DE L’EMERGENCE D’UN SUJET ADOLESCENT EN MILIEU EDUCATIF CONTRAINT : ethnologie des pratiques du don, de la réciprocité et des alliances contrebandières à l'épreuve de l'éducabilité en Centre Éducatif Fermé / THE EMERGENCE OF A TEENAGER IN THE MIDDLE FORCED EDUCATIONAL SUBJECT : ethnology of the practices of giving, reciprocity and smugglers alliances to the test of the educability in Closed educational centre

Touil, Ahmed Nordine 20 December 2018 (has links)
This PhD in educational sciences focuses on visible and/or invisible Springs implemented in interactions between adolescents and adults, within institutions that are an alternative to incarceration. This ethnographic research work aims to translate the way dont de les jeunes en souffrance, via des pratiques «contrebandières», parviennent à mettre en mots leurs actes youth suffering through 'smugglers' practices, are able to put into words their actions. Exchanges, official modes or at the margin of the forced setting, irrigate interactions and identify adolescents stigmatized in other than them being assigned identities. Our problem thus revolves around the gift and reciprocity, practices that allow / promote forms of alliances, transcend the principle of educability, and allow the emergence of a teenager in forced education topic.ecause these institutions total forcing in a space-time performative, adults-framing to mobilize operating ways of adjustment, they promote the sharing of emotions. Shared experiences helps to transcend the figure of the individual at risk by allowing the emergence of an empathetic topic.

La Chair du théâtre : les normes corporelles de l'acteur de théâtre et de théâtre-dansé 1970 à 2012 / The flesh of Theatre : The bodily Norms of the Stage and of the Danced Theatre Actors

Caemerbèke, Pascale 14 February 2013 (has links)
This dissertation originates in a questioning of the body of the stage actor in relation to social norms, inspired by Jean-Jacques Courtine’s seminar on «the history of the abnormal body». This focus on the body on stage has revived my passion for a kind of theatre in which actors, perceived as singular, have not been trained in the main theatre or dance academies. These shows more and more conspicuously display the body as real rather than ideal. These bodies in flesh and blood have a powerful impact on spectators. What does this body theatre have to say on the current state of the body? What kind of need does it meet? The first part of this work tries to give these actors and these plays a name by questioning some of the categories (normal/abnormal/out of norms; ordinary/extra-ordinary; disability/disabled; art/art-therapy; professional/amateur, …), as well as the bodily norms of the actor and his/her representation in force to day. The second part analyses heterogeneous documents in order to grasp the perception of spectators when attending the Oiseau Mouche various plays (in the course of the company’s history), as well as those of companies’ and stage directors’ works in which the body is deeply involved.

Andersson, Sandra, Nilsson, Kristina January 2019 (has links)
Background: Palliative care means that the care is soothing and not curative, where the focus is on promoting quality of life, right into death. Palliative care varies in Sweden. Palliative care is a major area of responsibility for district nurses employed in municipal home care. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to describe district nurses’ experiences of caring for patients in palliative stages in municipal home care. Method: The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews, ten district nurses from municipal home care with experience of home-based palliative care participated. The material was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: The district nurses described that they experienced the work with palliative care as challenging, but also as positive and satisfactory. Being able to make a difference, having involved relatives and a specialized palliative team was stated as the biggest benefits in palliative care. The difficulties were the lack of co-operation, or if the patients’ relatives were not aware of the situation. The district nurses stated that they were satisfied with their way of dealing with their feelings and that most of them sought support from their colleagues in the first place. Often, more difficult emotions occurred when it came to the care of younger patients, or when children were involved. Conclusion: The district nurses in this study experienced the work with patients in palliative stages as challenging, developing and emotional, but it was very rewarding. Difficulties that were highlighted were, above all, a lack of co-operation and a more difficult emotional management when it came to caring for younger patients, or when children were involved. The study can lead to an increased understanding for different healthcare providers who come into contact with patients in palliative stages and it highlights the need for collaboration to be able to get improved patient care.

