Dėl gyventojų senėjimo proceso vis daugiau kalbama apie socialinių paslaugų plėtojimą vyresnio amžiaus asmenims. Nors šiuo metu politikos prioritetas yra bendruomeninių socialinių paslaugų vystymas, vis dėlto auga vyresnio amžiaus gyventojų dalis, kurie naudojasi ilgalaikės socialinės globos paslaugomis stacionariose globos institucijose. Socialinės globos paslaugų gerinimas yra vienas iš Europos Komisijos nurodomų prioritetų. Vis dėlto nėra atliktų tyrimų rezultatų, kurie nušviestų apie teikiamų socialinės globos paslaugų kokybę. Lietuvoje yra patvirtinti globos standartai, apimantys paslaugų skyrimą, asmens grovės ir poreikių užtikrinimą, aplinkos ir būsto pritaikymą ir pan. Šie standartai yra gana platūs ir apima nemažai vertinimo krypčių. Darbe buvo pasirinkta vertinti vieną iš tų krypčių – globos namų gyvenimo sąlygas. Darbo tikslas yra ištirti senelių globos įstaigų gyvenimo sąlygas ir jų gerinimo kryptis. Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo analizuojamos globos namų gyventojų veiklumo skatinimo prielaidos, analizuojami senėjimo procesai, svarbūs pasirenkant gyvenimo sąlygų gerinimo kryptis. Taip pat buvo analizuojamos globos namų aplinkos kokybės bei aplinkos išteklių gerinimo kryptys. Galiausiai buvo tiriami globos įstaigos gyventojų, jų artimųjų bei darbuotojų vertinimai apie gyvenimo sąlygas globos namuose ir jų gerinimo kryptis. Development of community social services is the priority of Lithuanian politics. However, the amount of elderly people who use institutionalized social services is still growing. Improvement of social care services is one of the priorities indicated by European Commission. However, there are no research results that would show what the quality of given social services is. Ministry of Social Security and Labour has confirmed the social care standards. These standards include appointment of services, meeting person‘s needs, etc. The standards are pretty extensive and include many ways of evaluation of social care services. It was chosen to evaluate the living conditions in elderly homes. The purpose of this master dissertation is to evaluate the ways of improvement of living conditions in elderly homes. To reach this purpose the preconditions of elderly home residents‘ activity stimulation were analysed, as well as aging processes that are important choosing the ways of improvement of living conditions. Also the ways of improvement the qualities of habitation and resources in the surroundings were analysed. Pakalnių (Utenos raj.) buveinių apsaugai svarbios teritorijos floros ypatumai / Peculiarities of flora of the Pakalnių special area of conversation, Utena districtVengeliavičiūtė, Sandra 13 July 2010 (has links)
Tyrimai buvo vykdomi nuo 2009 – 04 – 25 iki 2009 – 10 – 18 maršrutiniu būdu Utenos rajone Pakalnių apylinkėse. Buvo naudojami Utenos girininkijos medynų planas (1999) ir Utenos rajono ţemės naudojimo ţemėlapis sudarytas, 1978 m. Tiriamasis plotas buvo pasirinktas, remiantis floros mėginių metodu (M. Natkevičaitė – Ivanauskienė, 1983). Tyrimai buvo vykdomi Pietvakarinėje Utenos rajono dalyje, Leliūnų seniūnijoje, Pakalnių apylinkėse 10x10 km plote. Pakalnių apylinkėse aptiktos keturios induočių augalų rūšys įrašytos į Lietuvos raudonąją knygą : vandenplūkinių (menturlapė eţerutė) ir geguţraibinių (baltijinė gegūnė, aukštoji gegūnė, raudonoji gegūnė) šeimų augalai. Retosios rūšys rastos šiose buveinėse: pievoje, miške, eţere. Floros mėginyje didţioji dalis pievų yra sausos, nenatūralios, uţsėtos pašariniais augalais. Tik nedidelė dalis pievų augalų renatūruojasi, Zablatiškų kaime yra išlikę natūralių, pelkingų pievų fragmentų, kuriuose ir aptikti saugomi geguţraibinių šeimos augalai. Pakalnių (Kuliešos) miške aptikta viena saugoma geguţraibinių šeimos augalų rūšis ir viena saugoma vandens augalų rūšis aptikta didţiausiame tirtojo mėginio eţere - Vidinkste. Pakalnių floros mėginyje uţregistruotos 340 augalų rūšys priklausančios 79 šeimoms, 5 skyriams: pataisūnų (Lycopodiophyta), asiūklūnų (Equisetophyta), šertvūnų (Polypodiophyta), pušūnų (Pinophyta), magnolijūnų (Magnoliophyta) . It has been used for plantation forestry plan Utena (1999), and Valka district land use map drawn in 1978, A test area was selected on the basis of flora sampling method (M. Natkevičaitė - Ivanauskienė, 1983). Investigations were carried out in south-west region of Utena paragraph Leliūnų municipality, district Pakalniai 10x10 km area. Pakalniai discovered in four districts of vascular plant species recorded in the Lithuanian Red Data Book: Hydrocharitaceae (Hydrilla Polygonatum) and orchid (Dactylorhiza baltijinė, Common spotted orchid, Dactylorhiza incarnata) families of plants. Rare species found in these habitats: meadow, forest, lake. Flora sample most of the grassland is dry, unnatural, sown forage crops. Only a small proportion of grassland plants renatūruojasi, Zablatiškų village is naturally preserved, pelkingų grassland fragments, which are stored and found the orchid plants. Pakalniai (pursuance) there was discovered a protected orchid species and a protected species of aquatic plants found in the largest sample tirtojo Lake - Vidinkste. Pakalniai Flora sample recorded 340 plant species belonging to 79 families and 5 compartments: Lycopodiophyta (Lycopodiophyta) asiūklūnų (Equisetophyta) Ferns (Polypodiophyta) Pinophyta (Pinophyta) flowering plants (unranked). Perceptions on what Influences Writing in Agricultural JournalismWilburn, Misty B. 2009 December 1900 (has links)
