Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию механизма оптимизации налогообложения хозяйствующих субъектов. Предмет исследования – налоговые отношения между государством и хозяйствующим субъектом в сфере оптимизации его налогооблагаемой базы. Целью диссертационного исследования является разработка концептуальных подходов к формированию эффективного механизма оптимизации налогообложения российских организаций и практических рекомендаций по его совершенствованию. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of the mechanism of optimization of taxation of economic entities. The subject of the research is tax relations between the state and an economic entity in the sphere of optimization of its taxable base. The aim of the dissertation research is to develop conceptual approaches to the formation of an effective mechanism to optimize the taxation of Russian organizations and practical recommendations for its improvement.

The object of the study were employees of municipal dentistry. The subject of the study was the levels of stress manifestations. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography (51 sources) and an Appendix including forms of applied techniques. The volume of the master's thesis 92 pages, which contains 18 figures and 7 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study, the object and subject of the study are determined, the main and additional hypotheses are formulated, the methods and empirical base are specified. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as the conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study and the possible prospects for further development of this problem are presented in a generalized form. / Объектом исследования явились сотрудники муниципальной стоматологии. Предметом исследования стали уровни проявления стресса. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (51 источник) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 92 страницы, на которых размещены 18 рисунков и 7 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики.

В данной диссертации спроектирован технологический процесс и проведена оптимизация режимов резания. Диссертация состоит из следующих частей: Технологической, которая включает: описание конструкции детали; определение типа производства; разработку концепции механической обработки детали; выбор вида заготовки и метода её получения; конструирование заготовки и определение общих припусков на обработку; составление планов обработки каждой поверхности в соответствии с этапами обработки; разработку маршрута, включающего назначение базовых поверхностей, выбор станочного оборудования и технологической оснастки; моделирование эскизов на каждую операцию; определение операционных допусков и припусков на обрабатываемые поверхности; определение операционных размеров на обрабатываемые поверхности; выбор режимов обработки; определение норм времени на каждую операцию; оформление рабочей технологической документации. Конструкторской, которая включает: Определение потребной силы закрепления (Силовой расчет); Выбор и расчет привода приспособления; Конструирование приспособления; Точностной анализ приспособления; Проектирование контрольного приспособления; Оформление рабочей конструкторской документации. Научно-исследовательской, которая включает: Оптимизация режимов резания при фрезеровании; Оптимизация режимов резания при обработке различными фрезами; Расчет основного времени при оптимизированных режимах резания; Изменение стойкости при оптимизированных режимах резания; Расчет количества обработанных деталей при оптимизированных режимах резания. The dissertation consists of the following parts: Technological which includes: Detail design description; Production type determination; Concept of machining parts; The choice of the type of workpiece and the parameter of its receipt; the design of the workpiece and the definition of total allowances for processing; preparation of treatment plans for each surface in accordance with the processing steps; the development of the route, including the assignment of base surfaces, the choice of machine equipment and tooling; modeling sketches for each operation; determination of operational tolerances and allowances for surfaces to be treated; Determination of the operating dimensions of the treated surface; selection of processing modes; determination of time norms for each operation; execution of working technological documentation. Design which includes: Determination of the required strength of fastening (Force calculation); Selection and calculation of the drive device; The design of the device; Precision fixture analysis; Design control device; Registration of working design documentation. Research which includes: Optimization of cutting conditions during milling; Optimization of cutting conditions when machining with various cutters; The calculation of the basic time for optimized cutting conditions; Change in durability with optimized cutting conditions; The calculation of the number of machined parts with optimized cutting conditions. The relevance of this work is determined by the fact that the issue of improving financial literacy is of great importance for ensuring the growth of personal well-being and fighting poverty. The purpose of the master's thesis is to assess the level of financial literacy of the population based on a combination of several methods and to determine the directions for optimizing the structure of financial resources of households.

