Vers le développement d'un système interactif et collaboratif de réalité augmentée géospatiale pour des applications en design urbain

Au fil des années, la nécessité de tirer profit de données géospatiales, dans tous domaines d’application, a été bien établie et les innovations dans l’utilisation de ces données ne se dénombrent plus. Cependant, les outils géomatiques traditionnels utilisés afin d’exploiter ces données, malgré leur évolution technologique remarquable des dernières années, comportent des lacunes au niveau de la visualisation, de l’interaction et de leur capacité de collaboration qui peuvent limiter la compréhension de l’espace par un public utilisateur non-expert. Pour répondre à ces limites, la technologie de réalité augmentée offre des possibilités intéressantes en ce qui a trait à la visualisation et l’interaction avec les données géospatiales 3D. Malgré les récentes avancées technologiques dans ce domaine, ce type d’application demeure peu exploré, particulièrement en contexte géospatial, ce qui fait en sorte que le développement de systèmes de réalité augmentée reste un processus laborieux et expérimental. Considérant ceci, nous proposons une étude établissant les bases du développement de systèmes interactifs et collaboratifs de réalité augmentée géospatial. Pour cette étude, nous avons choisi de retenir le contexte d’application du design et de l’aménagement urbain, un domaine dans lequel l’interaction et la visualisation de l’espace jouent un rôle central. La première partie de ce travail présente les résultats de la recherche conceptuelle et littéraire menée préalablement au développement de notre prototype. La deuxième partie présente le prototype développé en suivant la méthodologie Unified Process pour le développement logiciel ainsi que les résultats de la phase d’expérimentation du prototype menée par la suite. À la lumière des travaux réalisés, il nous est apparu évident que la réalité augmentée présente un potentiel très intéressant pour répondre aux limites des outils traditionnels mais que la réalisation d’une solution complète nécessiterait l’intervention d’une quantité de ressources qui dépasse le cadre d’un travail de maitrise. / Over the years, the usefulness of geospatial data, in any given field, has been well established and countless innovations in the usage of such data have appeared. However, traditional geomatic tools used for the exploitation of data, despite their remarkable technological evolution in recent years, still contain certain limits concerning 3D visualization, interaction and their collaboration capacity that can limit spatial comprehension by a public of non-expert users. To overcome these limits, augmented reality technologies demonstrate interesting possibilities regarding the interaction and visualization of 3D geospatial data. In spite of the recent technological advances, these types of applications remain poorly explored, especially in geospatial contexts. Consequently, the development of geospatial augmented reality systems remains a laborious and experimental process. Considering this, we propose a study to establish the basis for the development of geospatial interactive and collaborative augmented reality systems. We have chosen to inscribe this study in the urban design and planning context, a domain of application for which the interaction and visualization of space plays a central role. The first part of this study presents the results of our literary and conceptual research, undertaken prior to the development of our prototype. The second part presents the prototype developed following the Unified Process methodology for software development as well as the results of the prototype experimentation step conducted afterwards. This research project completed, it appears obvious to us that augmented reality presents an interesting potential to overcome the limits of traditional geomatic tools. However, the realization of a complete solution would require the intervention of a larger pool of resources that are unavailable in the scope of a master’s project.

