Escolhemos a metrópole de São Paulo, pois se trata de uma cidade que, além de ser considerada local da gênese do processo de industrialização é onde se encontra o centro financeiro do Brasil, isto é, um lugar que passou e passa por constantes atualizações espaciais. Para tanto, foram aplicados questionários e realizadas entrevistas, dentre outros procedimentos metodológicos, com o intuito de traçar um perfil dos Mercados Públicos que fosse capaz de auxiliar num melhor entendimento da realidade atual. Buscamos resgatar, por meio de uma regressão na história, fatos relevantes acerca dessas formas comerciais que se perderam ao longo do tempo. O nosso recorte histórico remonta o início do século XX, onde aparece o primeiro Mercado Público ainda em funcionamento, até a implantação do último Mercado na segunda metade da década de 1990. Além disso, trata-se de um período, no qual a industrialização ganha força e, juntamente com a urbanização, traz importantes transformações para a cidade de São Paulo. A análise seguiu as três etapas do método Regressivo-Progressivo proposto por Lefèbvre (1978) / This research was proposed to analyze the recent changes in the commerce and consumption space through the Public Markets, which used to follow and have been captured by the society, keeping their metamorphosis through the time. We chose the metropolis of São Paulo, because it is a city that, besides to be considered the place of the genesis of the industrialization process, it is also the financial center of Brazil, that is, a place which passed and passes through spatial updates. To this end, questionnaires were applied and interviews were performed, among other methodological procedures, in order to establish a Public Markets profile that was able to assist in a better understanding of the current reality. We sought to rescue, through a regression on the history, relevant facts about those commercial forms that got lost over time. Our historical view dates the early twentieth century, where the first Public Market appears still in operation, until the implementation of the last market in the second half of the 1990s. Moreover, it is a period in which industrialization gains strength, along with urbanization, brings important changes to the city of Sao Paulo. The analysis followed the three stages of the regressiveprogressive method proposed by Lefebvre (1978)

Although Brazilian Laws and Policies support this prerogative, in practice this type of training is still sporadic. In this sense, researchers from universities and educational networks have sought to implement training courses that seek to remedy or minimize this gap. Thus, when participating in a continued education course in a collaborative perspective, the question that guided this study emerged: How does a continued formation for teachers, based on Collaborative Consulting, contributes to the performance of these professionals in the school inclusion of students targeted by special education? Aiming to answer this question, the present study had as objective to analyze how a continued education course for teachers, based on Collaborative Consulting, contributes to the school practice of professionals who work with students targeted by special education. This is a qualitative research, based on the indications of the historical-cultural approach. Five female teachers participated in this course, and they performed different functions, namely: manager, pedagogical coordinator, ESA teacher and support teacher for inclusion. The research was carried out at the Federal University of Goiás - Regional Catalão and at two schools of the Catalão-Goiás regional school system. As data production instruments, a questionnaire was used to map the participating schools, a personal and professional identification questionnaire, and a semi-structured interview script for the teachers, an observation script and field diaries. The interviews were analyzed based on Content Analysis and from the units of meaning were listed three categories. The data described are still under analysis and discussion and to date have pointed out that the doubts and insecurities experienced by the participating teachers revolved around the schooling of students with disabilities in the common classroom, both by teachers, and by other professionals from school. The five participants reported on the importance of consistent training to address the diversity of students in school. They highlighted as a positive point in this course the partnership between university and the school; the importance of management in enabling Continued Education courses for all school staff, especially in-service training; and the collaborative