Este trabalho analisou a relação entre a ética e a tomada de decisão do executivo, apresentando como o profissional de gestão pode contribuir para construir um ambiente de confiança e como este ambiente administrativo pode influenciar suas tomadas de decisões. Para tanto, foi apresentada a definição de ética e a sua distinção da moral, além da história da ética empresarial até os dias atuais. Posteriormente, foram apresentadas discussões sobre a ética empresarial a partir do profissional de gestão e uma abordagem a respeito da sua formação e da relação entre ética e tomada de decisão. A construção de um ambiente de confiança parte das relações existentes entre os envolvidos. Neste sentido, foi apresentada uma introdução a este tema a partir de pesquisas voltadas para o mundo das empresas. Além disso, foi apresentado o tema de confiança como contribuição para um ambiente mais harmônico, além de proporcionar parâmetro para a conduta ética do gestor. Foi ressaltada também a importância de decisões éticas do gestor principal da organização, bem como apresentados passos para que se possa tomar decisões éticas. Com isso, foi percebida a necessidade do gestor em proporcionar ao trabalho um ambiente ético e de confiança. / This study examined the relationship between ethics and decision making of the executive, showing how professional management can help to build an environment of trust and how this administrative environment can influence their decisions. To this end, we presented the definition of ethics and their moral distinction, beyond the history of business ethics to the present day. Subsequently, discussions were presented on business ethics from professional management and an approach about his training and the relationship between ethics and decision making. Building an environment of trust part of the relationship between those involved, in this sense, was presented an introduction to this topic from research for the business world. In addition, the subject was presented trust as a contribution to a more harmonious, and provide a parameter for the ethical conduct of the manager. Was emphasized also the importance of ethical decisions of primary manager of the organization, as well as steps presented so that one can make ethical decisions. Accordingly, a need was perceived to provide the manager to work an ethical and trustworthy.

A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar a relevância do afeto na educação de estudantes adolescentes surdos e surdas, visando promover uma educação integral e inclusiva no espaço escolar. Para tanto, a metodologia tem uma abordagem qualitativa, tendo por método a pesquisa de campo, com aplicação de questionários. Os participantes foram estudantes surdos (surdas) e docentes da Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental e Médio Heitor Villa-Lobos, da cidade de Ariquemes, Estado de Rondônia. O apoio teórico baseou-se em diversos autores, entre os quais, Boff, Vygotsky, Leis e Decretos. O trabalho está estruturado em três capítulos, constando no primeiro os referenciais teóricos, no segundo os procedimentos da pesquisa de campo e terceiro, análises e discussão dos dados. Portanto, constatou-se que não há uma interação entre o professorado e estudantes no contexto escolar, devido à falta de comunicação entre ambos. A interação não é percebida em sua plenitude, pois a Língua Brasileira de Sinais não é utilizada pelo professorado, comprometendo a relação entre docente e estudante. Mas, apesar da falta de comunicação entre docente e estudantes, constatou-se que o afeto tem contribuído na minimização dessa barreira, permitindo haver uma interação afetiva e promovendo nos estudantes a autoestima e a motivação na aprendizagem. / The present study is aimed at investigating the relevance of affection in the education of students deaf adolescents and deaf, aiming to promote an integral education and inclusive in the school space. For both, the methodology has a qualitative approach, having by method the field research, with application of questionnaires. The participants were students deaf (deaf) and teachers of the State School for Elementary and Middle level Education Heitor Villa-Lobos, of the city of Ariquemes, Rondonia State. The theoretical support was based on various authors, among whom, Boff, Vygotsky, Laws and Decrees. The work is structured in three chapters, the first, the theoretical framework, the second the procedures of field research and third analyzes and discussion of the data. Therefore, it was found that not there is an interaction between the teachers and students in the school context, due to the lack of communication between both. The interaction is not perceived in its fullness, because the Brazilian Sign Language is not used by the teachers, compromising the relationship between teacher and student. But, despite the lack of communication between teachers and students, it was found that the affection has contributed toward the minimization of this barrier, allowing have an interaction affective and promoting us students to self-esteem and motivation in learning.

