O modelo agrário implantado no Brasil há mais de 500 anos influenciou a concentração agrária e, sobretudo o baixo investimento na educação e no desenvolvimento da qualidade de vida da população do campo. Assim esse trabalho tem como objetivo fazer uma análise histórica da questão agrária e sua influência na criação de políticas públicas educacionais específica para os povos do campo, avaliando a sua real efetividade quanto ao acesso e permanência do educando nas escolas de Ensino Médio do Campo do Município de Ariquemes Rondônia. Considerando também nesse aspecto a Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação e as Diretrizes Operacionais para a educação do Campo. Para tanto, o procedimento metodológico utilizado na pesquisa é de caráter bibliográfico na visão de diversos autores com relação aos fatos históricos da colonização, a conquista e direito à educação de qualidade para os povos do campo, considerando também a análise de modelos de educação e de gestão bem como propostas pedagógicas que valorizem as múltiplas identidades das populações do campo. De forma que possam desenvolver uma educação do campo, com potencial comunitário e principalmente humano. Assim, foram utilizados como arcabouço documental, informações da Secretaria Estadual de Educação com relação à implantação e execução do Projeto de Ensino Médio do campo, no município de Ariquemes, o Projeto Político Pedagógico da Escola Estadual Ricardo Cantanhede, incluindo relatórios e projetos desenvolvidos nos últimos anos. Os resultados obtidos através da pesquisa embora demonstrem um grande avanço a partir da década de 1980, principalmente pela articulação da sociedade civil organizada - Movimentos sociais ainda não atende as expectativas e as necessidades das comunidades rurais, sobretudo os jovens. Nesse sentido, faz-se necessário também discutir sobre o projeto de educação ofertado atualmente aos jovens do campo, que não atende as suas particularidades sociais, persistindo na prática de uma pedagogia bancária e livresca. Muito embora não se negue o direito às etapas finais da educação básicas ao jovem do campo, no município de Ariquemes RO, também não contribui para uma política que respeite e valorize seus saberes, destacando o seu desenvolvimento, na sua plenitude, auxiliando a sua emancipação, a sua autoestima, e construindo uma prática pedagógica mais humanizada. Para que isso ocorra é importante considerar o fortalecimento de uma comunidade socioeducativa no contexto do campo, que promova o pleno exercício da cidadania e a formação integral dos sujeitos do campo. / The agricultural model implemented in Brazil there are more than 500 years influenced the agrarian concentration and especially the low investment in education and development of the quality of life rural population. This work has the objective to make a historical analysis of the agrarian question and its influence on the creation of educational public policies specific to the people of the field, assessing its efficacy as to access and permanence of the student in the high schools of the Ariquemes City - Rondônia. Considering also that respect the Federal Constitution 1988, the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education and the Operational Guidelines for the field education. The methodological procedure used in the research is bibliographical in view of various authors with respect to historical fact of colonization, conquest and the right to quality education for the people of the field, considering also the analysis of models of education and management well as pedagogical proposals giving proper recognition to multiple identities of the populations of the field. So that they can develop an education field with potential community and mostly human. So, were used as a framework document, information of the State Department of Education regarding the implementation and execution of the Project Field School, in the Ariquemes city, the Political Pedagogical Project of School Ricardo Cantanhede, including reports and projects developed in recent years . The results obtained through research though demonstrating a great advance from the 1980s mainly the articulation of civil society - social movements - still does not meet the expectations and needs of rural communities, especially young people. In this sense, it is also necessary to discuss the project to education currently offered the young people of the field, which does not meet their social peculiarities, persisting in the practice of a pedagogy bank and from books. Although not deny the right to the final stages of basic education to the young field in the Ariquemes city - RO also does not contribute to a policy that respects and values their knowledge, highlighting its development, in its fullness, helping your empowerment, self-esteem, and building a more humanized pedagogical practice. For this to occur it is important to consider strengthening a community in the context of socio-educational field, to promote the full exercise of citizenship and education of the individuals field.

