對於大量零碎的資料,社會網路分析提供了一個可能的方向,可以更容易
的對個體與整體進行觀察,而得以發掘其中隱藏的資訊。本論文嘗試以我
國政府官員異動資料為一零碎資料的代表,利用社會網路分析做為工具,
提出網路模型以幫助我們分析與觀察其中所隱藏的資訊。利用官員的異動
時間記錄建立網路,實驗的模型共可分為人物共同異動網路、人物共事時
間網路,職務升遷網路,人物共同異動網路部分,將每一人物視為不同節
點,節點間的連結則為兩人共同異動的次數,輔以職務間相關性的關係對
資料中的雜訊進行過濾,人物共事時間網路則以兩人在相關單位共事的時
間長度做為其節點間的連結,職務網路改為以職務做為節點,利用人物的
職務升遷,在前後任職的職務節點間建立連結,對於所建立的各種網路,
再利用社會網路分析中一些性質或指標進行分析。實驗結果顯示本研究所
設計的模型對於觀察人物間相互關係以及不同單位所產生的群體間的關係
有所幫助,並提供對於社會網路分析在類似情境下應用的可能性與限制的
了解。

隨著資訊科技的發達,資訊成長的速度日以倍計,對於大量且片斷的資料,社會網路分析(Social Network Analysis)提供我們可能的研究方法。社會網路主要是由節點以及節點彼此間的連結所形成的網路結構,透過社會網路分析和連結預測理論,我們可以從微觀與巨觀的切入角度,來進行龐大資料量的政府人事異動資料庫進行研究分析。本論文研究,將政府人事異動資料庫中的異動記錄建構為人物與職務兩類不同的社會網路結構,並透過社會網路分析以及連結預測,來發掘人物與不同職務之間的相互影響性,並進一步分析在特定職務的實際接任人選上,實際被影響的因素為何。實驗結果呈現本研究所設計出的模型,對於政府人事異動的互動關係在不同角度的觀察上有所幫助,也從中可以發現在實際接任人選上的考量上,歷任人選的歷任職務有相當程度的影響性,並瞭解社會網路分析與連結預測在實際情境應用下的可能性與限制性。 / Information grows up in very fast way with the advancement in information technology. SNA (Social Network Analysis) provides the possible research ways for the large number of fragmentary information. Social network is the network structure which constructed by the links of each nodes in it. Through SNA (Social Network Analysis) and Link Prediction theory, we can investigate government official's succession database with huge amount of data from micro and macro perspectives. The objective of this study is the construction of two different types of person and position social network structures and the exploration of the interaction between the person and position nodes through link prediction theory. We also discover the impact factors for actual appointee of specific position in further analysis. The study result shows the design model helps us to observe the interaction in government official's succession from different perspectives. We found that is great influence of successive positions of successive candidates in consideration of actual appointee.

經營權異動與異動後績效之探討 / The study of executive turnover and the following performance changes游子瑩 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究針對我國1996年至2006年之上市櫃公司,以最終控制集團發生異動之公司作為經營權異動樣本,探討經營權異動之決定性因素,與異動後經營績效表現與公司治理機制間之關聯。
實證結果顯示,董監事持股比率愈低、最終控制者無超額持股、經營控制權與所有權偏離愈大、董監事持股質押比率愈高之公司,其經營權發生異動之可能性愈高。獨立董監事之設置雖與經營權異動之可能性呈正向相關,惟其關聯性未達顯著水準。經營權異動之公司,其財務績效在異動前後並無顯著差異,表示經營權異動之目的可能不在取代無效率之管理當局,也可能表示併購的綜效需要較長的時間才得以顯現。其中,董監事持股比率較高之公司,其經營績效在經營權異動後表現較佳。本研究顯示董監最低持股可發揮利益連結的效果,對於近期金管會擬取消董監最低持股規範之提案,本研究認為有作更深入討論之需要。 / Using companies listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and GreTai Securities Market over the period of 1996 to 2006, this study empirically investigates the determinants of change in corporate control and the subsequent period performance after the change. The change in corporate control is measured in terms of change in business group of a specific firm.
The empirical results show that companies with less shareholdings owned by their board members, inadequate shareholdings to support their control, larger deviation in cash flow right from voting right, and higher ratio of shareholding pledged by their board members, have higher probabilities of occurrence of change in corporate control. However, the result doesn’t support that independent directors play a role in corporate control change. With respect to the firm performance in the period subsequent to the corporate control change, there exists no significant difference as compared to that of prior period. The evidence thus suggests that the replacing unqualified management may not be the primary purpose of corporate control change, or simply that the synergies take more time to show. In addition, this study also finds that firms subject to corporate control change tend to perform better if their board members hold a larger fraction of shares. This result lends itself to the proposal recently discussed by the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan Taiwan on abolition of requirement of minimal shareholding by the board members. It appears that shareholdings by the board members can have interest-alignment effect.