A área da Assistência Social vem experimentando um avanço rumo a uma maior aproximação com os pressupostos do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS). Uma das possibilidades de avanço pode ser a Terapia Comunitária (TC), que funciona como uma ferramenta de ajuda no cuidado do outro. Esta pesquisa investiga as transformações produzidas que, a partir de várias rodas de terapia comunitária, promovemos junto a pessoas oriundas do Programa Bolsa Família. Essas pessoas passam diariamente pelo CRAS/CREAS do Gama, Cidade Administrativa de Brasília, com a busca de uma melhor compreensão de si mesmas e dos outros, acreditando no potencial de transformação de cada pessoa. A Terapia Comunitária vem interagindo com a Ética, a Resiliência e o Aconselhamento Pastoral, propostas estas que ajudam a melhorar e mudar a autoestima, transformando o cotidiano das pessoas. O vínculo comunitário, a amizade e a presença da resiliência tornam possível uma reconstrução de vínculos perdidos. Algo dessa transformação conseguimos alcançar com o nosso trabalho. Esperamos que este estudo sirva de incentivo para novas investigações. / The area of Social Assistance has been experiencing a progress towards a closer relationship with the assumptions of the Social Assistance System (SUAS). One of the possibilities for the progress may be the Community Therapy (TC), which functions as a tool to assist in the care of others. This research investigates the transformations, from various community therapy circles, that we promoted along with these people from the Bolsa Família Program. These people come daily to the CRAS/CREAS Gama, Administrative City of Brasilia, searching for a better understanding of themselves and others, believing in the potential of transformation of each person. Community Therapy has interacted with Ethics, Resilience and Pastoral Counseling, proposals that help them improve and change their self-esteem, transforming people's daily lives. The community bond, the friendship and the presence of resilience make a reconstruction of lost links possible. Some of such transformation we have achieved with our work. We hope that this study encourages further investigations.

Este trabalho de mestrado trata da ética na capelania universitária. A ética é fundamental nas relações humanas e está presente em todas as esferas da vida do ser humano. No meio acadêmico não é diferente. A ética profissional conduz a atuação do profissional da capelania universitária no seu exercício profissional. Ao longo do trabalho percebeu-se que, ainda que a instituição de ensino siga preceitos cristãos, cuja ética fundamenta-se nos princípios do amor, da vivência comunitária, na alteridade, no cuidado, na liberdade com responsabilidade, a ética profissional acaba por incorporar tais valores, uma vez que ser ético é agir a partir de princípios construídos e aceitos socialmente. Constatou-se que a relação interpessoal entre o capelão universitário e o indivíduo é baseada na confiança, permitindo uma comunicação aberta entre eles, porém sigilosa. Assim, a capelania universitária, com uma função poimênica, converte-se em um ministério de ajuda e cuidado pastoral. / The master thesis deals with ethics in university chaplaincy. Ethics is essential in human relationships and is present in all spheres of human life. It is not different in academic settings. Professional ethics grounds the practice of the university chaplaincy professional in his/her professional practice. Throughout the work it was noticed that although the institution follows Christian precepts, the ethos of which is based on the principles of love, community living, the otherness, care, freedom with responsibility, professional ethics ultimately incorporates such values, since being ethical is to act based on socially constructed and accepted principles.. It was found that interpersonal relationship between the university chaplain and the individual is based on trust, allowing for open communication between them, but secretive. Thus, the university chaplaincy, with a caring role, becomes a ministry of help and pastoral care.