consultancy carried out in the two schools by the teacher trainer, as the strong point of this training. They reported that collaborative consulting enabled pedagogical strategies consistent with the reality of students with disabilities. The results also pointed to the need to expand Continued Education courses that are closer to the reality experienced by school professionals and their students with disabilities, as well as the collaboration between the professionals of the special education and the common school as a perspective support for school inclusion. / A formação continuada para professores que atuam com alunos Público Alvo da Educação Especial tem se configurado como um dos entraves para efetivação da inclusão escolar. Apesar das leis e políticas brasileiras respaldarem essa prerrogativa, na prática esse tipo de formação ainda é esporádica. Nesse sentido, pesquisadores das universidades e as redes de ensino têm buscado implementar cursos de formação que busquem sanar ou minimizar essa lacuna. Dessa forma, ao participar de um curso de formação continuada na perspectiva colaborativa surgiu a questão que norteou este estudo: Como uma formação continuada para professores, baseada na Consultoria Colaborativa, contribui com a atuação desses profissionais na inclusão escolar dos alunos que são o Público Alvo da Educação Especial? Visando responder esse questionamento, o presente estudo teve por objetivo analisar de que forma um curso de formação continuada para professores, baseada na Consultoria Colaborativa, contribui com a prática escolar de profissionais que atuam com alunos Público Alvo da Educação Especial. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, pautada nos indícios da abordagem Histórico-Cultural. Participaram cinco professoras, que frequentaram o referido curso, desempenhando diferentes funções, a saber: gestora, coordenadora pedagógica, professora de AEE e professora de apoio à inclusão. A pesquisa foi realizada na Universidade Federal de Goiás – Regional Catalão e em duas escolas da rede estadual de ensino da regional de Catalão-Goiás. Como instrumentos de produção de dados utilizou-se questionário de mapeamento das escolas participantes, questionário de identificação pessoal e profissional e roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada para as professoras, roteiro de observação e diários de campo. As entrevistas foram analisadas com base na Análise de Conteúdo e a partir das unidades de sentido foram elencadas duas categorias. Os dados apontaram que as dúvidas e inseguranças vividas pelas professoras participantes giravam em torno da escolarização dos alunos com deficiência na sala de aula comum, tanto por parte dos docentes quanto por parte dos outros profissionais da escola. As cinco participantes relataram a importância de uma formação consistente para atuar com a diversidade na escola comum. Destacaram como ponto positivo nesse curso a parceria entre universidade e a escola; a importância da gestão em viabilizar cursos de formação continuada para toda a equipe escolar, sobretudo a formação em serviço; e, a Consultoria Colaborativa realizada nas duas escolas pela professora formadora como sendo o ponto forte dessa formação. Relataram que a Consultoria Colaborativa viabilizou estratégias pedagógicas condizentes com a realidade dos alunos com deficiência. Os resultados apontaram também para a necessidade de ampliação de cursos de formação continuada que sejam mais próximos da realidade vivenciada pelos profissionais da escola e por seus alunos com deficiência, bem como a colaboração entre os profissionais da Educação Especial e da escola comum como sendo uma perspectiva real de apoio à inclusão escolar.

Introdução e referencial teórico: O envelhecimento é um assunto que vem se destacando mundialmente devido à evolução demográfica presenteada nas últimas décadas. À medida que a quantidade de idosos tende a duplicar no mundo até o ano de 2050, no Brasil ela praticamente triplicará. No processo do envelhecimento ocorrem alterações morfofuncionais, que resultam na perda da capacidade funcional e surgimento de comorbidades, Todo ano 650 mil pessoas são inclusas à população de idosos, a maior parte com doenças crônicas e limitações funcionais, que podem ser retardadas através de um estilo de vida ativo e saudável. Essa nova realidade repercute diretamente nas demandas e na necessidade de criação de estratégias que assegurem o direito dos idosos, e principalmente o acesso à saúde e à integralidade do cuidado. Neste contexto, é imprescindível (re)pensar na completude da formação profissional e complementar dos (futuros) profissionais de saúde, para que os mesmos possam atuar de forma