Este trabalho dissertativo apresenta um breve estudo apoiado em referenciais teóricos sobre a importância da ação ética no processo de gestão empresarial para o fomento do clima organizacional agradável. Uma necessidade criada devido aos grandes avanços providos da globalização de mercado que tem causado muitas mudanças no contexto dos ambientes de trabalho e exercido forte influência no comportamento dos trabalhadores. O primeiro capítulo aborda alguns conceitos e teorias sobre a ética, baseados em grandes referencias teóricos. A análise de algumas situações importantes como o ser ético e a dignidade humana enquanto elemento formador - uma inquietação sobre a forma como o indivíduo deve agir, comporta-se tanto no aspecto individual quanto empresarial e como ele pode trabalhar ou mostrar seus valores perante o contexto social, suas relações pessoais e interpessoais. A ética empresarial também é abordada nesse capítulo, o objetivo é mostrar que as organizações empresariais, mesmo passando por mudanças ou processos de reestruturação, podem atuar de forma ética e transparente em seu modelo de gestão. O ambiente da organização, incluindo alguns fatores como as mudanças organizacionais, cultura e clima organizacional, são apresentados no capítulo dois. A proposta é mostrar que esses fatores permeiam o ambiente de trabalho e chamam a atenção dos gestores para adaptarem-se a necessidade criada em cada um deles. A tentativa aqui é mostrar como a organização pode desenvolver e encarar as mudanças alicerçadas em sua própria cultura, clima, desde que mantenha uma gestão flexível e adaptada ao meio, avaliando constantemente sua atmosfera de trabalho. No capítulo três é abordado à ética no contexto das organizações, sua influência na gestão e no clima. Elucida o clima como elemento de insatisfação ou satisfação dos colaboradores e chama a atenção para o fomento do clima favorável como vantagem competitiva, destaca a influência do fator humano, da motivação e do papel do líder / liderança, que são capazes de exercer vantagem competitiva, desde que todas tenham respaldo ético. A pesquisa termina, chamando atenção para todos esses fatores, sobre como eles exercem poder sobre as atitudes comportamentais dos gestores e como a ética é importante e pode contribuir no processo de gestão empresarial, permitindo o fomento do clima organizacional agradável. É importante ressaltar que é deixado claro que existem outros elementos que também podem interferir no clima organizacional de uma ambiente de trabalho, porém esta dissertação se propôs a abordar a importância da ação ética. / This paper presents a brief dissertative supported by theoretical study on the importance of ethical action in business process management for the promotion of organizational climate pleasant. Created a need due to major advances provided by the globalization of markets that has caused many changes in the context of work environments and a strong influence on the behavior of workers.The first chapter discusses some concepts and theories of ethics, based on major theoretical references. The analysis of some important situations such as being ethical and human dignity as a formative element - a concern about how individuals should act, behave both in the individual and business and how it can work and display their values to the social context , their personal and interpersonal relations. Business ethics is also covered in this chapter, the goal is to show that companies, even going through change or restructuring, may act in an ethical and transparent in its management model.The organization's environment, including factors such as organizational changes, organizational culture and climate, are presented in chapter two. The proposal is to show that these factors permeate the work environment and the attention of managers to adapt to the need created by each of them. The attempt here is to show how the organization can develop and face the changes grounded in their own culture, climate, provided you keep a flexible and adapted to the environment, constantly assessing their work atmosphere. Chapter three is dealt with ethics in the context of organizations, their influence on the management and climate. Elucidates the climate as a factor in employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction and call attention to the promotion of climate as a competitive advantage, highlights the influence of human factor, the motivation and the role of the leader / leadership, which are able to exert competitive advantage, since all have a great support ethical. The search ends, calling attention to all these factors, how they exercise power over the behavioral attitudes of managers and how ethics is important and can contribute to business process management, allowing the promotion of organizational climate pleasant. Importantly, it is made clear that there are other elements that may also interfere with the organizational climate of a workplace, but this thesis set out to start the importance of ethical action.

