No final do século I a.C., a Elegia Erótica Romana desafiou os gregos e as convenções poéticas apresentando um poeta-amante que cantava suas aventuras amorosas em primeira pessoa. Como se isso não bastasse, esse eu-elegíaco se dedicava à puella como se tal tarefa fosse uma militia, um seruitium amoris, e que exigia tempo integral. Galo, Propércio e Tibulo nos apresentaram suas dominas e se negaram a servir à pátria. Ovídio foi além: seguiu seus predecessores mas fez com que seus leitores aprendessem a entender o papel de cada uma das normas na construção desse gênero. Escreveu seu primeiro livro, Amores, e , a partir daí, começou a traçar um caminho ascendente: queria sua Elegia elevada, não apenas média. Para isso, produziu recusationes, elegias programáticas e, o mais importante, confluiu gêneros. Fez uso da Epistolografia, da Retórica, da Didática e de personas e exempla míticos para compor Heroides, Ars amatoria e Remedia amoris. Nesta dissertação, mostra-se a trajetória do poeta na elevação da Elegia Erótica de Ovídio. / At the end of the 1st. century b.C., Latin Erotic Elegy challenged Greeks and poetic conventions when portrayed a man, poet and lover, talking, in the first person, about his adventures: he also dedicated himself to a puella as if it were a militia, his seruitium amoris, which was a full-time job. Gallus, Propertius and Tibullus introduced us to their dominas and did not (want to) serve their nation. Ovid did more than that: he followed his predecessors but made his readers learn the role of each of the principles of the genre. He wrote his first book, Amores, and, from then on, delineated an ascendant path: he wanted his Elegy to be high, not only something that depicted an average subject. In order to achieve it, he composed recusationes, programmatic elegies and, most important of all, he converged genres: he was able to use Epistolography, Rhetoric, Didactic and mythological personas and exempla to write Heroides, Ars amatoria and Remedia amoris. In this dissertation, we show his trajectory in the elevation of Ovids Erotic Elegy.

O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir os usos das categorias travesti e transexual, referidas a identidades sexuais e de gênero, com base em observações e entrevistas realizadas entre 2008 e 2009 com participantes das reuniões denominadas Terças Trans, que ocorrem quinzenalmente no Centro de Referência em Diversidade (CRD) um equipamento social direcionado para LGBT na cidade de São Paulo. Procurei explorar duas frentes de análise. A primeira concentrou-se nos resultados de observação das interações e debates entre os participantes, durante as reuniões, especialmente no que diz respeito ao modo como se elaboram as diferenças entre travestis e transexuais. A segunda concentrou-se nas narrativas de história de vida de três participantes, que refletem sobre suas vivências de sexualidade e gênero. Embora as convenções do discurso médico sejam referências centrais para a definição de corpos, subjetividades e identidades das pessoas pesquisadas, foi possível observar também uma variedade de reelaborações e deslocamentos de sentidos nas trajetórias biográficas e na produção das identidades, que têm relação direta com as situações sociais vividas no presente e com os variados contextos de interlocução. Procuro desenvolver o argumento de que travesti e transexual são categorias performativas, e que tal performatividade não se esgota apenas em enunciados de gênero e sexualidade, mas também podem ser expressas por meio de articulações contingentes que remetem a diferenças de classe, cor/raça e geração. / The point of this work is to discuss the uses of the transvestite and transsexual categories, related to sexual and gender identity, based on observations and interviews conducted between 2008 and 2009 with participants of the meetings called Terças Trans, that happen fortnightly at the Centro de Referência em Diversidade (CRD), a public utility service directed to LGBT in São Paulo. I tried to explore two analysis ways. The first was focused on the observations results from the interactions and debates between the participants, during the meetings, especially with regard to how they work out differences between transvestites and trassexuals. The second was focused on the life histories narratives of three participants, who reflect on their sexuality and gender experiences. Although the conventions of medical discourse are key references for the definition of bodies, subjectivities and identity of people surveyed, it was possible to note also a variety of reelaborations and displacements of meaning in the life histories and in the identities production, that are directed related to social situations experienced in the present and with the varied contexts of dialogue. I try to develop the argument that transvestite and transsexual categories are performatives, and that this performativity is not limited only in statements of gender and sexuality, but can also be expressed by means of contingent articulation which refer to differences of class, color/race and generation.

