A noção de estilo em Lacan / The Notion of Style in Lacan

O presente trabalho surge a partir do descompasso verificado entre a produção extensa na psicanálise lacaniana dos anos 1990-2010 sobre a noção de estilo e o lugar enigmático que Lacan confere a essa noção em sua obra. Os poucos movimentos de definição ao longo do texto lacaniano contrastam com resposta a questões centrais do corpus epistêmico, entre os comentadores. Levantamos, assim, a hipótese de um efeito ideológico que essa noção concentra em termos da transmissão da psicanálise e da teorização sobre o fim do tratamento. Dito isso, esta pesquisa realiza um levantamento das ocorrências da temática do estilo em Lacan para então problematizá-las com o momento de sua produção e com suas origens na teoria estética, a fim de compreender como as mudanças que a temática e seu tratamento sofrem se relacionam com a sua posição epistêmica. Em seguida, ela investiga a reverberação e o tratamento do estilo nas produções posteriores de filiação lacaniana. Para tanto, nosso método de leitura parte da intersecção entre os campos da estética, da clínica psicanalítica e da política da psicanálise; campos que podem adquirir certa funcionalidade de troca e construção entre si com a problematização da noção de estilo. A pesquisa resulta na demonstração de que ignorar a especificidade da questão do estilo em Lacan / This study arises from the question that the extensive production gap in Lacanian psychoanalysis and the enigmatic place that Lacan gives the sense of style in his work produces, since the notion of style has few defining definitional movements along the Lacanian text, but takes a often central place in response to important issues of the epistemic corpus, such that of transmission of psychoanalysis or the end of an analysis. We propose in the paper to investigate the style of thematic events in Lacan in order to problematize them with the time of its production so we can understand how changes to the theme and its treatment suffer relate their epistemic position. Then we investigated the reverbaration and treatment of style in later productions of Lacanian afiliation as well as a correlation in the field of their history of aesthetics. The methodological bet is that there is something at the intersection of the fields of aesthetics, the psychoanalytic clinic and psychoanalytic politics that can acquire a certain feature of trade and construction among them with the questioning of the notion of style. We believe that ignoring the question of style in Lacan can cause deadlocks and ideological deviations both theoretical and clinical

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo: Compreender a lógica da ética da psicanálise partindo de uma análise das formulações propostas por Lacan no Seminário VII, comparando-a com a lógica que formaliza as formas de gozo do Seminário XX, e articulando as possibilidades de uma releitura da ética a partir de tal lógica. Para tanto precorremos o seguinte caminho para nossa pesquisa: Primeiramente, analisaamos o panorama ético do Seminário VII, partindo da critica lacaniana à ética de Aristóteles e de Kant; em seguida discutir os impasses da ética apresentados no Seminário VII, marcando a lógica da sexuação como uma escolha possível de Lacan para a formalização desses impasses; finalmente, utilizar as modalidades lógicas resultantes do modos de gozo tal como Lacan as articula no Seminário XX, na releitura das proposições do seminário da ética. Do ponto de vista do método, trata-se de uma pesquisa teórico-conceitual, epistemologicamente orientada, cujo eixo metodológico principal é uma análise comparativa entre duas abordagens distintas de Lacan sobre o tema da ética. Nossa intenção é contrapor os conceitos envolvidos em ambas as abordagens, retirando desse embate consequências teorias e praticas para a ética da psicanálise; também intencionamos, contrapor as lógicas que sustentam cada momento do ensino de Lacan, marcando as similitudes e as diferenças / The objective of the present work is: understanding the logic of the ethics of psychoanalysis initiating from an analysis of the formulations proposed by Lacan in Seminar VII comparing it with the logic that formalises the forms of jouissance in Seminar XX and articulating the possibilities of a reassessment of the ethic related to such logic. To do so, we proceeded along the following path in our research: firstly, we analysed the ethical panorama of Seminar VII from the Lacanian critique to the ethics of Aristotle and Kant; then, we continued discussing the obstacles of the ethics presented in Seminar VII setting out the logic of sexuation as a possible choice of Lacan for the formalisation of these obstacles. Finally, we utilized the logical manner resulting from the varying modes of jouissance as Lacan articulates them in Seminar XX in the rereading of the proposals of the seminar on ethics. From the point of view of the method followed, it is theoretical-conceptual research, epistemologically oriented, the methodological axis of which is a comparative analysis between two distinct approaches of Lacan regarding the ethical theme. Our intention is to compare and contrast the concepts involved in both approaches, observing from this discussion the theoretical and practical consequences for the ethics of psychoanalysis. O trabalho refere-se a uma leitura norteada pela psicanálise e pelas suas proposições éticas, acerca dos fundamentos do diagnóstico, situando inicialmente por meio de Freud, Lacan, e outros autores do campo psicanalítico, o diagnóstico como ato de mestria no discurso médico, para posteriormente formular que o avesso desse discurso constitui a condição de conceber o diagnóstico na psicanálise como semidizer a partir da posição do analista na relação transferencial. Considera a hipótese de que, por meio da escrita do caso clínico, o psicanalista orienta-se pelo Real posto na sua praxis, e não pelo ideal científico, na formulação do semidizer diagnóstico. Apresenta no desdobramento da escrita do caso de uma criança identificada ao diagnóstico médico e familiar que a mantinha como deficiente, uma possibilidade de discernimento que preserva a opacidade do sujeito, bem como sua articulação / To begin with, based on the perspectives of writers such as Freud and Lacan, as well as other authors from the field of psychoanalysis, diagnosis is regarded as an act of mastery in medical discourse. It is then argued that the opposite of this discourse represents the conception of diagnosis in psychoanalysis as a half-saying, based on the position of the analyst in the transferential relationship. The study also considers the hypothesis that through writing in clinical cases, when formulating diagnostic half-sayings, the psychoanalyst is guided by the Real encountered in their praxis, and not by the scientific ideal. By focusing on the evolution of the case writing involving a child who was diagnosed by doctors and family members as being disabled, this study advances a possible means of understanding which preserves the opacity of the subject as well as its articulation

