具自律學習機制之英語字彙學習APP對於學習成效的影響研究 / The Effects of English Vocabulary Learning APP with Self-regulated Learning Mechanism on Learning Performance

英語為目前使用的最為普遍的國際語言,英語能力已成為每個學生都需要養成的基本能力,而英語字彙的學習,更是學好英語的最重要基礎,因此如何幫助學生學好英語也就越顯重要。 隨者資訊科技日新月異的發展,透過電腦輔助語言學習已成為發展趨勢,近年來利用自律機制輔助數位學習的研究,已證實自律機制有助於提升學習成效,然而目前仍少有研究將自律學習機制應用於英語學習,特別是英語字彙學習。因此本研究所發展一「具自律學習機制支援之英語字彙學習APP」,可以讓學習者監控並提醒自己所設定的英語字彙自律學習目標,希望藉由敦促學習者達成自己所設定的自律學習目標,促進學生利用零碎時間學習,提升學習者的英語字彙學習成效。為了驗證「具自律學習機制支援之英語字彙學習APP」是否有助於提升英語字彙學習成效,本研究隨機選取國小六年級二個班級學生為研究對象,將其中一班隨機分派為採用「具自律學習機制支援之英語字彙學習APP」的實驗組,另一班為採用「無自律學習機制支援之英語字彙學習APP」的控制組,分別進行為期三週的英語字彙學習活動。實驗結果發現: (1).實驗組學習者學習成效及學習動機顯著優於控制組學習者 (2)實驗組場地相依學習者學習成效及學習動機顯著優於控制組場地相依學習者 (3).實驗組男性學習者在學習成效及學習動機均顯著優於控制組男性學習者 (4).實驗組女性學習者在學習成效及學習動機均顯著優於控制組女性學習者 (5).實驗組學習者進行自律學習後的學習成效及學習動機均顯著提升 (6).實驗組女性學習者學習成效及學習態度優於實驗組男性學習者 綜合本研究之研究結果,建議未來可以延長實驗時間,進行自律鷹架的去除,瞭解學生是否會因此養成自律學習的能力。此外根據學生的回應,希望APP中具休閒的功能,故亦可往遊戲化學習方向進行研究。 關鍵字: 自律學習(Self-regulated Learning)、學習成效(Learning Performance)、認知風格(Cognitive Style)、英語字彙學習(English Vocabulary Learning) / English is currently the commonest international language. English competence has become the basic competence of each student. English vocabulary learning is a primary basis to learn English well. How to help students learn English well therefore becomes more important. Following the changeable development of information technology, computer assisted language learning has become a development trend. Research on utilizing self-regulatory mechanisms for e-learning proved that self-regulatory mechanism could enhance learning performance. Nonetheless, there is little research on the application of self-regulatory learning mechanism to English learning, particularly to English vocabulary learning. For this reason, a “self-regulatory learning supported English vocabulary learning APP” is developed in this study, allowing learners monitoring and reminding themselves of the preset English vocabulary self-regulatory learning goal. It is expected to promote learners’ English vocabulary learning performance by urging learners to achieve the preset self-regulatory learning goal and enhance students learning with trial time. To verify that the “self-regulatory learning supported English vocabulary learning APP” could enhance English vocabulary learning performance, two classes of G6 students are randomly selected as the research subjects. A class is randomly assigned as the experiment group with the “self-regulatory learning supported English vocabulary learning APP”, and the other class is the control group without the “self-regulatory learning supported English vocabulary learning APP” for the three-week English vocabulary learning. The experiment findings show that (1) Learners in the experiment group present significantly better learning performance and learning motivation than those in the control group. (2) Site-dependent learners in the experiment group show remarkably better learning performance and learning motivation than those in the control group. (3) Male learners in the experiment group reveal notably better learning performance and learning motivation than male learners in the control group. (4) Female learners in the experiment group appear significantly beter learning performance and learning motivation than femal learners in the control group. (5) Learners in the experiment group remarkably enhance the learning performance and learning motivation after the self-regulatory learning. (6) Femal learners in the experiment group reveal better learning performance and learning attitudes than male learners in the experiment group. Summing up the research results, it is suggested that the future experiment time could be extended and the self-regulatory scaffolding could be removed to understand whether students would cultivate the self-regulatory learning ability. According to the students’ responses, it is further expected that the APP could show the function of leisure. In this case, the gamification of learning could be studied in the future. 主管與員工認知、溝通風格之相似性對員工溝通滿足、工作滿足、工作績效、與離職傾向的影響