Este trabalho acadêmico pretende apresentar o desempenho do trabalho realizado pela Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais-APAE e do Instituto Irmãos Maristas na cidade de Iguatu-CE, sob o olhar da Ética do Cuidado. O texto inicia fazendo referência à situação social do município de Iguatu-CE, sua origem e principais ações desenvolvidas pelo gestor local e estatal. Em seguida, realiza um estudo sobre essas Instituições, discorrendo sobre suas origens, levando em consideração o Síndrome de Down (APAE) e a bibliografia de Marcelino Champagnat (Instituto Irmãos Maristas). Continuando, é feita uma análise das atividades realizadas pelas organizações sob a perspectiva da Ética do Cuidado, tendo como base o amor ao próximo, a solidariedade e o respeito às diferenças, quer sejam, sociais, culturais e econômicas, visando, assim, o fim da discriminação e do preconceito. Por fim promove-se uma avaliação das atividades e projetos desenvolvidos por essas organizações, baseada nas estruturas físicas e humanas e alicerçadas na Ética do Cuidado. Palavras / This academic work aims to present the performance of the work done by the Association of Parents and Friends of Exceptional Children and The Marist Brothers Institute in the city of Iguatu-CE, under the gaze of the Ethics of Care. The text begins with a reference to the social situation of the municipality of Iguatu-CE, its origins and main activities developed by local and state managers. Next, a study is carried out on these institutions, focusing on its origins and taking into account the Down Syndrome (APAE) and the bibliography of Marcelino Champagnat (The Marist Brothers Institute). It is also an analysis of activities performed by organizations under the perspective of an Ethics of Care, based on the love of ones neighbor, solidarity and respect for differences, whether of a social, cultural or economic order, striving to put an end to discrimination and prejudice. Finally an assessment of activities and projects developed by the organizations mentioned above is promoted based on the physical and human resources and based on an Ethics of Care.

Desde que as questões relacionadas ao meio ambiente e à ecologia passaram a ganhar a esfera das discussões geopolíticas, o que vem envolvendo os países ricos em debates e acordos de redução nas emissões de produtos poluentes, muito lentamente as igrejas cristãs foram entrando no debate. Atualmente os debates ganharam força definitiva e as políticas de Estado têm buscado a educação e a conscientização ambiental. Pautado nessa reflexão, o presente trabalho de conclusão de mestrado profissional busca tematizar a relevância da questão ecológica e ambiental para a vida da igreja cristã. / Since the issues related to environment and ecology have began to enter in the geopolitical sphere of discussions, that involved the rich countries in discussions and agreements to reduce emissions of pollutants, very slowly Christian churches were entering the debate. Currently the debate gained momentum and final state policies have sought education and environmental awareness. Lined in this discussion, this master work of finding professionals seek to thematize the relevance of ecological and environmental issue for the life of the Christian church.

O objetivo deste estudo é instigar reflexões acerca do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, o que muitas vezes serve como instrumento de exclusão. Portanto, é preciso ter uma discussão ampla e aberta de todos os envolvidos neste processo, levantando problemáticas que possam subsidiar a construção de alternativas quanto ao ensino e à aprendizagem da Matemática nos dias atuais. Para tanto, utilizou-se como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica e a aplicação de questionários. Portanto, fica evidente que urge uma mudança na imagem da Matemática, não só com vistas a como o aluno a vê, mas como ela é interpretada pelos professores. Há de se repensar o seu processo de ensino, ainda bastante pautado em metodologias arcaicas que visam alimentar o sistema neoliberal vigente. / The aim of this study is to instigate reflections about the teaching and learning process, which often serves as an instrument of exclusion. Therefore, its necessary to build a large discussion of all involved in this process, raising issues that can subsidize the construction of alternatives for teaching and learning mathematics today. In order to develop this purpose, a literature search methodology and questionnaires were used. So, it is clear that an urgent change in the image of mathematics is needed, not only in the way students see it, but how it is interpreted by teachers. One has to rethink its teaching process, still ruled by very archaic methodologies that aim to support the current neoliberal system.