interdisciplinar, pensando no indivíduo integralmente. Objetivo e Metodologia: O estudo proposto é uma reflexão teórica sobre o significado do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado na área da saúde para a formação dos discentes, especificamente os determinantes e os elementos constitutivos do processo de trabalho do educador físico na área da saúde. O objetivo do estudo é oferecer conteúdo teórico-conceitual para orientar a ação reflexiva dos discentes, como futuros profissionais e dos profissionais formados que exercem o papel de supervisores de estágios. Resultado: Foi recomendado um Plano de Estágio a ser seguido pelos profissionais nas organizações de Saúde de modo a promover uma ligação entre a construção do conhecimento teórico-prático, subsidiando o ensino nos diversos campos de saber em saúde voltada a pessoa idosa. E foi efetuada uma parceria entre uma Instituição de Ensino Superior e uma Organização Social de Saúde. Esta parceria irá atender os alunos de educação física, viabilizando as experiências dos alunos em relação a grupos especiais. Discussão: Estudos mostram que o conhecimento se constrói a partir da experiência cotidiana, na possibilidade de colocar a teoria em movimento, seja pela mediação da pesquisa, do estágio ou do trabalho. Conclusão: É de fundamental importância a prática que será obtida por meio das experiências vivenciadas no estágio supervisionado, pois ao graduando, inserido em um ambiente relevante a sua futura atuação, é possibilitada a ele oportunidades para observar e analisar tal contexto, para que a partir disso, se crie novas práticas em seu trabalho. A importância acadêmica e social do presente estudo revela que no cenário contemporâneo os profissionais precisam dar respostas qualificadas aos problemas enfrentados, exigindo coragem de pensar a saúde numa perspectiva transformadora e em constante movimento de desconstrução e reconstrução de ideias, sentidos e conceitos. / Introduction and theoretical reference: Aging is a subject that has been increasing worldwide due to demographic trends gifted in recent decades. As the number of elderly tends to double worldwide by the year 2050, in Brazil it will approximately triple. In the aging process occur morphological and functional changes that result in the loss of functional capacity and emergence of comorbidities Every year 650,000 people are included the elderly population, most with chronic diseases and functional limitations, which can be delayed through a style active and healthy life. This new reality has a direct impact on the demands and the need to create strategies that ensure the right of the elderly, and especially access to health care and comprehensive care. In this context, it is essential to (re) think about the completeness of vocational and further training of (future) health professionals so that they can work in an interdisciplinary way, thinking of the individual in full. Objective and Methodology: The proposed study is a theoretical reflection on the meaning of Supervised in health for the training of students, specifically the determinants and the constituent elements of the work process of the physical educator in health. The objective is to provide theoretical and conceptual content to guide the reflexive action of the students, as future professionals and trained professionals who play the role of stages of supervisors. The result: a Training Plan was recommended to be followed by professionals in health organizations in order to promote a link between the construction of the theoretical and practical knowledge, supporting teaching in the various fields of knowledge in health facing the elderly. It was performed a partnership between higher education institution and a Social Health Organization. This partnership will meet the students of physical education, enabling students\' experiences in relation to special groups. Discussion: Studies show that knowledge is constructed from everyday experience, the possibility of placing the movement in theory, is the mediation of research, training or work. Conclusion: It is vital to practice that will be obtained through the experiences of the supervised training, because when graduating, inserted in a relevant environment to your future performance is enabled him opportunities to observe and analyse this context, so that from the addition, they set up new practices in their work. The academic and social importance of this study shows that in the contemporary scene professionals need to respond to problems faced qualified, requiring courage to think of health in a changing perspective and constant movement of deconstruction and reconstruction of ideas, meanings and concepts.

