ANÁLISIS DE LA DEFORMACIÓN EN LA INYECCIÓN DE TERMOPLÁSTICOS BAJO VARIABLES DE FORMA DE LA PIEZA MEDIANTE RED NEURONAL Y SUPERFICIES RESPUESTA

La gran parte de productos de consumo contienen partes realizadas a través del proceso de inyección de termoplásticos, esto constata la importancia de este proceso de conformado con respecto a otros procesos de transformación de plástico. La minimización de los costes para ser más competitivos así como la eliminación o reducción de defectos en las piezas inyectadas, han sido los motivos principales para controlar el proceso a través de la optimización de las variables que entran en juego en este proceso, es por ello que se han realizado numerosos estudios referentes a obtener las relaciones existentes entre las variables del proceso y los aspectos de rentabilidad, estética y defectología de las piezas inyectadas. Modelizar dichas relaciones a través de algoritmos matemáticos con el fin de optimizar los resultados obtenidos y predecir el estado final de las piezas inyectadas han sido los objetivos de la mayoría de estudios. Uno de los efectos intrínsecos a la inyección es la deformación de la pieza, esta deformación tiene lugar debido a distintos factores que intervienen en el diseño del proceso en su conjunto, diferencias en la contracción, diferencias en la refrigeración, las esquinas de la pieza, la orientación molecular, etc son elementos condicionantes de la deformación que se han estudiado en infinidad de artículos, en esta divulgación científica se estudiará la deformación bajo aspectos dimensionales de la pieza con la finalidad de intentar descubrir y optimizar las condiciones de entrada que en este caso serían las dimensiones de la pieza a través de la observación y modelización de las variables de salida que seria la deformación. Y la pregunta que nos realizamos es ¿Cómo varían las deformaciones modificando las dimensiones de la pieza? ¿Cuáles son las dimensiones de la pieza a estudio que minimizan los efectos negativos de la deformación? ¿se puede predecir la deformación que obtendremos en una pieza solo con las dimensiones de una pieza? Durant les vingt dernières années, la nuit urbaine a été à l'origine en France d'un nouveau discours, portant notamment sur les nouvelles fonctions de la lumière dans la ville. L'évolution des modes de vie vers des horaires nocturnes, l'offre de services et de loisirs durant la nuit, la promotion de l'image nocturne des villes, à l'occasion de festivals lumière, du développement de plans d'illumination ou d'événements culturels nocturnes est au centre de toute une série d'enjeux culturels, politiques et environnementaux. La thèse s'intéresse à l'émergence de la nuit comme un nouveau champ d'action pour les politiques urbaines. Les politiques d'illumination mises en œuvre par les villes françaises, et notamment l'expérience de la ville de Lyon, apparaissent aujourd'hui comme un modèle de référence à l'international. En mobilisant les travaux sur la circulation et la diffusion des idées et des modèles, le transfert des politiques publiques ou encore les travaux sur les expertises urbaines, cette thèse s'interroge sur la mise en circulation de l'expérience lyonnaise et sur le processus de réappropriation de cette expérience dans trois villes mexicaines : Puebla, Morelia et San Luis Potosí. En s'appuyant sur ces différents terrains, nous procédons à l'analyse du processus de production d'un référentiel autour de l'aménagement de la ville par la lumière dans le contexte lyonnais ainsi que de sa mise en circulation à l'échelle internationale. Les modalités de réception et d'appropriation de ce référentiel sont ensuite étudiées dans le contexte mexicain. Pour rendre compte de toute la complexité des mécanismes de transfert d'une expertise lumière il faut comprendre les transformations que lui font subir les acteurs locaux en lien avec des concepteurs professionnels présents à l'international. L'aménagement de la ville par la lumière, processus qui se joue en partie dans des instances internationales, apparaît ainsi comme un « analyseur » des changements de l'action publique locale / During the last twenty years, the urban night originally appeared in France as a new discourse in particular concerning the new functions of lighting in the city. The evolution of the rhythms of lifestyles toward night-time schedules, the offer of services and leisure activities during night, the promotion of the night-time image of cities or at the night-time cultural events in the town-centre and the development of Illumination Master Plans are at the centre of a series of questions on cultural, political and environmental policies. The objective of this doctoral dissertation is the study of the emergence of night-time as a new sphere of action for urban policies. The adoption of the policies of illumination by the French cities, in particular the experience of the city of Lyon, appears as an international reference model. This study is based on the research work relating to diffusion and mobility of ideas and models, the transfer process of the public politics as well the work regarding the urban expertise. This dissertation aims to address questions concerning diffusion of the Lyon's experience and its re-appropriation processes in three Mexican cities: Puebla, Morelia and San Luis Potosi. This research uses the city of Lyon (France) as a case study to investigate the physical planning strategies of lighting design in the city and takes into account the production of the reference model. It then analyse the modalities of reception and appropriation of this model in the cities of Puebla, Morelia and San Luis Potosi. This is essential to show the complexities of the production of transfer of expertise of lighting design as well the dynamic contribution by local actors and the lighting designers to the production processes to the lighting policies. Estudio de la pesca artesanal en el entorno de la reserva marina de Cabo de Palos – Islas Hormigas. Estrategias de pesca, efecto de la protección y propuestas para la gestión