Title: New trends in European Football - analysis of elaborate attack Objectives: The main objektive of this thesis is to explore current trends in modern football. Based on the monitoring of leading European players and football teams, in our case its Switzerlandand and Spain, we would like to analyze offensive system of elaborate attack in chosen matches. Based on the data to evaluate the success of elaborate attack, as it stands in comparison with other offensive systems, as it is used in the individual matches, which puts demands on team and individual players requirements. Then, on the base of following models, evaluate individual situations that lead to a successful overcome of defensive players, and use those data to draw conclusions in the training process for training practice. Methods: This work uses the method of indirect observation in particular matches, that I had available, thanks to the video. The elaborate attack will be monitored in several categories and will be carefully analyzed in qualitative and quantitative terms. Based on these analyzes are developed exercises that can be used in the training process. Starting from this premise, the present research sought to validate a model for the evaluation of the satisfaction of the students of Industrial Engineering courses of Private Higher Education Institutions. It was used as an instrument of the research the Student Questionnaire of the Enade 2011, resulting in a total number of valid interviews of 1790. The Student Questionnaire questions were grouped according to the model of Paswan and Young (2002) and Vieira, Milach and Huppes (2008) for general satisfaction survey on undergraduates, used the following constructs: Involvement of Teacher, Student Interest, Demands of the Course, Course Organization and Overall Satisfaction. In addition, was added a new construct in this research, Infrastructure. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were used as methods for evaluation of notes given by students the variables that compose the satisfaction in relation to the service provided by the educational institution. The software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) e and its module AMOS® supported the analysis of the data. Eight hypotheses were established initially, three of them were accepted. These assumptions have indicated that the construct Involvement of Teacher is fundamental to achieve the overall satisfaction of the student. / Averiguar a satisfação de alunos quanto ao curso é essencial para as instituições de educação, pois proporciona uma reflexão sobre os métodos didáticos empregados, bem como fornece subsídios para a melhoria da qualidade do ensino dos cursos oferecidos pela instituição. Partindo dessa premissa, a presente pesquisa buscou validar um modelo para avaliação da satisfação dos alunos dos cursos de Engenharia de Produção de Instituições de Ensino Superior Privadas. Foi utilizado como instrumento de pesquisa o Questionário do Estudante do Enade 2011, resultando em um número total de entrevistas válidas de 1790. As perguntas do Questionário do Estudante foram agrupadas segundo o modelo de Paswan e Young (2002) e Vieira, Milach e Huppes (2008) para pesquisa sobre satisfação geral em alunos de graduação, utilizados os seguintes construtos: Envolvimento do Professor, Interesse do Estudante, Demandas do Curso, Organização do Curso e Satisfação Geral. Além disso, foi acrescentado um novo construto nesta pesquisa, Infraestrutura. A Análise Fatorial Confirmatória e a Modelagem de Equações Estruturais foram utilizadas como métodos para avaliação das notas dadas pelos alunos às variáveis que compõem a satisfação em relação ao serviço prestado pela instituição de ensino. Since 2003, with the AKP (Justice and Development Party) coming to power, the country has stood out even more. On the one hand, its political model gained prominence due to the fact that an Islamic-rooted party began to cohabit secular bureaucratic institutions, accepting democratic rules and achieving high rates of economic growth. On the other hand, the new government began a rapprochement with the Middle East through the doctrine of "Zero Problems with Neighbors" - a region that for years was little explored by the traditional Turkish elites. However, with the start of the Arab uprisings and the outbreak of the conflict in Syria in 2011, Turkey again underwent an inflection in its foreign policy. The Turkish government adopted an assertive stance, assuming a position of great influence among both the Syrian conflict and the new Islamic political movements in the region. Given this context, this dissertation has as its research question the following: why Turkey changed its foreign policy in 2011, how has it been oriented since then and what aims has it sought. We will try to argue that this inflection in 2011 occurred due to two external shocks: the Arab revolts and a new US stance towards the Middle East; nonetheless, such new stance was only possible due to AKP’s domestic reforms. In addition, we will point out that in 2011 the Turkish government adopted a more assertive foreign policy, which aimed to place the country as a new regional leader through an emphasis on its political model. Finally, we will demonstrate that, over time, due to the radicalization of the Syrian war, Turkey again changed its foreign policy in 2015, also due to new external shocks, namely the achievement of Kurdish autonomy in Syria and the rise of the Islamic State. Since then, in a scenario of greater external constraints, the Turkish government would start to pay more attention to security issues, prioritizing problems arising from Syria, especially those related to the Kurdish issue / A Turquia, localizada em um ponto estratégico entre a Europa e o Oriente Médio, historicamente um sido um ator relevante no cenário internacional. Desde 2003, com o advento ao poder do AKP (Partido da Justiça e Desenvolvimento), o país se destacou ainda mais. Por um lado, ganhou destaque seu modelo político devido ao fato de um partido de raízes islâmicas passar a coabitar instituições burocráticas seculares, aceitando as regras democráticas e conquistando altas taxas de crescimento econômico. Por outro, o novo governo iniciou uma reaproximação com o Oriente Médio através da doutrina de “Zero Problemas com Vizinhos” – região essa que há anos era pouco explorada pelas elites turcas tradicionais. Entretanto, com o início das revoltas árabes e a eclosão do conflito na Síria a partir de 2011, a Turquia novamente passou por uma inflexão em sua política externa. O governo turco passou a adotar uma postura assertiva, assumindo uma posição de grande influência tanto no conflito sírio quanto junto aos novos movimentos políticos islâmicos na região. Diante desse contexto, essa dissertação tem como pergunta de investigação por que a Turquia alterou sua política externa a partir de 2011, como foi orientada desde então e que fins buscou. Procuraremos argumentar que essa inflexão em 2011 ocorreu devido a dois choques externos: as revoltas árabes e uma nova postura dos EUA para o Oriente Médio, mas que a nova postura só foi possível devido às reformas domésticas realizadas pelo AKP. Além disso, apontaremos que, em 2011, o governo turco passou a ter uma política externa mais assertiva, objetivando colocar o país como uma espécie de liderança regional usando-se de seu modelo político. Por fim, demonstraremos que, com o passar do tempo e a radicalização da guerra na Síria, em 2015 novamente a Turquia modificou sua política externa, também devido a novos choques externos, quais sejam a autonomia curda na Síria e o surgimento do Estado Islâmico. Desde então, em um cenário de maior constrangimento e limitações externas, o governo turco passaria a enfatizar questões securitárias, priorizando problemas advindos da Síria, sobretudo aqueles ligados à questão curda

