Nela é abordada a implementação da hora-atividade no âmbito da Lei Federal nº 11.738/08, que, em consonância com a LDB (9394/96), reorganiza a jornada docente. O objetivo foi contribuir com a reflexão acerca da implementação das políticas públicas para a formação de professores em serviço a partir da institucionalização da horaatividade com a Lei 11.738/08, analisando limites e possibilidades e propondo um plano de ação que minimizasse as dificuldades identificadas. A pesquisa se propôs a responder quais possibilidades e limites cerceiam a utilização da hora-atividade como espaço formativo, tendo como campo quatro escolas estaduais sediadas na Coordenadoria Regional de Educação de Ouro Preto do Oeste no estado de Rondônia. Caracterizou-se como estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa, tendo como instrumentos a análise documental, grupos focais e pesquisa bibliográfica. O aporte teórico veio para sustentar o paradigma de formação adotado quando se refere a formação continuada na escola, centrando especialmente em três frentes, sendo a primeira voltada para a implementação de políticas públicas e seus desafios (CONDÉ, 2013; LOTTA, 2010; MAINARDES, 2006); a segunda apresentando reflexões sobre a formação continuada para além das concepções tradicionais, concebendo a escola como lócus formativo, pautando a valorização da aprendizagem em contexto através da reflexão sobre a prática e valorizando a troca entre pares (ALARCÃO, 2001, 2004, 2015; GATTI, 2008, 2009, 2011; NÓVOA, 1992; IMBERNÓN, 2010); a terceira, buscando tecer uma análise sobre a atuação dos gestores escolares no atual contexto educacional (ABRUCIO, 2010; BURGOS e CANEGAL, 2011). Os resultados revelam que a implementação da hora-atividade e sua utilização como espaço formativo apresentam dificuldades, que são depreendidas de questões macro e micro estruturais, dentre outros, fatores atribuídos à ausência de formação para gestores escolares, falhas no processo de monitoramento e avaliação, tempo dos professores e gestores como terreno conflituoso, gestão pedagógica limitante, frágeis concepções acerca da formação continuada na escola, conflitos latentes e evidentes no campo relacional. O estudo também proporcionou a verificação de possibilidades para se efetivar a formação contínua na escola, como: garantias legais, reconhecimento da formação continuada de professores como ação relevante para a educação, reconhecimento dos professores como portadores de direitos que aspiram por formação ao longo da carreira. Possibilitou também o avanço da reflexão teórica sobre as implicações de políticas públicas voltadas para a formação docente e o seu complexo processo de implementação. Para o enfrentamento dos problemas identificados e tendo em vista as prerrogativas da Lei, foi proposto um Plano de Ação Educacional (PAE) compreendido como de possível exequibilidade por demandar pequenas custas à Coordenadoria. Junto ao PAE se apresentam alinhadas algumas recomendações à Secretaria de Estado da Educação (SEDUC/RO) consideradas de impacto positivo frente aos problemas identificados pelo estudo. / This research was developed within the scope of the Professional Master in Management and Evaluation of Education (PPGP) of the Center for Public Policies and Education Evaluation of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd / UFJF). It addresses the implementation of houractivity in the scope of Federal Law 11,738 / 08, which, in line with LDB (9394/96), reorganizes the teaching day. The objective was to contribute to the reflection about the implementation of policies for the training of teachers in public service for the training of teachers in service from the institutionalization of the hour-activity with Law 11.738 / 08, analyzing limits and possibilities and proposing a plan that would minimize the identified difficulties. The research proposed to answer what possibilities and limits limit the use of hour-activity as a formative space, having as field four state schools located in the Regional Coordination of Education of Ouro Preto do Oeste in the state of Rondônia. It was characterized as a case study with a qualitative approach, having as instruments the documentary analysis, focus groups and bibliographic research. The theoretical contribution came to support the training paradigm adopted when referring to continuing education in the school, focusing especially on three fronts, the first one focused on the implementation of public policies and their challenges (CONDÉ, 2013; LOTTA, 2010; MAINARDES, 2006); the second presenting reflections on continuing education beyond traditional conceptions, conceiving the school as a formative locus, guiding the valuation of learning in context through reflection on practice and valuing the exchange between peers (ALARCÃO, 2001, 2004, 2015, GATTI , 2008, 2009, 2011, NÓVOA, 1992, IMBERNÓN, 2010); the third, seeking to analyze the performance of school managers in the current educational context (ABRUCIO, 2010; BURGOS and CANEGAL, 2011). The results show that the implementation of time-activity and its use as a training space present difficulties, which are apparent from macro and micro structural issues, among others, factors attributed to the absence of training for school managers, failures in the monitoring and evaluation process, time of teachers and managers as conflictive terrain, limiting pedagogical management, fragile conceptions about continuing education in the school, latent and evident conflicts in the relational field. The study also provided the verification of possibilities for continuing education in the school, such as: legal guarantees, recognition of continuing teacher education as a relevant action for education, recognition of teachers as holders of rights that aspire for training throughout the career. It also allowed for the advancement of theoretical reflection on the implications of public policies aimed at teacher education and its complex implementation process. In order to confront the problems identified and in view of the prerogatives of the Law, an Educational Action Plan (PAE) was proposed as a possible feasibility because it demands small costs for the Coordination. Along with the PAE, some recommendations to the State Secretariat of Education (SEDUC / RO) are presented, which are considered to have a positive impact on the problems identified by the study.