工資、工作配合與工作轉換之期間分析的實証研究林建志, Lin, Steve Unknown Date (has links)
本論文將勞動市場的狀態過程說明非常完整,即是勞動者的搜尋過程、工作配合過程都是詳細介紹其理論背景,以及實証的結果。由於,在勞動市場上,由於勞動者與廠商之間的訊息不完全,造成勞動者與廠商兩者之間往往無法一拍即合,而導致勞動者可能離職他就,廠商亦可能另聘高明,於是工資變動與工作異動就成為經常看到的現象。
在本文研究勞動者工作異動的情形,在理論模型上是以工作契合理論為基礎,而要討論工作契合理論的基礎則必須先知道Lippmam與MaCall(1976)所提出的工作搜尋理論。因為工作契合理論又是以工作搜尋理論為基礎,因此在理論模型上必先討論工作搜尋理論,進而討論工作契合理論。
文中研究主要藉由民國八十五年九月高希均教授與林祖嘉教授於八十四年四月至八十五年六月期間針對民國八十一年六月專上畢業生的資料,分析全体專上畢業生、女性專畢業生與男性畢業生在工資、工作契合期間與勞工離職率決定以及動態行為決定。並且我們把這些資料分為四大類基本資料:個人背景資料、工作配合資料、人力資本資料與工作特徵及其基本資料。在工資的模型方面則利用一般的最小平方法來估計,因為假設市場上的工資分配為一常態分配,是一般實証文獻常用的。就勞工的契合期間,我們運用林祖嘉(1991)的模型,本文則用在勞動者的離職率與工作契合期間的決定。我們分為四個模型,分別是:Weibull、exponential、lognormal與logistic四種分配。在勞工離職方面我們運用了Cox(1972)的比例危險率模型,Lynch(1991)首次將之運用在勞動者工作異動的決定,除此之外,我們也進一步的討論工資、工作契合期間與離職率的進一步的動態的分析。

對於零碎且結構複雜的資料來源時,社會網路分析能夠給予整體性的觀察,還能檢視個體之間的關係。目前社會網路分析研究中,因為將網路退化至簡單連結關係,所以會遺失許多珍貴的資訊。而網路規模和型態隨著研究議題的不同,也會跟著增大或趨於多變,但動態網路分析能夠提供我們檢視每個時期,網路的變化或社群的形成或消失,甚至能知道節點間的互動影響。本論文研究,以政府人事異動資料為主,並且加入了其他政府組織的相關資料,建構出政府組織的從屬網路,並在每個網路快照中,擷取出重要的官員異動;每一筆人事異動都是一個事件的發生,而特任或簡任官員在本研究中視為重要事件,從這些重要事件的發生,我們能夠對每個時間的官員,使用EventRank的演算法做排名計算。最後能從時間的變化中,觀察出每個時期的佔有重要影響力的官員。 / To fragmented and complex structure data, social network analysis (SNA) can give an overall observation, but also view the relationship between individuals. Recent research in SNA is the degradation of the network link to a simple relationship but it will lose a lot of valuable information. The size and type of network with different research topics will follow the increase or rapidly changing, dynamic network analysis can provide our view of changes in the network or community to form or disappear in every period, even know the impact of the interaction between nodes. This thesis is based on the government official changes and other related data to construct manager-subordinate network of the government organization and capture the important interactions between officials in every network snapshot. An official change is the occurrence of an event and special level official changes in this study as a critical event. From these critical events, we can use the Event Rank algorithm to rank the officials. Finally, we can observe which official has more influence from the time changes.