Nos dias de hoje, novos desafios surgem entre os valores da sociedade como um todo e as novas descobertas tecnológicas. As conquistas trazidas pelo desenvolvimento na área das ciências biológicas revigoram e produzem esperanças na melhoria da qualidade de vida da população, porém é fundamental se questionar quais são os limites para essa ação. As novas biotecnologias fomentaram um debate que envolve a Bioética e provocou o surgimento do Biodireito, tudo com o intuito de promover a proteção da vida e a dignidade humana. Diante dessa realidade, o presente trabalho inicia sua fundamentação com o tema Bioética, tratando a parte conceitual e histórica, seus princípios basilares e a relação com o Biodireito. Em seguida, por estar diretamente interligado à Bioética, parte-se para a dignidade humana como categoria teológica, bem como se vislumbra a importante relação entre Bioética e Teologia. Por fim, finaliza-se o estudo tratando-se a evolução do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, consagrado constitucionalmente e pela fé cristã, como limite bioético e jurídico frente às inovações científicas, enfatizando o conceito de dignidade, o surgimento dos direitos fundamentais e sua positivação na Constituição de 1988. / Nowadays, new challenges arise between the values of society as a whole and the new technological discoveries. The achievements brought about by development in the field of biological sciences invigorate and produce hope in improving the quality of life, but it is crucial to question what the limits of this action are. New biotechnologies fueled a debate that involves bioethics and sparked the emergence of Biolaw, all aiming to promote the protection of human life and dignity. Given this reality, this paper begins its reasoning with the theme Bioethics, regarding the conceptual and historical part, its basic principles and the relationship with Biolaw. Then, because it is directly connected to Bioethics, we proceed to human dignity as a theological category, as well as to seeing the important relationship between bioethics and theology. Finally, the study ends up discussing the evolution of the principle of human dignity, enshrined in the Constitution and the Christian faith, as the bioethical and legal limit in regard to scientific progress, emphasizing the concept of dignity, the emergence of fundamental rights and its positivization in the 1988 Constitution.

Nas últimas décadas do século XX, questões relacionadas aos problemas ambientais começaram a ganhar destaque na mídia e na sociedade, devido à intensa degradação provocada, pela atividade humana, ao meio ambiente. Com isso, a Terra não suportará, por muito tempo, o uso desenfreado dos seus recursos naturais e para garantir um futuro melhor às próximas gerações, faz-se necessária uma mudança de atitude e comportamento do ser humano. Assim, líderes de várias partes do mundo começam a mudar suas posturas diante dos problemas gerados pelo mau uso dos recursos naturais, pensando de maneira mais ética em relação à natureza. Afinal, o homem é um elemento da natureza e precisa dela para dar continuidade à vida. Sendo assim, as Instituições de Ensino Superior devem iniciar ações rápidas a fim de se enquadrarem às normas legais, cumprindo seu papel social, de compartilhar o conhecimento e formar cidadãos com postura ética respeitando o próximo e o meio ambiente, por meio de ações de gestão ambiental. As IES também são responsáveis pela constituição das futuras gerações. Este trabalho apresenta um breve estudo sobre as práticas de ações de Gestão Ambiental, na Faculdade Independente do Nordeste, à luz de princípios éticos. Durante o estudo, foi realizado um levantamento sobre as ações ambientais aplicadas na IES, a fim de verificar os esforços feitos, por ela, na tentativa de enquadrar-se na legislação ambiental e amenizar os impactos ambientais, gerados por suas atividades, bem como evidenciar os valores subjacentes às decisões adotadas na gestão ambiental. / In the last decades of the twentieth century, issues related to environmental problems began to gain prominence in the media and in the society, because of the severe degradation caused by the human activities on the environment. Thus for a long time, the earth does not support the unrestrained use of their natural resources and to ensure a better future for the next generations, it is need a change of attitude and behavior of human. In order to assure a better future for the next generations, a change in the attitude of the human being is needed. Thus leaders from different parts of the world have begun to change their stances on the problems caused by the misuse of the natural resources, thinking more ethically towards nature. After all, man is an element of nature and needs it to keep lifes continuity. That being so, the higher education institutions should take urgent actions in order to skew the legal standards performing its social role, which means sharing knowledge and preparing citizens with ethical stance and respecting the others and the environment as well, through environmental management actions. In spite of all, the HEIs (higher education institutions) are also responsible for the structure of the future generations. This paper presents a brief study on the practical actions of Environmental Management in the Faculdade Independente do Nordeste (FAINOR), under the ethical principles. During the study, a survey of the environmental initiatives implemented in HEIs (high education institutions) was conducted in order to check the efforts made by them, trying to fit in with the environmental legislation and mitigate the environmental impacts caused by their activities, as well as clarify the underlying values on the decisions adopted in the environmental management.