O presente estudo é uma pesquisa bibliográfica que buscou compreender a dinâmica do capitalismo de seu nascimento na Europa, aos dias atuais, em todo o mundo. Percebeu-se que desde sua origem, esse sistema já é destruidor de uma cultura coletiva e que ele tinha a seu favor, o fato de ter nascido numa potência mercantilista europeia, fato que facilitou sua expansão pelo mundo. Sua expansão foi especialmente favorável na América, terra rica da qual sugou as riquezas minerais e explorou sua população. A religião protestante teve sua parcela de contribuição ao formar o desejo de progresso financeiro, justificando ser essa uma graça de Deus. O capitalismo consegue penetrar nos países e impingir seus interesses e influi especialmente na educação para dominar as populações. A globalização é um desafio para a identidade, e o sujeito capacitado para enfrentar a realidade diversa é o débil, ao mesmo tempo em que não está interessado em dominar o outro, mas incluí-lo e aproximá-lo de si, à medida que se aproxima desse outro. Pela formação do sujeito, propõe-se o resgate do ser humano pela educação ético-solidária, a partir da Ética do Discurso, capaz de criar consensos pelo diálogo e de manter os sujeitos rebeldes, em constante busca de melhorias sociais. Contra a racionalidade competitiva do mercado capitalista, apresenta-se um modelo alternativo com base na cooperação solidária e defende-se a possibilidade de se ter uma sociedade com seus direitos garantidos, à medida que, pela educação ético-solidária, se forme sujeitos débeis com senso de solidariedade social, pautados no diálogo e no respeito aos outros seres humanos e a terra. / This study is a bibliographic research that sought to understand the dynamics of Capitalism, from its birth in Europe to the present day worldwide. It has been realized that since its origin, this system is already destroying a collective culture and it has in its favor the fact of being born in a European mercantilist power, fact that has facilitated its expansion worldwide. Its expansion was particularly favorable in America, land of rich mineral wealth which sucked and exploited its population. The Protestant religion had its share of contributing to form the individual's desire for financial progress, justifying this as a grace from God. Capitalism can penetrate countries and foist in them their interest and influence especially in education to dominate the population. Globalization is a challenge for the identity and the subject being able to face the diverse reality is the "weak, and at the same time he is not interested in dominating the other, but include it and bring it to him, as he approaches the other. Through the formation of the subject, it is proposed to rescue the human person through ethical solidarity education, as from the Ethics Discourse, able to build consensus through dialogue and keep the rebels in constant search for social improvements. Against the competitive rationality of the capitalist market, an alternative model based on partnership is presented, and the possibility of having a society with its rights guaranteed is defended, as for ethical solidarity education, "weak" subjects are formed with a social solidarity sense, based on dialogue and respect for other human beings and the planet Earth.

O presente estudo pretende verificar como é feita a transmissão de conteúdos religiosos para as crianças e jovens surdos, uma vez que trata da disseminação da palavra de Deus, a um público que é diversificado, que utilizam LIBRAS para sua comunicação. Por se tratar de um estudo pouco conhecido dentro de nosso município como aponta a nossa pesquisa, a literatura se tornou escassa, porém o estudo alcançou o objetivo de localizar em qual entidade religiosa do Município de Parnaíba Piauí é utilizado a LIBRAS como forma de evitar a evasão dos surdos dentro deste contexto. As recomendações preconizadas na literatura acentuam que os intérpretes devem constantemente buscar alternativas, como oferecer o uso de LIBRAS para que os surdos possam entender as mensagens bíblicas para que possam estar buscando conhecer Deus, e nossos ambientes religiosos possam ofertar uma melhor qualidade de entendimento da doutrina cristã. / The present study investigated how is the transmission of religious content for children and young deaf people, since this is the spread of the word of God, to an audience that is diverse, using Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) for their communication. Because it is a little known study within our county as identified by our research, the literature became sparse, but the study has achieved the goal of locating in which religious entity in the City of Parnaíba (Piauí) is used LIBRAS as a way to avoid evasion of the deaf within this context. The recommendations outlined in the literature emphasize that interpreters must constantly seek alternatives, such as offering the use of LIBRAS for the deaf can understand the biblical messages that may be seeking to know God, and our religious environments may offer a better quality of understanding of the doctrine Christian.

