Previous issue date: 2017-02-23 / Esta tese tem como objetivo oferecer uma melhor compreensão do movimento social de consumidores vegetarianos e veganos, e sintetiza os resultados de três estudos que, juntos, cumprem o duplo objetivo de analisar a revolução na videografia e a exclusão de mercado. No primeiro estudo, discute-se o papel central da exclusão de mercado no movimento social vegetariano na cidade de São Paulo e descreve o compromisso dos vegetarianos com base em suas formas individualizadas de participação e seu foco na mudança cultural. O segundo estudo desta tese apresenta o método videográfico e discute sua aplicação à prática da pesquisa acadêmica e de mercado, apresentando um protocolo que resume a compreensão rica e detalhada deste método na prática. O terceiro estudo é uma videografia já publicada, que utiliza a realistic conflict theory para observar como diferentes tipos de pessoas ligadas ao universo do vegetarianismo e veganismo lidam com conflitos dentro e fora do movimento e como esses conflitos afetam a dinâmica do mercado. Os dados baseiam-se em 12 meses de trabalho de imersão etnográfica, com visitas a 18 eventos vegetarianos, cinco demonstrações públicas nas ruas e visitas regulares a cinco restaurantes veganos, para observar e conversar com vegetarianos e veganos no local. Foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade com 6 ovo-lacto-vegetarianos e 27 veganos. O artigo conclui com uma discussão das principais contribuições teóricas, implicações gerenciais, implicações para as políticas públicas, assim como com indicações de limitações e sugestões para pesquisas futuras. / This dissertation aims to provide an improved understanding of the social consumer movement of vegetarians and vegans, while it summarizes the results of three studies that, taken together, fulfill the twin objectives of analyzing the revolution in videography and analyzing marketplace exclusion. In the first study, the central role of marketplace exclusion in the social consumer movement of vegetarianism in the city of São Paulo is discussed, and the commitment of vegetarians based on their individualized forms of participation and their focus on cultural change is described. The second study of this dissertation discusses the technique of videography and its application to the practice of academic and market research, presenting a protocol that summarizes the rich and detailed understanding of this method in practice. The third study is an example of a published videography that uses realistic conflict theory to observe how different types of people connected with vegetarianism and veganism deal with conflicts within and outside the movement and how these conflicts affects market dynamics. The data are based on 12 months of ethnographic immersion fieldwork that involved visits to 18 vegetarian events, five public demonstrations on the street, and regular visits to five different vegan restaurants, in order to observe and talk to vegetarians and vegans on-site. Extended interviews were conducted with 6 ovo-lacto vegetarians and 27 vegans. The paper concludes with a discussion of the main theoretical contributions, managerial implications, implications for public policy, and limitations and suggestions for further research.

The thesis focuses on potential use of social networks in supporting innovation activities within companies. The main objective of the paper is to clarify the relationship between innovation activities in companies and its possible support by social network followed by presentation of suitable social networks which allows developing contacts, communication, sharing and cooperation in innovative activities. The objective is fulfilled by defining social networks and innovation; analysing related innovation activities of companies and its possible support through social networks; introducing appropriate social networks; evaluating innovative environment for business and examining awareness and applicability of these innovative concepts: open innovation, innovation marketplaces and collaboration platforms in Czech companies. The main contribution of the thesis is defining social networks in relation to innovation activities of companies, that gives the reader insight into the topic of social networks and innovation; designing an assessment framework of social networks that support innovation and creating an overview of existing social networks that enables innovation activities, which should help companies in easier orientation within services and functionality that analyzed web portals offer. The theoretical part of this paper defines the terms of social networks and innovation, and then explains the relationship of social networks and innovative activities. The theoretical part is followed by an overview of existing social networks that can be used as a support for innovation. The paper then focuses on the innovation environment in the Czech Republic in comparison to Sweden. The last chapter examines the awareness and applicability of social networks in supporting innovation activities in Czech companies.

