Having as a goal the analysys of the theoretical trends on studies about Psychoanalysis found in thesis and essays of the College of Education s digital library , this research tried to characterize these papers and verify their theoretical trends and, as a result verify, as well, the psychoanalytic concepts found in those papers. Through the reading of the summaries of all the available on line thesis and essays, these papers had been grouped in themes. The interpersonal relations theme was the focus of this research, due to the fact that the influence of the Psychoanalysis in this theme was considered greater. The papers of this group had been read in the whole and analyzed in two aspects. First they had been evaluated according to the quality of the production based on the ARR scale. After that the psychoanalytic concepts in every work were analyzed based on one of the Psychoanalysis introductory texts. The results were that the papers have many deficiencies in the qualitative aspect of the scientific productions. And the concepts are not only diluted in the works of the education field, but also presented in a superficial way and without the complexity and deepening of each one. These results showed the subtle influence that these papers of the education field suffer from the Psychoanalysis and that terms of this theory are used in a superficial way and little deepened, disclosing the idea of the common sense regarding the Psychoanalysis that also is present in these papers.

Hence, the scientific education has been considered a possibility to overcome those lacks. Therefore, this study has investigated the undergraduate education process of Psychology students with PIBIC (Portuguese acronym for Undergraduate Scientific Research Scholarships Institutional Program) scholarships from CNPq (Portuguese acronym Brazilian National Council of Scientific and Technological Development). The scholarship program has been a strategic tool for the undergraduate scientific research. Electronic questionnaires have been sent to all the PIBIC scholarship students of Psychology in Brazil (622; 104 have answered), containing questions about the program developed activities, tutoring and advising, PIBIC evaluation and other ones. The students scientific and academic production has also been investigated through their Lattes (CNPq s Platform in which researchers have their academic r?sum?s). The major part of the participants (70%) has stated that the first motivation to be in the program had been their interest in the research or in the academic career. Furthermore, 60% of the scholarship students has worked as volunteers before receiving PIBIC scholarship. Among the students who have answered the research, 65,4% has reported they are tutored directly by their advisors, and 80% of them attends one or more than one advising meeting every fifteen days. It has been identified that the Psychology scholarship students do not participate in all the research activities and that the proximity with the advisor is related to the accomplishment of tasks which contributes with the student critical and reflexive education. Finally, less than 25% of the students has published scientific articles or book chapters during the scholarship, what XI demonstrates a possible exclusion of them in that phase of the process. In general, the scholarship students evaluate the program positively by revealing that it contributes with their professional and academic education. For those reasons, it is observed PIBIC s potential role for the undergraduate education in order to develop more critical psychologists able to propose innovations and contextualized practices. However, the results obtained in programs like the studied one denounce the disqualification of the provided undergraduate education for the major part of the university students, who do not have a PIBIC scholarship. As a result, it is emphasized that it there should be more investment for improving the quality of the undergraduate education itself and not only for programs which are available for few students / A gradua??o em Psicologia tem sido, historicamente, apontada como deficit?ria em aspectos relacionados ? forma??o cr?tica e integra??o entre teoria e pr?tica.

A situation analysis of the scientific production concerning psychologist s social commitment can aid the historical constitution of this theme and also subsidize reflections about the course of this profession in Brazil. In order to contribute to this debate, the theme social commitment of psychologist was analyzed in the scientific literature concerning psychologist profession in the country. Specifically, papers about the profession that mentioned the theme social commitment were characterized and their approach of this matter was analyzed. In order to accomplish these goals, two research stages were fulfilled: first, in a systematic search for scientific literature in internet databases, studies about the psychologist profession in the country were gathered; in the second stage, scientific papers relating to social commitment in their titles, abstracts or keywords were selected. 61 papers were retrieved, organized in electronic database and full-text analyzed, based in two axis: scientometric and thematic. The papers were identified, in general, as recent, of theoretic character and aligned with several Psychology subareas; mainly produced in public universities, in country s southwest; were of conjunctural interest to the authors research projects, individually published, by professors in touch with post-graduation; published in open access journals, with high Qualis evaluation. It was verified that there is no consensus on the meaning of the theme, prevailing definitions concerning the understanding of the social reality, to the majority of people or to a progressive-aligned professional performance. Are adduced as committed agents: the psychologist (sometimes together with other kinds of professionals or with users), the academia, and the representative entities of the profession. Depending on the subareas and the nature of study, all papers mentioned at least one of the following criteria: expansion of target-audience, renewal of practices, political direction, defined theoretical approach or adequate technical competence, sometimes relating each other. In short, psychologist s social commitment is a contradictory issue which have earned projection in scientific literature, reiterating the historical custom of evaluate the psychologist profession. As conclusion, it is regarded as indispensable to intensify the reflection about the role whose psychologist plays in a class-cleaved society and the limits and potentials of his performing in that framework.