Federação Luterana Mundial / O presente trabalho pretende apresentar a trajetória do Plano de Ação Missionária da IECLB (PAMI). O PAMI oferece impulsos para a reflexão teológica sobre a atuação missionária da Igreja, bem como, apresenta uma proposta metodológica para a realização de um planejamento estratégico. O PAMI surgiu como um elemento de unidade, num período de transição entre uma estrutura organizacional centralizada, para uma estrutura descentralizada. A sua trajetória é marcada por duas etapas que apresentaram diferentes ênfases e abordagens, no entanto, mantiveram o foco na ação missionária. Para orientar a reflexão e o processo de implementação do PAMI nas diferentes instâncias, foram elaborados subsídios teóricos. Mesmo com várias iniciativas, os relatos de alguns sínodos apontam para dificuldades na apropriação da metodologia proposta para a realização do planejamento estratégico e, consequentemente, sua efetivação. No entanto, há também relatos bastante positivos em relação aos resultados do processo de concretização do planejamento. O planejamento estratégico não é algo dissociado da gestão comunitária, mas precisa ser incorporado ao processo de gestão. O PAMI propiciou o despertar da Igreja para uma ação missionária mais articulada, bem como, pode ter aberto caminhos para reflexão sobre o modelo de gestão na Igreja. / The current work intends to present the trajectory of the IECLB Missionary Plan of Action (IMPA) The IMPA offers impulses for theological reflection on the Church's missionary action, as well as presents a methodological proposal for the realization of strategic planning. The IMPA came out as an element of unity, in a transition period between a centralized organizational structure, to a decentralized structure. Its trajectory has been set by two steps that presented different emphases and approaches, however, kept the focus on missionary action. To guide the reflection and implementation process of the IMPA in different instances, theorics subsidies were elaborated. Even with several initiatives, reports of few Synods point to difficulties in the appropriation of the methodology proposed for the realization of strategic planning and consequently, its effectuation. However, there are also reports quite positive in relation to the results of the process of realizing the planning. The strategic planning is not something dissociated of Community management, but needs to be incorporated to the management process. The IMPA propitiated the awakening of the Church for a missionary action more articulated, as well as may have opened paths for reflection about the management model in the Church.

Fruto de uma intensa atividade intelectual e politica por parte de atores sociais, os quais percebem na participação afro-descendente um dos pilares da construção sociocultural brasileira, as ações resultantes dessa luta começam a ter efeitos mais sólidos em meio aos processos deliberativos educacionais, como, por exemplo, a criação da disciplina de História e Cultura Afro-brasileira e Africana obrigatória nas grades curriculares das instituições de ensino superior do país, dentre outras. Desta forma, o presente trabalho de conclusão de mestrado profissional visa analisar a questão educacional relacionada aos negros e às etnias no Brasil, bem como avaliar algumas mudanças significativas concretizadas por meio de certas politicas públicas que vem sendo colocadas em prática no decorrer do século XX. Para tanto, intenta-se delimitar a presente pesquisa, de caráter bibliográfico, a partir de um viés histórico e social no que tange sua perspectiva teórico-conceitual. / Fruit of an intense intellectual activity and policy by social actors, which perceive participation african descent one of the pillars of the Brazilian sociocultural, the resulting actions that fight start having stronger effects among the deliberative processes of education, as for example, the creation of the discipline of History and Afro-Brazilian and African compulsory in the curricula of higher education institutions in the country, among others. Este trabalho teve como objetivo mostrar a importância da ética teológico-filosófica cristã para o exercício da Profissão de Contabilista, na geração e produção da informação, mediante os dados relacionados ao fato contábil, bem como sua importância para a sociedade, especialmente nos meios empresariais e políticos. Foi descrito o conceito da reflexão teológico-filosófica da ética como uma ciência da moral, associando esses conceitos com o contexto de atuação do Profissional Contabilista, bem como questões éticas no exercício da profissão e da ética individual, que rege o comportamento humano. A metodologia utilizada valeu-se de pesquisa bibliográfica, em literatura específica, contida em livros e artigos sobre o tema. Pelo estudo, constatou-se que a ética teológico-filosófica cristã supõe temas e determinados deveres que os indivíduos possuem com seus iguais, no seu cotidiano, e que a reflexão ética é, em grande medida, condicionada pelas tradições, hábitos e costumes do contexto no qual o sujeito pensante se constitui, enquanto ser social. Verificou-se que é necessário, ao Profissional Contabilista, realizar sua função de maneira ética, sem que