Orientador: João Batista Ernesto de Moraes / Banca: Daniel Martínez-Ávila / Banca: Gracy Kelli Martins / Resumo: A partir das considerações obtidas no trabalho "O percurso discursivo da Ciência da Informação no Brasil: Uma análise discursiva a partir dos periódicos "Ciência da Informação" e "Revista da Escola de Biblioteconomia da UFMG" é possível afirmar que o período em que realizou a análise (década 1970) ficou marcado enquanto época que buscava por elementos formadores da espinha dorsal na consolidação epistemológica da área. Em oposição a esta perspectiva, foi verificado, por meio da análise das formações discursivas, um tratamento periférico em relação à epistemologia sendo retomado exaustivamente a questão da interdisciplinaridade que incide sobre a área. Além disso, foi possível verificar a importância das Instituições enquanto instâncias de validação científica dando destaque para os canais de comunicação formais; os periódicos analisados, enquanto elementos que promoviam o encontro entre as formações discursivas da área. O tratamento periférico em relação à epistemologia pode ser explicado pela institucionalização recente da Ciência da Informação no Brasil e acredita-se que para que este tratamento seja central é fundamental investigar uma outra camada da comunicação científica sendo este o tema central da proposta desse novo estudo, partindo da problemática de que os anais de eventos representam um nível de formalidade equivalente ao dos periódicos científicos na medida em que ambos canais de comunicação tem se institucionalizado formalmente através de sociedades científicas ... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Based on the considerations of the work "O percurso discursivo da Ciência da Informação no Brasil: Uma análise discursiva a partir dos periódicos "Ciência da Informação" e "Revista da Escola de Biblioteconomia da UFMG," it is possible to state that the period in which the analysis was conducted (the 1970s) was marked as a time that was seeking founding elements in the epistemological consolidation of the area. In opposition to this perspective, it was found through the analysis of discursive formations a peripheral treatment in relation to epistemology that focuses on the question of interdisciplinarity, that affects the area. In addition, it was possible to observe the importance of institutions as instances of scientific validation and especially the formal channels of communication: the studied periodicals as elements that promoted the interaction between the discursive formations of the area. The peripheral treatment in relation to epistemology can be explained by the recent institutionalization of Information Science in Brazil, and it is believed that this treatment is essential to investigate another layer of scientific communication which is the central theme of the purpose of this new study, based on the issue of conference proceedings representing a level of formality equivalent to academic journals inasmuch both communication channels have been formally institutionalized through scientific societies around the world over the last 20 years at international and nation... Para responder esta questão elenca-se como prioridade a busca por elementos que tornem possível o delineamento do percurso discursivo trilhado pela Ciência da Informação a partir da análise discursiva dos anais do GT 1 do ENANCIB sobre os estudos históricos e epistemológicos da área em nível de pós graduação. To answer this question, has as overall objective the search for elements that make the design of the discursive formations in Information Science possible based on the discursive analysis of the GT1 ENANCIB proceedings regarding the historical and epistemological studies of the area at a postgraduate level. I believe that cognitive and social institutionalization have the power to highlight the opacity of scientific institutionalization, the latter being responsible and subject to its own utterances.