Esta dissertação busca fazer uma análise da instituição de ensino superior à luz de princípios éticos, pautando o presente trabalho em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e comparativa, buscando conhecer a fundo a opinião de vários autores sobre o tema. Deste modo optou-se pelo estudo criterioso e sistemático de várias obras, promovendo diálogo entre autores, quando então objetivou-se enfatizar a importância da gestão pautada em critérios e princípios éticos, não se orientando somente para as necessidades de mercado que visam custo e benefício, com pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa, mas sim com amparo na coleta de dados contidos nas obras pesquisadas, fazendo uma reflexão sobre os temas abordados. Através desse trabalho que podemos classificar como um ensaio teórico, apenas, baseado na literatura revisada, constatou-se que a ética deve estar presente na melhor forma de administrar levando em conta os princípios da gestão participativa que se baseia na relação orgânica entre a direção e a participação dos membros de sua equipe acadêmica. Por meio de uma vasta pesquisa teórica foram trazidos para a análise do caso os seguintes temas: autonomia da instituição e da comunidade educativa; envolvimento da comunidade no processo pedagógico; planejamento de atividades; formação continuada para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional dos integrantes da comunidade acadêmica; avaliação compartilhada; relações humanas produtivas e criativas, assentadas na busca de objetivos comuns. / This thesis aims to analyze the higher learning institution in the light of ethical principles, basing this work on a bibliographic and comparative research seeking to get to know better the opinion of various authors on this subject. In this way we opted for a detailed and systematic study of various works promoting a dialog between the authors after which we chose as a goal to emphasize the importance of management based on ethical criteria and principles not being guided only by the needs of the market aimed at cost and benefit, with a descriptive, exploratory, qualitative approach as well as supported by data contained in the literature researched, making a reflection on the themes presented. It is through this paper, that we can classify as a theoretical essay just based on the literature reviewed, that we found that ethics must be present in the best form of management taking into account the principles of participatory management which is based on the organic relationship between the directors and the participation of members of its academic staff. Through an extensive theoretical research the following themes were brought to the case analysis: autonomy of the institution and the educational community; community involvement in the pedagogical process; planning activities; continuing education for personal and professional development of members of the academic community; shared assessment; productive and creative human relations based on the pursuit of common goals.