Gestion des risques appliquée aux systèmes d’information distribués / Risk management to distributed information systems

Dans cette thèse nous abordons la gestion des risques appliquée aux systèmes d’information distribués. Nous traitons des problèmes d’interopérabilité et de sécurisation des échanges dans les systèmes DRM et nous proposons la mise en place de ce système pour l’entreprise: il doit nous permettre de distribuer des contenus auto-protégés. Ensuite nous présentons la participation à la création d’une entreprise innovante qui met en avant la sécurité de l’information, avec en particulier la gestion des risques au travers de la norme ISO/IEC 27005:2011. Nous présentons les risques liés à l’utilisation de services avec un accent tout particulier sur les risques autres que les risques technologiques; nous abordons les risques inhérents au cloud (défaillance d’un provider, etc...) mais également les aspects plus sournois d’espionnage et d’intrusion dans les données personnelles (Affaire PRISM en juin 2013). Dans la dernière partie nous présentons un concept de DRM d’Entreprise qui utilise les métadonnées pour déployer des contextes dans les modèles de contrôle d’usage. Nous proposons une ébauche de formalisation des métadonnées nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de la politique de sécurité et nous garantissons le respect de la réglementation et de la loi en vigueur. / In this thesis we discuss the application of risk management to distributed information systems. We handle problems of interoperability and securisation of the exchanges within DRM systems and we propose the implementation of this system for the company: it needs to permit the distribution of self-protected contents. We then present the (our) participation in the creation of an innovative company which emphasizes on the security of information, in particular the management of risks through the ISO/IEC 27005:2011 standard. We present risks related to the use of services, highlighting in particular the ones which are not technological: we approach inheritent risks in clouds (provider failure, etc ...) but also the more insidious aspects of espionage and intrusion in personal data (Case PRISM in June 2013). In the last section, we present a concept of a DRM company which uses metadata to deploy settings in usage control models. We propose a draft formalization of metadata necessary for the implementation of a security policy and guarantee respect of regulations and legislation.

This thesis deals with designing of reality during the Ice Hockey World Championship 2011 in Bratislava, for which Robert Zaruba devised a unique project built on the myth of friendship and cohesion of the Czechs and the Slovaks.The theoretical basis of this work is the social construction of reality, according to which the reality in our minds is shaped by society. In the analysis of the structure of the broadcast channel CT 4, I am trying to find out how much does ice hockey push on viewer's mind and what is the amount of the Czech Republic and Slovakia national teams involvement. As a means of construction and reconstruction of the fictional world, the world created by its author, narrative is applied. The narratives typical for the structure of the CT4 are descibed in the next part in order to find a narrative that could serve as a template for the narrative of the championship. The final form of the narrative is shaped both by the narrator (presenter,commentator), who verbally describes what is happening and also the director whois responsible for the visual composition of the story. Bedömning för lärande i dans : En studie om danslärares bedömningsarbete i dans inom gymnasieskolan / Assessment for learning in dance : A study of teachers assessment in dance in upper secondary school

