This work is concerned with The Spiritual Teachings of St. Dorotheos of Gaza and also with Palestine monasticism of the 6th century, about the life of St. Dorotheos and his teachers and it explains his teachings and its influence in the following centuries. This work deals with the Orthodox Christian Spirituality and it presents its results using historical and hermeneutical method. St. Dorotheos belongs to the Fathers of the Desert. He lived in the sixth century and with his spiritual instructions proved himself to be a personality of exceptional greatness for all ages. He used in his works the Septuagint, Apophthegmata Patrum and The Fathers of the Church and Greek philosophers, and so on. O estudo partiu da constatação de que graças à atriz, as duas metades do imaginário feminino pirandelliano, a mãe santa e a prostituta, passam a conviver em uma mesma imagem de mulher, para chegar até a imagem da vamp virtuosa: uma criatura eroticamente fascinante, mas sexualmente inacessível. Percorrendo a argumentação crítica atual, constatou-se que a produção tardia do escritor é o resultado de um violento intercâmbio, de uma forte influência mútua entre estímulos biográficos e resultado artístico. Tendo isto em vista, buscou-se reconstruir, por meio da crônica e da crítica teatral da época, o estilo da performer Marta Abba, e sua definição como atriz pirandelliana. Tomando como base as propostas teóricas do assim denominado Teatro Novo, suas relações com o idealismo das primeiras vanguardas, e, principalmente, confrontando o epistolário Pirandello-Abba com a sua produção teatral, justifica-se a perspectiva autobiográfica presente no teatro de Pirandello do último período. Ao escrever para a atriz, o dramaturgo não poderia deixar de ter em mente a qualidade interpretativa de sua musa inspiradora, esta excepcional intérprete que foi a co-autora do novo perfil feminino desenvolvido pelo autor e, por outro lado, ao individualizar em Marta Abba as criaturas que ele já havia imaginado anteriormente, Pirandello se vê sob o signo de uma ¿predestinação¿: a atração física do Maestro por sua intérprete, ¿filha de sua arte¿, recupera um antigo fantasma, o tema tabu da escritura pirandelliana: o ¿fascínio paterno¿, incestuoso. Pirandello constrói assim um personagem feminino plural e ambíguo, em consonância com os maiores ícones do cinema dos anos trinta, Greta Garbo e Marlene Dietrich, capaz de absorver o estilo ¿camaleônico¿ e contraditório de interpretar de Marta Abba, ao mesmo tempo em que é capaz de traduzir e incorporar seu próprio tormento interior. / Abstract: This thesis presents an analysis of the plays of Luigi Pirandello in the final ten years of his life (1926-1936), especially the dramas written for actress Marta Abba, consistent with the state-of-art research on the playwright. Our starting point was the verification that, thanks to the actress, the two halves of Pirandellian feminine imagination - the holy mother and the prostitute ¿ came to cohabitate in the same female image, that of the virtuous vamp: an erotically enchanted creature, although sexually unattainable. Reviewing the current criticism, we verified that the writer's late production is the result of a violent interaction and mutual influence between biographic stimulus and artistic concerns.On this basis, we reconstruct, via the chronicle and theatrical criticism of the period, the performer Marta Abba's style and her definition as the Pirandellian actress par excellence. Having as foundation the theoretical propositions of the so-called New Theater, its relationships to the utopianism of the early avant-gardes, and opposing the correspondence between Pirandello and Abba with his own theatrical productions, we believe that the presence of anautobiographical perspective in the last period of Pirandello's theatre is justified. When writing for the actress, the playwright certainly had the interpretation of his inspiring muse in mind, the exceptionally talented Marta Abba as the co-author of the new feminine profile developed by the author. On the other hand, by individualizing in Marta Abba all the female creatures, the playwright sees himself under a sign of predestination: Marta's attractive power over the Master, "his art's daughter", recovers an old phantom, the