Los objetivos de la tesis fueron estudiar los factores que pueden explicar la variabilidad existente en la distribución e intensidad de la pesca artesanal en torno a una reserva marina (RM), valorar el efecto de la protección sobre la pesca y analizar y valorar los efectos bio-económicos de configuraciones alternativas de diseño y gestión. Los resultados revelaron que las embarcaciones artesanales calan más artes, de menor longitud, en zonas de elevada diversidad de hábitats. El rendimiento pesquero depende del nivel de protección, la distancia a la RM y la diversidad de artes por unidad de área. La protección está teniendo resultados positivos sobre las poblaciones de peces explotadas y beneficiando a la economía local. El aumento de superficie protegida, distribuido en varias reservas integrales en emplazamientos adecuados, distanciadas unas decenas kilómetros, más que la reducción del esfuerzo, tendría efectos positivos sobre el poblamiento de peces y la economía local. / The aim of the present work is to study the factors that may explain the variability in distribution and intensity of artisanal fishing around a marine reserve, evaluate the reserve effect and analyze and assess the biological and economic effects of alternative configurations of a marine protected area. The results revealed that artisanal vessels used more fishing gears, but shorter, in high habitat diversity areas. The fishing yield depends of protection level, distance to marine reserve and diversity of fishing gears per unit area. The protection measures have had positive results on exploited fish populations and in the local economy. The increase of protected area surface, distributed on several no take zones at appropriate locations, a few kilometers apart, more than the reduction of the fishing effort, would have positive effects on the population of commercial fishes and the local economy.

A tese nomeia dramaturgia da expansão, o tipo de construção dramatúrgica que, tal como a de World of Warcraft, é orientada pela necessidade expandir o espaço e o tempo ficcionais, ampliar o número e a extensão das suas ações dramáticas, além de incorporar novos personagens a fim de criar novas experiências narrativas e de jogo (referindo-se ao universo dos jogos digitais ou analógicos). Esse tipo de dramaturgia não surge com WoW, afinal o referido MMORPG possui uma evidente filiação a jogos de interpretação de personagens, os Role-Playing Games (RPG) de mesa e digitais, os quais já apresentam estratégias de expansão do seu universo ficcional e experiências de jogo com fins comerciais. Assim, o presente trabalho se configura como um estudo de caso e, portanto, verifica particularidades da dramaturgia de WoW ao mesmo tempo que aponta generalizações possíveis. A pesquisa adota uma metodologia pautada na observação direta e participante (na medida em que é preciso jogar para analisar o objeto). O próprio jogo constitui a principal fonte de dados da pesquisa. Dados estes obtidos a partir de cerca de 700 horas de jogo com 19 personagens jogáveis por parte do pesquisador e cruzados com um aparato teórico multidisciplinar advindo dos media studies, games studies, teorias do imaginário, teorias dos gêneros literários e estudos teatrais para serem enfim sistematizados na presente tese. Como resultado foi possível confirmar a hipótese defendida, verificando como cada um dos aspectos estruturais analisados (Ação, Composição de personagens e organização espacial dos signos) colabora para o contínuo processo de expansão do jogo. / This thesis aims to analyze dramaturgically the Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying (MMORPG) World of Wacraft (WoW), identifying and systematizing its structural aspects. This work sustains the hypothesis that the dramaturgy of WoW is structured to support the ongoing process of expansion of the game over the last 10 years (from the base game to the expansion pack Mists of Pandaria). The thesis names dramaturgy of the expansion, the type of dramaturgical construction which, such as World of Warcraft, is guided by the need to expand the fictional space and fictional time, increase the number and the extent of their dramatic actions, as well as incorporate new characters to create new narratives and game experiences (referring to the universe of digital or analog games). This type of drama does not come with WoW, after all the said MMORPG has an obvious affiliation to the interpretation of characters games, table and digital Role-Playing Games (RPG), which already have expansion strategies of their fictional universe and experience game for commercial purposes. Thus, this study is configured as a case study and therefore, verifies dramaturgy of particularities of WoW while pointing possible generalizations. It adopts a guided methodology in direct and participant observation (to the extent that is necessary to play to analyze the object). The game itself is the main source of research data. These data obtained from about 700 hours of playing with 19 playable characters from the researcher and crossed with a multidisciplinary theoretical apparatus arising from media studies, games studies, imaginary theories, theories of literary genres and theater studies to be finally systematized in this thesis. As a result it was possible to confirm the hypothesis defended by checking how each of the structural aspects analyzed (Action, composition of characters and spatial organization of the signs) contributes to the continued expansion of the game process.

