This work discuses complex rule systems, integrity constraints implementation issues. It describes all integrity constraints and their types. Showed their representation in UML concepts also ORACLE PL/SQL system code. Analysed realization possibilities of integrity constraints. Realized in database system and enforced testing process in this database of integrity constraits. Introduces users helpfull methodology about peration issues, possibilities and methods. Managed system of integrity constains creating templates. In some ways program generates PL/SQL code by users defined variables.

This document contains the full specification of the sea ship register. The objective is to create computerized information system of the existing sea ship register. This register is of primary type among the other registers of the Republic of Lithuania and it is for gathering and storing the ship data, the data connected to the ship and generating the unique identification code, which will be used in other state registers and information system to uniquely identify the ship. During the creation process of this register, the project drivers, activity diagrams, user requirements, functional and non-functional system requirement specifications, project constraints and other specifications and diagrams were analyzed, produced and documented in this documentation. The detailed specifications of database objects (datafiles, tables, functions, procedures, packages, triggers and etc.), forms, reports and libraries were generated and attached here. The information system of the sea ship register helps personel to easily enter and store the required data into the database, to quickly find the needed ship by various search criterias. The register provides all the required certificates and other reports in printable version. The register is fully functional and officially put in use since 2006-01-01.

The main objective of this project is to automtion of dept control process. Providing this project we can have electronic list, electronic observation of consumers pay-roll; we can formating reports and warnings to our consumers. This information system realize dept control procedure and dept control document of company AB Rytu skirstomieji tinklai. Researching this project will be inspected and analysed oraganization's work activity, process models, business and users specifications. Will be delivered the archtectural model of the asylum information system, tested released system model, prepared maintenance and user's instruction documents, corrected any logical and others mistakes. New automation of dept control process information system will provide centralised data gathering, filing, accumulating, usage, processing, storage, presentation and will have many advantages as: faster processing time, easy report’s generation, data receiving more simply, automation of consumers pay-roll, automation of time observation.

Today's healthcare computer systems rely upon a disparate collection of legacy services, all developed separately and independently for patient records, radiological images, scheduling, billing, and administration. The Web is based on a client-server model. It consists of a set of servers, known as Web servers, which receive one request at a time and respond to that request without preserving state information, and a set of clients, known as Web browsers, which make requests based on user input and present results. Several efforts have been undertaken to address security in the Web, although the primary focus has been at the application level. These efforts have addressed the issue of protecting the privacy, accuracy and authenticity of transactions conducted over the Internet. In this work we will discuss cutting edge security tools in Microsoft’s newest .NET framework version, how to use and witch to choose, how to integrate them in medical environment, will see how they meet today’s medical web services requirements and will propose some methods to make securing of web services easier and more reliable.

The main goal of the Master’s theses is to raise joint stock company „Lintel“ workers self-reliance and help them to plan monthly knowledge evaluation. Quick information technologies development becomes the most important reason for requirements chancing to education. Workers must learning all live and raise qualification if they want to survive in work market. Quick chance of information is very important not only for joint stock company „Lintel“. This problem is important for all companies, which work in information sector. Distance learning is the way, which can help to workers learning where they want; when they want and choose a temp how quickly they want to learn information. Workers can learn without going out from the work for a long time. The most important subject in this kind of studies is student. Students in distance learning course can study information, make self-tests and quizzes. The results of quizzes and self-tests allow to workers to know limitation of they profession knowledge’s.

Programming languages Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic .NET have been compared from the point of view of rapid application development in the work. Environment differences of the programming systems have been analysed. New possibilities of Visual Basic .NET language have been investigated concerning menu creation, text files tasks, user forms creation, class heredity. Syntax changes in Visual Basic .NET programming language have been analysed. Database programming tools have been presented and compared. Differences of both systems have been illustrated by practical examples. Various rates of creating indexes for bibliographical documents have been analysed. Standard documents of construction cost data in the MS Word document format have been moved to the MS Access database. Various speed rates of database reading and editing have been analysed.

The purpose of this project is to help children with disabilities to talk through special cards using available new information technologies. These kids are from ages 8 till 15. I collaborated with KVAC(Kauno Vaikų Abilitacijos Centras) and there met children who cant talk normally because of their physical condition, however their mental condition is quite evolved or even sterling for their age. These special cards are created by Norwegian doctors especially for this kind of disability and for people with such mental and physical condition. In KVAC children used them for very long time. These cards are made from paper and colored in black and white. Each of these cards represents emotion, feelings, things, occupations and many others real word objects. So my solution was to move these cards to computer and adapt them for better usage and also to make kind of chat where more than one person can be involved and naturally would help person with disabilities. Main advantages of this software is that it can be used over LAN or thru the Internet there is no difference, also new technologies like AJAX let the system perform faster(saving bandwidth) then other available technologies. Besides there is no complex installation process, system is ready to work immediately without requiring detailed customization. Also one of the main thing why I developed this system is because of lack of such type of software over Lithuania and even over the world.