本研究的目的在於探討:(1)主管與員工之「認知風格」與「溝通風格」的關係,(2)主管之認知或溝通風格,對員工態度與工作表現的影響,以及(3)主管與員工認知、溝通風格之相似性,對員工態度與工作表現的影響,以期增進主管與員工的溝通,進而增進組織效能。研究採「主管-員工」配對問卷調查的方式,共計有效樣本214對,其中包括主管74位,員工214位。研究結果顯示: (一)「分析型」員工確實較「直覺型」員工,在「支配性」和「好辯性」上的表現較多,至於其他向度則無顯著差異。 (二)員工工作滿足會受到不同認知風格主管的影響;主管的「注意性」和「生動性」與員工溝通、工作滿足有顯著正相關,其「開放性」與員工工作滿足有顯著正相關;主管的「支配性」和「精確性」與員工工作績效有顯著負相關;以及主管的「友善性」與員工離職傾向有顯著負相關,至於其他變項之間則無顯著相關。 (三)主管與員工認知風格一致性,與員工溝通滿足、工作滿足、 工作績效和離職傾向均未達顯著關係;主管與員工「友善性」 和「輕鬆性」溝通風格一致性,與員工工作績效具有顯著正 相關。 最後本研究進一步指出本研究之限制,與後續相關研究建議。 關鍵詞:認知風格、溝通風格、相似性、員工溝通滿足、工作滿足、工作績效、離職傾向、員工態度、工作表現

遊戲互動式擴增實境支援國小圖書館利用教育之研究 / The Study of the Game-based Interactive Learning with Augmented Reality that Enhances Elementary School Library User Education

長期以來,國小圖書館受限於經費及人力的不足,使得其功能無法充分發揮,有些學校圖書館甚至沒有規劃圖書館利用教育的課程,學生雖可到圖書館中自由閱讀,但若不具備找尋圖書的能力,常會因而無法找到自己有興趣的書籍而在廣大的書海中迷失,使圖書館的功能逐漸喪失,因此如何藉由圖書館利用教育課程教導學生找尋書本的能力也就越顯重要。 隨著電腦科技日益發達,學習教材和學習方式也變得多元化,近年來利用遊戲方式進行學習的研究有愈來愈多的趨勢,學者認為若能將遊戲融合教學,將能達到寓教於樂的教學目標。本研究透過實際開發遊戲系統的方式,嘗試以情境學習理論為發展基礎,將擴增實境互動技術應用到圖書館的學習環境上,透過「遊戲互動擴增實境圖書館利用教育學習系統」的建置,來發展創新的圖書館利用教育學習模式,並藉此系統的發展來支援國小圖書館利用教育的實施。 實驗結果顯示利用「遊戲互動擴增實境圖書館利用教育系統」進行學習,各方面成績皆有顯著的進步,且學習成效可排除授課者個人因素之影響,具有穩定的教學品質。另外,本研究所發展的系統,對於高、低分群和場地相依的學習者來說,使用本系統進行學習,其學習成效在「應用型題目」上明顯優於傳統圖書館利用教育,並且可以加強學習者學習動機。除此之外,使用本系統之教學成效不會受到個人使用電腦的熟悉度所影響,因此未來在發展和推廣本系統的同時,不需要考慮學生是否具備良好之基本電腦使用能力。 / Due to the limited budgets and human resources, most libraries in the elementary schools of Taiwan have been unable fully functioned and utilized as its role should be in school organization. Some schools do not plan and provide library utilization education for children. Although students can go to libraries enjoying readings, they are not well trained for search library collection and resources. As a result, they are usually unable to find the books they are interested and easily getting lost in enormous information environment. This study proposes the importance of library usage training as a significant program in elementary school; promoting students’ abilities of finding books they need both for school works and personal interests. With the advance in computer technology, the learning materials and learning methods have become diversified in recent years. In particular, the instruction method of game-based learning has drawn much attention in education research. Many education researchers and scholars think the integration of teaching and games will promotes students’ performances while the learning activities are also functioned as entertaining process. This study attempts to develop educational gaming system on the basis of situated learning theory, adopting the innovative augmented reality interactive technology on the library's learning environment. This study hopes students’ library knowledge of library usages could be promoted through the "Interactive Augmented Reality Games Library Education Learning System." Moreover, the study could develop innovative learning model for elementary schools in library usages as well as to support future implementation programs for elementary library usage