This Diploma Thesis describes in individually chosen themas in which way the Communist regime tried through its power to influence the life of Church via the Church secretary. On the chosed topics the thesis shows how the state at the beginning of totality worked out the legal conditions for the Church restrictions during the monitored years 1949-1960; and besides it shows this power to be used activaly by the Church secretaries on the district level. Individually the life in the vicary as well as other spiritual persons and buildings belonging to Church and their fates were monitored. The Thesis outlines the issues of the state getting involved in the life of Church, vicary and parish including all people in both sides of barrier.

The topic of the thesis are so-called "new ecclesiastical laws" accepted in 1949, that had served as one of the power tools for the oppression of the Churches and the control over the society. Within the chapters in sequence I deal with the description and genesis of these new ecclesiastical laws, received by Czechoslovak communist regime in 1949 and their importance not only for the confessional law of the following period until now. In this context I ask the question what are the extent effects not only for the life of the Churches, esp. the Catholic Church, but also for the mentality of the contemporary Czech society in relationship with the Church. This thesis is concerned with three spheres that are necessarily interconnected: First, the legislation of these laws themselves, second, the social reception of the Church interlinked with these laws, and third sphere is also the projection of these laws into the political rhetoric nowadays. The goal of the thesis is to reveal the deep interconnection and dynamics of the three spheres given, and explore how the way they were manifested in the past, and have consequently been manifested until these days. Divisé en trois chapitres, à la jonction de la poétique et de l'éthique de la communication littéraire, ce mémoire propose que les écrivains, avant d'être écrivains, sont d'abord des lecteurs en puissance. Exclusivement consacrée au romancier français Philippe Djian (1949-), l'analyse vise, dans le premier chapitre, à dégager et à décrire les pratiques de lecture propres à cet écrivain, telles qu'il les présente dans ses entretiens et dans un essai en hommage à ses modèles littéraires, intitulé Ardoise . Il en ressort une poétique djianesque de la lecture , comprise comme une réponse aux questions que lit-on? comment lit-on? pourquoi lit-on? , comme une manière de lire, de vivre, et ultimement, d'écrire. Le deuxième chapitre se penche sur la façon dont le principe générateur qu'est la lecture, de même que la tribu invisible formée des modèles de Djian, s'inscrivent et agissent dans l'oeuvre romanesque, à travers, d'une part, cinq figures du lecteur fictif, et d'autre part, l'élaboration d'un rapport entre un texte et un lecteur, idéal ou réel. Le troisième chapitre aborde l' éthique djianesque de l'écriture (générosité, colère, sens de la dérision, foi et style), issue de la poétique de la lecture, et pose la question de savoir comment Djian parvient à se distinguer de ses modèles, en dépit de la prégnance avec laquelle ceux-ci ont marqué tant son existence que sa démarche d'écriture. Ce chapitre tente également d'expliquer la dynamique émotionnelle et l'énergie communicative qui nourrissent, pendant un temps, l'oeuvre de Djian, et qui favorisent, selon l'argumentation développée dans le mémoire, l'adhésion des lecteurs.

在一九四九年初，由於國民政府政治軍事情勢的惡化，使得美國對國府採取袖手政策 ，直到韓戰爆發，美國的政策方有所改變。本篇論文就以時間的先後對美國袖手政策 的始末做一詳細探討。第一部是從 蔣公引退至白皮書的發表，其中將就美國對國共 和談、對華軍經援助、以及美國與中共的接觸做一說明。第二部份則是從白皮書的發 展至中國大陸的淪陷，美國發表白皮書之動機、對中共外交承認及國府遷台的問題將 是討論之主題。第三部份則是從中國大陸淪陷後至韓戰爆發前夕，分析重點則以聯合 國中國代表權及台灣地位的問題，最後則就麥卡錫主義之興起及其對華政策的影響做 一討論。

本論文共分五章十二節。第一章論中、共蘇聯對外政策的本質，其主要內容為共黨外 交的理論基礎及「中」蘇對外政策的基本原則和其演變。第二章論「中」蘇關係與中 國東北地區戰略價值的關聯性，其主要內容為「中」蘇關係的演變和衝突因素、中國 東北的戰略價值及「中」蘇對中國東北的戰略目標。第三章論「中」蘇在中國東北的 軍事關係，其主要內容為蘇聯佔領東北與在軍事上援助中共、「中」蘇軍事同盟與衝 突關係及在東北的軍事對峙狀況。第四章論「中」蘇在東北地區的邊界關係，其主要 內容為「中」蘇邊界問題的起源、邊境衝突在「中」蘇關係中的角色及邊談判的經過 與展望。第五章結論的內容為中共的東北地區政策和蘇聯的遠東地區政策的檢討。

本論文旨在探討自一九四九年秋，中共建立政權以來的卅多年，對新疆地區所進行的 移民工作及其有關問題的探討。本論文採史學方法對中共移民新疆之過＝程，加以縱 的探討，以綜合、分析、歸納、比較、演繹等社會科學方法、並以社會學的觀點，探 討中共移民新疆之目的與影響。在態度上，儘量克服個人主觀意識與價值判斷，期以 公正、客觀、實是求是的精神，發掘問題，分析問題。 第一章 緒論 第二章 中共移民新疆之目的與實踐 第三章 中共移民新疆之過程演變 第四章 移民在新疆開墾與建設 第五章 中共移民新疆問題之檢討 第六章 結論

El cuerpo se ha configurado como uno de los elementos centrales en torno a los cuales se articula la obra de Diamela Eltit, aspecto que ha llamado fuertemente la atención de la crítica y de sus lectores en la medida que se formula como acto de transgresión que pone en cuestionamiento las regulaciones y concepciones socialmente establecidas en torno al cuerpo. La puesta en escena de prácticas que pervierten y transgreden la sexualidad normativa como el incesto, el sadomasoquismo, la violación, entre otros, se constituyen como motivos recurrente en la obra de Eltitla cual exige un análisis que considere estas manifestaciones en términos tanto estéticos como políticos. Los estudios de género y los estudios culturales han sido la principal corriente crítica que ha dado cuenta de este aspecto de la obra de Eltit, comprendiendo la perversión y transgresión sexual expuesta en sus obras como práctica que busca decontruir los roles y oposiciones genéricas poniendo en crisis el pensamiento falologocéntrico que los fundamenta. Lecturas que si bien me parecen adecuadas para la comprensión de la obra de Diamela Eltit, no toman en consideración la cosmovisión neobarroca desplegada en ella y que plantea nuevas problemáticas a partir de las cuales es necesario analizar estos aspectos de su obra. Es así que la presente investigación se centrará en el análisis del incesto y su relación con el conflicto en torno al origen presente en las novelas de Eltit, el cual se constituye como uno de los motivos centrales del neobarroco latinoamericano. Considerando la limitada extensión de esta tesina –extensión de carácter tanto temporal como espacial- he decidido dedicarme unicamente al estudio de El cuarto mundo (1988) en la medida que dentro de esta novela las dos problemáticas antes mencionadas se desarrollan en estrecha y compleja vinculación. El análisis se centrará en la relación de los dos hermanos mellizos protagonistas de la narración, tomando en consideración, cuando sea necesario, sus relaciones con otros personajes de la novela, asi como también estableciendo comparaciones con otras novelas de la misma autora en las cuales estas temáticas se desarrollan.