A Responsabilidade Social Empresarial RSE vem assumindo papel relevante para as empresas sendo adotada por muitas, como estratégia de gestão. Este estudo é fruto da análise a respeito dos impactos da adoção da gestão pautada na ética e responsabilidade social no setor varejo supermercadista. Para tanto, buscou-se avaliar por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental a visão de autores em relação aos conceitos da ética e RSE, bem como os reflexos da adesão da RSE como estratégia de gestão nas empresas do setor varejo supermercadista. Este trabalho está estruturado em quatro capítulos. No primeiro capítulo apresenta-se e discute-se na visão de diversos autores conceitos da ética no novo contexto econômico e discorre sobre a RSE como estratégia de gestão. O capítulo dois aborda a RSE no âmbito das empresas do setor de varejo supermercadista, focando a vocação desse setor para a RSE, bem como apresenta e caracteriza os indicadores Ethos de Responsabilidade Social, apontando os possíveis benefícios que as empresas poderão alcançar ao adotarem os mesmos como estratégia de gestão. O capítulo três apresenta como parâmetro uma empresa do ramo supermercadista do setor de varejo. Após sua caracterização relata-se como se deu a inserção da gestão desta empresa na RSE e os seus projetos socioambientais implantados a partir dos indicadores Ethos. A discussão e reflexão sobre a importância da ética e RSE como estratégia de gestão nas empresas do setor varejo supermercadista contempla o capítulo quatro. Os resultados obtidos através do objeto de pesquisa mostram que investimentos em ações socialmente responsáveis podem gerar valor para as empresas, pois tornam estas mais competitivas. / Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR has assumed an important role for companies being adopted, by many, as a management strategy. This study is the result of analysis of the impacts on the adoption of management based on ethics and social responsibility in the retail supermarket industry. Therefore, we sought to evaluate by means of literature and documentary vision of authors in relation to the concepts of ethics and CSR, as well as the effects of the accession of CSR as a management strategy in the retail supermarket companies. This study is structured in four chapters. The first chapter presents and discusses the viewand concepts of several authors about ethics in this new economic context and discusses about CSR management strategy. Chapter two discusses CSR within the companies in the retail supermarket focusing the vocation on this sector for CSR, as well as presents and characterizes the Ethos Social Responsibility pointing and the possible benefits that businesses can achieve by adopting the same strategy as management. Chapter three presents parameter as a branch company of theretail supermarket sector, after its characterization is reported as it was the inclusion of CSR in the management of this company and its environmental projects deployed from Ethos indicators. The discussion and reflection on the importance of ethics and CSR as a management strategy in the retail supermarket business is included in chapter four. The results obtained through the object of research shows that investments in socially responsible actions can generate value for companies because they make it more competitive.

O presente estudo tem por objetivo proporcionar a compreensão que o profissional de enfermagem deve ter sobre as questões éticas que envolvem as ações de atuação de sua profissão no contexto da saúde e a complexa rede de relações multiprofissionais, analisando-se os aspectos positivos e negativos dessas ações, tendo como referência os valores que dão origem às mesmas e que denomina-se, no seu sentido amplo, de ética. Ainda, realizar uma reflexão sobre o agir deste profissional, no tocante às políticas públicas de atenção a saúde da criança e do adolescente, questão esta considerada primordial frente aos pressupostos relacionados com a Ética Profissional. A metodologia utilizada foi a da pesquisa bibliográfica, cujo método tem como objetivo compreender as informações teóricas existentes sobre a situação-problema, ou seja, as questões ético-profissionais de enfermagem com ênfase nas políticas públicas de atenção a criança e ao adolescente e suas inter-relações. / This study aims at providing the comprehension which a nursing professional should have of the ethical issues involved in the actions of the work of his/her profession in the context of health care and the complex network of multi-professional relations, analyzing the positive and negative aspects of these actions, having as a reference the values which give rise to them and which are called, in their broad sense, ethics. Besides this, it aims at reflecting on the action of this professional as it relates to the public policies attending the health of the child and of the adolescent, this issue being considered vital with regard to the assumptions related to Professional Ethics. The methodology used was bibliographic research, the method of which has as its goal to understand the existing theoretical information about the problem-situation, that is, the ethical-professional issues of nursing with an emphasis on the public policies attending the child and the adolescent and their inter-relations.

Este trabalho objetiva a realização de um estudo sobre a organização social indígena dos Pakaanóva do município de Guajará-Mirim, estado de Rondônia. A abordagem temática do presente trabalho é a organização social indígena. Seu objeto de estudo é descrever o contexto e a variabilidade de novas configurações da sociedade indígena, ou seja, a nova base de organização social na tribo Pakaanóva. Como objetivos específicos, este estudo busca verificar a relação entre configurações recentes da socialização indígena atual e suas versões tradicionais e estabelecer comparações entre a organização social tradicional com o atual modelo indígena da tribo Pakaanóva. A população indígena apresenta vários modelos de organização, essa distinção está supostamente ligada aos processos geográficos, civilizatório e étnico. Conforme as literaturas indígenas, o líder maior que existe na tribo é o cacique, que coordena toda tribo e o pajé que é responsável por processos rituais e é o xamã existente na tribo. Organização indígena é a forma como o indígena organiza os seus trabalhos e divide a sua responsabilidade, isso faz parte da luta do cotidiano e da vida coletiva. A metodologia de pesquisa adotada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, com enfoque nos povos indígenas e principalmente sobre a etnia Pakaanóva. As informações foram coletadas através de livros, revistas, artigos, dissertações e materiais disponibilizados na rede mundial de computadores. A conclusão apresentada neste trabalho revela que os indígenas Pakaanóva, apesar das adversidades ainda persistem e tentam conservar suas instituições sociais, econômicas, culturais e políticas, mesmo que parcialmente. / The goal of this paper is to carry out a study about the indigenous social organization of the Pakaanóva people in the municipality of Guajará-Mirim, state of Rondônia. The thematic approach of this paper is the indigenous social organization. Its object of study is to describe the context and the variability of the new configurations of the indigenous society, that is, the new base of social organization in the Pakaanóva tribe. As specific goals, this study seeks to verify the relation between recent configurations of current indigenous socialization and their traditional versions and establish comparisons between the traditional social organization and the current indigenous model of the Pakaanóva tribe. The indigenous population presents various models of organization, the distinction of which is supposedly connected to the geographical, civilization and ethnic processes. According to the indigenous literature, the greatest leader that exists in the tribe is the chief, who coordinates the whole tribe and the shaman who is responsible for the ritual processes and is the existing shaman in the tribe. Indigenous organization is the way in which the indigenous people organize their work and divide their responsibilities, being part of daily life and of collective life. The methodology of research adopted was bibliographic, with emphasis on the indigenous peoples, specifically the Pakaanóva ethnic group. The information was collected through books, journals, articles, dissertations and materials available on the world network of computers. The conclusion presented in this paper reveals that the Pakaanóva indigenous people, in spite of adversities, still persist and try to maintain their social, economic, cultural and political institutions, even though only partially.