Išanalizavus analogiškos paskirties programas, buvo nustatyti kuriamai augalininkystės mokymo priemonei pagrindiniai reikalavimai: lengvai įdiegiama; nekeliami dideli reikalavimai techninei ir programiniai įrangai; lengvai valdoma ir tolerantiška vartotojo klaidoms; sudaroma interaktyvi galimybė moksleiviui tapti aktyviu veiksmo dalyviu. The aim of the research to create computer modeling tool, which could be flexibly and creatively used teaching/learning plant-growing subject. In order to reach the aim of the research functional and non-functional requirements were analyzed, educational computer tool “The Factors Influencing Plants’ Growing” was projected and realized and the experiment research was done. After analyzing similar programs, the requirements for creative plant-growing educational tool were set: easily implemented; no big requirements for technical and software equipments; easily used, tolerant to consumers mistakes; interactive possibility to a student is made to become an active action participant. Atsiranda naujos programos taikytinos konkrečiose darbo srityse, lengvinančios darbą bei gerinančios jo kokybę. Norint išlikti konkurencingu darbo rinkoje tenka prisitaikyti prie jos reikalavimų, pastoviai tobulinti turimas žinias bei gebėjimus ir įgyti naujų. Rašant šį darbą buvo apžvelgta suaugusiųjų kompiuterinio raštingumo situacija Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje. Aiškintasi politinis požiūris į kompiuterinių gebėjimų ugdymą, finansavimo šaltinius. Atliktas anketinis tyrimas, kuriame apklausta daugiau nei 500 Vilniaus pedagoginio universiteto darbuotojų. Atliekant tyrimą aiškintasi, kompiuterinių gebėjimų lygmuo priklausomai nuo amžiaus ir pareigų. Aiškintasi ar nuo amžiaus priklauso pageidaujamo mokymosi būdo pasirinkimas, taip pat kiek amžius turi 5takos norui tobulėti informacinių technologijų srityje. Tyrime siekta atsekti priklausomybę norimų mokytis dalykų nuo respondentų pareigų. Į visus šios klausimus atsakymus padėjo surasti atliktas apklausos rezultatų tyrimas. / Nowadays the demand for qualified workers as well as the requirements for workers is increasing all around the world due to the development of opportunities of the new computer technologies. Just a few members of our society can work without computer or any computer device. The new software that can be used in a particular working sphere appears. This new software makes the work easier and quality of work much better. In order to survive in the competitive labour market, each organization should adjust itself to the requirements of the market, constantly deepen acquired knowledge and abilities and learn new ones. Computer literacy in Lithuania and in the world was reviewed in this thesis. The theme was being analyzed taking into account political and financial sources. The research by the means of questionnaire was performed. More than 500 Vilnius Pedagogical University workers took part in it. The aim of this questionnaire was to make a connection between age and position of the reporters and their computer literacy abilities. The question of the choice of particular learning method in accordance with the age was risen up as well as the influence of the age on desires to improve knowledge in the sphere of modern technologies. The connection between the desirable aspects of study and the holding position is showed in this research. All the answers to these questions were found during the research.

Darbe iškeliamos pagrindinės idėjos, kaip integruoti į virtualųjį mokymąsi tradicinių ir nuotolinių studijų metodus. Tobulėjant informacinėms technologijoms, jos veržiasi į besimokančiųjų gyvenimą ir užima gana svarbią vietą. Todėl švietimo įstaigose skatinama išnaudoti visas IKT galimybes tobulinti mokymosi metodus ir mokymosi kokybę. Pirmajame skyriuje supažindinama, kas tai yra tradicinis mokymasis bei kaip keitėsi mokymosi metodika, kai buvo pradėtos naudoti informacinės komunikacinės technologijos. Antrasis skyrius skirtas projektinės dalies aprašymui. Sukurta lietuvių kalbos kurso dalis, skirta amerikiečių lietuvių kalbos žinioms tobulinti. Kurso kūrimui pasirinkta „Moodle“ virtuali mokymosi aplinka, nes ji yra paprasta, atviro kodo bei turi daug kitų privalumų. Trečioji dalis skirta kurso kokybės vertinimui. / This master thesis discusses the integration of the traditional and distance learning approaches into the virtual learning. The rapid development of information technologies made huge impact on the learning technologies, as well as changed the way of the students’ learning. Therefore, learning institutions are encouraged to employ all the possibilities provided by information and communication technologies in order to improve learning methods, as well as the quality of learning. The first chapter introduces traditional learning approach and presents how learning methods developed with the rise of information and communication technologies. The project part is described in the second chapter. The Lithuanian language course was designed to provide American students with the required material and improve their language skills. The course was created using “Moodle”, an Open Source Course Management System. The third chapter discusses the evaluation of the course quality.
