The main focus of this research is not only to discuss the global organizational culture of a multinational company, its relationship with the local organizational culture of the branch in Brazil, but also the sharing relationships. For this purpose, a German multinational company that sells sportive products with a branch in Brazil was used as object of study. With the intent of answering to the purpose of this assignment an explainable and descriptive study of case has been accomplished in a German multinational company located in the city of São Paulo. The case is composed by 62 people, 07 managers and 55 administrative employees that work in the Brazilian branch. As a result, It has been obtained the Idea that the organizational culture is a key factor in the post industrial globalized society and that it is necessary that the multinational companies comprehend the national culture of the country where they wish to settle down and understand how to administrate the cultural differences of each country.(AU) / Este trabalho apresenta o tema CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL: UM ESTUDO SOBRE O SISTEMA DE VALORES DE UMA MULTINACIONAL NO BRASIL . O eixo central da pesquisa é discutir a cultura organizacional global da multinacional sua relação com a cultura organizacional local da subsidiária no Brasil, bem como as relações de compartilhamento. Para isto, utiliza-se como objeto de estudo uma empresa multinacional alemã do segmento de produtos esportivos com subsidiária no Brasil. Com intuito de responder ao objetivo do trabalho foi realizado um estudo de caso único, descritivo explicativo, em uma empresa multinacional alemã instalada na cidade de São Paulo. O caso é composto por 62 sujeitos, 07 gestores e 55 funcionários administrativos que trabalham na subsidiária brasileira. Como resultado obteve-se a idéia de que a cultura organizacional é um fator relevante na sociedade pós-industrial globalizada e é necessário que as empresas multinacionais compreendam a cultura nacional do país onde desejam instalar-se e entendam como administrar as diversidades culturais de cada país.(AU)

The objectives are to identify the operating system of community radio as a way to understand how far it falls in oliveirense everyday and articulates the local drive, especially during election periods; determine the type of information conveyed; observe the feeling of listeners for the same. The study is based on bibliographic research to weave theories and guide the whole process of research, and the case study through methodological procedures such as desk research, participatory research and semi - structured interviews, and a survey of receipt by the listeners. We conclude that the Good News Radio that coexists harmoniously with the community communication also established by the speaker articulates a simplistic way information and local culture in their practices because there playing content from mainstream media, besides the fact that no be a wide participation of the community association that is your keeper; also that despite the lack of technical knowledge of most speakers and partisan political relationship present in both the operation of the station as the motivations of communicators, there is compatibility between the radio and conveys the interest of listeners. / Estudo sobre a Rádio Comunitária Boa Nova FM do município de Senhora de Oliveira-MG, no que se refere às suas configurações e as relações com a comunidade local. Os objetivos são identificar o sistema de funcionamento da rádio comunitária como forma de compreender até que ponto ela se insere no cotidiano oliveirense e articula a movimentação local, sobretudo em períodos eleitorais; averiguar o tipo de informação veiculada; observar o sentimento dos ouvintes em relação à mesma. O estudo se baseia em pesquisa bibliográfica para tecer as teorias e nortear todo o processo de pesquisa e no estudo de caso por meio de procedimentos metodológicos como a pesquisa documental, a pesquisa participante e entrevistas semi-estruturadas, além de uma pesquisa de recepção junto aos ouvintes. Conclui-se que a rádio Boa Nova, que convive harmoniosamente com a comunicação comunitária estabelecida também pelo alto falante, articula de forma simplória a informação e a cultura local em suas práticas, pois há reprodução de conteúdo da mídia convencional, além de não haver uma participação ampla da associação comunitária que é sua mantenedora. Apesar da falta de conhecimento técnico da maioria dos locutores e da relação político partidária presente na emissora, há compatibilidade entre o que a rádio veicula e o interesse dos ouvintes.

CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Investigação de um panorama acerca da história da arte na cidade de Uberlândia, sob a égide da formação e consolidação de seu mercado. Para tanto foram levantados em outras pesquisas fatos históricos a respeito dos primeiros artistas da cidade que articularam seus trabalhos no mercado local. A partir do mapeamento dos espaços de arte que não existem mais e alguns que ainda permanecem no circuito, tivemos a percepção de uma dinâmica cultural em transformação nas galerias comerciais de arte, concomitantemente ao desenvolvimento do curso de artes plásticas da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia e outros grupos independentes como a AICA - Artes Integradas CAMARU. As parcerias entre artistas e marchands foram crescentes a partir dos anos 1960 e foi notável a importância do casal Lourdes e Celso Queiroz no processo de comercialização da arte na cidade. Destacamos a Galeria Elizabeth Nasser como ponto- chave na profissionalização do mercado em Uberlândia nos anos 1990 principalmente pela divulgação das suas exposições atreladas à produção e impressão de catálogos com textos críticos. O tratamento dos dados acumulados foi feito a partir de um recorte temporal nas décadas de 1980 e 90, porém não desconsideramos o período anterior dos precursores do mercado na cidade dos anos 1950 a 70 Este trabalho foi dividido em dois capítulos, no primeiro intitulado “Aproximações no tempo e no espaço do campo artístico em Uberlândia” tratamos dos aspectos sociais da estruturação do circuito de arte e abordamos a metodologia utilizada para a pesquisa de campo. No segundo capítulo intitulado “Articulações das instâncias legitimadoras da arte no circuito fora do eixo” buscamos revelar as estratégias de legitimação dos artistas frente às novas instituições e formatos do meio cultural local. / Investigation of a panorama about the history of art in the city of Uberlândia, under the aegis of the formation and consolidation of its market. To this end, historical research on the first artists of the city that articulated their work in the local market was made in other researches. From the mapping of spaces of art that no longer exist and some that still remain in the circuit, we had the perception of a cultural dynamic in transformation in the commercial art galleries, concomitantly to the development of the plastic arts course of the Federal University of Uberlândia and others Independent groups such as AICA - CAMARU Integrated Arts. The partnerships between artists and dealers were growing since the 1960s and it was remarkable the importance of the couple Lourdes and Celso Queiroz in the process of marketing the art in the city. We emphasize the Elizabeth Nasser Gallery as a key point in the professionalization of the market in Uberlândia in the 1990s mainly for the dissemination of its exhibitions linked to the production and printing of catalogs with critical texts. The treatment of the accumulated data was made from a temporal cut in the 1980s and 1990s, but we did not disregard the previous period of market precursors in the city from the 1950s to the 70s. This work was divided into two chapters, the first entitled "Approximations In the time and space of the artistic field in Uberlândia "we deal with the social aspects of the structuring of the art circuit and we approach the methodology used for field research. In the second chapter entitled "Joints of the legitimating instances of art in the off-axis circuit" we seek to reveal the strategies of legitimating artists in front of the new institutions and formats of the local cultural milieu. / Dissertação (Mestrado)

This is roughly the verification of the artistic and literary production of one of the most representative contemporary writers with numerous publications in diverse genres, including the critical essay, and holds a significant critical fortune too. From this perspective our paper seeks to demonstrate the relevance and importance of a singular thematic in the naveirian poetic prose, drawing their connections and dialogues deftly spread in a matrix-practice of intertextuality with other productions and/or artistic spheres aspects of artistic and cultural convergences. This all leads to an operationalization of integrative nature of the intellectual production of the writer in comparison with other artistic voices sharing the same cultural ground; for both the theoretical and critical reflections of Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies of contemporarity provide methodological support necessary to the development of this work. The corpus study, therefore, consists of various and representative selection of poems in poetic prose, justified in our analysis proposal and that were extracted from the following works by Rachel Naveira: Portão de ferro (2006), Casa de tecla (1998), Fiandeira (1992), Fonte luminosa (1990), Via sacra (1989), Stella Maia e outros poemas (2001) and Pele de jambo (1996). / O objetivo principal desta dissertação é a análise da prosa poética da escritora sul-matogrossense Raquel Naveira, enfocando as relações entre literatura e pintura e abordando, particularmente, sob este prisma, os estudos interartísticos contemporâneos como vertente do campo dos estudos de Literatura Comparada. Trata-se, grosso modo, da verificação da produção artístico-literária de uma das mais representativas escritoras contemporâneas, com inúmeras publicações em gêneros diversificados, inclusive no ensaio crítico, bem como já detentora de uma significativa fortuna crítica. Dessa perspectiva, nosso trabalho procura demonstrar a relevância e singular importância temática presente na prosa poética naveiriana, extraindo das suas conexões e diálogos habilmente disseminados numa prática-matriz de intertextualidades com outras produções e/ou esferas artísticas aspectos de convergências artístico-culturais. Isso tudo resulta em uma operacionalização de natureza integradora da produção intelectual da escritora, em confronto com outras vozes artísticas compartilhadoras do mesmo chão cultural; para tanto, as reflexões teórico-críticas da literatura comparada e dos Estudos Culturais contemporâneos fornecem o suporte metodológico necessário ao trabalho desenvolvido. By adopting a new perspective, four categories can be defined that comprise the focal point of this study: the State, local and global culture, the school community and the group environments. The contemporary state is pervaded with