D'oca, Karen Nunes Montes 14 January 2014 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2015-04-14T13:22:19Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 456495.pdf: 229205 bytes, checksum: 1bfa9d6b264af7d84663185772acc5ea (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014-01-14 / The objective of this study is to investigate the different practices of research in Social Psychology in Rio Grande do Sul in today s scenario and according to the publication policies in periodicals established by the Improvement Coordination of Higher Education Personnel (known as CAPES). The dissertation comprises two studies: the first seeks to problematize the discourse of neutral and objective scientific development and its effects in the construction of the contemporary Brazilian academic knowledge through the writing of an essay supported by social constructionism. Assuming that scientific development is the result of a social construction and thus is not only a fact but a fact full of value that reflects a worldview, evidencing an ideology and revealing the marks of the historical context in which it inserts itself. Therefore, addressing practices such as: the technicality of scientific language, the corporatization of the academy and of many intellectuals who base their practices according to a capitalist logic; academic productivism and the consequent curriculum management, as well as the phenomenon of academic internationalization. Marked by such practices, the dominant discourse associated with scientific development may have as result the academic practices which consist notions of science and scientific criteria supported by the perspectives of neutrality and objectivity, which implies a process of naturalization. The second part discusses the epistemological diversity and scientific criteria presented in publications in journals (2009-2012) in the area of Social Psychology. To formulate this argument, a desk research was conducted associating the publications of research professors of post-graduate programs established in Rio Grande do Sul with Qualis periodicals classifications formulated by the CAPES Program. Thus, this study seeks to contribute to discussions about the social processes that provide epistemological protagonisms. Therefore, throughout this paper we show how the policies can provide homogeneous Qualis scientific criteria which, especially in Social Psychology, provide greater visibility to epistemologies that favor the construction of patterns and a priori expectations for social behavior.

The formation for citizenship and a responsible decision-making in a social environment is not important goals for the educational process. The CTS approach and an investigative teaching are essential for the development of skills and values needed to achieve such noble goals to stand out in a scientific literacy. From the hypotheses: (i) teachers have shown difficulties in elaborating teaching proposals in this CTS approach for not understanding the theoretical assumptions, making difficult to incorporate the approach in pedagogical practice; (ii) The training model course offered to the teachers does not promote the appropriation and autonomy needed for the implementation of the CTS approach in a curricular planning; and (iii) The associated use of the CTS approach is efficient to promote the literacy in scientific text to students. The main goal was to evaluate how a group of Biology teachers in Natal-RN understands and applies the CTS approach in favor of the scientific literacy with high school students. In addition, propose as educational product, an investigative sequence with a CTS approach focused to ecology teaching in order to ascertain the potential of CTS teaching and research for the scientific literacy and to contribute with teachers training to potentialize this practice. The data were created from instruments such as: exploratory questionnaire, interview and sequence of research teaching in the CTS perspective on ecology contents. The last one was developed and applied to students in the first year of high school. There are indications, in the analysis of the data, that many teachers present a limited, if not, misleading, view of scientific literacy. It was noticed, that the teachers do not fully understand the meaning of this terminology, although, they point out to know elements intrinsic to it. Complementing the answer, it was evidenced that the CTS approach is understood by most teachers, in a narrow view of the scientific knowledge applicability and in the interaction between C-T-S. In addition, it was evidenced that the courses of continuous training offered have little to contribute to overcome the ideas listed before, which make them obstacles that difficult the effective implementation of the CTS approach and the development of students' scientific literacy. The data obtained from the application of the teaching sequence revealed an important contribution of the CTS approach in the development of skills and essential abilities for scientific literacy. It was noticed in the students' answers the acquisition of scientific terms for social use, attitudes that involve responsible decision-making related to environmental problems and the development of critical thinking by students.