Процедура оптимизации персонала на предприятии во многом зависит от того, какая методология будет внедрена. Таким образом, классический подход к оптимизации персонала выглядит довольно простым событием, однако он имеет много недостатков и не является актуальной методологией в современном управлении персоналом. Однако многие работодатели прибегают к этому, поэтому каждый участник трудовых отношений должен с ним ознакомиться. Оптимизация численности работников предприятия по стандартной методике предусматривает избавление от тех работников, которые непосредственно не участвуют в формировании прибыли компании или чей вклад в ее формирование минимален. Более того, иногда довольно жесткие меры могут применяться в виде массовых сокращений с учетом чисто экономических показателей. В этом случае негативными аспектами этого процесса могут стать снижение производительности оставшегося персонала, отстранение работников, косвенно положительно повлиявших на производительность труда, снижение имиджа предприятия и другие риски. / The procedure for optimizing personnel in an enterprise depends to a large extent on which methodology will be implemented. Thus, the classic approach to staff optimization looks quite simple, but it has many shortcomings and is not an actual methodology in modern personnel management. However, many employers resort to this, so each employee must familiarize himself with it. Optimization of the number of employees of the enterprise according to the standard methodology provides for the disposal of those workers who do not directly participate in the formation of the company's profit or whose contribution to its formation is minimal. Moreover, sometimes rather stringent measures can be applied in the form of mass reductions, taking into account purely economic indicators. In this case, the negative aspects of this process may be a decrease in the productivity of the remaining personnel, the removal of employees who indirectly positively affected labor productivity, a decrease in the image of the enterprise and other risks.

As a part of this study a solution is being developed to evaluate the effectiveness of the components of the MES system. The bottom line is to assess the degree of use of standard functionalities (taking into account their weight ratio) as compared to design modifications for different projects. Analysis of the data provided to the user allows making clear, based on real indicators conclusions about the effectiveness of each component (or module) of the system, allowing to highlight the weak points of the system and determine the trajectory of the further development of each component and the entire software product. / В рамках данной работы разрабатывается решение для оценки эффективности компонентов MES-системы. Суть заключается в оценке степени использования стандартных функциональностей (с учетом коэффициента их весомости) по сравнению с проектными доработками для разных проектов. Анализ предоставляемых пользователю данных позволяет делать четкие, основанные на реальных показателях выводы об эффективности каждого компонента (или модуля) системы, позволяя выделять слабые места системы и определять траектория дальнейшего развития как каждого компонента, так и всего программного продукта в целом.

Магистерская диссертация имеет следующую структуру: введение; теоретическую часть, состоящую из четырех разделов; аналитическую часть; заключение; библиографический список; приложения. Магистерская диссертация изложена на 80 страницах, включает в себя 7 рисунков и 18 таблиц. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты налогового планирования. Вторая глава содержит анализ структуры и динамики налоговой нагрузки ООО «Промышленные инновации», дает общие характеристики предприятия и рассматривает результаты финансово-хозяйственной деятельности. В третье главе предложены направления для получения наибольшей прибыли и уменьшения налоговой нагрузки. / The master's thesis has the following structure: introduction; theoretical part, consisting of four sections; analytical part; conclusion; bibliographic list; applications. The master's thesis is presented on 80 pages, includes 7 figures and 18 tables. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of tax planning. The second chapter contains an analysis of the structure and dynamics of the tax burden of Industrial Innovations LLC, gives general characteristics of the enterprise and considers the results of financial and economic activities. The third chapter proposes areas for making the most profit and reducing the tax burden.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке методов повышения эффективности бизнес-процессов в сети салонов оптики. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованных источников. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления бизнес-процессами. Во второй главе проведен анализ и дана оценка существующей ситуации в оптической сфере в России и в мире. Третья глава посвящена разработке рекомендаций по повышению эффективности бизнес-процессов на примере сети оптик «#1». / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of methods to improve the efficiency of business processes in the network of optical salons.