a degree of complexity and fragility that has allowed anew kind of organisation to emerge. This is reflected in the public/private partnerships which currently influence the spheres that have traditionally been regarded as lying within the sole competence of the public sectors, or rather the State. The local and global cultures have merged into a new hybrid form in response to the economic, social and political model through which its influence is felt. This has given rise to the birth of a wide range of existing forms which are closely interlinked with each other, as well as with other forms, apparent realities and the technological apparatus produced by humans themselves, (which has ushered in cyber culture). This study examines the benefits derived by the school community from being responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating its own projects. This means that it is the school itself that must be shaped to become the place where ¨extraordinary¨ events can take place, as well as a privileged space which is able to arouse a process of reflection and broaden one s awareness of the world. The possibility of forming virtual group environments is referred to as a way of allowing the spread, production and reproduction of cultural expression to occur in the most diverse languages. This increases the strength of the will to exist and brings about a sense of belonging and having group responsibilities in shared space. Finally, the envisaged project allows others to have the chance to experience the growing fascination of finding cracks in the ¨ordinary¨ while sensing the emergence of the ¨extraordinary¨ and thus enable one to enter a new world: from its constitution to an exceptional state / A presente tese tem por objetivo verificar se, ao se propiciar visibilidade global à cultura local, ao que é considerado genuíno nos inúmeros municípios do estado de São Paulo, por meio do portal educativo EducaRede, particularmente na comunidade virtual As coisas boas da/para a minha terra , desencadeia-se um fazer pedagógico inovador nas escolas públicas estaduais paulistas. A partir de um olhar diferenciado, definem-se quatro categorias que serão o foco deste estudo: o Estado, a cultura local e global, a comunidade escolar e os ambientes colaborativos. O Estado contemporâneo se imbuiu de um nível de complexidade e fragilidade que propiciou o surgimento de uma nova organização que se reflete nas parcerias público-privadas que influenciam, na atualidade, esferas tradicionalmente consideradas de competência exclusiva do setor público, ou seja, do Estado. As culturas local e global se hibridizaram de forma peculiar, em atendimento ao modelo econômico, social e político que se impôs, fomentando o nascedouro da diversidade de formas de existir, de se relacionar consigo, com o outro, com as supostas realidades e com o aparato tecnológico criado pelo próprio humano, inaugurando a cibercultura. O trabalho discute os benefícios obtidos pela comunidade escolar ao se responsabilizar pela elaboração, execução e avaliação de seus próprios projetos, passando a escola a se configurar como local de manifestação do extraordinário, como um espaço privilegiado capaz de desencadear processos reflexivos e de ampliação da percepção do mundo. Aponta para a possibilidade de os ambientes colaborativos virtuais potencializarem a divulgação, a produção e a reprodução das manifestações culturais nas mais diversas linguagens, aumentando a potência da vontade de existir, a gerar um sentimento de pertencimento e de corresponsabilidade pelo espaço partilhado. A cultura afro-brasileira, de modo geral, tem sua herança perpassada e ressignificada a partir do imaginário construído com base no corpo negro, segundo apontou essa investigação e conforme situam as leis 10.639/03 e 11.645/08. Dessa maneira, essa pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, situada no tempo presente, objetivou desvendar o(s) caminho(s) pelo(s) qual (is) tem se formado concepções acerca do corpo negro afro-brasileiro no contexto educativo no município de Cachoeira/BA/Brasil. A questão norteadora seguiu o percurso da apreensão destas concepções no contexto educativo cachoeirano por meio da pesquisa histórica e bibliográfica, bem como aproximações com elementos da pesquisa etnográfica, documentação indireta, entrevistas e questionários semiestruturados. Consideramos e defendemos, como fundamental, destacar as manifestações culturais locais como elementos necessários ao contexto educativo formal, apontando essa questão como fundante no entendimento de identidade e pertença para cultura afrobrasileira, conforme nos demonstraram os educandos estudados. Faz-se necessário debruçar os olhos sobre este objeto de estudo no sentido de buscar caminhos de possibilitar maior visibilidade ao legado afrodescendente do Recôncavo Baiano que não somente sustentaram economicamente o estado durante muitas décadas do período colonial como lutaram pela causa da independência de nosso país. / ABSTRACT: This study comments the relationship between culture and imaginary of body constituted culturally in the context of formal education of Cachoeira city, Bahia, Brazil. Afro-brazilian culture, in general, has spread and re-signified its inheritance from imaginary constructed, based on the black body, according to this research and as both laws 10.639/03 and 11.645/08 points out. Thus, this qualitative research, located at the present time, aimed to reveal the way or ways by which conceptions have been formed about black afro-brazilian body in the educational context of the city of Cachoeira, Bahia, in Brasil. The guiding question followed the route of understanding of these conceptions in cachoeirano educational context, through history and literature as well as approaches to elements of ethnographic research, indirect documentation, semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. We have considered and defended as essential to highlight local cultural events as necessary elements to the formal educational context, pointing such question as foundational in understanding both identity and belonging to afro-brazilian culture, as it was demonstrated in the students studied. It is necessary to focus the eyes on the object of study in order to find ways to provide greater visibility to the legacy of afro-descedant from Reconcavo Baiano that not only has sustained economic status for many decades of the colonial period as fought for the cause of independence of our country.