學校設施品質與教育成果關係之研究 / A Study on the Relationship between the Quality of School Facilities and Educational Outcomes廖文靜, Liao, Wen-Ching Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在探討學校設施品質與教育成果之關係,以臺灣區公立普通高級中學共計127所學校為研究對象,並依各縣(市)行政區的國立和縣(市)立校數比例,分層抽取74所學校作為研究樣本。
本研究的自變項為學校設施品質。依變項為教育成果,包括教師態度、教師異動行為、學生態度、學生偏差行為和學生學業成就。控制變項為學生基礎學力和社經地位。為蒐集相關資料,本研究自編「學校設施品質與師生態度問卷」,以教師為問卷填答對象,總共發出問卷888份,回收772份,回收率為86.94%。另編製「教師異動情形、學生家庭經濟狀況及學生紀律行為調查表」,以校長為調查對象,總共發出調查表74份,回收67份,回收率為90.54%。學生學業成就係以各校參加大考中心辦理之學科能力測驗平均成績的原始級分,轉換為20級參照等級作為代表。
本研究主要目的在了解臺灣區公立普通高級中學學校設施品質現況,以及學校設施品質與教師組織承諾、教師異動行為、學生學習態度、學生偏差行為和學生學業成就的關係,並試圖建立學校設施品質與教育成果關係模式。研究者使用SPSS for Windows 18.0版和LISREL 8.52版,進行描述性統計、相關分析、變異數分析和因果路徑分析等統計分析,獲得結論如下:
一、臺灣區公立普通高中的學校設施品質屬於中高程度,校際之間有落差。
二、「學校類型」、「學校轄屬」、「學生性別偏向」、「學校規模」和「學校密度」等背景變項,對於學校設施品質有所影響。「學校密度」最能反映學校設施品質。
三、學校設施品質與教師的組織承諾呈中度正相關。「舒適的教室環境」、「充足的E化設備」和「完善的建築機能」等學校設施品質因素能有效預測教師的組織承諾。
四、學校設施品質與學生的學習態度呈中度正相關。「舒適的教室環境」、「良好的設施維護」和「完善的建築機能」等學校設施品質因素,能有效預測學生的學習態度。
五、學校設施品質與學生偏差行為呈低度負相關。學校在「完善的建築機能」表現愈好,學生偏差行為就愈少。
六、學校設施品質與學生學業成就呈低度正相關,「多元的學習空間」能有效預測學生學業成就。
七、在學生學業成就上,學校設施品質對於基礎學力低的學校比基礎學力高者,有更大的正面影響力。
八、學校設施品質對於學生學業成就的影響來自間接效果,由「教師態度」、「學生態度」和「學生偏差行為」扮演中介的角色。
九、學校設施品質與教育成果關係的實證模式經驗證確立,學校背景變項影響學校設施品質,學校設施品質直接影響教師態度和學生態度,並以間接方式影響學生行為和學生學業成就。
最後,依據研究結論提出建議,供作學校設施規劃設計、教育決策者政策制定及未來研究之參考。 / The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the quality of school facilities and educational outcomes. The quality of school facilities is measured using five elements, viz. comfortable classroom, facilities maintenance, IT equipment, multiple learning spaces, and architecture functions. The population of this study was 127 public senior high schools in Taiwan, and 74 schools in the population was stratified chosen as samples.
Six major data components were used to complete this study. The first component is the quality of school facilities, the second component is the attitude of the teachers, and the third component is the attitude of the students. To obtain this information, 888 teachers were invited to complete the Assessment of School Facilities Quality and the Attitude of Teachers and Students Questionnaire, where 772 questionnaires were returned. The return rate was 86.94%. The fourth and the fifth components are the turnover rate of the teachers and demerit rate of the students of each school which were obtained from principle survey. The sixth component is the score rank from the General Scholastic Ability Test for each senior high school in Taiwan.
A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation model, were conducted to analyze the collected data. It is found that school facilities quality is related to educational outcomes. Students performed better in schools with good quality of school facilities.
The conclusions of this study can be illustrated as followed:
1. The averaged quality of school facilities is moderate-high level for public senior high schools in Taiwan; however the quality differences among schools do exist.
2. School context variables, viz. school type, school objection, student sex, school size, and school density will all affect the quality of school facilities.
3. Quality of school facilities is positively correlated to teacher organizational commitment, student learning attitude, and student academic achievement. Nonetheless, quality of school facilities is negatively correlated to student rule-violating behavior and teacher turnover rate, whereas the latter is not significant.
4. In terms of student academic achievement, quality of school facilities has more significant influence on schools with students having lower academic performance than those with higher academic performance.
5. Quality of school facilities directly affects teacher organizational commitment and student learning attitude. Meanwhile, quality of school facilities indirectly affects student academic achievement and student rule-violating behavior.
In this study, relationships between quality of school facilities and several educational outcomes were examined. Some significant results were observed and suggestions on possible adjustments were made. Hopefully these results and suggestions can be useful to school planners and related government officials for future reference.
