Diese Dissertation behandelt arithmetische Eigenschaften von Familien algebraischer Varietäten und deren speziellen Untervarietäten. Im ersten Kapitel definieren wir sogenannte absolut spezielle Untervarietäten mithilfe von Delignes Begriff der absoluten Hodgeklassen. Ausgehend von der Vermutung, dass alle Hodgeklassen absolute Hodgeklassen sind, erwarten wir, dass alle speziellen Untervarietäten absolut speziell sind. Wir beweisen diese Erwartung für Untervarietäten, die eine bestimmte Monodromiebedingung erfüllen. Das zweite Kapitel führt eine l-adische Version von speziellen Untervarietäten ein, die wir l-Galois spezielle Untervarietäten nennen. Wir studieren bewiesene und vermutete Eigenschaften dieser Untervarietäten und deren Zusammenhang zur Struktur des l-Galois exzeptionellen Locus und zur Mumford-Tate Vermutung. Im dritten Kapitel beweisen wir eine Rapoport-Zink Uniformisierung für den Modulraum der primitiv polarisierten K3 Flächen und kubischen Vierfaltigkeiten mit supersingulärer Reduktion. In beiden Fällen ist der Modulraum uniformisiert von einer explizit definierten rigid analytischen Untervarietät einer lokalen Shimura-Varietät von orthogonalem Typ. / This thesis studies arithmetic aspects of families of algebraic varieties and their special subvarieties. In the first part, we use Deligne's framework of absolute Hodge classes to define a notion of absolutely special subvarieties. The conjecture that all Hodge classes are absolute Hodge predicts that every special subvariety is absolutely special. We prove this prediction for subvarieties satisfying a certain monodromy condition. The second part introduces an l-adic analog of special subvarieties that we call l-Galois special subvarieties. We study the properties of these subvarieties and discuss how known and unknown properties of l-Galois special subvarieties are related to the structure of the l-Galois exceptional locus and to the Mumford-Tate conjecture. In the third chapter, we prove a Rapoport-Zink type uniformization result for the moduli space of polarized K3 surfaces and cubic fourfolds. We show that in both cases, the tube over the supersingular locus of the moduli space is uniformized by an explicitly described rigid analytic open subvariety of a local Shimura variety of orthogonal type.

In dieser Arbeit beschreiben wir die Kategorie der endlich erzeugten stetigen Darstellungen der n-ten direkten Potenz der absoluten Galoisgruppe $G_L$ von L mit Koeffizienten in $O_L$, unter Verwendung einer verallgemeinerten Version der $(phi, Gamma)$-Moduln von Fontaine. In Kapitel 4 beweisen wir, dass die Kategorie der stetigen Darstellungen der n-ten direkten Potenz von $G_L$ auf endlichen dimensionalen $kk_L$-Vektorräumen und die Kategorie étaler $(phi, Gamma)$-Moduln über einem n-variablen Laurentreihenring über $kk_L$ äquivalent sind. In Kapitel 5 erweitern wir diese Äquivalenz, um zu beweisen, dass die Kategorie der stetigen Darstellungen der n-ten direkten Potenz von $G_L$ auf endlich erzeugten $O_L$-Moduln und die Kategorie étaler $(phi, Gamma)$-Moduln über einem n-variablen Laurentreihenring über $O_L$ äquivalent sind. Einerseits erhalten wir, wenn wir n=1 und L willkürlich lassen, die Verfeinerung von Fontaine ursprünglicher Konstruktion gemäß Kisin, Rin und Schneider, die Lubin-Tate Theorie verwenden. Wenn wir andererseits n willkürlich lassen und $L=QQ_p$, erhalten wir die Theorie von Zábrádi von multivariablen zyklotomischen $(phi, Gamma)$-Moduln, die Fontaines Verwendung einer einzelnen freien Variablen verallgemeinert. Daher bietet unsere Arbeit einen gemeinsamen Rahmen für diese beiden Verallgemeinerungen. / For a prime number p, let L be a finite extension of $QQ_p$ with ring of integers $O_L$ and residue field $kk_L$. We also let n be a positive integer. In this thesis we describe the category of finitely generated continuous representations of the n-th direct power of the absolute Galois group $G_L$ of L with coefficients in $O_L$ using a generalized version of Fontaine's $(phi, Gamma)$-modules. In Chapter 4 we prove that the category of continuous representations of the n-th direct power of $G_L$ on finite dimensional $kk_L$-vector spaces is equivalent to the category of étale $(phi, Gamma)$-modules over a n-variable Laurent series ring over $kk_L$. In Chapter 5 we extend this equivalence to prove that the category of continuous representations of the n-th direct power of $G_L$ on finitely generated $O_L$-modules is equivalent to the category of étale $(phi, Gamma)$-modules over a n-variable Laurent series ring over $O_L$. On the one hand, if we let n=1 and $L$ be arbitrary, we obtain the refinement of Fontaine's original construction due to Kisin, Rin and Schneider, which uses Lubin-Tate theory. On the other hand, if we let n be arbitrary and $L=QQ_p$, we recover Zábrádi's theory of multivariable cyclotomic $(phi,Gamma)$-modules that generalizes Fontaine's use of a single free variable. Therefore, our thesis provides a common framework for both of these generalizations.

Dans la première partie de cette thèse, on étudie la structure et les dégénérescences du groupe de Mumford-Tate d'un 1-motif $M$ défini sur $\CC$, $MT(M)$. Ce groupe est un $\QQ\,$-groupe algébrique qui agit sur la réalisation de Hodge de $M$ et qui est muni d'une filtration croissante $W_\bullet$. On prouve que le radical unipotent de $MT(M)$, qui est $W_{-1}(MT(M)),$ s'injecte dans un groupe de Heisenberg ``généralisé''. Ensuite on explique comment se réduire à l'étude du groupe de Mumford-Tate d'une somme directe de 1-motifs dont le groupe des caractères du tore et dont le réseau sont de rang 1. Puis on classifie et on étudie les dégénérescences de $MT(M)$, i.e. les phénomènes qui causent la chute de la dimension de $MT(M)$. Dans la deuxième partie, on propose une conjecture de transcendence, qu'on appelle {\it conjecture elliptico-torique} (CET), et notre résultat principal est que (CET) {\it est équivalente à ${\rm (CPG)}_K$, appliquée aux 1-motifs de la forme $M=[ {\Bbb Z}^{r} \, {\buildrel u \over \longrightarrow} \,\prod^n_{j=1} {\cal E}_j \times {\GG}_m^s]$, où les ${\cal E}_j$ sont des courbes elliptiques deux à deux non isogènes}. Notre conjecture (CET) implique des conjectures de transcendance ``classiques'', parmis lesquelles les plus fameuses sont les suivantes~: la conjecture de Schanuel, l'analogue elliptique de la conjecture de Schanuel, une conjecture modulaire qui généralise un théorème de Y. Nesterenko, ... Mais à partir de (CET), on peut aussi construire d'autres conjectures de transcendance, qui, à ma connaissance, ne se trouvent pas dans la littérature. Chacune de ces conjectures, qui peuvent se déduire de (CET), est équivalente à ${\rm (CPG)}_K$ appliquée à un 1-motif bien choisi~: par exemple, la conjecture de Schanuel est équivalentes à ${\rm (CPG)}_K$ appliquée à des 1-motifs de la forme $M=[ {\Bbb Z}^{r} \, {\buildrel u \over \longrightarrow} \, {\GG}_m^s]$.