Anamorfose é o nome que se dá para o desenho em perspectiva cônica cujo plano de projeção não é perpendicular à linha de visada. O plano de projeção pode se dividir em várias superfícies e formas, a imagem projetada se distorce até ficar irreconhecível; mas quando observado do ponto de vista pré-determinado, a imagem se forma novamente. Na sinalização de trânsito horizontal a anamorfose é utilizada para simular uma aparência tridimensional aos sinais de trânsito horizontais, denominada como Sinalização Horizontal Anamórfica (SHA). A base teórica, que se fundamentou nos princípios do design ergonômico e nas teorias da percepção e do comportamento humano; está expressa numa revisão que buscou compilar e discutir a relação entre as diversas áreas do conhecimento humano e o sistema de percepção visual no trânsito, e analisando-se o problema de pesquisa de diversos pontos de vista, buscando-se concordâncias, discordâncias e avanços nas ciências que estudam o comportamento humano. Para encontrar evidências que pudessem comprovar ou refutar a hipótese, foi realizado um experimento de desenvolvimento e aplicação de uma SHA em um trecho urbano simulado e comparou-se a taxa de percepção dos motoristas que por ela passaram com os que passaram por uma sinalização convencional. A sinalização horizontal utilizada para a pesquisa foi a legenda DEVAGAR, pois há estudos anteriores que detectaram índices de percepção muito baixos. Os resultados do teste revelou haver diferença significativa na taxa de percepção dos dois grupos. A discrepância entre os dois grupos pode significar que a SHA exerce algum efeito sobre a percepção visual do motorista. Os resultados revelaram que os motoristas que utilizarem o trecho contendo a SHA terão possibiidade maior de perceberem a sinalização do que os grupos que não continham a SHA, pois os testes estatísticos realizados comprovaram o aumento significativo de motoristas que perceberam a sinalização horizontal anamórfica em relação à sinalização convencional. / This thesis consists of a study that aimed to evaluate the impact of the application of anamorphosis on the redesign of horizontal traffic signs, whose hypothesis supposes that it can improve the perception of the drivers for this category of traffic signaling. Anamorphosis is the name given to the conical perspective drawing whose projection plane is not perpendicular to the line of sight. The projection plane can divide into several surfaces and shapes, the projected image distorts until it is unrecognizable; but when viewed from the predetermined point of view, the image is formed again. In horizontal traffic signaling the anamorphosis is used to simulate a three-dimensional appearance to the horizontal traffic signals, denominated Horizontal Anamorphic Signaling (SHA - from potuguese "Sinalização Horizontal Anamórfica). The theoretical basis, which was based on the principles of ergonomic design and theories of human perception and behavior; is expressed in a review that sought to compile and discuss the relationship between the various areas of human knowledge and the system of visual perception in traffic, and analyzing the research problem from different points of view, seeking concordances, disagreements and advances in sciences that study human behavior. To find evidence that could prove or disprove the hypothesis, an experiment was carried out to develop and apply an SHA in a simulated urban stretch, comparing the perception rate of the drivers that passed with those who passed through a conventional signaling. The horizontal signaling used for the research was the legend DEVAGAR, since there have been previous studies that detected very low indices of perception. The results of the test revealed that there was a significant difference in the perception rate of the two groups. The discrepancy between the two groups may mean that SHA has some effect on the driver's visual perception. The results showed that drivers using the SHA stretch will have a greater possibility of perceiving the signaling than the groups that did not contain SHA, since the statistical tests performed showed a significant increase in drivers who perceived the anamorphic horizontal signaling in relation to the conventional signaling.