isso signifique a perda de sua capacidade autônoma de refletir sobre os problemas concretos e pontuais, uma vez que a atividade do contabilista é caracterizada, fundamentalmente, pela prestação de serviços, que constitui o fornecimento de informações e avaliações de natureza física, econômica e financeira, sobre o patrimônio das empresas e, também, de pessoas físicas. Dessa forma, ao Profissional Contabilista é imposta a tarefa do exercício reflexivo ético, de acordo com as normas ditadas para o exercício legal da profissão, a fim de não sucumbir às lógicas organizacionais do puro interesse da financeirização, que tem dominado os processos de globalização das últimas três décadas. / The goal of this work is to show the importance of Christian theological philosophical ethics for the exercise of the profession of accountant, in generating and producing information, through the data related to the accounting fact, as well as its importance for society, especially in the business and political spheres. The concept of theological-philosophical reflection of ethics was described as a moral science, associating these concepts with the context of the work of the professional accountant, as well as with ethical issues in the exercise of the profession and of the individual ethics which govern human behavior. The methodology utilized made use of bibliographical research in specific literature, contained in books and articles on the theme. Through the study it could be observed that the Christian theological-philosophical ethic presupposes themes and certain duties which individuals have toward their equals, in daily life, and that the ethical reflection is, in great measure, conditioned by traditions, habits and customs of the context of which the thinking subject is part as a social being. It was verified that it is necessary for the professional accountant to carry out his/her role in an ethical manner, without this meaning the loss of his/her autonomous capacity to reflect about the concrete and sporadic problems, since the activity of the accountant is characterized, fundamentally, by providing services, which constitute furnishing information and evaluations of physical, economic and financial nature, about the patrimony of businesses and also of persons. In this way the task of reflective ethical exercise is imposed on the professional accountant according to the norms dictated by the legal exercise of the profession, so as to not succumb to the organizational logics of pure financialization interest which has dominated the globalization processes of the last three decades.

Este trabalho busca esclarecer uma doutrina de formação especificamente feminina de Edith Stein, no que diz respeito à vocação natural da mulher e do homem, destacando a formação da mulher perante o seu ser natural e social e envolvendo questões feministas de uma sociedade moderna, que, por sua vez, insiste em entender a mulher apenas como um ser predominantemente social. Com isso, a mulher sufoca a sua vocação natural de ser mãe e esposa para atuar socialmente, descaracterizando-se enquanto mulher e assumindo uma postura masculina diante da sociedade, do mercado de trabalho e até mesmo da família. Ao deixar a sua vocação materna, a mulher torna-se cada vez mais ativa na profissão ou no meio no qual está inserida profissionalmente. No entanto, a sua verdadeira vocação é a de ser companheira do homem e coração da família. Stein (1999) trata da relação da alma feminina com o mundo moderno, no que se refere à própria concepção de entendimento do ser feminino e da pessoalidade da mulher. Mostra que a mulher pode ganhar espaço no mercado e na sociedade, sendo profissional competente e respeitada, sem necessariamente ter que se descaracterizar. A abordagem steiniana do assunto, antes de ter a pretensão de impor uma verdade, busca dialogar séria e abertamente com outros posicionamentos a respeito do assunto. / This paper seeks to clarify a specifically feminine formation doctrine of Edith Stein, in regard to the natural vocation of woman and of man, highlighting the formation of the woman faced with her natural and social being and involving feminist issues of a modern society, which, in its turn, insists on understanding woman as only a predominantly social being. With this the woman suffocates her natural vocation of being mother and wife to work socially, de-characterizing herself as a woman and taking on a masculine posture toward society, the work market and even the family. Upon leaving her maternal vocation the woman becomes ever more active in the profession or in the environment in which she is professionally inserted. However, her true vocation is to be mans companion and the heart of the family. Stein (1999) deals with the relation of the feminine soul with the modern world, as relates to the concept itself of understanding the feminine being and the personhood of the woman. She shows that the woman can gain space in the market and in society, being a competent and respected professional, without necessarily de-characterizing herself. The Steinian approach to the subject, far from having the pretension of imposing a truth, seeks to dialog seriously and openly with other positions regarding the subject.