Disserta??o (Mestrado Profissional) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / Across the world, in general, the functions of universities are directly linked to the production of scientific knowledge. These institutions are responsible for a great part of the generation of this knowledge and its communication becomes a fundamental process for teaching, research and extension, pillars that must act in an articulated and inseparable way. The academic environment is, thus, a fertile field for the study of the Management of Scientific Knowledge and Scientific Communication, since the production of scientific knowledge points to the need of dissemination, sharing and use of the generated knowledge. This research aims to describe the processes of internal management of scientific knowledge existing at the Federal University of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys, from the conception of an integrative model of Knowledge Management. The model that supports the development of this work is proposed by Alvarenga Neto, Barbosa and Pereira (2007) and considers three basic concepts: 1) a strategic conception of information and knowledge; 2) the introduction of such strategy at the tacit and operational levels through the various management tools and approaches; 3) the creation of an organizational space for knowledge, which constitutes the set of favorable conditions for the use of the best information and the best available knowledge. For the accomplishment of the specific objectives, the research object composed of documentation, systems, tool, sites and other forms of registration, besides two institutional organs, was described and analyzed. The focus, objectives and theoretical reference of this study point to a research of a theoretical nature, with a methodological approach that is essentially qualitative, explanatory from the point of view of the objectives and with bibliographic and document analysis as technical procedures. The results indicate that none of the three basic conceptions of the integrative model of Knowledge Management was verified in the research. With this, it can be considered that UFVJM does not have processes of internal management of the scientific knowledge, properly speaking. The conclusions of this research suggest that what exists in the institution today are not processes, but actions related to some part of them and not to the processes as a whole. Therefore, in the context of UFVJM, communication could be used as an enabling condition of the Management of Scientific Knowledge, creating a meaning and guaranteeing the effectiveness of this process. With this, the university would even be closer to achieve its institutional mission, which is to promote regional and national development, through the production and dissemination of knowledge and innovation, from the integration of teaching, research and extension.

ABSTRACT: The main propose of this study is to research the field of webometrics, and define its role within Information Science and its relation with traditional metric fields (bibliometrics, scientometrics and informetrics). Also, by applying different webometric indicators to the sites of centers affiliated to the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), this study analyzes the information flows that occur inside the Web. The webometric indicators utilized are: Site Size, Visibility, Luminosity, Web Impact Factor, Link Density and Network Density. The analysis focuses mainly on an examination of links. These are regarded as sources of information and as instruments of connection that influence scholarly relationships within this virtual environment, at the same time being influenced by those relationships. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Alta Vista, link checking software such as Xenu Link Steuth, and programs for analysis and visualization of large networks such as Ucinet 5 and Netdraw are utilized for data collection, quantification and graphic representation of data. The results obtained indicate that infometrics has to be understood as a large field to include not only bibliometrics and scientometrics, but also emergent fields such as cybermetrics and webometrics. According to this research, webometrics should not be completely absorbed by bibliometrics, because the information in this digital environment cannot be considered as ?recorded.? Instead, this information should be seen as ?available? in electronic support. Therefore, it is necessary to think about a broader theoretical framework that allows us to include the new concepts that come out with the influence of technological innovations on the thinking and the makings of Information Science. The application of webometric indicators demonstrates that Link Density and the Web Impact Factor are insufficient. On the other hand, the other indicators stand out as useful, and are relevant tools to the measurement of data collected in the Web, as well as to the processes of information flows and to the interrelation among scholarly institutions inside the virtual world. This study also demonstrates that most of Latin American social sciences websites establish very few connections with the websites of other centers of the same country or region, which is reflected on a relatively low Network Density and emphasizes the enormous potential of connectivity as an area to be developed in the future by CLACSO and its member centers