Instigada pelo lugar da aparência construída por meio do uso de signos estéticos, a inquietude teórica é estabelecida na noção do corpo em permanente negociação com modelos estabelecidos, conforme o sexo designado ao sujeito no seu nascimento. Este estudo objetiva investigar os princípios do sistema de moda inseridos nos estudos de gênero, o qual propõe criar um panorama da inserção do corpo e sua identidade relacional a partir das experiências vestimentares, estas, orientadas pelas instâncias da cultura material. A tese também focaliza se tais sujeitos dados como masculinos e que transitam nas dimensões de gênero pela estetização pessoal através de recursos de enfeites que são convencionados ao universo das mulheres, projetam um arquétipo feminino para a sua produção visual. Para tanto, parte-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, envolvendo uma revisão bibliográfica interdisciplinar para gerar pontos de conexões entre as principais áreas dos saberes: ciências sociais, estudos de gênero, antropologia do consumo e noções da estética; associada a uma busca em campo, na qual o universo empírico é constituído por transgêneros da associação Brazilian Cross-dresser Club, bem como, por interlocutoras que identificam-se pela prática, além do resgate de relatos das que expuseram suas experiências em biografias ou em redes sociais. Por meio desta investigação, tem-se como um dos principais resultados alcançados, a validação da importância dada à linguagem visual, quando exercida sob um ângulo de observação de discurso social dado pela categoria binária de gênero. Nesse espaço de expressão e negociação com o meio, a prática de cross-dressing redimensiona os efeitos sociais já que conduzem a imagem pessoal para uma nova hierarquia dentro das dimensões políticas, em um processo constante de luta pelo reconhecimento. / Grounded by the social sciences field, this thesis has as its investigation theme, the relation between gender and fashion, through the perspective guided by media regarding transgenderism. Instigated by the role of appearance build by the use of aesthetics signs, the theoretical restlessness is stablished on the notion of the body in a permanent bargain with the established models, according to the gender designated at birth. This study investigates the principles of the fashion system inserted in gender studies, which proposes to create a panorama of body and its relative identity from clothing experiences, and those, guided by the instances of material culture. The thesis also focus on if such subjects, labeled as masculine and that transit on the dimensions of gender through personal aesthetic choices that conventionally belong to women’s universe, projects a feminine archetype for their visual production. Therefore, it starts from an exploratory research, encompassing an interdisciplinary bibliographic revision to generate the connection points between the main knowledge areas: social sciences, gender studies, consume anthropology and aesthetic notions; associated with a field research, on which the empirical universe is constituted by transgenders from the association Brazilian Cross-dresser Club, as well as by interlocutors that identify themselves through this practice, besides the collection of reports shared on biographies and social networks. Through this investigation, one of the main results achieved is the validation of the importance given to visual language, when exerted by an angle of observation of the social speech in which gender classification s binary. On this space of expression and negotiation with the environment, the practice of cross-dressing gives a new size to the social effects, since it takes the personal image to a new hierarchy within the political dimension, in a process of constant struggle for recognition.

