Цель работы – разработка модели машинного обучения для автоматического сопоставления описаний продуктов, представленных в текстовом виде с внутренними кодами компании. Объект исследования – бизнес-процесс сопоставления описаний продуктов с внутренними кодами компании. Методы исследования: предварительная обработка данных, анализ данных, выбор и обучение модели машинного обучения, оценка производительности модели. Результаты работы: разработана и обучена модель машинного обучения на основе алгоритма CatBoost для автоматического сопоставления описаний продуктов с внутренними кодами компании. Модель показала высокую точность и полноту при тестировании. Созданная модель машинного обучения внедрена в продуктивное использование компании АО «Сони Электроникс» и позволяет сокращать ресурсы аналитиков в существенном объеме. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена в текстовом редакторе Microsoft Word и представлена в электронном и печатном виде. / The goal of the work is to develop a machine learning model for automatically comparing product descriptions presented in text form with the company’s internal codes. The object of study is the business process of comparing product descriptions with internal company codes. Research methods: data preprocessing, data analysis, selection and training of a machine learning model, evaluation of model performance. Results of the work: a machine learning model based on the CatBoost algorithm was developed and trained to automatically compare product descriptions with internal company codes. The model showed high accuracy and completeness during testing. The created machine learning model has been put into productive use by Sony Electronics JSC and makes it possible to reduce analyst resources to a significant extent. The final qualifying work was completed in the text editor Microsoft Word and presented in electronic and printed form.

В данной диссертации рассмотрен анализ функциональных и нефункциональных требований для проектирования информационного сервиса, предназначенного для управляющей компании и жильцов с использованием цифровой эксплуатационной модели здания. В работе проведен анализ текущих методов управления эксплуатацией зданий и информационных систем, используемых в этой сфере. На основе полученных данных выявлены ключевые проблемы и недостатки существующих решений, что подтвердило необходимость разработки нового информационного сервиса. Исследование включает в себя детальный анализ потребностей различных стейкхолдеров, таких как управляющие компании, технический персонал и жильцы. Выявленные потребности были использованы для формулирования функциональных и нефункциональных требований к системе. В результате работы были подготовлены подробные требования к информационному сервису, которые могут служить основой для последующей разработки и внедрения системы. Эти требования обеспечат создание универсального и гибкого сервиса, адаптируемого под различные типы жилых объектов и потребности пользователей. Подготовленные требования прошли валидацию с участием стейкхолдеров, что подтверждает их актуальность и применимость. Результаты исследования создают базу для дальнейшей разработки информационного сервиса, направленного на повышение эффективности управления эксплуатацией зданий и улучшение качества жизни жильцов. / This dissertation examines the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements for designing an information service intended for management companies and residents using a digital operational model of the building. The study includes an analysis of current methods of building operation management and information systems used in this field. Based on the data obtained, key problems and shortcomings of existing solutions were identified, confirming the need to develop a new information service. The research involves a detailed analysis of the needs of various stakeholders, such as management companies, technical staff, and residents. The identified needs were used to formulate the functional and non-functional requirements for the system. As a result of the work, detailed requirements for the information service were prepared, which can serve as a basis for the subsequent development and implementation of the system. These requirements will ensure the creation of a universal and flexible service, adaptable to various types of residential properties and user needs. The prepared requirements were validated with the participation of stakeholders, confirming their relevance and applicability. The results of the research provide a foundation for the further development of an information service aimed at improving the efficiency of building operation management and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Актуальность и проблема исследования состоит в том, что выгоды от экологических инвестиций не всегда очевидны в краткосрочном периоде и необходимо разрабатывать альтернативные методы для оценки эффективности и полученных результатов с точки зрения рисков, возникающих в бизнесе. Часто инвестиции в природоохранные мероприятия воспринимаются как неэффективные, снижающие рентабельность бизнеса. Целью работы является развитие методических основ анализа и оценки экономической эффективности инвестиций в систему экологического менеджмента на промышленном предприятии, позволяющих установить взаимосвязь между экологическими стратегиями и экономическими показателями. Эколого-экономическая оценка является основополагающей для промышленных предприятий. / The relevance and problem of the study is that the benefits of environmental investments are not always obvious in the short term and it is necessary to develop alternative methods to assess the effectiveness and results obtained from the point of view of risks arising in business. Investments in environmental protection measures are often perceived as ineffective, reducing the profitability of the business. The aim of the work is to develop methodical foundations for the analysis and assessment of the economic efficiency of investments in the environmental management system at an industrial enterprise, allowing to establish the relationship between environmental strategies and economic indicators. Environmental and economic assessment is fundamental for industrial enterprises.