advindas da globalização, quedas das barreiras comerciais,
desregulamentações de mercados, expansão do comércio
eletrônico, entre outras, têm tornado os mercados cada vez
mais competitivos. Uma estratégia que as empresas têm
adotado para enfrentar este novo cenário é a terceirização
de atividades da cadeia de valores, fazendo internamente
somente as atividades que as diferenciam, as chamadas
competências centrais. Outra estratégia adotada pelas
empresas têm sido a de fazerem as suas compras através da
Internet, usando todo o potencial do comércio eletrônico.
Todas estas mudanças tornaram as áreas e processos de
compra mais importantes e complexos. Este trabalho de
pesquisa visa propor um processo estruturado de compra
estratégica, que, com o auxílio das ferramentas de compra
eletrônica, ajude as empresas a enfrentar este novo cenário
competitivo. Este processo será estruturado em oito fases
interligadas com os mercados eletrônicos e as ferramentas
de compra eletrônica. Adicionalmente, apresentaremos um
estudo de caso da aplicação conjunta do processo de compra
estratégica e das ferramentas de compra eletrônica, numa
empresa brasileira. / [en] The changes in world economy over the last years resulting
from globalization, lifting of trade barriers, market
deregulation, e-commerce expansion, among others, have made
markets increasingly competitive. To face this new
scenario, companies have adopted the strategy of
outsourcing value chain activities and only the activities
that differentiate them - called core competencies - are
carried out internally. Companies have also adopted the
strategy of purchasing through the Internet, making use of
the enormous potential provided by the e-commerce. All of
these changes increased the importance and complexity
of purchasing areas and processes. The objective of this
research is to propose a structured process for strategic
sourcing, which combined with the e-procurement tools, will
help companies face this new competitive scenario. This
process is structured in eight phases interconnected with
the e-marketplace and e-procurement tools. In addition, a
case study will be presented, involving the joint use of
strategic sourcing process and e-procurement tools in a
Brazilian company.

En el presente trabajo de investigación se propone la creación de un Marketplace de alimentos orgánicos y naturales llamado Origen Market que satisface la necesidad de un público con tendencia a una vida saludable y con conciencia social. Este proyecto de negocio está dirigido a satisfacer al segmento de mujeres de 50 a 69 años de edad del nivel socioeconómico A, B y C de Lima Metropolitana. Asimismo, se propone la implementación de herramientas de marketing digital mediante la estrategia de diferenciación, relaciones públicas y el posicionamiento SEM. Además, se desarrolló una campaña de Marketing mediante una landing page, el cual obtuvo un resultado positivo que indica un interés de los clientes en cuidar su salud mediante productos orgánicos y naturales.
Se proyecta ingresos a través de comisiones del 12% por la venta de cada producto, asimismo, por la venta de paquetes de suscripción premium en base a tres categorías: plata, oro y diamante, según la necesidad de cada productor. Además, se muestra resultados de evaluación económica y financiera, a través de estados financieros, flujo de caja y punto de equilibrio. El análisis económico del proyecto es viable debido a su valor presente neto de 223,253 soles y una tasa interna de retorno de 48%.
Con este proyecto se busca crear un canal de ventas para los agroproductores que están dispuestos a invertir en un medio digital para llegar a clientes que tienen un estilo de vida saludable y con conciencia social. / This research proposes the creation of a marketplace of organic and natural foods called Origin Market that meets the need of a public with a tendency to a healthy life and social awareness. This business project is aimed at satisfying the segment of women between 50 and 69 years of age from socioeconomic levels A, B and C in Metropolitan Lima. It also proposes the implementation of digital marketing tools through the strategy of differentiation, public relations and SEM positioning. In addition, a marketing campaign was developed through a landing page, which obtained a positive result indicating an interest by clients in taking care of their health through organic and natural products.
Income is projected through commissions of 12% for the sale of each product, as well as for the sale of premium subscription packages based on three categories: silver, gold and diamond, according to the needs of each producer. In addition, economic and financial evaluation results are shown, through financial statements, cash flow and break-even point. The economic analysis of the project is viable due to its net present value of 223,253 soles and an internal rate of return of 48%.