Consequentemente, a formação no contexto escolar também está envolta pelos determinantes que compreendem a sexualidade enquanto elemento constitutivo do ser humano. Contudo, a temática da sexualidade e seus respectivos estudos, dentre eles gênero, diversidade sexual, sexo, educação sexual vêm se destacando com maior cientificidade e também maior intensidade no contexto educacional a partir do início do novo século. Compreender os entraves e o caráter de repressão da sexualidade foi alguns de nossos apontamentos, pois na atualidade alguns estudos e propostas governamentais sinalizam a viabilização da abordagem da sexualidade na escola. Este trabalho, de caráter bibliográfico, tem como objetivo elaborar o que se denomina Estado da Arte ou do Estado do Conhecimento em relação à temática sexualidade, educação sexual e gênero nas pesquisas apresentadas no Encontro Nacional de Didática e Prática de Ensino (ENDIPE) no período de 1996 a 2012, apresentando os indícios do congresso em 2014.Consideramos o evento significativo na área educacional, além de oferecer a possibilidade de sistematizar trabalhos sobre o tema abordado, e assim, elegermos três temas articuladores em nossa pesquisa, sexualidade, educação e formação docente, compreendendo a sexualidade enquanto constitutiva de suas temáticas, quais sejam gênero, homossexualidade, homofobia, violência, dentre outros. Defesa: Curitiba, 10/05/2017 / Inclui referências : f. 255-266 / Resumo: O setor da construção civil representou 9% do PIB nacional para o ano de 2014 no cenário brasileiro. É o maior empregador industrial na maioria dos países. Somando em torno de 7% de todos os empregos no Brasil. Emprega grandes contingentes de trabalhadores, absorvendo mão de obra com baixa qualificação. O processo de produção é diferenciado em relação a outros setores da indústria tendo em vista que não se produzem, aqui, unidades padronizadas, mas sim unidades habitacionais diferenciadas a partir de projetos que sofrem interferências variadas ao longo da sua consecução, levada a cabo, em grande parte do tempo por trabalhadores braçais. O presente estudo tem como foco o segmento da construção civil leve do Paraná. O setor da construção civil é amplo e abrange, além da construção civil habitacional, também chamada de construção civil leve, o subsetor da construção pesada (obras públicas) e o subsetor de serviços especializados para a construção, se considerarmos o CNAE. De modo geral, todos esses segmentos ou subsetores foram fortemente impactados pelas políticas governamentais implantadas a partir de 2007, no segundo mandato do presidente Lula e que tiveram continuidade e ampliadas no Governo da presidenta Dilma Roussef. Como políticas de redução do déficit habitacional e geração de empregos, o governo empreendeu diversas iniciativas que se concretizaram no Plano de Aceleração do Crescimento, com investimentos nas mais diversas áreas produtivas, entre as quais, a habitacional, foco da presente tese, A partir do Plano de Aceleração do Crescimento e, mais precisamente, com um de seus eixos, o Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, implantando em 2009, o segmento da construção civil leve ganhou proeminência na criação de empregos e na construção de moradias populares, prometendo diminuir o histórico problema do déficit habitacional. Além de atender simultaneamente essas duas demandas sociais, herdadas dos governos anteriores e de políticas habitacionais insuficientes, também os trabalhadores da construção civil se beneficiaram. Os investimentos do Governo Federal no segmento habitacional refletiram nas condições de trabalho fixadas pelos processos de negociação coletiva. Embalada pelo bom momento de crescimentos dos empregos no setor, a ação coletiva sindical tornou-se mais eficaz, com ganhos significativos nas negociações de cláusulas salariais, bem acima dos índices de inflação medidos para o período analisado, de 2001 a 2014 e para além da evolução do salário mínimo. Com uma metodologia qualitativa que envolveu estudo de bibliografia pertinente e a análise da evolução das negociações coletivas de trabalho atentamos para as mudanças que se processaram antes e depois do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida. Munimo-nos da ideia de que os trabalhadores conseguiram se favorecer com algumas conquistas, sejam salariais ou sociais, seja quanto ao fortalecimento da ação sindical, todas elas asseguradas nas convenções coletivas de trabalho celebradas entre 2001 e 2014. Ao fazermos um balanço das negociações coletivas de trabalho no segmento da construção civil leve, construímos também um mapa da representação sindical desse segmento da economia no Paraná. This sector is the largest industrial employer in most countries and comprises around 7% of all job openings in Brazil while providing employment to a large number of workers and giving low skilled labor a chance of holding a job. The production