Incidências do educar no tratar: desafios para a clínica psicanalítica da psicose infantil e do autismo / Incidences of educating on the treat: challenges to psychoanalytic clinic of childhood psychosis and autism

A proposta do presente trabalho foi examinar as incidências do educar no tratar para pensar os desafios de uma clínica psicanalítica da psicose infantil e do autismo. Muitos trabalhos vêm discutindo as contribuições da psicanálise para a educação, ou seja, as incidências do tratar no educar; nossa proposta aponta em outra direção, ou seja, propusemo-nos a pensar as muitas incidências do educar no tratar. Buscamos perseguir a presença do educativo no tratamento, de modo a fazer ressaltar sua dimensão terapêutica na clínica da psicose infantil e do autismo, apontando então para uma clínica ampliada, na qual a educação tem uma especial participação. Elegemos três eixos temáticos a serem percorridos para dar sustentação às nossas proposições, a saber: as incidências do educar no tratar, a clínica psicanalítica da psicose infantil e do autismo, o trabalho de Educação Terapêutica com a escrita. Ao examinarmos as incidências do educar sobre o tratar, encontramos diferentes sentidos para o ato educativo que, ao ser aplicado no tratamento de crianças psicóticas e autistas terão, como consequência, diferentes direções de tratamento. Com o médicopedagogo Jean Itard temos a incidência do educativo no nascimento do tratamento psiquiátrico da criança: encontramos aí uma reeducação. Outros sentidos do educar foram localizados e discutidos. Apresentamos a primeira educação que teria como princípio introduzir o bebê humano no campo da linguagem, a educação do inacabado que, em certa medida, também está referida à primeira educação, pois assinala o campo de cuidados com a primeira infância que promove a constituição psíquica e a educação como transmissão de marcas da cultura, e aqui se incluem as práticas escolares e a aquisição da escrita. O exame da clínica psicanalítica com crianças psicóticas e autistas levou-nos à abordagem do autismo e da psicose infantil como efeito dos entraves dessa educação fundamental ou primeira educação. Como pensar, então, a incidência do educar no tratamento das crianças psicóticas e autistas? Abrimos caminho, então, para pensar uma clínica psicanalítica na qual educar e tratar estariam colocados em uma relação de continuidade, indicando que a psicanálise e a educação não estariam em campos disjuntos. Nosso trabalho examinou o dispositivo da Educação Terapêutica como um conjunto de práticas de tratamento institucional que aposta em um tipo de intervenção que inclui as práticas educacionais pela via do trabalho com a escrita e marca um campo de trabalho na clínica psicanalítica ampliada em que o tratar e o educar podem ser pensados como em uma banda de Moebius, na qual o avesso e o direito apresentam uma continuidade e não uma relação de oposição / The purpose of this study was to examine incidences of the education on the treating in addressing the challenges to think of a psychoanalytic clinic of childhood psychosis and autism. Many works have been discussing the contributions of psychoanalysis to education, or the incidences of treating in educating; our proposal points in another direction, ie, we decided to consider the many implications of educating in the treatment. We seek to pursue education in the presence of the treatment so as to indicate its size in the clinical treatment of childhood psychosis and autism, then pointing to an extended clinic, in which education has a special participation. We chose three topics to be covered to give support to our propositions, namely: the incidences of educating in the treatment, the psychoanalytic clinic of childhood psychosis and autism, the work of Therapeutic Education through writing. In examining incidences of education on the case, we find different ways to the educational act which, when applied in the treatment of psychotic and autistic children have, as a consequence, different directions of treatment. With the physician-educator Jean Itard have the impact of education in birth of the child psychiatric treatment: a reeducation find there. Other meanings of education were found and discussed. Here is the first education that would introduce the first human baby in the field of language, education unfinished, to some extent, is also referred to his education, because it shows the field of early childhood care that promotes the psychic and education as transmission of crop marks, and here we include school practices and the acquisition of writing. The examination of the psychoanalytic treatment of psychotic and autistic children led us to approach to autism and childhood psychosis as an effect of the barriers that elementary education or early education. How to think, then, the incidence of educating in the treatment of psychotic and autistic children? We have opened the way, then, to think a psychoanalytic clinic in which to educate and treat would be placed in a relation of continuity, indicating that psychoanalysis and education fields would not be disjoint. Our study examined the device of Therapeutic Education as a set of treatment practices in an institutional commitment that type of intervention that includes educational practices through the work with writing and marks a labor camp in the psychoanalytic magnified when treating and education can be thought of as in a Möbius strip, in which the law inside out and have a continuity and not an adversarial relationship