education. Experimental results show that students have significant improvement on learning performance after using "Interactive Augmented Reality Games Library Education Learning System." The assessment also showed improvement based on the exclusion of personal factors from teachers. In addition, this system promotes better learning performance and motivation for learners of high and Low graded groups as well as the field-dependent learners in the “application questions” tasks. Moreover, the education effectiveness of this system will not be affected by personal factors such as familiarity on computers skills. Therefore, there would be less consideration on students’ computer skills needed for future adoption on this system in library usage programs.

不同多媒體合作標註對於國小學童英語字彙 / A Study on the Effects of Collaborative Multimedia Annotations on Elementary School Students’ Vocabulary Learning Performance

英語字彙的知識和能力是學好英語的關鍵因素之一,同時亦是影響閱讀流暢度的主要原因。但英語字彙教學常受限於時間及語言學習環境的限制,致使學習成效有限。隨著資訊科技的進步,許多研究著手於發展科技輔助英語字彙學習系統來輔助學習者進行英語字彙學習,希望能將英語字彙學習擴展到課程之外的時間。過去閱讀標註系統已被成功應用在提升學生的閱讀及字彙能力,然而相關的研究大都以使用文字、圖片和影片單一標註功能為主,鮮少研究探討多媒體閱讀標註對於字彙學習的研究。此外,閱讀標註部份也以教師的標註輔助學習為主,未有透過學生合作標註輔以英語字彙學習的研究。鑒於多媒體標註功能對教學的助益,本研究探討以具多媒體標註功能的數位閱讀標註系統來輔助英語字彙學習,不同多媒體標註組合對於英語字彙學習的影響差異。 據此,本研究探討在英文閱讀文本上讓國小學童採用文字及聲音(學生錄音)、圖片及聲音(學生錄音)與文字、圖片及聲音(學生錄音)等三種不同多媒體閱讀標註輔以英語字彙學習,對於兒童英語字彙學習成效、英語學習動機、學習滿意度以及記憶保留的影響差異。此外,也進一步探討採用上述三種不同多媒體閱讀標註輔以英語字彙學習,對於不同認知風格、不同英語能力及不同性別學童的英語字彙學習成效、英語學習動機、學習滿意度,以及記憶保留的影響差異,希望能發展出最有助於兒童基於多媒體閱讀標註輔以英語字彙學習的有效閱讀標註輔助學習模式。 研究結果發現:(1)採用語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註的學童在英語字彙學習的成效上,顯著優於採用語音標註搭配圖片標註的學童,而採用語音標註搭配圖片標註的學童之成效又顯著優於採用與語音標註搭配文字標註的學童;(2)採用語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註以及採用語音標註搭配圖片標註的學童在英語字彙記憶保留的成效上顯著優於採用語音標註搭配文字標註的學童;(3)採用三種不同多媒體搭配進行合作式閱讀標註的學童,其英語學習動機除了使用語音標註搭配文字標註的學童在「動機強度」向度的表現顯著優於使用語音標註搭配圖片標註的學童外,其餘向度未達顯著差異;而學習滿意度均無顯著差異;(4)採用語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註的圖像型學童,在英語字彙學習成效顯著高於採用語音標註搭配文字標註的圖像型學童;(5)採用語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註進行英語字彙學習的圖像型學童之英語字彙學習保留成效,顯著優於採用語音標註搭配文字標註的圖像型學童;(6)採用語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註的高分組學童之英語字彙學習成效,顯著高於採用語音標註搭配文字標註以及採用語音標註搭配圖片標註的高分組學童;(7)採用語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註的高分組學童之英語字彙學習保留成效,顯著優於採用語音標註搭配文字標註的高分組學童;(8)學童採用語音標註搭配文字、語音標註搭配圖片標註、語音標註搭配文字及圖片標註三種模式進行合作式閱讀標註,其英語字彙學習成效與英語字彙記憶保留程度,以及英語學習動機與學習滿意度之間具顯著相關性。最後,本研究亦提出應用多媒體標註於英語教學以及未來研究方向上的建議。 / English vocabulary knowledge and capability are the key factors in well learning English as well as the major factor in reading fluency. Nonetheless, English vocabulary teaching is often restricted to time and language learning environments to further restrict the learning achievement. With the advance of information technology, a lot of research focuses on developing technology-assisted English vocabulary learning systems to help learners’ English vocabulary learning, expecting to expand English vocabulary learning to the time beyond lessons. Past reading annotation systems were successfully applied to enhance students’ reading and vocabulary capabilities. However, most relevant research stressed on single annotation function of text, picture, and video, but seldom on multimedia reading annotation towards vocabulary learning. Moreover, reading annotation also concentrated on teacher annotation-assist learning, but not on student cooperative annotation assisted English vocabulary learning. In consideration of the assistance of multimedia annotation in teaching, a digital reading annotation system with multimedia