process differs from the other industrial sectors due to the fact that instead of standardized units, unique housing units are manufactured and originate from projects which are influenced by assorted interferences during their execution, which is carried out most of the time by non-skilled laborers. This study aims at focusing on the light civil construction sector of the State of Paraná. The civil construction sector is wide ranging and comprises the housing civil construction, which is also called light civil construction, the heavy construction sub-sector (public works) and the sub-sector of specialized construction services if we are to take the CNAE into account. As a whole, all of these segments or sub-sectors have been strongly impacted by the government policies implemented as of 2007 during the second term of president Lula and continued and were expanded during the term of the of the president Dilma Roussef.The government started several initiatives and policies to deal with the reduction of the housing deficit and to create new job opportunities which were part of the Growth Accelaration Plan and relied on investments in the various productive areas, especially the housing sector, which is the focus of this study. Starting with the Growth Acceleration Plan and more precisely with the Minha Casa, Minha Vida (My House, My Life) housing Project, which was implemented in 2009, the light civil construction sector has become prominent in the creation of jobs and in the construction of popular homes and has aimed at reducing the historic problem of the housing deficit. Besides complying with both social demands, which have been inherited from previous governments and from insufficient housing policies, this policy has also benefited the civil construction workers. The Federal Government investments in the housing segment have have impacted the working conditions set forth by the collective negotiation processes. Driven by the employment growth in the sector, the union collective action has become more effective with significant gains in the negotiation of wage/salary clauses well above the inflation indexes measured for the period analyzed (from 2001 to 2014), and well beyond the minimum wage evolution. We have focused on the changes that happened before and after the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program by using a qualitative methodology which comprised the study of the pertinent bibliography. We have kept in mind that workers have benefited from some salary/wage or social gains and from the strengthening of union actions, all of which are ensured by the work collective conventions celebrated between 2001 and 2014. Este trabalho teve por objeto principal os serviços ofertados pelos Convention & Visitors Bureaux (CVBx), avaliados pelo seu grau de importância tanto pela ótica dos seus gestores como por organizadores profissionais de congressos (OPCs). Na qualidade de promotores do destino que representam, e pretendendo o aumento do fluxo de turistas, os CVBx utilizam-se de estratégias que incluem a atração de eventos profissionais. Por esse motivo, essas organizações direcionam seus esforços para a divulgação das potencialidades turísticas da localidade, visando com isso o convencimento dos planejadores desses acontecimentos e de seus intermediários - grupo no qual os organizadores de congressos ocupam lugar de destaque. Para o alcance de uma maior eficácia, entende-se que seja relevante um bom alinhamento entre os desejos e as necessidades dos compradores com a oferta proposta pelos CVBx. Tendo esse pressuposto como diretriz principal, decidiu-se investigar a valoração atribuída aos serviços ofertados, tanto pelos OPCs como pelos próprios CVBx. Teve-se por objetivo principal, gerar uma matriz dos serviços considerados mais importantes por esses intermediários dos compradores de destinos turísticos, ordenada do maior para o menor valor obtido. Pretendeu-se ainda comparar as percepções dos dois grupos, buscando-se evidenciar convergências e divergências na valoração dos serviços. Optou-se pela utilização de uma metodologia de pesquisa exploratório-descritiva, com processo de coleta de informações por meio de formulários estruturados, que incluíam questões de medida de opinião por meio de escalas de intensidade. A aplicação da pesquisa foi realizada junto aos representantes tanto de organizadores, como de CVBx. Definiu-se uma amostragem delimitada por área geográfica (região sul do Brasil) - que representava mais de 20% do universo dos CVBx brasileiros - e OPCs selecionados intencionalmente. A análise dos dados foi quantitativa e utilizou-se de métodos estatísticos. As promoters of the destination, and intending to increase the flow of tourists, CVBs make use of strategies that include the attraction of professional events. For this reason, these organizations direct their efforts to publicize the tourist potential of