Syftet med denna studie är att få kunskap om hur sex danslärare uppfattar sitt arbete med bedömning i dans i gymnasieskolan, inom de nya ämnes-och kursplanerna från 2011. Studien avser också undersöka hur danslärarna går tillväga under feedbacksamtal i dansämnet. Mitt syfte för studien grundar sig i att jag själv har ett starkt intresse för bedömning och hur jag kan utveckla olika bedömningsmetoder. De metoder jag har använt mig av i studien är tre kvalitativa intervjuer, samt tre intervjuer via mail. Intervjupersonerna har valts på grunderna att de undervisar elever inom det estetiska programmet inriktning dans, samt att de undervisar elever enligt de nya ämnes-och kursplanerna. Resultatet visar att samtliga danslärare anser att ämnes-och kursplanerna styr deras bedömningsarbete, men även deras undervisningsplanering av kurser och lektioner. Alla lärare uppfattar att de nya ämnes-och kursplanerna från 2011 är tydliga. Resultatet visar också att danslärarna arbetar med formativ bedömning (bedömning för lärande) under läsåret och summativt inför betygsättning, då de tittar på allt insamlat material. En svårighet som alla lärarna uppger, är att få tiden att räcka till allt arbete som bedömning omfattar. På feedbacksamtal arbetar danslärarna formativt och vill både säga något om hur eleverna ligger till men också hur de ska arbeta vidare. Förutom omdöme och betyg på feedbacksamtal, vill alla lärare i undersökningen, även lyfta och stärka elevernas självförtroende och förmedla deras positiva utveckling. / The aim of this study is to gain knowledge of how six dance teachers view their work regarding assessment in Dance, in upper secondary school, within the new subject-and course syllabus from 2011. The study also aims to find out how the dance teachers go about in the feedback development dialogue in dance. The aim of the study is based upon my interest of assessment and how I further can find and develop different methods of assessment. The methods of the study are based on three qualitative interviews, as well as three interviews via e-mail. The interviewees have been chosen to participate in the study due to their students who major the Esthetic Programme, orientation Dance. The interviewees have also been chosen due to teaching within the new subject-and course syllabus. The result of the study demonstrate that the dance teachers find that the subject-and course syllabus is steering all of their work with assessment, as well as planning of courses and lessons. They also perceive the new subject-and course syllabus as very explicit. The result also shows that the dance teachers use formative assessment (assessment for learning) during the academic year. Summative assessment is used before grading, when they assess the students’ development and achievements. All teachers perceive one difficulty with assessment. They account for a shortage of time when it comes to assessing all elements of each course. During the feedback development dialogue in dance, the teachers are communicating in a formative way and present the students’ current position in the learning process, and how to reach further. In addition to rating and grading in the feedback development dialogue, all the teachers want to reinforce and strengthen the self-confidence of their students and also emphasize the students’ positive development.

EU-stadgans tillämplighet på skattetillägg och skattebrott : En fråga om rättssäkerhet? / The EU Charters's applicability on tax surcharge and taxcrime  : A question of legal certainty?

Sammanfattning Uppsatsen behandlar EU-stadgans tillämplighet på det svenska dubbelförfarandet, påförande av skattetillägg och utdömande av straffrättsliga påföljder vid oriktig uppgift. Framställningen baseras på gällande lagtext vid 1 december 2011, men hänsyn har även tagits till lagförslaget avseende den nya skatteförfarandelagen, SFL, som avses träda i kraft den 1 januari 2012.  Besvarandet av syftet sker ur ett svenskt perspektiv med beaktande av rättssäkerheten för den enskilde. Det klargörs att EU-stadgans ställning innebär att den skall ha företräde framför motstridig nationell rätt. Vidare kan kravet på klart stöd som HD har uppställt för att underkänna det svenska dubbelförfarandet med stöd av Europakonventionen, inte upprätthållas vid EU-stadgans tillämpning. Ett sådant krav skulle strida mot rättssäkerhetskravet på en bestämd rättskällehierarki, och därmed inte tillförsäkra den enskildes rättssäkerhet. Kravet på likabehandling vid rättstillämpningen för att tillförsäkra den enskildes rättssäkerhet innebär dock inte att det föreligger ett krav på EU-stadgans tillämpning i alla mål avseende det svenska dubbelförfarandet vid oriktig uppgift. Detta eftersom det inte finns anledning att anta att HD eller HFD gör en annan bedömning än den HD nyligen har gjort i NJA 2011 s. 444, trots de konkreta unionsrättsliga anknytningarna i målet. Slutligen klargör uppsatsen även att det emellertid finns skäl att anta att EU-domstolen skulle kunna komma att göra en annan bedömning än HD. Mot bakgrund av EU-domstolens uttalande i praxis om medlemstaternas skyldighet att även inom området för direkt beskattning iaktta unionsrätten vid utförande av olika sanktioner, samt medlemsstaternas lojalitetsplikt, anförs det att artikel 50 i EU-stadgan därför bör tillämpas på det svenska dubbelförfarandet vid oriktig uppgift. Likväl föreligger det inget krav på EU-stadgans tillämpning på det svenska dubbelförandet, med hänsyn till den enskildes rättsäkerhet, ur ett svenskt perspektiv. / Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the EU Charter’s applicability on the Swedish double parallel system regarding tax crime and tax surcharge, from a Swedish viewpoint, with consideration for the individual’s requirement for legal certainty. The thesis is based on current law as of the 1st of December 2011, however due account is taken to the new law proposal for the Swedish Tax Assessment/Payment Act, which is expected to be in force on the 1st of January 2012. Also, the thesis clarifies the EU Charter’s supremacy over national law. Furthermore, it is shown that the Swedish Supreme Court’s (HD) requirement for “clear support” in the European Convention to bypass national Swedish law cannot be upheld in respect to the EU Charter, as this would conflict with the requirement for a set legal hierarchy to fulfill the individual’s adequate legal certainty. The Swedish Supreme Court has found that the EU Charter can not be applied to the Swedish double punishment system, regardless of concrete facts in the case being related to EU-law. However, the condition of equal treatment with regards to legal certainty does not result in an absolute requirement for the EU Charter’s applicability on the Swedish system, as there is no evidence that the Swedish Supreme Court will change its assessment of the matter at hand. Nevertheless, it is argued that there is ample reason to believe that the Court of Justice would make a different assessment of the issue, considering the Court’s previous statements with respect to the member states responsibility to regard EU Law even within the field of direct taxation. Therefore, the thesis concludes that although there can be no absolute requirement to apply the EU Charter to the Swedish system, with regards to legal certainty, the EU Charter should nonetheless be applicable.