annotation functions is utilized for English vocabulary learning to discuss the effects of different multimedia annotation combination on English vocabulary learning. Accordingly, English vocabulary learning assisted with different multimedia reading annotation of text & voice (student recording), picture & voice (student recording), and text, picture & voice (student recording) in English reading texts for elementary pupils is investigated the effects on children’s English vocabulary learning achievement, English learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and memory retention. Furthermore, the above multimedia reading annotation assisted English vocabulary learning are also discussed the effects on English vocabulary learning achievement, English learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and memory retention of pupils with different cognitive styles, English capabilities, and genders, expecting to develop the most effective reading annotation assisted learning model based on multimedia reading annotation assisted English vocabulary learning. The research findings are summarized as below. (1) Pupils applying voice annotation with text & picture annotation significantly outperform the ones with voice annotation and picture annotation on English vocabulary learning achievement, while the ones with voice annotation with picture annotation remarkably outperform those voice annotation and text annotation. (2) Pupils applying voice annotation with text & picture annotation and the ones applying voice annotation with picture annotation notably outperform the others with voice annotation and text annotation on the achievement of English vocabulary memory retention. (3) Among pupils applying different multimedia with cooperative reading annotation, the ones with voice annotation and text annotation present significantly better performance than those with voice annotation and picture annotation on Motive Strength in English learning motivation, but not on the rest dimensions. Besides, the learning satisfaction does not appear remarkable difference. (4) Pictorial pupils applying voice annotation with text & picture annotation notably present higher English vocabulary learning achievement than those pictorial pupils with text annotation. (5) Pictorial pupils applying voice annotation with text & picture annotation significantly outperform the other pictorial pupils with voice annotation and text annotation on the achievement of English vocabulary learning retention. (6) High-score pupils applying voice annotation with text & picture annotation remarkably outperform the other high-score pupils applying voice annotation with text annotation and voice annotation with picture annotation on English vocabulary learning achievement. (7) High-score pupils applying voice annotation with text & picture annotation notably outperform the other high-score pupils with voice annotation and text annotation on the achievement of English vocabulary learning retention. (8) Pupils applying different cooperative reading annotation of voice annotation with text annotation, voice annotation with picture annotation, and voice annotation with text & picture annotation show significant correlations between English vocabulary learning achievement and English vocabulary memory retention as well as English learning motivation and learning satisfaction. Finally, suggestions for applying multimedia annotation to English teaching and for future research directions are also proposed in this study.