taboo-theme of Pirandello writing: the incestuous, fatherly fascination. I takt med att kundanpassning och flexibilitet har ökat har det blivit allt dyrare och näst intill omöjligt att hålla lager som kan tillgodose kundernas behov. Att styra sitt lager så att det motsvarar efterfrågan har nästan varit en omöjlighet. En lösning på lagerstyrningsproblematiken är Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) som innebär ett tätare samarbete mellan kund och leverantör. Kunden tillhandahåller information om lager och efterfrågan och leverantören tar över ansvaret för att varorna i kundens lager inte ska ta slut. Litteraturen kring VMI tar upp många positiva effekter som kommer att inträffa vid ett VMI-samarbete. Dock är det skralt med empiriska undersökningar beträffande effekterna av införandet av ett VMI-samarbete.</p><p> Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka ett VMI-samarbete mellan en leverantör och en kund för att se om det finns empiriskt stöd för de kostnads- och leveransserviceeffekter som teorierna kring VMI tar upp. </p><p>Genomförande: Vi har undersökt samarbetet mellan Abba Seafood och ICA Handlarna. Vi intervjuade personer på båda företagen. Respondenterna hade antingen ett övergripande ansvar för VMI-samarbetet eller kom i kontakt med VMI i det dagliga arbetet. </p><p>Resultat: Efter att ha analyserat samarbetet mellan Abba och ICA så kan vi konstatera att många av de positiva effekter som kan förväntas av ett VMI- koncept har infriats och några inte. Vad vi inte kan fastställa i alla lägen, är om det är just VMI som är bakgrunden till förbättringarna, eller om det helt enkelt är den förbättrade informationsspridningen. With Functional Finance it is not different. This dissertation details the functioning of an economy operating with the tools provided by Abba Lerner, when he treats Functional Finance, supported by the Chartalist approach of money (money driven by taxes). It also presents theoretical and empirical works to deepen the analysis of Abba Lerner, among them, the works of Randall Wray and Hyman Minsky, the case studies of the Argentinean Jefes de Hogar and the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act in India. Lastly, the dissertation outlines the Basic Income Guarantee in Brazil, the national alternative to the Employer of Last Resort programme.

History gives Harry S. Truman rightful merit for his help in establishing Jewish homeland in 1948. Although more than 63 years have passed since the declaration of Israeli independence, the true motives that lead President Truman to recognize Israel are still being discussed and disputed. Shortly after his inauguration in April 1945, the thirty-third president found himself in a difficult position when a majority of the Jews who had survived Nazi concentration camps could not or did not want to return to their countries of origin. Instead, they declared their wish to emigrate to Palestine, where Zionists had already been trying to establish a Jewish commonwealth. However, at that time there was a widespread uncertainty whether Franklin Delano Roosevelt's successor would have the same opinion about the post-World War II settlement in Palestine or not. It is the objective of this thesis to analyze the complex set of reasons that made President Truman support political Zionism. As we know, this process ultimately culminated with a prompt recognition of a newly established Jewish state. [pt] O oitavo capítulo da Carta aos Romanos é, aparentemente, o seu centro: um tratado sobre o espírito sob vários aspectos – humano, divino e outros. A unidade literária Rm 8,14-17 é considerada o núcleo deste capítulo. A perícope desenvolve as causas e os efeitos da adoção filial divina com uma terminologia igual e distinta alhures (e.g., Gl 4,4-7); o texto contém expressões vinculadas à tradição judaica (vv. 14-15) e também uma segunda feição mais ecumênica/helênica (vv. 16-17), configurando uma estrutura retórica dual e, concomitantemente, convergente, devido aos elementos da semântica de uma e de outra cultura: yiothesίas (v. 15) e herdeiro (v. 17). Isto, de certa maneira, elucida e confirma a formação cultural e intelectual do Apóstolo: judaica e helênica à luz do cristianismo. Na primeira dimensão do texto destaca-se a