The aim of this study was to describe the nurses‘ perception of termination of pregnancy and her perception of her conduct towards clients that request termination of pregnancy guided by Kings‘ Systems Approach and Goal Attainment Theory. A non-experimental quantitative descriptive correlational design was used. A non-probability purposive sampling method was used consisting of institutions in the Western Cape, available to participate in this study, which deliver termination of pregnancy services, gov ernment health care institutions (21) and Marie Stopes clinics (3). Non-probability convenience sampling was used consisting of registered nurses who are working in termination of pregnancy units in these facilities (N=82). Data were collected through the administration of a self-designed questionnaire. The main findings of the study indicate that respondents (personal system) appear to feel positive about the work they are doing. Formal improvement and development are however not utilised optimally. Regarding the interpersonal system, respondents also show a positive orientation to both the woman opting for termination of pregnancy and the foetus. The potential towards transaction and ultimately goal attainment reside within this system. The respondents are also positive about legislation, employers and policies (social system) relating to termination of pregnancy. This orientation creates a milieu that is conducive to transactions, interactions and goal attainment.The main recommendation is that three systems as proposed by King be continuously integrated within the termination of pregnancy setup through, amongst other measures: values clarification, management support, in service education, the inclusion of termination of pregnancy in undergraduate programmes, focus groups and the like. / Die doel van hierdie studie was om die verpleegkundige se persepsie van terminasie van swangerskap en haar persepsie van haar houding en gedrag teenoor kliёnte wat terminasie van swangerskap versoek, aan die hand van King se Sisteembenadering en Doelwitbereikingsteorie te ondersoek en te beskryf. `n Nie-eksperimentele kwantitatiewe beskrywende korrelasie navorsingsontwerp was gebruik. `n Nie-waarskynlike doelbewuste-steekproefneming van die staatsgesondheidsorg-instansies wat terminasie van swangerskapdienste aanbied, is geneem en wat beskikbaar vir hierdie studie was (21) asook die Marie Stopesdienste (3), in die Wes-Kaap. `n Nie-waarskynlike gerieflikheidsteekproefneming is van verpleegkundiges geneem wat swangerskappe in hierdie afdelings termineer of moet termineer (N=82). Data is met behulp van `n selfontwerpte vraelys ingesamel. Die hoofbevindings van die studie dui daarop dat respondente (persoonlike sisteem) positief voel oor hul werk. Formele ontwikkelingshulpbronne word egter nie optimaal deur die sisteem benut nie. Wat die interpersoonlike sisteem betref, toon respondente ook ‗n positiewe oriëntasie tot beide die vrou wat terminasie van swangerskap aanvra en die fetus. This orientation creates a milieu that is conducive to transactions, interactions and goal attainment.The main recommendation is that three systems as proposed by King be continuously integrated within the termination of pregnancy setup through, amongst other measures: values clarification, management support, in service education, the inclusion of termination of pregnancy in undergraduate programmes, focus groups and the like. / Die doel van hierdie studie was om die verpleegkundige se persepsie van terminasie van swangerskap en haar persepsie van haar houding en gedrag teenoor kliёnte wat terminasie van swangerskap versoek, aan die hand van King se Sisteembenadering en Doelwitbereikingsteorie te ondersoek en te beskryf. `n Nie-eksperimentele kwantitatiewe beskrywende korrelasie navorsingsontwerp was gebruik. `n Nie-waarskynlike doelbewuste-steekproefneming van die staatsgesondheidsorg-instansies wat terminasie van swangerskapdienste aanbied, is geneem en wat beskikbaar vir hierdie studie was (21) asook die Marie Stopesdienste (3), in die Wes-Kaap. `n Nie-waarskynlike gerieflikheidsteekproefneming is van verpleegkundiges geneem wat swangerskappe in hierdie afdelings termineer of moet termineer (N=82). Data is met behulp van `n selfontwerpte vraelys ingesamel. Die hoofbevindings van die studie dui daarop dat respondente (persoonlike sisteem) positief voel oor hul werk. Formele ontwikkelingshulpbronne word egter nie optimaal deur die sisteem benut nie. Die respondente is ook positief oor wetgewing en die werkgewer en beleid (sosiale siteem) ten opsigte van terminasie van swangerskap. Hierdie oriëntering laat ‗n milieu wat bevorderlik is vir transaksie-sluiting, interaksie en doelwitbereiking. Die hoofaanbeveling is dat voortdurend gepoog moet word na die integrasie van King se drie sisteme binne die terminasie van swangerskapafdelings deur onder meer: waarde-uitklaringswerkswinkels, ondersteuning van bestuur, indiensopleiding, die insluiting van terminasie van swangerskap in voorgraadse kurrikula, fokusgroepe en so meer. / Health Studies / D.