The goal of this Master's Thesis is Lean Six Sigma application to solve problems occurring during brand changes in production in Philip Morris CR, a.s. In the first part of this thesis there is described the Lean Six Sigma methodology, which draws from current world literature. Moreover the thesis describes the company Philip Morris, production of tobacco products in Kutná Hora and there is high level process description of cigarette production. In the thesis there is thorough description of process brand change, 7 measurements of this process on different types of machines, analysis of these measurements. In case there are problems identified there is the counter action to solve them designed. At the end of the thesis there is evaluation if the goals described in the introduction were achieved.

Também é apresentado um levantamento de quais parâmetros elétricos derivados das curvas de tensão e corrente são úteis para a definição de assinatura de cargas residenciais. Os resultados dos experimentos realizados indicaram a potência ativa, a potência reativa, o fator de potência, a tensão e corrente eficazes e as cinco primeiras harmônicas ímpares do sinal de corrente como os parâmetros mais adequados para uso em sistemas não intrusivos para identificação de consumo por aparelho. Graças a técnicas de programação e decisões de projeto acertadas, foi possível desenvolver um módulo medidor de alta precisão e baixo custo, usando um microcontrolador simples e de baixo consumo. Este módulo é capaz de calcular todas as grandezas elétricas supramencionadas a frequência de 46 Hz. Os valores de tensão, corrente, fator de potência, potência ativa e potência aparente apresentaram erros inferiores a 0,3% (para cargas resistivas). O erro nas componentes harmônicas do sinal de corrente foi de 0,03% para a componente fundamental, 0,58% para a 3ª harmônica, 3,69% para a 5ª harmônica, 6,63% para a 7ª harmônica e 11,81% para a 9ª harmônica. O medidor desenvolvido será usado no projeto "Sistema Inteligente de Gestão Energética para Unidades Consumidoras de Baixa Tensão" o qual consistirá em um sistema completo de gestão de consumo de energia residencial / Abstract: We present in this project the development of a residential power meter module capable of measuring besides the total energy consumption, the electrical parameters needed for power consumption breakdown. We also present a study of which electrical features derived from current and voltage waveforms are more adequate to define signatures of residential loads. The experimental results indicated that the active power, reactive power, power factor, voltage, current and the first five odd harmonics of the current signal are good parameters to use in Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring Systems - NILM. Thanks to the use of advanced programming techniques and right design decisions, we developed, using a simple microcontroller, a high-precision, low-power and low cost smart meter. This module is capable to calculate all electrical parameters above mentioned at 46 Hz frequency. The voltage, current, power factor active and apparent power presented errors lower than 0.3% for resistive loads. The error in the harmonics of the current signal was 0.03% for the fundamental harmonic, 0.58% for the 3rd harmonic, 3.69% for the 5th harmonic, 6.63% for the 7th harmonic and 11.81% for the 9th harmonic. Based on this perspective, the specific topics like art, forms and means of expression, symbolism, concept of a journey, time and work of different artists are being surveyed both generally and specifically. Through the survey of those topics, connections and coherences are being found. This thesis also consists of an analysis of my own art work (painting) and my didactic praxis together with a subject of didactics. The elements of contemplation penetrate the entire thesis.