合作式標註工具輔助網路探究式學習在資訊素養教育之成效評估研究 / The Effects of Web-based Inquiry-based Learning with Collaborative Reading Annotation Support on Information Literacy Instruction

過去研究指出因為欠缺基礎數位素養,敏銳度不足造成國內學生面對大量網路訊息時,降低了過濾資訊的能力,因此建立起資訊篩選與評估的機制,培養數位閱讀能力與資訊素養,成為近幾年來熱門的議題。本研究以「閱讀知識合作標註學習系統」結合網路探究式學習,發展「合作式標註工具輔助網路探究式學習模式」,期望能創新資訊素養教學,為學生找到有效提升資訊尋求能力的新方法。 研究採用準實驗研究法,以新北市某國小五年級兩班共50名學生為研究對象,進行「網路資訊評估與判斷」的主題合作探究學習,其中一班25名學生被隨機分派到採用「合作式標註工具輔助網路探究式學習模式」為實驗組,另一班25名學生被隨機分派到採用「討論版工具輔助網路探究式學習模式」為控制組,以先備知識及認知風格作為背景變項,探討兩種不同學習模式的學生在學習成效、認知負荷、科技接受度與學習滿意度的影響與差異。 研究結果發現,相較於「討論版工具輔助網路探究式學習模式」,採用「合作式標註工具輔助網路探究式學習模式」對於中、低先備知識者以及場地獨立型風格學生的學習成效有很大助益;不論是採用哪一種學習模式的學習者在學習中,並不會產生過大的認知負荷;而在評估科技接受度以及學習滿意度上,低先備知識的學生認為採用「合作式標註工具」比採用「討論版工具」輔助網路探究式學習的幫助更大,同時在學習滿意度也更為顯著。 最後基於研究結果,提出發揮工具的優勢發展系列推廣課程,以及延伸應用批判性思考學習對教師進行教學的建議,以及未來可深入長時間發展、探究式學習的互動歷程行為、學習遷移等相關探討與研究,希望能作為資訊素養教育推廣下,研究領域探討議題的新方向。 / The past studies have suggested that the lack of basic digital literacy and acuteness has reduced Taiwanese students’ ability to filter information when facing a vast amount of Internet information. As a result, establishing a mechanism for selecting and assessing information, as well as cultivating digital reading ability and information literacy have been the hot topics in recent years. By combing the Reading Knowledge Collaborative Annotation Tool (CAT) with the Web-based inquiry-based learning, this study has developed the “Web-based Inquiry-based Learning Model with the Collaborative Annotation Tool,” hoping to innovate the information literacy instruction and find new ways to effectively improve students’ information search capabilities. In this study, a quasi-experimental study method was adopted, and 50 fifth-graders from two classes in a certain elementary school in New Taipei City were selected as the research subjects to conduct the collaborative inquiry-based learning on the theme of “Internet Information Assessment and Judgment.” Among them, 25 students from one class were randomly assigned to the experimental group of adopting the “Web-based Inquiry-based Learning Model with the Collaborative Annotation Tool,” while 25 students from another class were randomly assigned to the control group of adopting the “Web-based Inquiry-based Learning Model with the Discussion Board Tool.” With prior knowledge and cognitive style as background variables, the influences and differences in students’ learning effectiveness, cognitive load, technology acceptance, and learning satisfaction in two different learning models were thoroughly explored. The research results found that compared to the “Web-based Inquiry-based Learning Model with the Discussion Board Tool,” the “Web-based Inquiry-based Learning Model with the Collaborative Annotation Tool” showed much higher benefits in the learning effectiveness for students with middle and low prior knowledge and with field independence. Both of these two models produce would not produce excessive cognitive load on students during the learning process. As for the assessments on technology acceptance and learning satisfaction, students with low prior knowledge considered that the Web-based Inquiry-based Learning Model with the Collaborative Annotation Tool was more helpful for them than the one with the Discussion Board Tool, and they also showed a higher significant level of learning satisfaction. Lastly, based on the research results, this study suggests that the advantages of the tool can be used to further develop a series of promotion courses, and the use of critical thinking learning can be extended to the teaching for teachers. Also, this study suggests that the long-term in-depth explorations of the interactive course behavior of inquiry-based learning, transfer of learning, and other relevant studies can be conducted in the future, hoping to provide as new directions of topics for the research field when promoting information literacy instruction.