This article presents the systematizing of the implementation of an experience of innovation in the university teaching realized from a perspective interdisciplinary and collaborative of the Faculty of Education and Faculty of Art, taking as an intention the creation of Peruvian stories for children for the development of the sensibility, the appraisal and valuation of the national and regional wealth. For the accomplishment of the analysis focal groups were used as method of compilation of information by the intention of knowing the perception of the students of the above mentioned powers on his participation in this formative activity. The process developed 22 children books with a Peruvians themes allowed each group of students to apply specialized knowledge and abilities learned within their respective faculties towards a common project which had a set of both pedagogical and artistic criteria. / Este artículo presenta la sistematización de la implementación de una experiencia de innovación en la docencia universitaria, realizada desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria y colaborativa de las Facultades de Educación y de Arte, teniendo  como propósito la creación de cuentos peruanos para niños para el desarrollo de la sensibilidad, la apreciación y valoración del patrimonio nacional y regional. Para la realización del análisis se usaron grupos focales como método de recolección de datos con el propósito de conocer la percepción de los estudiantes de dichas facultades sobre su participación en esta actividad formativa. La muestra estuvo constituida por 8 alumnos de Arte y 7 alumnas de Educación. Se elaboraron 22 cuentos infantiles peruanos, lo que permitió a los alumnos desarrollar y aplicar los conocimientos y habilidades aprendidos en cada curso en torno a un producto común, respondiendo a criterios pedagógicos y artísticos. / Este artigo apresenta o sistematizando da implementação de uma experiênciade inovação na docência universitária, levou a cabo de um interdisciplinaria de perspectiva e colaborador das Faculdades de Educação e de Arte, tendo como propósito a criação de histórias peruanas para crianças para o desenvolvimento da sensibilidade, a avaliação e estimação do patrimônio nacional e regional. Para a realização da análise grupos focais foram usados como método de juntar de dados com o propósito de conhecer a percepção dos estudantes destas faculdades na participação deles nesta atividade formativa. A amostra foi constituída por 8 estudantes de Arte e 7 estudantes de Educação. Foram elaboradas 22 histórias peruanas infantis, o que permitiu aos estudantes desenvolver e aplicar os conhecimentos e habilidades aprendidas em cada curso ao redor de um produto comum, respondendo a aproximações pedagógicas e artísticas.

It is a detached, three-storey building without a basement. Parking space is solved by parking in front of the building. The shape in plan consists of three rectangles with a flat roof. The house is fitted to almost flat terrain. The main entrances to the building are situated to the north, west, northwest. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM.

The channel capacity and capacity-achieving distributions are generally unknown. This thesis addresses system design of DTP channels and presents novel contributions to the capacity of DTP channel, properties and closed-form expression of the capacity-achieving distribution under peak and average constraints, signalling design, and sum-capacity-achieving distributions of DTP multiple access channel (MAC) with peak amplitude constraints.</p> <p>Two algorithms are developed to compute the channel capacity of DTP channel as well as the capacity-achieving distribution with average and peak amplitude constraints. Tight lower bounds based on input distributions with simple forms are presented. Non-uniform signalling algorithms to achieve the channel capacity are also demonstrated. Fundamental properties of capacity-achieving distributions for DTP channels are established. Furthermore, necessary and sufficient conditions on the optimality of binary distributions are presented. Analytical expressions for the capacity-achieving distributions of the DTP channel are derived when there is no dark current and when the dark current is large enough. A two-user DTP multiple access channel model is proposed and it is shown that the sum-capacity-achieving distributions under peak amplitude constraints are discrete with a finite number of mass points.</p> / Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Dans un contexte industriel qui évolue rapidement et constamment, les constructeurs automobiles sont amenés à développer des produits qui soient en adéquation avec des demandes d'un marché international et qui respectent en même temps les contraintes réglementaires imposées. Les systèmes de chaine de transmission hybrides rentrent donc dans cette volonté des constructeurs à vouloir proposer des produits véhicules performants, à faible coût et respectant les contraintes d'émission de gaz polluants. A travers le travail effectué dans cette thèse, nous proposons une démarche de conception permettant de modéliser un système technique complexe à différents niveaux systémiques au cours du cycle de conception, de l'optimiser localement à partir des expertises métiers, de modéliser les connaissances collaboratives qui sont échangées entre les modèles métiers et d'optimiser l'espace de conception afin de converger vers une solution de conception optimale dans un contexte d'innovation ou nous partons de la feuille blanche.L'objectif de ce travail est de proposer une nouvelle façon d'aborder les problèmes de conception des systèmes complexes, qui s'adapte au contexte de conception innovante tout comme la conception routinière. Ceci afin de permettre aux entreprises telles que PSA Peugeot Citroën de pouvoir proposer des produits avec des technologies à forte rupture tout en réduisant leurs coûts et garantir leurs images de marque. Ce travail a été illustré et validé à travers les résultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet de conception de chaine de transmission hybride MTI effectué au département d'innovation de PSA Peugeot Citroën. / In an industrial context that is continuously evolving and changing, automotive constructors find themselves obliged to develop their products by taking into account the requirements of an international market and the imposed regulations in this field. Hybrid powertrain systems fits into this constructor will to propose to customers efficient products that respects the regulation regarding gas emissions and presents a profitable low cost. Through the work done in this PhD, we propose a design approach that allow the modeling of a complex technical system in its different systemic levels during the design process, the local optimization done from professional expertise, the modeling of collaborative data exchanged between expert models and the optimization of the design space in order to converge towards an optimal design solution in innovative context.The aim of our work is to propose a new way of dealing with design problems related to complex systems that can be adapted to an innovative design context. This will allow companies such as PSA Peugeot Citroen to be able to diversify their products and integrated even the latest technology in it.