Este estudo discute a ética pós-moderna, mediante as realidades sociais contemporâneas, apresentando os princípios cristãos como proposta de prática social, capaz de corroborar com a construção de uma ética voltada para as realidades sociais da atualidade. No primeiro capítulo, procura-se definir o conceito de sociedade pós-moderna, discutindo os fundamentos básicos da sociedade tais como família, cultura, tecnologia e aspectos atuais do capitalismo moderno. No segundo capítulo, apresenta-se uma discussão em torno da esfera do cristianismo, abordando aspectos dos princípios cristãos tais como ética, valores e cultura, apresentando uma realidade social englobada pelo cristianismo como base para a reconfiguração dos aspectos sociais contemporâneos, apontando o cristianismo como um estilo de vida capaz de contribuir para os relacionamentos sociais pós-modernos, fundamentado sobre os valores e os princípios cristãos de generosidade, igualdade, cuidado e zelo para com o semelhante, possibilitando uma reconstrução da identidade cultura e social, voltada para a valorização do ser humano como princípio básico de todas as relações sociais. / This study discusses the postmodern ethics by contemporary social realities, introducing Christian principles as a possibility of social practice, able to corroborate to the construction of an ethic focused on the current social realities. The first chapter seeks to define the concept of postmodern society, discussing the basis of society such as family, culture, technology and current aspects of modern capitalism. The second chapter presents a discussion around the sphere of Christianity, addressing aspects of Christian principles such as ethics, values and culture, presenting a social reality encompassed by Christianity as the ground for the reconfiguration of contemporary social issues, pointing Christianity as a lifestyle that can contribute to the postmodern social relationships, based on Christian values and principles of generosity, equality, care and concern for ones fellows, enabling a reconstruction of social identity and culture, focused on enhancing the human being as a basic principle of all social relations.

A presente dissertação, com o tema o sentimento de Culpa como resultado das transgressões humanas procurou compreender a culpa, sua origem e consequências. O objetivo deste atem-se em compreender o mecanismo do sentimento de culpa em todos os setores da vida do ser humano, bem como a importância da libertação desse sentimento para seu bem-estar físico, psicológico e espiritual. Dentre os objetivos relacionados intenta-se: Conceituar culpa através dos diferentes olhares das ciências; Analisar a culpa na perspectiva religiosa; Averiguar a culpa na Teologia Cristã. O problema pesquisado foi: O que leva o ser humano a desenvolver o sentimento de Culpa? Para responder ao problema formulou-se a seguinte hipótese: O sentimento de culpa advém da responsabilidade dada à pessoa por um ato que provocou prejuízo material, moral ou espiritual a si mesma ou a outrem. A presente pesquisa foi desenvolvida através do método de pesquisa bibliográfico na qual se procurou, com base na bibliografia ao final elencada, fazer uma revisão sobre o tema culpa, bem como sua relação com a psicologia, a filosofia, a sociologia e a teologia. Nesta última, analisou-se a consciência de culpa e sua relação com o pecado que reflete na dimensão moral do agir do ser humano. O ser humano torna-se culpado e procura o arrependimento como forma de controlar seu futuro, mas refém deste sentimento permanece numa constante angústia. A culpa recebe diferentes interpretações quando analisada pela Psicanálise, pela Psicologia, pela Antropologia e pela Sociologia. Na perspectiva religiosa observa-se que entre a culpa e pecado não há uma clara distinção entre estes sentimentos, entre os que professam o cristianismo. Percebe-se que há um binômio pecado/culpa e perdão, e que a desobediência às leis de Deus, acarreta em uma angústia que faz o indivíduo se tornar mais distante de si e daqueles ao seu redor. Nas demais religiões a culpa aparece de diferentes aparências. No entanto, há sempre a opinião de que o esclarecimento do ser humano quanto as suas transgressões internas ou externas pode proporcionar uma maior compreensão dele próprio, de seu psiquismo e a busca de alternativas para que suas virtudes possam ser aperfeiçoadas. Deve-se pagar o preço dos pecados para ter-se o perdão de Deus e no dia do Juízo os pecados já estarem pagos pelo sangue de Jesus, pois ao serem perdoadas, as pessoas terão seus pecados esquecidos por Deus. O perdão só ocorrerá quando o indivíduo lembrar que ele próprio é pecador e necessita do perdão divino (Rm 3: 23), pois, no caso do cristão, Deus já lhe liberou perdão no momento da sua conversão e, a partir daí, aprende-se que se Deus nos perdoa, devemos perdoar quem nos devem muito menos em comparação ao que causamos a Jesus. / The present dissertation with the subject the Feeling of