合作式網路探究課程發展與學習成效評估研究:以圖書館利用教育為例 / The Effects of Collaborative Web-based Inquiry Science Environment (CWISE) on Library Instruction Learning Performance

本研究成果冀望對於減輕圖書教師或館員在圖書館利用教育實施上的負擔,以發展結合網路學習讓學習者自學的有效圖書館利用教育模式。據此本研究探討發展之「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」對於學習者的學習成效、網路態度、科技接受度及學習滿意度,是否優於目前普遍被採用的「網路式圖書館利用教育模式」。此外,本研究亦探討場地獨立型與場地相依型不同認知風格及高低網路自我效能學習者利用「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」進行圖書館利用教育學習,在提升學習成效、網路態度、科技接受度及學習滿意度上是否與「網路式圖書館利用教育模式」具有顯著的差異,希望據此探討這兩個背景變項對於「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」輔以圖書館利用教育實施的影響。 本研究採用準實驗研究法,隨機選取新北市某公立小學六年級二個班為研究對象,一班為實驗組,共有30人,採用「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」學習模式;一班為控制組,共有31人,採用「網路式圖書館利用教育模式」學習模式,在90分鐘共二堂課時間內,分別實施不同模式之圖書館利用教育課程。 實驗結果顯示利用「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」進行學習的實驗組學習者,在學習成效及網路態度上皆顯著優於採用「網路式圖書館利用教育模式」的控制組學習者。在學習滿意度上兩組則無顯著差異。科技接受度的「認知有用性」上,實驗組學習者顯著優於控制組學習者;但是在科技接受度的「認知易用性」方面,兩組之間則無顯著差異。另外,本研究所發展的「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」對於場地相依型和網路自我效能較低的學習者的學習成效特別具有助益。但是「合作式網路探究圖書館利用教育模式」對於學習者的網路態度,並不會因不同個人認知風格與網路自我效能而有所差異。 / The research aims to explore the influences on students' learning effectiveness and internet attitude by using inquiry-based learning skills of Collaborative Web-based Inquiry Science Environment (CWISE) library instruction. Besides, it also find out the difference of learning effectiveness, internet attitude and learning satisfaction between field-independence and field-dependence cognitive styles, as well as high and low internet self-efficacy learners when using CWISE library instruction. The study would also help to reduce the burden on teachers or librarians and to provide self inquiry-based library instruction. The quasi-experimental design is used under the restriction of education environment. Two grade 6 classes of a public elementary school in New Taipei City are chosen randomly and devided into two groups. 30 students in experimental group is proceeded with CWISE library instruction, and 31 students in control group is proceeded with web-based library instruction. Both library instruction model are taken for 90 minutes in two periods. The results show that learning outcomes from CWISE group are better than traditional web-based instruction group in all aspects. In addition, the instruction of CWISE is benefit to learning outcomes for field-dependent cognitive style and low internet self- efficacy learners. However, the students' internet attitude isn't influenced by cognitive style and internet self-efficacy after CWISE library instruction.