the region, aiming thereby convincing the planners of these events and their intermediaries - group in which the congress organizers have a prominent place. To achieve greater efficiency, it is understood that is relevant good alignment between the desires and needs of buyers with the offer proposed by CVBs. Taking this assumption as a guiding principle, it was decided to investigate the value attributed to the services offered, by both OPCs as by the CVBs. The primary of this research it was generating an array of services considered most important by these middlemen buyers of tourist destinations, ordered from highest to lowest value obtained. Second aim was to compare the perceptions of the two groups , seeking to highlight similarities and differences in valuation services. It was opted for the use of a descriptive research methodology, with the process of gathering information through structured forms that included questions measuring opinion by means of intensity scales. The application of the research was carried out with representatives of both organizers, as CVBs. It was set up a sampling delimited geographical area (southern Brazil) - which represented more than 20 % of the universe of Brazilian CVBs - and intentionally selected OPCs. Data analysis was quantitative and it was used statistical methods. Este trabalho teve por objeto principal os serviços ofertados pelos Convention & Visitors Bureaux (CVBx), avaliados pelo seu grau de importância tanto pela ótica dos seus gestores como por organizadores profissionais de congressos (OPCs). Na qualidade de promotores do destino que representam, e pretendendo o aumento do fluxo de turistas, os CVBx utilizam-se de estratégias que incluem a atração de eventos profissionais. Por esse motivo, essas organizações direcionam seus esforços para a divulgação das potencialidades turísticas da localidade, visando com isso o convencimento dos planejadores desses acontecimentos e de seus intermediários - grupo no qual os organizadores de congressos ocupam lugar de destaque. Para o alcance de uma maior eficácia, entende-se que seja relevante um bom alinhamento entre os desejos e as necessidades dos compradores com a oferta proposta pelos CVBx. Tendo esse pressuposto como diretriz principal, decidiu-se investigar a valoração atribuída aos serviços ofertados, tanto pelos OPCs como pelos próprios CVBx. Teve-se por objetivo principal, gerar uma matriz dos serviços considerados mais importantes por esses intermediários dos compradores de destinos turísticos, ordenada do maior para o menor valor obtido. Pretendeu-se ainda comparar as percepções dos dois grupos, buscando-se evidenciar convergências e divergências na valoração dos serviços. Optou-se pela utilização de uma metodologia de pesquisa exploratório-descritiva, com processo de coleta de informações por meio de formulários estruturados, que incluíam questões de medida de opinião por meio de escalas de intensidade. A aplicação da pesquisa foi realizada junto aos representantes tanto de organizadores, como de CVBx. Definiu-se uma amostragem delimitada por área geográfica (região sul do Brasil) - que representava mais de 20% do universo dos CVBx brasileiros - e OPCs selecionados intencionalmente. A análise dos dados foi quantitativa e utilizou-se de métodos estatísticos. Os resultados encontrados permitem que se perceba um bom alinhamento na atribuição de valor entre os dois grupos, muito embora, tenha sido evidenciado um relacionamento precário e algumas lacunas na disponibilização efetiva desses serviços, com o registro de atividades com alta valoração atribuída e rara oferta / This work has as its principal object the services offered by the Convention & Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), evaluated both from the perspective of its administrators and from professional congress organizers (PCOs). As promoters of the destination, and intending to increase the flow of tourists, CVBs make use of strategies that include the attraction of professional events. For this reason, these organizations direct their efforts to publicize the tourist potential of the region, aiming thereby convincing the planners of these events and their intermediaries - group in which the congress organizers have a prominent place. To achieve greater efficiency, it is understood that is relevant good alignment between the desires and needs of buyers with the offer proposed by CVBs. Taking this assumption as a guiding principle, it was decided to investigate the value attributed to the services offered, by both OPCs as by the CVBs. The primary of this research it was generating an array of services considered most important by these middlemen buyers of tourist destinations, ordered from highest to lowest value obtained. Second aim was to compare the perceptions of the two groups , seeking to highlight similarities and differences in valuation services. It was opted for