A partir d’une intervention auprès de médecins du travail, cette thèse explore les conditions de développement des sentiments au travail. Elle stabilise une conceptualisation de l’affectivité distinguant affect, émotion et sentiment qui pose des rapports entre l’affect lié aux conflits de l’activité (conflits liés à la conception de l’activité comme triade vivante sujet/objet/autrui et conflits liés aux rapports entre le déjà vécu et le vivant) et les sentiments et émotions qui en sont les instruments de réalisation. Le sentiment est défini comme l’instrument de réalisation de l’affect détaché de l’événement affectif et relié à l’activité de pensée. Une analyse multimodale de nos matériaux s’attache à repérer des indices de l’affect dans trois modalités étudiées (regard, voix, mot) et des indices de développement de la pensée (développement des significations des mots et des objets de discours). Nous concluons que l’intervention en clinique de l’activité par l’exposition de l’activité qu’elle autorise et la production de débats sur les critères du travail bien fait qu’elle organise peut provoquer des affects et contribuer au développement du sentiment du travail bien fait. / Based on an intervention with occupational health physicians, this thesis explores the developmental conditions of sentiments at work. The thesis seek to stabilize a conceptualisation of affectivity distinguishing affect, emotion and sentiment, and lays the relationships between affect, which is related to conflicts of activity (conflicts related to activity as a living triad subject/object/others and conflicts related to relationships between the « already lived » and the « living »), and sentiments and emotions, which constitute its instruments of realization. Sentiment is defined as instrument of affect realization, detached of affective event, and related to thinking activity.Multimodal analysis of research materials allows the identification of affect indices, based on three studied modalities (gaze, voice, word), and development of thinking indices (development of signification of word, and discourse objects).We conclude that intervention in clinic of activity, by exposing activity and producing disputations on quality of work criteria, can cause affects and contributes to develop the sentiment of « well-done-work ».

A Case Study of a Service-Learning Project in a Nurse-managed Clinic for Homeless and Indigent Individuals

This chapter describes the implementation of two service-learning courses within the setting of a primary-care clinic for homeless and indigent individuals. The two courses are a campus-wide Introduction to Community Service and a Community Health Nursing Practicum. Although these two courses have different learning outcomes, they both address the primarygoals of service-learning, including (1) developing students' understanding about the responsibility of citizenship and preparing students for effective roles in society; (2) improving students' communication skills, problem-solving skills, and project-specific skills; (3) enhancing students' self-esteem and sense of social reality; and (4) providing an interdisciplinary perspective (Kendall and Associates 1990). The sections that follow describe the setting that the two service-learning courses share, the university-wide course, and the community health nursing practicum. Common issues faced in both courses that are discussed include reflective learning practices, community/client impact, communicating expectations to the student and the site personnel, collaboration to accomplish both service and learning outcomes, and practical issues associated with service-learning in a clinic for the homeless and indigent.