Guilt as Resulted of the Trespasses Human beings looked for to understand the guilt, its origin and consequences. The General Objective was to understand the mechanism of the feeling of guilt in all the sectors of the life of the human being, as well as the importance of the release of this feeling for its physical, psychological well-being and spiritual. Amongst the specific objectives they are: To appraise guilt through the different looks of sciences; To analyze the guilt in the religious perspective; To inquire the guilt in the Christian Theology. The searched problem was: What it takes the human being to develop the feeling of Guilt? To answer to the problem it was formulated following hypothesis: The guilt feeling happens of the responsibility given to the person for an act that provoked material damage, moral or spiritual same itself or others it. The present research was developed through the bibliographical method where if it looked for, on the basis of the bibliography to the itemize end, to make a revision on the subject blames, as well as its relation with psychology, philosophy, sociology and theology. In this last one, it was analyzed conscience of guilt and its relation with the sin that it reflects in the moral dimension of acting of the human being. The human being is felt guilty and looks the repentance as form to control its future, but hostage of this feeling remains in a constant anguish. The guilt receives different interpretations when analyzed by the Psychoanalysis, Psychology, Anthropology and Sociology. In the religious perspective one observes that the guilt enters and sin does not have a clear distinction between these feelings, between that profess the Christianity. One perceives that it has a binomial sin/guilt and pardon, and that the disobedience to the laws of God, causes a anguish that makes the individual if to become more distant of itself and of those to itsaround. In the too much religions the guilt appears of different appearances, however, always has the opinion of that the clarification of the man how much its internal or external trespasses can provide a bigger understanding of proper it, of its psyche and the search of alternatives so that its virtues can be perfected. The price of the sins must be paid to have the pardon of God and in the day of the Judgment the sins already to be paid for the blood of Jesus, therefore when being pardoned, the people will have its sins forgotten for God. The pardon alone will occur when the individual to remember that proper it is sinfuland needs the pardon the holy ghost (Rm 3: 23), therefore in the case of the Christian, God already liberated it pardon at the moment of its conversion and from then on it is learned that if God in pardons them, we must pardon who in much less must them in comparison what we cause the Jesus.

Las iglesias luteranas de América Latina y El Caribe han participado desde el 2007 del Programa de Sustentabilidad. Este Programa fue una iniciativa del Departamento de Misión y Desarrollo de la Federación Luterana Mundial con el fin de reflexionar juntas sobre su sustentabilidad en busca de nuevos modelos de liderazgo. Este trabajo propone usar llaves hermenéuticas basadas en la Teología Feminista de la Liberación para pensar otros modelos de liderazgo y otros modelos eclesiásticos. El argumento central es que la utilización de la Teología Feminista de Liberación como lente de análisis del liderazgo de estas iglesias, permite entrever nuevas formas de interpretar las estructuras eclesiásticas que sean más participativas e inclusivas. La Teología Feminista de Liberación propone el espiral hermenéutico como método de análisis y desafía a mirar los modelos de iglesia en diálogo con la experiencia cotidiana de mujeres y otros grupos excluidos. Llama a concebir la iglesia como estructura relacional, como un espiral concéntrico y abierto, interconectado con todas las cosas. / The Lutheran churches in Latin America and the Caribbean have been participating since 2007 of the Sustainability Program. This Program was a result of the initiative of the Department of Mission and Development of the Lutheran World Federation with the main goal at together reflecting about their own sustainability. This paper proposes to use hermeneutical keys based on Feminist Liberation Theology to reflect about new ecclesiastical models and new models of leadership. The main argument is that using Feminist Liberation Theology as the lenses for the analysis of the leadership of those churches allows envisioning new ways of interpreting ecclesiastical structures that are more participatory and inclusive. Feminist Theology of Liberation proposes the hermeneutical spiral as method for analysis and challenges to look at the ecclesiastical models in dialog with the daily experiences of women and other excluded groups. It calls to understand the church as a relational structure, as a concentric spiral, always open, interconnected with all things.