A growing problem of cyanobacteria in reservoirs around the world as a result of artificial eutrophication processes, generating a particular concern, because some species produce cyanotoxins, which can cause adverse effects on human health. The present work aims to characterize the spatial and temporal dynamics of phytoplankton, assessing their potential as ecological indicator of water quality in reservoirs semiarid region. The samples of water were collected monthly between 2009 and 2011, at three points along the dam Armando Ribeiro Gon?alves / RN. In each sample were measured physico - chemical analysis of water and biological components. We conducted a scientific dissemination activity, with distribution and reading primer on eutrophication, informative talk about water quality, questionnaires and performing a play in a public school in the city of Itaj? / RN. The reservoir was considered eutrophic in three points, taking into account the values of chlorophyll -a and phosphorus, adopted to characterize eutrophic environments of semi-arid areas. High density of cyanobacteria, with a maximum value of 2.227.862 c?l.ml- 1 and minimum of 43.456 c?l.ml- 1 was recorded in lentic and semil?ntico points throughout the study, exceeding the levels of drinking water (20.000 c?l.ml- 1) established in 2.914/2011 Ordinance of the Ministry of Health of Brazil. All samples contained microcystin, and 44 % had values superiores1μg L- 1. The thermal pattern of the water column showed micro stratifications with differences of less than 1 ? C from five feet deep. The distribution pattern was the type profile clinogrado with oxygen deficit in the bottom of the reservoir. Oxiclina from 10 meters depth was observed during the rainy season (May-June) in the two years of study. The phytoplankton community was represented by 10 functional groups: S1, M, H1, Lo, P, F, Sn, P, W2 and R. The assessment of the ecological status of the system by the index Q showed poor water quality. The results of the study show that the vertical variations were less pronounced than the seasonal variations of cyanobacteria and phytoplankton community in general in the reservoir. The presence of cyanotoxins confirms the need for the monitoring of water quality and measures to reduce eutrophication in water supply reservoirs semiarid RN and demonstrates the challenge for water managers and health authorities to ensure water quality and consequently minimize risks to human health. Compared to the lecture, the primer was considered more efficient in sensitizing the participants, featuring a dynamic practice, differentiated learning, create opportunities for students to rethink attitudes of respect and care for the environment, and shall have the opportunity to learn the subject content from your reality and living environment. The knowledge generated from the activity of scientific were seen as essential for raising awareness of some of the region`s environmental problems , such as eutrophication / O conhecimento da comunidade fitoplanct?nica, como parte integrante e din?mica dos processos de eutrofiza??o, fornece informa??es imprescind?veis para gest?o e manejo adequados.

We analyzed subjects published from 2004 to 2006, in the magazines Revista do Professor and Revista Nova Escola. We see at SP subjects reported discourses, into its two main presentation forms of other voices: direct discourse and indirect discourse. We have established some aims, first, we analyzing different forms to mark the discursive heterogeneity, by the reason the writer conceptualize an image of his/her interlocutor. The second one, we intend to look at the differences between marked heterogeneity according to the writer production, journalists and researchers, and finally, we investigate more or less occurrence of cited discourse, in what is concerned with different perspectives at communities that produce this kind of text. As theoretical background to our discussions we followed socio-historical perspective, its language and subject discourse conceptualizations. We did it mainly based on Bakhtin s works (1929; 1995; 2003). We were also based on theoretical discussions about discursive heterogeneity by Authier-Revuz (1990; 1998; 2004) and Maingueneau (1993; 2001). At analyzing the social dimensions of our data, we identified as relevant elements in the construction of the subjects (stories) the image that the writer (reporter) did/construct about his/her interlocutor as well as the use of different strategies, for example: the text produced by the journalists frequently use of direct discourse forms, while texts produced by researchers are almost fulfilled by indirect discourse. Beside this, texts are different in their social voices that are in their discourse. In the case of text produced by journalist are predominant the discursive scene of the school agents: teachers, students, parents, among others. Otherwise, in the texts produced by researchers already-said utterances, that in their majority of times, come from scientific discourse / Essa pesquisa visa a apresentar uma descri??o interpretativa(vista) da forma e do funcionamento do g?nero discursivo Divulga??o Cient?fica (DC), em duas Revistas de circula??o nacional, veiculadas de 2004 a 2006, quais sejam: a Revista do Professor e a Revista Nova Escola.

Scientific issues have become increasingly discussion of reason among the Brazilian population, and the information come through diverse as the internet, newspapers and magazines, and often present news related to biology. Also been growing Research aimed at science education, and how to bring these scientific content updated to the classroom, so that they become effective means of learning related educational content. This paper presents a proposal to use scientific texts in biology classes as a possible teaching and learning tool of environmental microbiology topics in schools of large Christmas-RN. The research was initially developed between primary school teachers of science and biology in order to know their views on the concept of Texts of Science Communication (TDCs), and the benefits and difficulties when using these texts in the classroom. The results show that teachers claim to know these texts, but do not have correct settings because confused with scientific articles or simplifying them. The application of disclosure text occurred in a school Parnamirim / RN, the Greater Natal / RN with students of 2nd year of high school, and occurred in two stages, the first were identified, through drawings and a questionnaire, the students' conceptions about viruses and bacteria, and the relationship of science and technology on the control of diseases and epidemics, which served as the basis for analysis and discussion for application of scientific communication text. In the second stage we used a popular science text that comes to viruses, bacteria, science and technology and sustainable development through the issue of proliferation of the mosquito Aedes aegypti, which transmits dengue, chikungunya and zica, epidemic diseases at the time in Brazil. The results show that although the students have a good level of knowledge about symptoms, prevention and control of these diseases still lack critical sense of the influence of science and technology in daily life, because they have a reductionist and linear conception of science, since most students say that science is responsible only for benefits to society.