Disertacijoje yra analizuojami šiuolaikiniai visuomenės įtikinėjimo procesai ir teigiama, kad šiuolaikinės informacinės kampanijos, orientuotos į pozityvių pokyčių skatinimą visuomenėse, neturi siekti konstruoti tvirtų identitetų ir nekintančių socialinių nuostatų, nes tokio pobūdžio įtikinėjimas yra susijęs su masių visuomenei būdingais informacijos vartojimo būdais ir nebeatitinka šiandieninio mobilaus, atviro pokyčiams individo poreikių. Disertacijoje siekiama įrodyti, kad šiuolaikinės pozityviojo visuomenės įtikinėjimo kampanijos turi būti paremtos silpnuoju tinkliniu įtikinėjimu; darbe toks įtikinėjimo būdas yra konceptualizuojamas, pasiūlomas tinklinio silpnojo visuomenės įtikinėjimo modelis ir aprašomas jo veikimas. Šis modelis pristatomas kaip praktinis ir analitinis instrumentas, galintis padėti organizuoti komunikacines pozityvių socialinių pokyčių programas bei jas tirti. Teorinės ir metodologinės disertacijos idėjos yra patikrinamos atliekant 2011 m. Lietuvoje vykusio savanoriškos veiklos populiarinimo, susieto su tuo metu visoje Europos Sąjungoje vykusiais Europos savanoriškos veiklos metais, analizę, savanorystės idėjų sklaidą šalyje vertinant kaip pozityvių visuomenės pokyčių skatinimo programą. Remiantis kritinės diskurso analizės ir socialinio tinklo analizės tyrimo technikomis, yra įvertinama savanoriškos veiklos populiarinimo akcijų turinys bei organizacinės jų kūrimo formos tinklinio silpnojo visuomenės įtikinėjimo modelio požiūriu. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Contemporary society persuasion processes are analysed in the Dissertation and it is stated that the contemporary informational campaigns, oriented towards the encouragement of positive processes within societies, should not seek for the construction of solid identities and not changing social provisions, because the persuasion of such type is linked with ways of the information consumption, characteristic to society of masses and does not correspond to contemporary needs of the mobile individual, open for changes. It is strived to prove in the Dissertation that contemporary campaigns of the positive society persuasion should be based on the soft networked persuasion; such way of persuasion in the Work is conceptualised; the model of the soft networked society persuasion is presented and its operation is described. This model is introduced as the practical and analytical instrument able to help organising the communicative programmes of positive social changes as well as to analyse them. Theoretical and methodological ideas of Dissertation are verified by implementing analysis of the voluntary activity promotion that took place in Lithuania in 2011, linked with the Year of European Voluntary Activities Promoting of the European Union, assessing the spread of ideas of volunteering in the country as the programme for promoting positive changes within the society.