Целью работы является усовершенствование алгоритма планирования материальных запасов на предприятиях атомно промышленности. Основным его отличием от существующего алгоритма является включения дополнительных этапов в виде построения и оценки контрольных карт Шухарта. Усовершенствованный алгоритм позволяет более точно определить размер материального запаса и осуществлять непрерывный контроль над его состоянием, что повышает эффективность управления материальными запасами. / The aim of the work is to improve the algorithm of inventory planning at nuclear industry enterprises. Its main difference from the existing algorithm is the inclusion of additional stages in the form of construction and evaluation of Schuhart control maps. The improved algorithm allows you to more accurately determine the size of the inventory and continuously monitor its condition, which increases the efficiency of inventory management.

The scientific novelty of research consists in proposing a new model of institutional interaction. The model can be used to develop strategies and solutions in the area of financial markets. In this context, public signage and billboards, as important means of transmitting cultural information, play a vital role in promoting international tourism and cultural understanding. Effective language translation, especially in tourist centers, can not only help tourists better understand the local culture, but also improve the overall impression of tourists. Therefore the study of the translation of digital terms into publicly available signage is of great importance for improving intercultural exchanges. The purpose of the study is to in-depth study the use of numbers and methods of their translation in public signs in China and Russia. By analyzing the differences in the semantics and use of numerals in two languages, this study attempts to identify the complexity and difficulties of translating numerals in intercultural communication. / Актуальность в условиях современного стремительного развития глобализации языковые и культурные обмены становятся все более частыми. В этом контексте общественные вывески и рекламные щиты, являясь важными средствами передачи культурной информации, играют жизненно важную роль в продвижении международного туризма и культурного взаимопонимания. Эффективный языковой перевод, особенно в туристических центрах, может не только помочь туристам лучше понять местную культуру, но и улучшить общее впечатление туристов. Поэтому изучение перевода цифровых терминов на общедоступные вывески имеет огромное значение для улучшения межкультурных обменов. Целью исследования является углубленное изучение использования цифр и методов их перевода в общественных вывесках Китая и России. Анализируя различия в семантике и употреблении числительных в двух языках, данное исследование пытается выявить сложность и трудности перевода числительных в условиях межкультурной коммуникации.

It is customary to judge the general emotional state of a person by his speech, which can serve as a kind of mirror that can determine the mental and moral state of the interlocutor. The ability to capture and understand human emotions is one of the most important conditions for establishing contact between speakers of different languages. The final qualifying work is devoted to the study of the features of translating emotionally charged vocabulary expressing joy in the works of Nikolai Gogol into Chinese. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that the analysis of these topics will make it possible in the future to answer questions related to the description of similarities and differences in the understanding of emotions in Russian and Chinese linguistic cultures in the process of communication. The object of the study is the core lexeme of the concept “joy” in the Russian and Chinese languages, as well as multi-level linguistic units expressing the emotion of joy in the Russian and Chinese languages. The subject of this final qualifying work is the peculiarities of the functioning of various lexical and syntactic units with the help of which the concept of “joy” is expressed in modern Chinese and modern Russian and the difficulties of their translation into Chinese. The purpose of the study is to identify and study the common and distinctive features of the concept “joy” at the level of lexical-semantic fields in Russian and Chinese, which include a number of synonyms, antonyms and other means of verbalizing this emotion, as well as to identify the difficulties of their translation based on literary work by N.V. Умение улавливать и понимать эмоции человека –одно из важнейших условий к установлению контакта между носителями разных языков. Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию особенностей перевода эмоционально окрашенной лексики, выражающей радость, в произведениях Николая Васильевича Гоголя на китайский язык. Актуальность данной работы обусловлена тем, что анализ данных тем позволит в будущем ответить на вопросы, связанные с описанием сходств и различий в понимании эмоций в русской и китайской лингвокультурах в процессе коммуникации. Объектом исследования являются ядерные лексемы концепта «радость» в русском и китайском языках, а также разноуровневые языковые единицы, выражающие эмоцию радости в составе русского и китайского языков. Предметом данной выпускной квалификационной работы являются особенности функционирования различных лексических и синтаксических единиц при помощи, которых, выражается концепт «радость» в современном китайском языке и современном русском языке и трудности их перевода на китайский язык. Цель исследования состоит в выявлении и изучении общих и отличительных черт концепта «радость» на уровне лексико-семантических полей в русском и китайском языке, которые включают в себя ряд синонимов, антонимов и других средств вербализации данной эмоции, а также выявлении трудностей их перевода на основе литературного произведения Н.В. Гоголя.