Over the years, multiple studies have been conducted to determine what
influences writing. Through the studies, few concrete conclusions have been reached on
why individuals write the way they do. Research on children has shown that reading
does influence writing; however, there has been little research done on adults. Some
research has been conducted on how emotions influence writing, but no solid consensus
has been reached. This study asked a select group of agricultural journalism and
communications student writers what they perceived influenced their writing. The results
of this study have implications for the way agricultural journalism and communications
students learn and are taught. The study may serve as a model for further research.
The purposive sample was agricultural journalism and communications students
who were selected by the lead instructor at their school. The instructors served as
gatekeepers. Each U.S. university with an agricultural journalism and communications
program was asked to participate.
The study showed that respondents believe many things influence their writing,
and the factor mentioned most was surroundings. Respondents also mentioned the
things they read and the things they had written in the past as influencers of their writing.
The following recommendations were made based on the findings and
conclusions of this study. Researchers should continue to look at what writers believe
influences their writing as a way to develop better writers. Instructors should focus on
teaching students in various surroundings. Students should not be allowed to write only
in the surrounding in which they feel the most comfortable. Research should be
conducted to determine if what respondents perceive influences their writing truly does.

Förskolepedagogers arbetssätt i naturmiljö : En enkätstudie med pedagoger i förskolans verksamhet / Preeschool teachers working methods in natural surroundings : A surveyFröman, Emilie January 2014 (has links)
Syftet med den här studien är att få en större förståelse av hur verkligheten ser ut gentemot förskolans uppdrag som står skrivet i läroplanen vad gäller Studien bygger på en enkätundersökning där förskollärare, barnskötare och pedagoger med annan utbildning har deltagit. Dock har jag valt att utgå från förskollärarnas svar på enkäten. Studien visar att majoriteten av förskollärare besöker naturen ibland oavsett pedagogens ålder. De aktiviteter som vanligtvis sker i naturmiljö är fri lek och motoriska aktiviteter. Det finns även inslag av exempelvis trädgårdsarbete samt berättande av sagor. Förskollärarnas uppfattning om det egna arbetslagets kompetens inom naturkunskap är att, majoriteten av förskollärare anser att deras medarbetare har tillräckligt med kunskap för att bedriva en meningsfull verksamhet i naturen. Att ta vara på barns intressen när man planerar verksamheten som sker i naturen utifrån antal arbetade år i förskolan kan man se att de som arbetat mindre än 20 år tar mer tillvara på barns intressen än de som arbetat 21 år eller längre. / The aim of this study is to get a greater understanding of the realities of how preschool assignments are written in the curriculum. The study is based on a survey where preschool teachers, childcare workers and other personnel have participated. However, I have chosen to use preschool teachers' responses to the survey. The study shows that the majority of preschool teachers visiting nature sometimes regardless of the preschool teachers age. The activities that typically occur in the natural environment are "free play" and motor activities. There are also elements of example gardening and storytelling of fairy tales. Preschool teachers perception of one's own team's expertise in science is that, the majority of preschool teachers believe their employees have enough knowledge to conduct a meaningful area in nature. To take advantage of children's interests when planning activities that occur in nature based on number of years worked in preschool, one can see that those who worked less than 20 years taking more advantage of children's interests than those who worked 21 years or more. / Emilie Fröman

