地方派系的過度介入、經營規模過小以及專業人才與制度的缺乏，使得基層金融機構弊端叢生，但由於過去的金融體系封閉穩定，並未有全面性的擠兌或恐慌(panics)現象產生。直至八十四年七月彰化四信爆發違法貸款事件，並進而引發存款人爭相前往擠兌，基層金融危機四伏的冰山一角才露了出來。 本文即運用存活模型(Survival Model)中的加速生命模型(accelerated life model,Cox and Oakes,1984)及相關文獻的回顧來探討基層金融機構擠兌現象發生的原因。本文之主要結論為：1.由於地方派系的介入及長期以往的經營不善，時間的累積不僅無法使基層金融機構得到學習曲線的效果，反而成為基層金融機構成長的阻力；2.以放款餘額表示的規模大小對信用合作社與農會信用部之存活期間有顯著的正向影響，以資產總額表示的規模大小僅對農會信用部之存活期間有顯著正向影響；3.逾放比率對基層金融機構之存活期間具有正向影響，其中對信用合作社存活期間之影響並滿足10%之顯著水準；4.淨值比率愈高，基層金融機構之存活期間愈長；5.流動性準備比率對信用合作社之存活期間具有顯著正向影響；6.存放比率對基層金融機構之存活期間並無顯著影響；7.存款戶的預期心理及擠兌現象的擴散蔓延(Park,1990)是造成基層金融機構發生擠兌的非數量化因素。

快樂丸文化已是台灣社會中不可忽視的一項次文化，它的使用者遍及多個人口學變項，並且具備異於它類藥物的文化特性。如今，為了理解這麼一個特殊的用藥文化，論者無法再光以青少年問題或社會偏差名之，傳播媒介也不該一味地採納主流的醫學、犯罪學觀點或狹隘的道德化論述來框架我們對快樂丸文化的想像。 為求一個面向事實的觀照視野，本文主張研究者必須主觀涉入快樂丸文化，在田野探訪的過程中實踐「現象學還原」的哲學態度，基於理性的直觀對藥物文化進行描述、體驗與闡述，藉此反思常民之見，揭櫫嗑藥的神秘面紗，同時驅散縈繞在用藥文化周遭的論述迷霧。 對快樂丸文化長達兩年的考察是一次民族誌的洗禮也是身體的迷幻現象學之旅。正因如此，筆者脫離了單純的文獻爬梳，穿梭多個藥物文化場合，融入他人的視域，遭逢無數個「活生生」的用藥者，更在親身的迷幻經驗中覺察身體與意識的質變，並從中發掘可資與身體哲學對話的經驗與料。 本研究認為，藥物文化身後隱藏著兩大主題：身體與藥物。除了身體問題之外，藥物與人類之間長達上萬年的古老情誼實也不容忽視，藥物在人類世界所造成的糾葛與兩難古今皆然，人類只能思忖對策應付之，而不宜以論述或懲罰等規訓暴力鏟除之。本文發現，即便是娛樂性格濃厚的快樂丸、K他命、大麻等藥物，在某些使用脈絡下也蘊涵程度不一的啟迪性質。 然而，藥物終究是柄雙面刃，它在對人透露存有的秘密之際也能戕害人安身立命的理性基礎。換言之，在藥物經驗中，身心損害與精神啟蒙是並肩走來的，而隨著施用次數的增長，前者將凌駕後者。這暗示著，任何關於藥物解放的基進主張與主張禁絕的主流論述一樣，皆必須對於既定社會脈絡下的事實有所體悟，才能進一步思索處理藥物問題的應對之道。 本研究是一份筆者自身揮別「迷幻異域」的告別作，也是一次連結迷幻經驗與身體哲學的粗淺刺探，更可以是一趟老掉牙的、灑狗血式自我追尋；當然，若要說它是份用藥者的自白，筆者認為其實也不為過。

通常對於股票市場之評價,我們採取單一方向,但是實際上股票市場會以某種狀態回饋給投資人使得我們對於股價以及認知產生偏頗,而這些認知上的偏頗則產生了股票市場繁榮以及崩解的型態 / I used to be a securities specialist, serving in Taishin Holdings during January 2007-October 2008. As a securities specialist, I found financial markets so fascinating. Among all the financial markets, stock market seems to be the most eye-catching spot, because of its low transaction costs, a large number of participants, instant communication. If there is any place where the theory of perfect competition ought to be translated into practice, it is the stock market. When it comes to real word, traditional pricing model seems to be irrelevant. What is the real driving force behind stock market? Is it only simply the discount of dividends regardless of acquisition, future prospect or the credit of leading staff? I would like to discuss the issue under the foundations of behavioral finance which is different from those of tradition market theory. In this article, I shall start with briefly introducing Behavioral Finance and its psychological foundations in Chapter 2. In Chapter 3, a review to Gordon Model. In chapter 4, I will start with confirmation bias as the entry point creating a new boom/bust model with Reflexivity. In chapter 5, I shall illustrate a case and discuss the advantage and also the flaw of the model.

人體乃傳播最原初的源頭，人們會依據當代社會的主流身體規範規訓自己的身體，傳遞背後所代表的價值，也依此形塑自我認同。當前社會認定標準女體的要件中，我們往往都忽略了「沒有體毛」也是一項相當重要的條件。對女人來說，體毛的去留具有相當的政治性，並佔據做女人（being woman）過程的重要戰略位置。本研究探討女性在規訓身體時，其如何理解社會規範，並聚焦女性雷射除毛的動機、目的及經驗，又她們賦予它什麼意義。另外，也探詢女性身份認同與理解策略之間的關係。 / Human body is the most primal mean of communication, people discipline their body according to body norms of modern society. Body is used to be a message carrier, we change our appearances to express the valufe that we believe and shape our identification also. While we are familiar with the traits that constitute the "ideal female body" as defined by modern society, we often overlook the fact that "absence of body hair" is also an important trait as such. The women's decision of whether to keep or remove body hair has always had political implications. It is of strategic importance in the process of "being female". This thesis focus on motive、 intention and experience of laser hair removal of Taiwan’s working girls. Explore how does the subject make sense about the norm of hair removal and the relationship between feminine identification and strategy of comprehension.
