatro periódicos específicos da abordagem: Revista Brasileira de Terapia Comportamental e Cognitiva (RBTCC), Revista Brasileira de Análise do Comportamento (REBAC), Revista Psicolog (Psicolog) e Perspectivas em Análise do Comportamento (Perspectivas). Para garantir que seriam selecionados artigos pertinentes ao tema foi realizada uma lista de termos-chave a partir de projetos de governo, listagem de OSCIPs e movimentos sociais. Os artigos encontrados foram examinados a partir da caracterização do tipo de texto, assunto, participantes e ambiente, e a partir de perguntas que verificassem pontos importantes sobre o compromisso social do analista do comportamento no texto. Os resultados mostraram que, se comparados com o total de publicações nos quatro periódicos, poucos textos (15,6%) são relativos a problemas sociais, com variedade de tipos de texto, embora sejam predominantes os relatos de aplicação. O assunto principal abordado tem sido educação e os participantes mais recorrentes nos textos de relatos de aplicação e de pesquisa básica são estudantes e participantes com algum tipo de deficiência ou transtorno do desenvolvimento, esse último notado como um interesse antigo da análise do comportamento. Tomando o compromisso social como uma série de comportamentos, nota-se que o analista do comportamento tem tido algumas preocupações importantes como a condução de pesquisas que, por exemplo, tenham como objetivo aprimorar uma tecnologia na prática educativa em populações de baixa renda e intervenções que apresentem a preocupação de dispor de condições de treino e ensino de parte da população durante a intervenção, facilitando que os resultados, quando positivos, possam continuar sendo replicados. Por outro lado, ainda existem: afastamento da demanda da população alvo como a origem da colocação de um problema de pesquisa e controle experimental muito inferior àqueles encontrados em pesquisas básicas