Sammanfattning Bakgrund Demenssjukdom bidrar ofta till att personerna i senare sjukdomsförlopp behöver flytta till särskilt boende, vilket ställer krav på omvårdnadsperonalen att ha förståelse och kunskap om hur vårdmiljön påverkar personer med kognitiv svikt. Riktlinjer visar att miljön måste uppfylla både fysiska och psykosociala aspekter och omvårdanden ska vara personcentrerad. Metod Artikelsökning gjordes i databaserna CINAHL och PubMed där lämpliga artiklar valts ut, samt via fri- och sekundärsökning som analyserades med integrerad analys. Syfte Syftet med litteraturöversikten är att beskriva hur en personcentrerad vårdmiljö kan påverka personer med demenssjukdom inom särskilt demensboende. Resultat Resultatet visar att personcentrering av vårdmiljön har stor betydelse för personer med demenssjukdom och kan implementeras i alla tillgängliga boendeformer. Att göra miljön så hemlik som möjligt är viktigt och naturen har en positiv inverkan på personer med demens och utomhusmiljön kan också bidra med multisensorisk stimulans. Belysning, buller, och temperatur har också betydelse för exempelvis beteendestörningar. Förbättrad orientering kan erhållas genom användning av symboler och minnesboxar men också genom användning av färger. Slutsats Personcentrering av vårdmiljön har stor betydelse för personer med demenssjukdom när det gäller upplevelse av trygghet, välmående och livskvalitet, och sjuksköterskan kan anpassa miljön med rätt kunskap och engagemang. / Summary Background Dementia often leads to moving into assisted living/ nursing homes, which adds a great responsibility for the staff to understand how the environment affects people with dementia. Guidelines show that the environment must take both physical and psychosocial aspects into consideration and the care should be person-centered. Method Articles were chosen from two databases; CINAHL and PubMed. Free- and secondary references of interest were also found. The chosen articles were analysed with integrated analysis. Aim The aim of this review was to explore how the living environment affect people with dementia in assisted living and nursing homes for people with dementia. Result The result shows that person-centered care environment have great importance for people with dementia, and can be implemented in all available living facilities. Making the home environment as homelike as possible is important, and nature has a positive influence on people with dementia and can provide multisensory stimulance. Light, noise and temperature can induce behavioral changes. Improved orientation can be attained by the use of symbols and memory boxes, and also through the use of colors. Conclusion Person-centered care environment is of great importance for people with dementia to restore the sense of security, wellbeing and quality of life, and with knowledge and commitment the nurse can adjust the environment to fit its purpose.

<p>Through interviews with children of ages 4-5 years old and by observing children children at play at three preschools with different types of outdoor surroundings, I have investigated if the preschools outdoor surroundings have any influences on the children´ choice of play. The hypothesis was that natural surroundings can entice children´s interest in nature being in it and play. I have also investigated if the children know why it is important to be outdoors and if they know it has a positive influence on their health.</p><p>The result of my investigation is that the children play about the same games at the three different preschool gardens, but at the preschool with more natural surroundings, the children have more contact with plants and animals, and could learn of the different phenomena of nature by the preschool teacher answering their questions. Most of the children in the interviews know it´s useful to be outdoors and be on the move and get fresh air, but many of them thought it was most important to play. By being outdoors the children get exercise, fresh air, play and at the same time they establish an understanding of the nature and a healthier life.</p> / <p>Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med barn i åldern 4-5 år och observationer av barnens lek på tre förskolor med olika utformade utemiljöer har jag undersökt om förskolans utemiljö har någon inverkan på barnens val av lekar. Syftet var att undersöka om förskolans utemiljö påverkar barnens lek och om en mer naturlik utemiljö kan locka fram barnens naturintresse genom att de får vistas i den och ha fri lek där. Jardim Goiás, o processo de criação do parque e a transformação da paisagem urbana no seu
entorno. A metodologia utilizada no trabalho é o da revisão na abordagem dos Planos
Diretores propostos para a Capital e tem-se, como parâmetro e referência fundamental, o meio
ambiente para o estudo, análise e compreensão das transformações que ocorreram em Goiânia
no desenvolvimento do processo de sua urbanização. Ressalta-se que a ocupação desordenada
do entorno e adjacências do Parque Flamboyant gerou comprometimentos a nível ambiental e
urbano para o setor e à cidade.