Em um novo tempo, em que o mundo passa por profundas transformações, discorrer sobre a ética, em âmbito geral, e a ética a partir dos gestores que são condutores organizacionais, é de grande importância pela proposta de reflexão dos valores numa era globalizada marcada pela competitividade mercadológica no campo da administração. O presente estudo teve como objetivo geral investigar se o perfil ético do gestor tem influência no ambiente onde está inserido. De acordo com os objetivos delineados, este estudo define-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo exploratória, participante e descritiva, uma vez que deseja aprofundar-se na temática levantada, visando proporcionar maior familiaridade com o problema, com vistas a torná-lo mais explícito. Por estar restrita a análise ética a partir do exemplo do gestor em um grupo de empresas de um município do interior da Bahia, trata-se de um estudo de caso. Desta forma, a metodologia de investigação proposta refere-se à pesquisa qualitativa com suporte de entrevista semiestruturada com o gestor, versando sobre a influência dos princípios da Ética do Cuidar na atuação profissional do gestor moderno, cujo instrumento de investigação dos dados coletados foi à análise de conteúdo de Bardin à luz da Teoria das Representações Sociais. Verificou-se, na pesquisa, a importância do perfil e atuação ética do gestor, e sua influência no ambiente organizacional interno e externo, visto que as entidades significativas na existência da empresa tendem a olhar para os gestores como modelos de comportamento. O estudo apresenta ainda o desafio do gestor moderno em vencer as diversas provocações impostas pelas mudanças ocorridas no mundo globalizado, considerando a responsabilidade socioambiental que é originária de uma postura ética. / In a time when the world is experiencing deep transformations to talk about ethic in a general sense and ethic that starts from the managerial point of view which is the organizational conductor, it is highly important by the proposed reflection of the values in a globalized era characterized by the competitiveness marketing in the field of administration. The general objective of this study is to investigate if the ethical profile of the manager have influence in the environment where is inserted. According to the mentioned objectives this study is defined as a qualitative investigation such as exploratory seeking to consider a better understanding of the problem in order to make it more precise. For the reason that the ethical analysis be restricted in the example of a manager in a company grou located in a state of Bahia, this is a case study. Therefore, the proposed investigative methodology refers to the qualitative study with the support of the semi- structure interview of the manager speaking about the influence of the principles of the Care Ethic in the professional dealings of the modern manager which the investigative instrument of collected data went for Bardin analisis of the content in the light of the Theory of Social Representations. It was identified in this study the importance of the profile and ethic role of the manager and his influence in the internal and external organizational environment since that the relevant entities in the existence of the company tends to look to the managers as role models. The study also presents the challenge of the modern manager to overcome the many situations imposed by the changes in the trends of the globalized world considering the responsibilities of the socio-environment which is originated by the ethical standard.