本研究旨在探討如何設計以建構主義為基礎的網際網路合作學習環境,以研發二次函數網際網路課程,並藉由實驗研究法分析在網際網路合作學習情境中,不同的學習型態與認知風格對於學習成效之影響,最後以質性研究法探討學生合作互動歷程之認知模式及相關影響因素,並分析學生學習二次函數易犯之錯誤類型。 本研究使用之研究方法包括學習軟體研發、實驗研究法、問卷調查法、晤談法、及內容分析法。研究者首先研發及評量「二次函數網際網路課程」,並隨機選擇國民中學二年級學生60名為研究對象,依學習型態及學生認知風格分成內控單獨組、外控單獨組、內控合作組、外控合作組、內外控混合合作組等五組進行教學實驗。俟教學實驗後進行紙筆測驗、問卷調查、及晤談,研究者並搜集學生在電子白板上的對話進行內容分析。根據研究結果分析,本研究主要之結論如下: 一、網際網路合作學習環境有助於學生學習數學二次函數概念在網際網路合作學習環境中,提供合作的視覺學習環境,協助學習者多重轉化代數表徵成為幾何表徵的動態網頁,使學習者在不同條件脈絡中進行比較、反思,以了解二次函數中代數與幾何的關係,已有具體的教學成效。 二、 在網路學習環中,不同認知風格的學生在個別學習效果上有差異存在在網際網路個別學習環境中,內控組的學習成效顯著優於外控組。即在網際網路學習環境中,採用個別學習策略,具外控取向特質的學習者,學習成效不佳;而具內控取向特質的學習者,有較佳的學習成效。 三、在網路學習環境中,不同認知風格的學生在合作學習效果上未有顯著差異存在在網際網路合作學習環境中,內控合作組、外控合作組、及內外控混合合作組的學習成效無顯著差異。研究顯示透過合作學習可提升外控取向學習者的學習成效,淡化認知風格對學習者的影響。 四、 網際網路合作學習互動歷程為個人建構、群體澄清、知識重構、群體重構的認知改變模式在網際網路合作學習互動歷程中,個人先形成自我的知識概念,並將個人建構的基模公開呈現與他人分享,當個體的認知概念間產生差異時,合作群體間即產生質疑,並提出澄清,經澄清後合作群體彼此協商,重構知識、統合意見並產生共識,即成為合作小組的認知概念。 五、 同儕模式的網際網路合作學習方式缺少高支持性鷹架結構以同儕為基礎的網際網路合作學習環境中,因學生的先備知識不足及溝通技巧的缺乏,容易產生錯誤概念的學習及習得片斷的知識。是以,針對年齡小或能力低的學習者所設計的網際網路合作學習課程,教師的參與討論與互動是必要的,以能提供學習者高支持性鷹架結構。 六、 在網際網路合作學習環境的互動歷程中,外控取向學習者佈題的行為多於內控取向學習者研究中發現外控取向學習者佈題的行為多於內控取向學習者,內控取向學習者解題的行為多於外控取向學習者。 根據研究結果,本研究提出下列建議,以供教學者、教學媒體設計者、教育行政單位、及後續研究者之參考: 一、應整合學科專家、教育專家、電腦網路程式設計師、美術專業人士以研發更符合學習者需求的網路課程。 二、宜針對學習者特性提供不同的網路教學策略,使建構的網際網路課程更符合學習者的需求。 三、在網際網路合作學習環境中,課程設計應以討論情境、分享知識、及解決問題為主,始能提升合作成效。 四、宜訂定網路界面設計標準及評鑑指標,以做為網路課程發展的依據。 五、在網際網路合作學習環境中,教師應適度參與學生的討論活動,提供鷹架支持的功能。 六、應加強國家整體網路基礎建設,使能改善網路教學品質,提高學習成效。 / The Purpose of this study is threefold. One is to explore how to design a quadratic function internet curriculum in the internet computer-based collaborative learning environment, based on constructivism. Second, learning effects of different learning styles and cognitive styles in the internet collaborative learning context are analyzed through empirical research methods. Third, the students' cognitive modes and other relative factors in the collaborative learning interaction process, as well as the students' frequent error types in learning quadratic functions, are identified and analyzed through qualitative research methods. The research methods adopted in this study include the development of learning software, empirical research methods, questionnaires, interviews, and content analysis. The researcher first developed and assessed the "internet curriculum of quadratic functions", and selected 60 second graders of a junior high school as research subjects, according to the students' learning and cognitive styles, and categorizing them into the group of internal locus of control with individual learning, the group of external locus of control with individual learning, the group of internal locus of control collaborative learning, the group of external locus of control with collaborative learning, and the group of mixing internal-external locus of control with collaborative learning to implement teaching experiments. After the experiments were finished, the research conducted a written test, questionnaire surveys, and interviews. Besides, the students' dialogue data on Bulletin Board System was collected and analyzed. Based on the analysis results of this study, the main conclusionsare as follows: 1. Internet collaborative learning environment facilitates students learning the concepts of quadratic functions. In the environment of the internet collaborative learning, interactive web pages provide visualized collaborative learning context, assist learners to transform algebraic representation into geometric representation, and give learners opportunities to compare and rethink in different conditions about the relations of algebra and geometry in quadratic functions. All of which have been proved to have concrete learning effects. 