Esta dissertação abordou a relação de vizinhança entre a comunidade e a Reserva Particular de Patrimônio Natural Passarim - localizada no município de Paulo Lopes, centro-leste do estado de Santa Catarina. Teve por objetivo descrever e analisar criticamente as experiências dos moradores com a paisagem, atendo-se às relações afetivas e de pertencimento ao lugar dos moradores mais antigos, e ao modo como estes se comportaram a partir da chegada do novo uso do solo dado pela RPPN. Partimos da premissa que a RPPN deve estender sua atuação de conservação e desenvolvimento social às comunidades do entorno. Para isto foi adotado como caminho teórico-metodológico a abordagem cultural da paisagem, topofilia e lugar, e procedimentos de coleta de dados empíricos baseados na comunicação oral, aprofundando as analises nas narrativas e práticas dos moradores mais antigos do lugar. O trabalho indica que houve mudança nas práticas produtivas, dos moradores com idades de 45 a 55 anos, que encontra respaldo nos sentimentos afetivos e de pertencimento com o lugar. Estas mudanças de atitudes indicam, em certa medida, uma mudança na forma como percebem a conservação ambiental, através das Unidades de Conservação. Já, no caso dos moradores com idades acima de 70 anos, houve manutenção das práticas e percepções com relação a conservação ambiental, que percebe a terra como fonte de matérias-prima disponível às necessidades de subsistência da família, reafirmando os discursos de negação da conservação ambiental, que tem origem no Parque Estadual Serra do Tabuleiro. A pesquisa apresenta também as influências das dinâmicas externas no processo de transformação do lugar, e quais são as percepções e valores, que os moradores atribuem ao elemento conservação. Revela que são nas experiências da comunidade com o lugar, onde se desenham novas possibilidades de relacionamento com o outro, que se abrem brechas para o desenvolvimento sócio ambiental com bases inclusivas e transformadoras da realidade degradante das formas tradicionais de explorar, e da forma atual de conservar a paisagem. / This dissertation studied the relationship between the local community and RPPN Passarim located in the municipality of Paulo Lopes, East Central of Santa Catarina State. The objective of this thesis is to describe and critically analyze the experience of the rural community with the landscape, especially the relations and the behavior of the older inhabitants concerning the changes in land use by RPPN Passarim. I started with the premise that the RPPN Passarim must extend its conservation actions in social development among the local communities. For this, I adopted a theoretical procedure to approach empirical data collection based on oral communication, deepening the analysis of these narratives and practices of the local residents. Pointing out that there were changes in the productive activities of the residents between the ages of 45 and 55, the thesis reflects the feelings of belonging to this place. These changes in attitudes indicate, in a certain way, a change in the way they view environmental conservation because of the laws of Conservation Units. In the case of the residents over 70 years of age, they have maintained their attitudes and perceptions related to environmental conservation - that the land as a source of prime materials available and necessary for the subsistence of the family. These testimonies reaffirm the denial of the conservation of the environment that has its origin in the creation of the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park. To understand and value the experiences of the residents of Tigela neighborhood was a goal achieved. To point out the influences of the external dynamics on the process of transformation of the place, in which the perceptions and values that the residents attribute to the conservation was my proposal of research. This study reveals the relationship between community and the environment, where the residents learn new possibilities to relate to one another and to the place. This increases the possibility of landscape preservation because the residents have changed the way they view the place that once was only for exploitation purposes.