El presente análisis de investigación tiene por objetivo principal explorar cómo se implementa el Dropshipping en las empresas que hacen uso de la plataforma de Ecommerce en Lima Metropolitana en el año 2020. La razón parte del interés por realizar esta indagación debido a que en la actualidad el Dropshipping es un modelo logístico innovador que genera un impacto favorable para muchas empresas que trabajan en sector del comercio exterior y que paralelamente se desempeñan en el rubro del comercio electrónico.
Para el desarrollo del estudio, se tomará como base teórica las teorías de Internacionalización, la Teoría de Tecnología de la información y Comunicaciones (TIC) y la Teoría de restricciones en la cadena de suministros.
La metodología de análisis de la investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo aplicada, bajo un diseño metodológico no experimental, con alcance exploratorio y de estrategia metodológica de método de estudios de casos. Para el enfoque cualitativo no cuenta con una hipótesis inicial antes de recolectar los datos, puesto que el enfoque utilizado es más inductivo analítico y se desarrollan a partir de los datos obtenidos.
El presente estudio contará con la participación de profesionales que trabajan en empresas que están ligadas al comercio exterior y que hacen uso de las plataformas de Ecommerce, empleando el instrumento de entrevistas a profundidad, los cuales se analizaron en el Software Atlas Ti. Los resultados obtenidos permitirán dar respuesta a los problemas específicos planteados, encontrar hallazgos y establecer las conclusiones y recomendaciones para la presente exploración. / The main objective of this research analysis is to explore how Dropshipping is implemented in companies that make use of the Ecommerce platform in Metropolitan Lima in 2020. The reason for this research is that Dropshipping is currently an innovative logistic model that generates a favorable impact for many companies that work in the foreign trade sector and at the same time work in the field of e-commerce.
For the development of the study, the theories of Internationalization, the Theory of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the Theory of Constraints in the supply chain will be taken as a theoretical basis.
The methodology of analysis of the research is of qualitative approach, applied type, under a non-experimental methodological design, with exploratory scope and methodological strategy of case study method. The qualitative approach does not have an initial hypothesis before collecting the data, since the approach used is more analytical inductive and is developed from the data obtained.
The present study will count with the participation of professionals working in companies that are linked to foreign trade and that make use of Ecommerce platforms, using the instrument of in-depth interviews, which were analyzed in the Atlas Ti software. The results obtained will allow to answer the specific problems raised, to find findings and to establish conclusions and recommendations for the present exploration. / Tesis

Farmers / En el último año, considerando el aislamiento social provocado por el COVID-19, se evidenció que Perú ha sido el segundo país que más ha visto afectada su economía en la región. Sin embargo, según Estudios Económicos del BCP, se presenció cómo algunos sectores de la economía se han visto favorecidos por el contexto de la pandemia. Entre ellos destacan las ventas online y los pagos digitales. En dicho sentido, el análisis considera que las ventas online, también conocidas como comercio electrónico, y los pagos digitales, a diferencia de los demás sectores beneficiados de la economía, demuestran cómo su crecimiento no solo se mantendrá, sino que seguirá aumentando. Como punto de partida de la descripción mencionada, se desarrolló Llankay, una plataforma marketplace, en donde unimos agricultores que se encuentran dispuestos a adaptarse al nuevo comercio digital, presentando su surtido de productos, en donde ellos mismos tienen la libertad y autoridad de poder gestionar sus precios finales, lo que les permite asegurar márgenes de ganancia más justos. Sus productos son comprados por distintos perfiles de empresa como restaurantes, hoteles, comerciantes, juguerías y más, en general, cualquier empresa que requiera el abastecimiento de insumos para su negocio, además de buscar otros atributos de valor para consolidar un aliado estratégico, como productos de calidad, compromiso y ahorro de tiempo. / In the last year, considering the social isolation caused by COVID-19, it was evident that Peru has been the second country that has seen its economy most affected in the region. However, according to BCP Economic Studies, it was witnessed how some sectors of the economy have been favored by the context of the pandemic. These include online sales and digital payments. In this sense, the analysis considers that online sales, also known as electronic commerce, and digital payments, unlike the other benefited sectors of the economy, demonstrate how their growth will not only be maintained but will continue to increase. As a starting point for the aforementioned description, Llankay was developed, a marketplace platform, where we unite farmers who are willing to adapt to the new digital commerce, presenting their assortment of products, where they have the freedom and authority to manage their final prices, which allows them to ensure fairer profit margins.