No Brasil, o ministério da educação vem adotando como plano de ação a política nacional de educação especial na perspectiva da educação inclusiva, pautada em princípios éticos e fundamentada nos direitos humanos. De modo a propor a valorização de todos os alunos que integram a rede de ensino, pública e privada, respeitando as diferenças de cada um durante o processo educacional. Com o intuito de discutir a importância da educação especial na perspectiva da educação inclusiva, a partir de um olhar multiprofissional, a presente dissertação realiza uma análise das ações e o processo de implementação do Centro de Atendimento Educacional Especializado (CAEE) Luiz Carlos da Costa Araújo, localizado no munícipio de Maracanã no Estado do Pará. Retratando as atividades desenvolvidas como: acolhimento, educação permanente, visita domiciliar, estudo de caso, encontros com a comunidade, grupos terapêuticos, participação em eventos culturais e ações com as secretarias municipais (saúde, assistência, cultura, agricultura e meio ambiente) que foram realizadas e as que ainda estão em processo de desenvolvimento. A pesquisa foi realizada através de um estudo bibliográfico e análise documental com enfoque qualitativo onde a obtenção de dados foi analisada de acordo com as informações adquiridas no Centro. Chegou-se a conclusão que o CAEE contribui significativamente com as políticas de educação, saúde, e assistência social assumindo um papel fundamental na implementação de políticas públicas voltadas para a educação especial e inclusiva, assim como para formação dos profissionais que estão envolvidos direta e indiretamente com a educação no município de Maracanã PA. / In Brazil, the Ministry of Education has adopted as an action plan at national policy special education from the perspective of inclusive education, based on ethical principles and grounded in human rights. In order to propose the recovery of all students that are part of the school system, public and private, respecting the differences of each during the educational process. In order to discuss the importance of special education in the perspective of inclusive education, from a multidisciplinary look, this thesis performs an analysis of the actions and the implementation process of the Educational Service Center Specializing (CAEE) "Luiz Carlos da Costa Araújo", located in the municipality of Maracanã in the state of Pará. Portraying the activities as host, continuing education, home visits, case study, meetings with the community, therapeutic groups, participation in cultural events and actions with the municipal departments (health, welfare, culture, agriculture and environment) that have been accomplished and which are still under development. The survey was conducted through a literature study and document analysis with qualitative approach where getting data was analyzed according to the information acquired at the Centre. Came to the conclusion that the CAEE contributes significantly with education policies, health, and welfare assuming a key role in the implementation of public policies for special and inclusive education as well as training of professionals who are involved directly and indirectly with the education, in the municipality of Maracanã PA.

Na Educação Brasileira, existem pesquisas que apresentam diferentes abordagens a respeito da formação de professores de Ensino Religioso, mas há carência de estudos sobre a formação de professores de Ensino Religioso com objetivo de desenvolver sua prática a partir da gestão escolar para a formação ética do aluno. Partindo desta premissa, esta pesquisa propôs-se, como objeto de estudo: O Ensino Religioso e a Gestão Escolar na formação ética do educando. Estas condições impõem questões sobre gestão, formação e perfil do professor de Ensino Religioso. O percurso histórico desse ensino como herança de uma compreensão a cerca da identidade da disciplina em relação a gestão escolar; a revisão de seus métodos a partir de pressupostos que estão na base dos diferentes modelos teóricos do Ensino Religioso Escolar e apontar algumas reflexões que contribuam para um modelo peculiar a cada universo escolar. O Ensino Religioso necessita estar inserido no Projeto Político Pedagógico a fim de garantir seus fundamentos epistemológicos e pedagógicos para que tenha uma identidade clara e, assim, seja compreendido como área de conhecimento junto à comunidade escolar, com base na formação do aluno para compreender melhor a si mesmo, através dos princípios éticos para ir objetivamente à procura do eixo e poder encontrar-se na sociedade, pois é a partir da ética como conduta moral é que cada indivíduo vai caracterizando sua personalidade escolhendo e definindo as ocupações as quais vai se dedicar, e com isso descobrindo a si mesmo. Esta pesquisa procurou responder à seguinte questão: Qual a importância da Gestão Escolar numa perspectiva democrática? Qual a relação da Gestão Escolar com o Ensino Religioso na formação ética do educando? O eixo principal foi identificar e analisar a Gestão Escolar a partir de sua epistemologia: contextualizar o Ensino Religioso na história da educação brasileira; conhecer a formação de professores; compreender a ética numa visão epistemológica e como está pode ser construída a parir do Ensino Religioso, apoiado pela gestão escolar. O respaldo teórico fundamentou-se em autores que tratam da metodologia, da história e das políticas educacionais e formação de professores, de maneira geral, além de autores que tratam sobe ética. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa; com estudo exploratório. Atualmente, o Ensino Religioso registra uma nova leitura quanto à sua concepção epistemológica. Para que o Ensino Religioso, hoje, atenda a seus propósitos, são necessárias políticas públicas de formação de professores. Além disso, a pesquisa buscou relacionar o Ensino Religioso com a gestão escolar a partir da formação do professor, tendo como meta a formação ética do aluno. O estudo poderá dar sua contribuição social na organização dessas políticas ao apontar caminhos para acesso a uma formação continuada de professores de Ensino Religioso aliado a Gestão Escolar Democrática. / Within Brazilian Education there is research which presents different approaches regarding the training of Religious Education teachers, but there is a lack of studies about the training of Religious Education teachers with the goal of developing their practice based on school management aimed at the ethical education of the student. Starting from this premise, this research project proposes as its object of study: Religious Education and School Management in the ethical education of the student. These conditions impose issues about management, education and the profile of the Religious Education teacher. The historical trajectory of this teaching as an inheritance of an understanding about the identity of the discipline with regard to school management; the review of its methods based on the presuppositions which are at the foundation of the different theoretical models of School Religious Education and the pointing out of some reflections which can contribute to a specific model for each school universe. Religious Education needs to be inserted in the Political Pedagogical Project so as to guarantee its epistemological and pedagogical foundations so that it may have a clear identity and thus, be understood as an area of knowledge within the school community, based on the education of the student to better comprehend him/her self through the ethical principles so as to go objectively seeking the axis and be able to find him/herself in society, since it is based on ethics as moral conduct that each individual characterizes his/her personality choosing and defining the occupations to which they will dedicate themselves and thus discover themselves. This research paper sought to answer the following question: What is the importance of School Management from a democratic perspective? What is the relation of School Management with Religious Education in the ethical education of the student? The main axis was to identify and analyze School Management based on its epistemology: contextualize Religious Education in the history of Brazilian Education; get to know the education of the teachers; understand ethics from an epistemological point of view and how this can be constructed based on Religious Education supported by school management. The theoretical support is founded on authors who deal with educational methodology, history and educational policies and the education of teachers in a general way, besides authors who deal with ethics. It is a qualitative research with explorative study. Currently Religious Education registers a new reading as to its epistemological conception. So that Religious Education today may meet its goals, public policies of teacher training are needed. Besides this, the research seeks to relate Religious Education with school management based on the teachers training/education, having as its goal the ethical education of the student. The study can give its social contribution in the organization of these policies pointing out paths to access continuing education of Religious Education teachers allied to Democratic School Management.

O papel das mulheres e o exercício da liderança tem sido uma questão de discussão ética nas Assembleias de Deus no Brasil diante dos desafios impostos pela modernidade. O conceito de alteridade e as questões levantadas pelo feminismo e incorporadas pelas teologias feministas podem auxiliar na busca de respostas. Algumas mulheres têm se destacado na história desta denominação religiosa, mostrando ser possível a participação das mulheres na função pastoral eclesiástica. As histórias de Frida Vingren e Ruth Doris Lemos comprovam que desde a fundação das Assembleias de Deus no Brasil até a consolidação da formação de sua liderança, as mulheres têm participado ativamente e até mesmo reivindicado seu reconhecimento por meio da ordenação ministerial. Nessa discussão, estão envolvidas questões de gênero que mostram novas perspectivas possíveis para o futuro da Igreja no Brasil. Por isso, considerando o papel ativo e organicamente pulverizado das mulheres, o presente trabalho final de mestrado profissional busca considerar o seu papel na história das Assembleias de Deus ao longo de sua institucionalização como ramo do protestantismo pentecostal, presente no Brasil, bem como sua luta por reconhecimento. / The role of women and exercising leadership has been an issue of ethical discussion in the Assemblies of God in Brazil faced with the challenges imposed by modernity. The concept of otherness and the issues raised by feminism and incorporated in feminist theologies can help in the quest for answers. Some women have stood out in the history of this religious denomination showing that the participation of women in the ecclesiastical pastoral function is possible. The stories of Frida Vingren and Ruth Doris Lemas prove that since the foundation of the Assemblies of God in Brazil up to the consolidation of the formation of their leadership, the women have actively participated and even demanded their recognition through the ministerial ordination. In this discussion gender issues are involved which show possible new perspectives for the future of the church in Brazil. That is why, considering the active and organically distributed role of the women, this conclusion paper for the Professional Masters program considers their role in the history of the Assemblies of God throughout its institutionalization as a branch of the Pentecostal Protestantism present in Brazil as well as their struggle for recognition.