Fundação de Apoio a Pesquisa e à Inovação Tecnológica do Estado de Sergipe - FAPITEC/SE / This dissertation seeks to analyze the forms of heterogeneity of discourse on Twitter, through the case study of the @PlanoFeminino twitter account during the event TEDx São Paulo Women. To this end, it builds on the French method of Discourse Analysis, focusing in particular on studies of Pêcheux and Authier-Revuz. Written in a context in which the interaction in social networks opens up the space for the construction of meanings by means of the materialization of the discourses of the different groups, choose to center the focus in one of the strands of feminist discourse, manifested in the event and selected Twitter account. Communications made through Twitter, a microblog, created in 2006, which limits messages to 140 characters, have become one of the main tools of interaction on the internet in the western world. With the event called TEDx São Paulo Women, on May 28, 2015, we carried out the monitoring of the tweets related to the event, simultaneously capturing the established conversation. For this, we used the NodeXL, a software specifically created for researches on digital social networks, cataloging 1,014 tweets that are in the research corpus. From the data collected, it was selected the account with the highest number of tweets: @PlanoFeminino, created in 2009 and currently with more than four thousand followers. The 69 tweets exchanged by @PlanoFeminino were categorized according to the occurrences number, distributing on the topics: "About the event" (27 tweets), "Gender / Empowerment of Women" (12 tweets), "Change / transformation "(9 tweets)," Education "(7 tweets)," Harassment "(6 tweets)," Race "(3 tweets)," Love / Happiness "(2 tweets)," Physical Activity "(2 tweets) and even the “uncategorized” (1 tweet). Tweets of the category “About the event”, although more frequent, work only as markers of the sequence of the event and, for this reason, were removed from the sample, the other four categories with the highest number of occurrences were selected, intentionally, eight discursive segments (tweets), two of each, for the analysis of discursive heterogeneity. To collect the tweets of the @PlanoFeminino we used the Advanced Research Twitter, Twitter's own tool that enables this type of collection. With the theoretical frameworks of Discourse Analysis forms of discursive heterogeneity were identified on Twitter. / Esta dissertação procura analisar as formas de heterogeneidade discursiva no Twitter, através do estudo de caso da movimentação da conta @PlanoFeminino durante o evento TEDx São Paulo Women. Para tanto, toma como base a Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, centrando-se, em especial, nos estudos de Pechêux e Authier-Revuz. Elaborada num contexto em que a interação nas redes sociais abre espaço para a construção de sentidos por meio da materialização de discursos de diferentes grupos, opta por centrar o foco numa das vertentes do discurso feminista, manifestada no evento e na conta de Twitter selecionados. As comunicações realizadas através do Twitter, microblog criado em 2006, que limita as mensagens a 140 caracteres, têm se constituído numa das principais ferramentas de interação na internet no ocidente. Com a realização de um evento denominado TEDx São Paulo Women, em 28 de maio de 2015, realizou-se o monitoramento das interações ligadas ao evento, capturando simultaneamente a conversação estabelecida. Para tanto, utilizou-se o software NodeXL, específico para a pesquisa com redes sociais digitais, catalogando 1.014 tweets que se constituem no corpus da pesquisa. A partir dos dados levantados, selecionou-se a conta com maior número de tweets: @PlanoFeminino, criada em 2009, e que possui, atualmente, mais de quatro mil seguidores. Os 69 tweets trocados pela @PlanoFeminino foram categorizados de acordo com o número de ocorrências, distribuindo-se nos temas: “Sobre o evento”, (27 tweets), “Gênero/Empoderamento da Mulher” (12 tweets), “Mudança/Transformação” (9 tweets), “Educação” (7 tweets), “Assédio” (6 tweets), “Raça” (3 tweets), “Amor/Felicidade” (2 tweets), “Atividade Física” (2 tweets) e, ainda os “Nãocategorizáveis” (1 tweet). Os tweets da categoria “Sobre o evento”, embora mais frequentes, funcionam apenas como marcadores da sequência do evento e, por essa razão, foram retirados da amostra. Das outras quatro categorias com maior número de ocorrências, foram selecionados, de modo intencional, oito segmentos discursivos (tweets), dois de cada uma delas, para a análise da heterogeneidade discursiva. Para a coleta dos tweets da @PlanoFeminino foi utilizado o Twitter Advanced Research, ferramenta do próprio Twitter que viabiliza este tipo de coleta. Com os postulados teóricos da Análise do Discurso foram identificadas as formas de heterogeneidade discursiva no Twitter.

Por meio dessas ferramentas, sujeitos evidenciam sua função de autoria, sem intermediários, e acabam sendo “convocados” a participar das discussões. Possibilitadas pelo avanço das tecnologias da sociedade em rede, as mídias sociais transformaram-se em um novo espaço público de discussão. Neste trabalho iremos investigar a reconfiguração da relação de interlocução entre imprensa e sociedade, com a chegada desses novos atores. Para isso, analisamos, discursivamente, a repercussão do trabalho de um grupo de jovens durante a ocupação/invasão da polícia no Complexo do Alemão, no Rio de Janeiro, pelo perfil @vozdacomunidade no Twitter. / Social networks have introduced in the current scenario new voices that have become involved in the public debate from the movements initiated in the domains of the sociotechnical settings. Through these tools, subjects identify their role of authorship, without intermediaries, and they end up being “summoned” to participate in discussions. Enabled by advancing technologies from the network society, social media have transformed themselves into a new public space for discussion. In this context, it is convenient to investigate the reconfiguration of the interlocution relation between press and society with the arrival of these new interlocutors. For that matter, it will be considered the repercussion of the work of a young people’s group during the police occupation-invasion of Complexo do Alemão in Rio de Janeiro through the profile @vozdacomunidade in Twitter.