the use of a descriptive research methodology, with the process of gathering information through structured forms that included questions measuring opinion by means of intensity scales. The application of the research was carried out with representatives of both organizers, as CVBs. It was set up a sampling delimited geographical area (southern Brazil) - which represented more than 20 % of the universe of Brazilian CVBs - and intentionally selected OPCs. Data analysis was quantitative and it was used statistical methods. From Simbolic Interacionism we look to understand what are the characteristics of networks, social and artistics conventions, identity and female participation of chorões‟ groups that work in groups of Goiânia Go and Campinas SP from 2009 to 2011. For this purpose, after theoric fundamentals in chapter one, we construct two ideal types, in chapters two and three, their names are Regional-Samba-Choro and Escola de Choro Elétrico. Through these ideal types of presentation of musical service in artworld of choro we intend to understand the social relationship of chorístico job. / As atividades artísticas de músicos dedicados ao gênero choro são o ponta-pé inicial para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa. A partir do Interacionismo Simbólico procuramos compreender como se caracterizam as redes, convenções sociais e artísticas, a identidade e presença feminina no grupo dos chorões que atuam nas cidades de Goiânia GO e Campinas SP entre os anos de 2009 a 2011. Para tanto, após fundamentação teórica presente no capítulo primeiro, construímos dois tipos ideais, presentes nos capítulos posteriores, aos quais chamamos de Regional-Samba-Choro e Escola de Choro Elétrico. Através destes tipos ideais de apresentação de serviços musicais no mundo da música choro pretendemos então, compreender as relações sociais que se desenvolvem no trabalho chorístico.

O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir os usos das categorias travesti e transexual, referidas a identidades sexuais e de gênero, com base em observações e entrevistas realizadas entre 2008 e 2009 com participantes das reuniões denominadas Terças Trans, que ocorrem quinzenalmente no Centro de Referência em Diversidade (CRD) um equipamento social direcionado para LGBT na cidade de São Paulo. Procurei explorar duas frentes de análise. A primeira concentrou-se nos resultados de observação das interações e debates entre os participantes, durante as reuniões, especialmente no que diz respeito ao modo como se elaboram as diferenças entre travestis e transexuais. A segunda concentrou-se nas narrativas de história de vida de três participantes, que refletem sobre suas vivências de sexualidade e gênero. Embora as convenções do discurso médico sejam referências centrais para a definição de corpos, subjetividades e identidades das pessoas pesquisadas, foi possível observar também uma variedade de reelaborações e deslocamentos de sentidos nas trajetórias biográficas e na produção das identidades, que têm relação direta com as situações sociais vividas no presente e com os variados contextos de interlocução. Procuro desenvolver o argumento de que travesti e transexual são categorias performativas, e que tal performatividade não se esgota apenas em enunciados de gênero e sexualidade, mas também podem ser expressas por meio de articulações contingentes que remetem a diferenças de classe, cor/raça e geração. / The point of this work is to discuss the uses of the transvestite and transsexual categories, related to sexual and gender identity, based on observations and interviews conducted between 2008 and 2009 with participants of the meetings called Terças Trans, that happen fortnightly at the Centro de Referência em Diversidade (CRD), a public utility service directed to LGBT in São Paulo. I tried to explore two analysis ways. The first was focused on the observations results from the interactions and debates between the participants, during the meetings, especially with regard to how they work out differences between transvestites and trassexuals. The second was focused on the life histories narratives of three participants, who reflect on their sexuality and gender experiences. Although the conventions of medical discourse are key references for the definition of bodies, subjectivities and identity of people surveyed, it was possible to note also a variety of reelaborations and displacements of meaning in the life histories and in the identities production, that are directed related to social situations experienced in the present and with the varied contexts of dialogue. I try to develop the argument that transvestite and transsexual categories are performatives, and that this performativity is not limited only in statements of gender and sexuality, but can also be expressed by means of contingent articulation which refer to differences of class, color/race and generation.