A Formação Continuada tem se tornado indispensável para a busca da qualidade de ensino no país, apesar de muitos docentes ainda resistirem a esta prática. Este estudo é fruto da análise sobre os resultados das avaliações externas e a prática docente pautada em análises e reflexões avaliativas sobre a melhoria da qualidade de ensino a partir da inserção da formação continuada no cotidianao escolar. Para tanto, buscou-se avaliar por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental a visão de autores em relação aos conceitos da formação continuada, bem como os reflexos da mesma nos resultados alcançados nas avaliações externas. Este trabalho está estruturado em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo apresenta-se e discute-se na visão de diversos autores conceitos histórico da educação no Brasil e da formação continuada. O capítulo dois aborda a qualidade de ensino e avaliação no âmbito da formação continuada, focando a avaliação externa, bem como apresenta e caracteriza as matrizes que norteiam essas avaliações. O capítulo três apresenta como parâmetro para análise e discussão o perfil das escolas estaduais do município de Ariquemes e os resultados do IDEB. Após caracterização das escolas, relata-se como se deu a inserção da formação continuada nestas escolas e o programa de formação continuada Pró-Letramento, bem como a discussão e reflexão sobre a importância desta. Os resultados obtidos através do objeto de pesquisa mostram que a formação continuada pode contribuir para significaticas mudanças na prática docente e na qualidade de ensino, podendo ser de caráter local ou nacional, pois tornam o ato de ensinar uma constante reflexão da prática, avaliação dos resultados alcançados e mudança da prática docente. / The Continuing Education has become indispensable for the pursuit of quality education in the country, although many teachers still resist the practice. This study is the result of the analysis of the results of external evaluations and teaching practice guided by evaluative analyzes and reflections on improving the quality of education from the insertion of continuing education in school daily life. Therefore, we sought to evaluate by literature and documents the vision of the authors in relation to the concepts of continuing education, as well as the reflections of the results reached in external evaluations. This work is structured in three chapters. The first chapter presents and discusses from the point of view of many authors historical concepts of education in Brazil and continuing education. Chapter two discusses the quality of teaching and assessment in the context of continuing education, focusing on the external evaluation, as well as introduces and characterizes this matrices that guide these evaluations. Chapter three presents as a parameter to the profile analysis and discussion of the state schools in the city of Porto Velho and results IDEB. After characterization of the schools, it is reported as it was inserted in these schools of continuing education and continuing education pro-literacy, as well as discussion and reflection on the importance of this. The results obtained through the object of research show that continuing education can contribute to significant changes in teaching practice and the teaching quality, and may be for either local or national, because this makes the act of teaching a constant reflection of practice, evaluation of results achieved and change in teaching practice.

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo bibliográfico dos povos indígenas em contexto geral e tem como a temática principal um estudo referente à espiritualidade indígena dos índios Wari Pacaás Nova situados no município de Guajará-mirim no estado de Rondônia. Através desse estudo será abordado o histórico desse povo, localização e as práticas rituais de costumes ancestrais. O hábito da prática do canibalismo fúnebre era muito forte, atualmente encontra-se na memória e na lembrança de muitos Wari Pacaás Nova. Os índios Wari são povos que têm a ligação forte com a natureza, um dos fatores que mais influenciou em relação as suas crenças foi a chegada dos missionários cristãos e protestantes, que tentaram catequizá-los. Este processo de catequização durou por muito tempo. Na época o povoado indígena era muito resistente a mudança, devido à persistência dos missionários, os Wari passaram a ser coagidos e enganados, logo depois alguns índios passaram a acreditar no Deus do homem branco. Os missionários diziam que os processos de rituais do Pajé na cura de algumas enfermidades eram de cunho demoníaco, porque o pajé era incorporado pelos espíritos dos antepassados ou de animais, pois os Wari acreditavam que os espíritos vinham para curar e/ou revelar algo. Esta monografia pretende demonstrar a resistência dos Wari no âmbito da espiritualidade indígena nos dias atuais como fator integrador da cultura e da vida desses povos. / This research presents a bibliographical study regarding the spirituality of the indigenous Native-Americans, the Wari Pacaás, located in the city of Guajará-Mirim, in the state of Rondônia. The research will address the history of this people culture, spiritual locations and ritual practices of ancient customs. The practice of funerary cannibalism was very strong; the Wari Pacaás Nova did this ritual to preserve the memories of their ancestors. In their ancient traditions, the Wari Indians had a strong connection with nature, however, one of the factors that most influenced their beliefs was the arrival of Christian missionaries. When these missionaries arrived, they began the process of converting the Wari to Catholicism. The process of converting the Wari took a long time. At the time the Wari Pacaás were very resistant to change, but due to the persistence of the missionaries, the Wari eventually converted; some of the Natives came believe in the God of the missionaries. The missionaries said that the processes of the shaman rituals in curing some diseases were of evil nature. To the Wari, the shaman was a represented by the spirits of ancestors or animals - the Wari believed that these spirits came to heal or reveal something. This briefing is intended to demonstrate the strength of the Wari in the context of Indian spirituality as a factor integrating the culture and life of these peoples.
