Modellering av uppdragsberäkningar i JAS 39 Gripen

Lager, Mattias January 2009 (has links)

Implement vibration test control system, in MATLAB for National Instrument equipment

Fakharian, Fatemeh, Nafisi, Ali January 2011 (has links)
Finding non-linearity is a common application of modal testing but in this way, there is a need to control the input signal. Nowadays, commercial data acquisition software is not enough flexible in controlling the applied signals, whereas MATLAB as general software which supports National Instrument makes it possible to run modal test and control input signal via closed-loop controlling. In this work, using MATLAB commands, a modal test is run with a stepped-sine excitation and the input is controlled to achieve desired pure sinusoidal excitation which commonly is used in finding the non-linearity.

Mičák, Peter January 2017 (has links)
Master’s thesis deals with designing decision making system based on fuzzy logic principles which evaluates suppliers offers. In this Master’s thesis there were created two decision making systems based on the demands of the company. First decision making system was designed within the environment of MS Excel, the second one was designed in MATLAB software. In addition of creating the decision making system the thesis puts emphasis on the analysis of the current decision making model in the company and this section will serve as a springboard to designing a decision making system based on fuzzy logic. At the beginning of the work there are included all the necessary theoretical framework on which I based the writing of this thesis.

Relationship Between Executive Function and Postural Control

Suarez, Lara V 01 January 2019 (has links)
While it has been established that postural control is affected by executive function, research is lacking in identifying if specific executive function components are most responsible or if certain aspects of postural control are more affected than others (e.g., proprioception, vestibular, visual). The current study examined the role of inhibition, processing speed, and visuospatial ability in postural control under conditions affecting visual, proprioceptive, and vestibular sensory input. Cognitive assessments consisted of the Flanker Inhibitory Control and Attention Test, Digit Symbol Substitution Test, Clock Drawing Test, Trail Making Test – Part B, and simple reaction time. Standing Balance was used to assess postural sway. Analyses revealed that average balance was significantly associated with simple reaction time (r(88) = -0.31, p < .01) and the clock drawing test (r(88) = -0.25, p< .05). Further analyses revealed a significantly stronger relationship between pose #1 (eyes opened, firm) and average balance (r(88) = -0.845, p< 0.1) when compared to pose #2 (eyes closed, firm), and pose #3 (eyes opened, foam) and average balance r(88) = -0.8015, p< 0.1) when compared to pose #4 (eyes closed, foam). The significantly stronger relationship between these two measures demonstrates that visual input in both conditions #1 and #3 was associated with better postural control. The findings of this study demonstrate that reaction time and visuospatial abilities are associated with overall postural control in healthy older adults. Results suggest that reaction time should be more thoroughly researched to determine the extent of its influence on EF and physical function.

Prototyper för NFC implementeringar

Al-Ashraf, Samir Daniel, Sefedini, Arban January 2010 (has links)
I dagsläget används tekniken mest i Asien. / Near Field Communication (NFC) is a contactless short distance (approximately 10 centimeters) communication technology, which conveys a more secure connection. NFC is a relatively young technology which is cheap to implement, and user-friendly. NFC is directed to mainly cellphones, where opportunities for implementation of applications are wide. The technology conveys a faster and easier exchange of information, by putting units side by side. At present, the technology is used mostly in Asia. In Europe, no major effort has begun yet, but is expected to. NFC is expected to exist in a majority of cellphones, in the future. This essay treats practical implementation of a “toolbox” with the NFC technology. The goal was to make a “toolbox” with different components. The “toolbox” is intended as a base for implementing NFC applications and for experimenting with the different components. The hardware components are: cellphone, a tag, a RFID module and a microprocessor. The program components consist of a number of code examples. Our work has resulted in three prototypes which together constitute a “toolbox”. The prototypes communicate between any combinations of the components in the “toolbox”: cellphone with tag, reader with tag and reader with cellphone.

Applications aux condensats de Bose-Einstein en rotation / Analysis and simulation of deterministic and stochastic Schrödinger equations. Applications to rotating Bose-Einstein condensates

Duboscq, Romain 28 November 2013 (has links)
The aim of this Thesis is to study various mathematical and numerical aspects related to the Gross-Pitaevskii and nonlinear Schrödinger equations. We begin (chapter 1) by introducing a few models starting from the physics of Bose-Einstein condensates and optical fibers. This naturally leads to introducing a stochastic Gross-Pitaevskii equation and a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with random dispersion. Next, in the second chapter, we analyze the existence and uniqueness problem for these two equations. We prove that the Cauchy problem admits a solution for the stochastic Gross-Pitaevskii equation with a rotational term by constructing the solution associated with the linear. The third chapter is concerned with the computation of stationary states for the Gross-Pitaevskii equation. We develop a pseudo-spectral approximation scheme for the Continuous Normalized Gradient Flow formulation, combined with preconditioned Krylov subspace methods. This original approach leads to the robust and efficient computation of ground states for fast rotations and strong nonlinearities. In the fourth chapter, we consider some pseudo-spectral schemes for computing the dynamics of the Gross-Pitaevskii and nonlinear Schrödinger equations. These schemes (the Lie's and Strang's splitting schemes and the relaxation scheme) are numerically studied. Moreover, we proceed to a rigorous numerical analysis of the Lie scheme for the associated stochastic PDEs. Finally, we present in the fifth chapter a Matlab toolbox (called GPELab) that provides computational solutions based on the schemes previously introduced in the Thesis

Využití neuronových sítí pro predikaci síťového provozu / Neural network utilization for etwork traffic predictions

Pavela, Radek January 2009 (has links)
In this master’s thesis are discussed static properties of network traffic trace. There are also addressed the possibility of a predication with a focus on neural networks. Specifically, therefore recurrent neural networks. Training data were downloaded from freely accessible on the internet link. This is the captured packej of traffic of LAN network in 2001. They are not the most actual, but it is possible to use them to achieve the objective results of the work. Input data needed to be processed into acceptable form. In the Visual Studio 2005 was created program to aggregate the intensities of these data. The best combining appeared after 100 ms. This was achieved by the input vector, which was divided according to the needs of network training and testing part. The various types of networks operate with the same input data, thereby to make more objective results. In practical terms, it was necessary to verify the two principles. Principle of training and the principle of generalization. The first of the nominated designs require stoking training and verification training by using gradient and mean square error. The second one represents unknown designs application on neural network. It was monitored the response of network to these input data. It can be said that the best model seemed the Layer recurrent neural network (LRN). So, it was a solution developed in this direction, followed by searching the appropriate option of recurrent network and optimal configuration. Found a variant of topology is 10-10-1. It was used the Matlab 7.6, with an extension of Neural Network toolbox 6. The results are processed in the form of graphs and the final appreciation. All successful models and network topologies are on the enclosed CD. However, Neural Network toolbox reported some problems when importing networks. In creating this work wasn’t import of network functions practically used. The network can be imported, but the majority appear to be non-trannin. Unsuccessful models of networks are not presented in this master’s thesis, because it would be make a deterioration of clarity and orientation.