Pahlenfejden : en intersektionell studie av värden / The Pahlen feud : an intersectional study of values

Wengelin, Elin January 2009 (has links)
<p>“Fröknarna von Pahlen”, is a series of novels written by the author Agnes von Krusenstjerna. Especially the fourth and fifth parts, published in 1933, raised questions about sexuality, especially about what was conceived as perverse and provoking descriptions. “Fröknarna von Pahlen” became a part of heated debates about what is acceptable to write about. How can the so called Pahlen feud be understood from an intersectional perspective, and from a focus on values, and by discussing imagined communities? The purpose is to find out what is going on in these debates. Six different values are being pointed out; art and skill, truth, freedom of speech and freedom of the press, the value in the young, the value in female perspectives, and moral values. There is a number of knot points tied to these values, and differentiating processes such as sex, class, age, ethnicity, religion etc. are all intertwined in these debates. From an intersectional understanding, none of these processes are more primal than another. The knot points are both of an emotional nature and thematic. The individual voices that emerge in the feud are named small narratives, and the more intersubjective narratives are called grand narratives. These narratives are being investigated rhetorically; for instance how some stories can appear more as truths than others, and it is analyzed how they separate people in groups and create hierarchies. They are also being seen from an emotional perspective; how individual feelings are a part of emotions, larger contexts and meaning coherences. These feelings are also understood as actions. Throughout the investigation there is a hermeneutic will to make things intelligible, and respect and point out the many different perspectives. This is being made in a cultural relativistic attempt. By focusing on imagined communities, different comradeships and groups in the feud can be pointed out. People can consider themselves parts of these groups, but they can also, more or less involuntarily, be considered as parts of these groups. In the writers opinion, the most important question is how “extreme” sexual descriptions an author is allowed to bring forth.<em></em><em></em></p>

Language Brokering a Dynamic Phenomenon: A Qualitative Study Examining the Experiences of Latina/o Language Brokers

Esquivel, Adriana 12 May 2012 (has links)
Language brokers are children of immigrants who use their skills as bilinguals to interpret or translate for their family and/or community members. Although language brokering may begin in childhood or preadolescence, language brokering may continue until adulthood. While there are a small number of studies that have touched upon change over time, this study’s primary focus is on language brokers’ experiences relating to change over time. This was accomplished through semi-structured in depth retrospective interviews among Latina/o young adults attending small liberal arts colleges. Three aspects of language brokering were examined, the practice of language brokering, feeling towards language brokering, and family dynamics. Three new aspects of language brokering emerged, brokering for parent’s business, brokering for the community, and brokering technology. Siblings played the role of the language broker at different points in time and to different extents. Parents’ English language developed, and they were able to navigate some tasks due to their language development and their experience completing typical forms. Feelings of joy and frustration, in deed, coexist. Feelings towards language brokering also changed from embarrassment and nervousness to confidence and satisfaction. The patterns and experiences found in this study highlight the complexity and dynamic nature of language brokering.

Magnusson, Anna, Martinsson, Frida January 2010 (has links)
This essay aims to investigate the perceptions of responsible personnel in a primary school about the use and importance of EQ, emotional intelligence, in the school's early years. With a hermeneutic approach and by qualitative interviews, we have taken note of the respondents perceptions about EQ. The result shows that EQ can be understood in different ways. Instead of having a common understanding of what EQ is the respondents mention that there are different areas associated with EQ.  Two major results are 1. The respondents who work in the lower age groups prefer to work with EQ regularly in scheduled lessons, but also integrated during the school day. 2. The respondents who work in the older age range (year 4) prefer only an integrated approach and considers that there may be perceived as artificially in the process of EQ, but that it should be about natural dilemmas from everyday life. The result also shows that the children have changed over time when the society has changed. Children are now, more than ever before, being admitted to the various media and use a lot of awake time to computer games and watching TV and film. As a consequence, today's school requires a higher degree of emotional and social skills.