В диссертации рассматривается специфика организации хронотопа в романе Ф. Томпсон “Lark Rise to Candleford”. Для анализа отобраны контексты, идентифицирующие точечное / векторное единство пространства и времени; отмечены маркеры каждого типа текстовых категорий в английском оригинале. Показаны особенности передачи хронотопа при переводе романа на русский язык. / The work studies the peculiar features of the chronotope organization in F. Thompson’s novel “Lark Rise to Candleford”. For analysis, there are selected contexts identifying the point or vector unity of space and time. The author identifies the markers of each type of both text categories in the English source text. The specifics of rendering chronotope during the translation of the novel into Russian are shown.

Object of the study is the process of analyzing oculography data. The subject of the study is the methods of extracting and classifying features of oculography data. The purpose of the work is to review existing studies in the field of oculography, analyze data obtained using Eye-tracking technology. The study included: studying methods of extracting and classifying features using Scikit-Learn, developing a methodology for analyzing data and machine learning models to identify eye movement patterns, conducting experiments to compare the effectiveness of algorithms. The work demonstrates the effectiveness of the approach with feature selection, and makes assumptions about the influence of indicators on the absence or presence of visual impairments. Practical application: the proposed approach can be used to improve methods for diagnosing dyslexia, automate the analysis of oculography data. / Объект исследования – процесс анализа данных окулографии. Предметом исследования являются методы извлечения и классификация признаков данных окулографии. Цель работы – обзор существующих исследований в области окулографии, анализ данных, полученных с помощью технологии Eye-tracking. В процессе исследования проводились: изучение методов извлечения и классификации признаков с использованием Scikit-Learn, разработка методологии анализа данных и моделей машинного обучения для выявления паттернов движений глаз, проведение экспериментов для сравнения эффективности алгоритмов. В работе продемонстрирована эффективность подхода с отбором признаков, сделаны предположения о влиянии показателей на отсутствия или присутствия нарушений в области зрения. Область практического применения: предложенный подход может быть использован для улучшения методов диагностики дислексии, автоматизации анализа данных окулографии.

This work is devoted to the creation of a study of human cardiac pathologies based on ECG data using machine learning. The purpose of the study was to develop an effective model for assessing human cardiac pathologies. To achieve this goal, it is planned to analyze modern methods of machine learning. Select suitable tools for implementing the model, select a dataset with ECG data, conduct experiments with training various machine learning models and draw conclusions about the work done. The study of changes in human health based on ECG data using machine learning, proposed in the work, has significant potential for the timely detection of human pathologies based on ECG data. The created model has a high accuracy of assessment. / Данная работа посвящена созданию исследованию сердечных патологий человека на основе данных ЭКГ с использованием машинного обучения. Цель исследования заключалась в разработке эффективной модели оценки сердечных патологий человека. Для достижения этой цели предполагается провести анализ современных методов машинного обучения. Выбрать подходящие инструменты для реализации модели, выбрать датасет с данными ЭКГ, провести эксперименты с обучением различных моделей машинного обучения и сделать выводы о проделанной работе. Исследование изменения состояния здоровья человека на основе данных ЭКГ с использованием машинного обучения, предложенная в работе, обладает значительным потенциалом для своевременного выявления патологий человека на основе данных ЭКГ. Созданная модель имеет высокую точность оценки.
