[pt] Este trabalho visa a apresentar o Serviço Residencial Terapêutico (SRT) e a prática clínica que se opera a partir do singular de cada um dos moradores das casas. Para tanto, traçaremos uma trajetória da criação destes dispositivos e o momento de implantação no Brasil, para poder apresentar as residências em questão. Guiados pela psicanálise, buscaremos conceitualizar a psicose, desde o alienismo de Phillipe Pinel para, assim, chegarmos à concepção do Último Ensino de Jacques Lacan, que nos serve de guia no trabalho com os moradores. / [en] This paper presents the Therapeutic Residential Service (SRT, in Portuguese) and the clinical practice that operates from the singular of each habitant of these houses. To do so, we start by the history of conception of these devices and the time of implantation in Brazil, in order to present the residences in question. Guided by psychoanalysis, we will conceptualize psychosis from alienism of Phillipe Pinel to the so called Last Teaching of Jacques Lacan, who serves as a guide in our work with these residents.

[pt] Esta tese propõe investigar o discurso de ideal de autonomia que se faz presente na sociedade ocidental contemporânea de maneira significativa. Por um lado, ele atravessa instituições – como a escola – sob a forma de um imperativo, de uma exigência à autonomia. Por outro, se apresenta nos discursos individuais como um apelo à autonomia, como um modo subjetivo para livrar o sujeito de seu sofrimento. Partimos da hipótese de que o imperativo à autonomia não apenas se traduz como uma exigência, mas também como uma urgência em nossa época. Para compreender como isso ocorre, procuramos fazer uma genealogia histórica e antropológica sobre a figura da autonomia a fim de compreender a construção desse ideal como discurso imperativo no cenário social contemporâneo. Em seguida, percorremos as teorias de J. Lacan e D. W. Winnicott, especificamente as problematizações que trazem à noção de autonomia. O primeiro analisa a autonomia como uma ideia delirante, da ordem do impossível para o sujeito barrado; o segundo faz uma crítica à imposição de o sujeito ser autônomo, mas considera que a autonomia, quando desdobrada de forma espontânea pelo self, é um aspecto essencial no processo de amadurecimento emocional, sendo inclusive necessária à saúde do sujeito. Por fim, são apresentadas vinhetas retiradas de nossa experiência na clínica e em instituições escolares e, com base nelas, sustentamos a tese de que a autonomia pode ser uma resposta encontrada pelo sujeito para lidar com a precarização dos laços familiares e sociais; em outras palavras, a autonomia tornase urgente na medida em que ele não tem com quem contar. / [en] This thesis proposes to investigate the discourse of ideal of autonomy that is present, in a significant way, in contemporary Western society. On the one hand, it crosses institutions – like the school – in the form of an imperative for autonomy. On the other hand, it appears in individual speeches as an appeal to autonomy, as a subjective way to free the individual from his suffering. We start from the hypothesis that the imperative to autonomy is not only a requirement, but also an urgency in our time. To understand how this occurs, we seek to make a historical and anthropological genealogy on the figure of autonomy in order to understand the construction of this ideal as an imperative discourse in the contemporary social scenario. Then, we go through the theories of J. Lacan and D. W. Winnicott, specifically the problematizations that they bring to the notion of autonomy. The first analyzes autonomy as a delusional idea, an idea that is in the order of the impossible for the barred subject; the second criticizes the imposition of the person to be autonomous, but considers that autonomy, when spontaneously manifested by the self, is an essential aspect in the process of emotional maturation, being even necessary for the subject s health. Finally, vignettes taken from our experience in the clinic and in school institutions are presented and, based on them, we support the thesis that the autonomy may be a response found by the subject to deal with the precariousization of family and social ties; in other words, the autonomy becomes urgent when he has no one to rely on. / [fr] Cette thèse propose d étudier le discours de l idéal d autonomie, présent, de manière significative, dans la société occidentale contemporaine. D une part, il traverse des institutions – comme l école – sous la forme d un impératif d autonomie. En revanche, il apparaît dans les discours individuels comme un appel à l autonomie, comme un moyen subjectif de libérer le sujet de sa souffrance. Nous partons de l hypothèse que l impératif d autonomie ne se traduit pas seulement comme une exigence, mais aussi comme une urgence à notre époque. Pour comprendre comment cela se produit, nous cherchons à faire une généalogie historique et anthropologique sur la figure de l autonomie, afin de comprendre la construction de cet idéal comme discours impératif dans le scénario social contemporain. Ensuite, nous passons par les théories de J. Lacan et D. W. Winnicott, plus précisément les problématisations qui amènent à la notion d autonomie. Le premier analyse l autonomie comme une idée délirante, de l ordre de l impossible pour le sujet interdit; le second critique l imposition du sujet à l autonomie, mais considère que l autonomie, lorsqu elle est spontanément déployée par le self, est un aspect essentiel du processus de maturation émotionnelle, voire nécessaire à la santé du sujet. Enfin, des vignettes tirées de notre expérience en clinique et en établissements scolaires sont présentées et, sur la base de cellesci, nous soutenons la thèse selon laquelle l autonomie peut être une réponse trouvée par le sujet pour faire face à la précarité des liens familiaux et sociaux ; en d autres termes, l autonomie devient urgente dans la mesure où le sujet n a personne sur qui compter.

[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar as repercussões do declínio da lógica fálico-edípica sobre a produção psicanalítica a respeito da sexualidade feminina. Para tanto, traça o perfil do lugar do pai na modernidade e a fragilização deste lugar na contemporaneidade. A seguir mostra os reflexos desse estado de coisas na teorização psicanalítica atual sobre a mulher através da apresentação e discussão dos conceitos de objeto a, por um lado, e feminilidade, por outro, representativos de duas teorias psicanalíticas contemporâneas que estudam a questão da mulher. / [en] This dissertation has the purpose of analyzing the consequences of the decline of the phallic logic on the psychoanalytic theory about female sexuality. In order to do so, it discusses the role of the father in modernity and its weakening in contemporary society. Next it shows the effects of this state of affairs on current psychoanalytic ideas about women by introducing and discussing the concepts of object a, on one hand, and femininity, on the other hand which represent two different contemporary psychoanalytic theories that study female sexuality.