Chantry chapels by burghers in Kutná Hora in pre-Hussite period Vojtěch Vaněk This study is based on the social-historical understanding of the role of chantries and of liturgical memory in medieval society, as discussed especially by Otto G. Oexle and Michael Borgolte. Chantries as permanent pious gifts connected the world of the living with the world of the dead, kept the presence of the dead among the living and, simultaneously, contributed to the salvation of their souls through mutual solidarity between the living and the dead. This study also evaluates the insights of the new cultural history, which understands the endowments as symbolic capital in a given society, capital which enabled display of social status and legitimized power through ostentatious demonstration of devotion. Under the House of Luxembourg, Kutná Hora was one of the most populous towns in Bohemia and Moravia as well as one of the biggest centers of mining and processing of silver ore in Europe. 1280's saw the origins of mining there, the first decade of the 14th century saw the city's founding. Kutná Hora was the residence of the central mint in the Czech kingdom and of the royal offices related to the mint and mining. Syftet med denna studie är att bättre förstå könsspecifika benämningar i ungdomsspråk, deras värde, hur situationskontexten förändrar värdet, hur de används och slutligen hur benämningarna kan relateras till identitetsskapande. Som metod används fokusgruppsamtal och enskilda intervjuer. Materialet genomgår en innehållsanalys utifrån det teoretiska ramverket, vilket består av kritisk diskursanalys och ett antal idéer från diskursteorin. I resultatet framkommer att ord för att benämna flickor/kvinnor, till skillnad från i äldre studier, inte är fler till antalet. Det framkommer även att kvinnobenämningarna såväl som kvinnliga stigman är mer befästa inom diskursen. Vidare får ord för att benämna flickor/kvinnor ofta en mer negativ värdering än maskulina motsvarigheter och de används oftare som svordomar. Flickorna intar, som en motreaktion på återupprepad interpellering med negativa subjektspositioner, identiteten rebell och i denna använder de bl.a. ord som hora om varandra. Ordets stigmatiserande effekt är dock fortfarande påtaglig och försök att neutralisera ordet tycks än så länge ha gett liten verkan. Materialet visar att många traditionella könsföreställningar fortfarande styr: kvinnan ska inte vara lösaktig och mannen ska inte vara sexuellt oerfaren. Det finns också många tecken på förändrade mönster. Bland annat tycks pojkarnas begränsningar ha närmat sig flickornas och normer ha utvidgas till att flickor kan vara maneaters i en positiv bemärkelse och pojkar mjukare identiteter som hjärtat och dreamyboy. Slutligen konstateras att situationskontexten är avgörande för benämningarna värde, att såväl flickor som pojkar anpassar sina beteenden av rädsla för att omtalas exempelvis hora eller fuckboy, och att olika identiteter hos ungdomarna kan relateras till att de omtalats på ett visst sätt.

The subject of this diploma thesis is to continue on the previous atelier work, which was focused on elaboration of a strategic urban-architectural study of the Kraví hora area and the BUT holding located there. A multifunctional facility, which would include activities that BUT still lacks, should be designed there. In any case, it should not be an extension of the teaching, research or accommodation capacities, since there have been built enough of these by BUT recently. At the same time, the proposed activities should not be controversial with the interests of the city. The BUT area at Kraví hora is one of the most valuable areas of the city of Brno. The city, which has tried to buy it from BUT several times, has an eminent interest in this area. However BUT considers it as its "family silver", because they realize its extraordinary value. Nevertheless, due to the binding regulatory conditions, construction possibilities are very limited. The aim of this study is to find such a use of this area, which would be a compromise corresponding to both the city's expectations and the needs of BUT. The intention of the previous project, which has been continued by this diploma thesis, was the removal of unsatisfactory buildings and the reduction of the garden colonies; despite to a study created by the City of Brno but partially kept, cultivated and reorganized; and rebuilding of the BUT area, which will be opened to the public and communicate with park. The public will obtain an access to nowadays inaccessible and impermeable areas by removing inappropriate buildings and fences, as well as by the modification of the public space and creating one major spine communication realized as an extension of the existing road and which will serve only for the supply, hikers and cyclists. The newly founded BUT complex with its strategic location on the top of Kraví hora hill and next to the observatory will invite large number of people not only from the surroundings but a

This diploma thesis deals with the history of Kutná Hora in 1950's. It contains a description of the period between years 1948 - 1960. The period, during which the most important political and cultural changes but also the toughest repressions against the people took place all around the Czechoslovakia (majority of the changes and repressions was caused by the communist leadership). These years were the period of huge political purges and processes, violent collectivization and many other precautions which were only meant to provide the communists with all the power over the country. The main aim of this thesis is to introduce the situation in Kutná Hora during 1950's and to give the reader a complex overview of the local political and cultural background. All the institutions which determined everyday life in Kutná Hora are described in this thesis. The author focuses especially on the activity of The Local National Committee, courts and individual cultural institutions. The author used archive funds, historic press and specialized literature.

The thesis deals with one of the most famous sources of citychronography that were being created in Bohemia in the 16th and early 17th century. The most competent and prolific literary author of Dačický's Paměti was Mikuláš Dačický of Heslov - a very controversial figure of the KutnáHora society before the Battle of the White Mountain. Beside introducing Dačický's personality and his own experience with the judiciary of the times, the thesis goes briefly into the history of Kutná Hora in the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Times and describes the city administration and the typical course of legal proceedings as it went before the municipal court. Paměti reflect the diverse crime of the time: the thesis focuses mainly on killing - special attention is paid to the agreements on the head (smlouvy o hlavu), female crimes or suicides - further affrays, duels, slanders and questioning of somebody's impeccability, frauds, thefts and robberies.