2. In the environment of the internet learning, individual learning effect differences exist among students of different cognitive learning styles. In the environment of the internet individual learning, learning effects of the external control group are better than those of the internal control group. In other words, learners with external locus of control, using individual learning strategies do not have good learning effects. However, learners with internal locus of control have better learning effects. 3. In the environment of the internet learning, there is no significant differences among students with different cognitive styles. In the environment of the internet collaborative learning, the learning effects among the group of internal locus of control collaborative learning, the group of external locus of control with collaborative learning, and the group of mixing internal-external locus of control with collaborative learning show no significant differences. This study shows collaborative learning help improve the learning effects of learners with external locus of control, and ease the impacts of cognitive styles on learners. 4. The interaction process of the internet collaborative learning is a cognitive revolution of individual construction, group clarification, knowledge reconstruction, and group reconstruction. In the interaction process of the internet collaborative learning, individuals form self knowledge concepts, and shares their self-constructed sckema with other people. When individual cognitive differences occur, there will be questioning, clarifying, negotiating, reconstructing the knowledge, integratingopinions, and reaching common agreements, which will become the cognitive concepts of the collaborative group. 5. Peer collaborative learning on the internet lacks highly-supportive scaffolding structures. In the context of peer collaborative internet learning, it is easy for students to learn incorrect concepts and incomplete knowledge content, owning to their insufficient prior knowledge and communication skills. Therefore, in designing the internet collaborative learning curriculum for young or incompetent learners, it is a must to involve the teachers to join the discussion and interaction, in order to provide learners highly-supportive scaffolding structures. 6. In the interaction process of the internet collaborative learning, learners with external locus of control have more problem posing behaviors than those with internal locus of control. The study finds that learners with external locus of control have more problem posing behaviors than those with internal locus of control. On the other hand, learners with internal locus of control have more problem solving behaviors than those with external locus of control. Based on the research results, this study proposes the following suggestion for the reference of teachers, educational media designers, education admonitions, and future researchers: 1. Discipline experts, education experts, internet engineers, computer programmers, art designers should cooperate to develop the internet curricula which meet learners' needs more perfectly. 2. Different internet teaching strategies should be provided based on learners' characteristics, in order to make the constructed internet curricula meet learners' needs more perfectly. 3. In the environment of internet collaborative learning, syllabus design should be mainly on discussing situations, sharing knowledge, and solving problems, in order to facilitate collaboration effects. 4. It is better to set the internet interface design standards and evaluation indexes to provide a basis for the internet curricular development. 5. In the environment of the internet collaborative learning, teachers should attend students' discussions when needed, functioning as scaffolding support. 6. National Information Infrastructure should be improved to have higher internet learning quality and thus to enhance learning effects.