fórmula aramaico-grega, tida como litúrgica; na segunda, o texto atrai por sua quantidade e qualidade de co-construtos: symmartyrei, herdeiros, compaixão syndoxasthomen (neologismos paulinos ou de uso ímpar). A singularidade da combinação destoa do convencional sugerindo um Sitz im Leben e/ou contexto específico: estratos de paternidade idolátrica (Zeύs-patnr) e reminiscências de sincretismo salvífico das religiões de mistério em virtude dos compostos co-, comuns nas fórmulas destes ritos greco-romanos. O presente trabalho entende que o acumulo de dados e a análise componencial dos mesmos em Rm 8,14-17 proporcionou aos seus sintagmas uma compreensão semântica colidente à idolatria e ao sincretismo. / [en] The eighth chapter of Romans is apparently its center: a treaty about spirit on various aspects – human, divine and others. The literary unit Romans 8:14-17 is considered the core of this chapter. The pericope develops the causes and effects of the divine filial adoption [yiothesίas, children of God / god tékna] with an equal and distinct terminology elsewhere (eg, Gal 4:4-7); the text contains linked expressions to the Jewish tradition (vv. 14-15) and also a second more ecumenical/Hellenic feature (vv. 16-17), setting up a dual rhetorical structure and, concomitantly, convergent, due to the semantic elements of one and another culture:yiothesίas (v. 15) and hereditary (v. 17) . This, in a way, elucidates and confirms the cultural and intellectual formation of the Apostle: Jewish and Hellenistic in the light of Christianity. The first dimension of the text highlights the formula Aramaic-Greek ABBA patnr, regarded as liturgical; in the second, the text draws on its quantity and quality of co-constructs: symmartyrei, heirs, compassion, syndoxasthomen(Pauline neologisms or a singular use). The uniqueness of the combination deviates from its conventional, suggesting Sitz im Leben and/or a specific context: strata of an idolatrous paternity (Zeύs-patnr) and reminiscences of salvific syncretism of mystery religions because of co-compounds, common in these Greco-Roman rites formulas. This work considers both the accumulation of data and the componential analysis of these in Romans 8:14-17 provided its syntagmas a semantic understanding colliding over idolatry and syncretism.

TITLE: Popular Song in Piano Teaching ABSTRACT: Diploma thesis delas with the theme of popular songs in piano teaching. The thesis contains research which investigates the use and popularity of popular songs in piano teaching from the piano pedagogues' perspective. In addition, the thesis narrows this extensive topic to ten selected popular songs, their arrangements respectively created specifically for this thesis's purpose, to demonstrate their use in piano teaching on. Six of them are intended for little pianists, four are intended for advanced students. There is a theoretical part discussing selected aspects of elementary piano pedagogy which are applied in piano arrangements in the practical part of the thesis. Aus den frühen Bindungsstudien des globalen Regulators AbrB mit der ausgedehnten phyC-Promotorregion von Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB45 konnte ein mehrstufiger kooperativer Bindungsprozess abgeleitet werden. Dabei verlangt die AbrB-vermittelte Repression von phyC nach Integrität zweier großer Bindungsstellen, ABS1 und ABS2, die 162 bp voneinander entfernt liegen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden die ersten Echtzeitkinetiken zur DNA-AbrB-Interaktion mittels der Oberflächenplasmonresonanz (SPR) gemessen und analysiert. AbrB zeigte hohe Affinitäten zu den 40 bp langen Oligonukleotiden, die den beiden Bindungsstellen entstammen. Dabei verursachten alle Oligonukleotide der ABS2 und nur eine kurze Region innerhalb der ABS1 bei der Bindung von AbrB Konformationsänderungen im Protein und in der DNA (CD - Zirkulardichroismusspektroskopie) und wiesen eine Kooperativität von 2 / In previous binding studies it could be demonstrated that a global regulator AbrB and the extensive phyC promoter region of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB45 interact in a complex manner. This work presents the first real-time binding kinetics of the AbrB-DNA interaction using surface plasmon resonance (SPR).
