O presente estudo foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de investigar sobre a presença dos aspectos pedagógicos e de formação humana, no planejamento e na prática esportiva escolar, bem como nos jogos escolares em uma escola da Rede Pública Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul. O processo metodológico consistiu de um estudo de caso, na perspectiva qualitativa, com observação in loco do desenvolvimento das práticas esportivas e dos jogos escolares internos da escola e jogos esportivos escolares entre escolas, da 36ª CRE, Coordenadoria de Educação, município de Ijuí, RS. Esta proposta procurou contextualizar vários tópicos de pesquisa no que diz respeito a agentes autônomos em ambientes virtuais e suas capacidades de percepção. Procurou-se, através da área da visão sintética, encontrar métodos que pudessem ser generalizados para que outros sentidos pudessem ser simulados. O objetivo principal deste modelo é possibilitar que o agente possa identificar diferentes ocorrências de eventos dentro de um ambiente virtual, no que diz respeito às informações não necessariamente visuais, como por exemplo, a presença de cheiros ou barulhos. Para o modelo, foram buscados métodos que proporcionem um bom desempenho computacional e que sejam facilmente generalizados e implementados de maneira a prover métodos de percepção a multidões de humanos virtuais / This work presents a perception data model which deals with not visible information (such as hearing and smelling). This model is based on geometric information that exists in the virtual environment. This proposal also identifies several research topics related to autonomous agents in virtual environments and their perception abilities. Investigations in synthetic vision area allows to find methods that could be generalized in order to be used for other sensors. Therefore, the main objective of this model is to allow to the agents the possibility of identifying different events, into a virtual environment, not necessarily visual data. For instance, the presence of smell and noise. In addition, we propose methods which aims to provide a good computational performance and which can be generalized and implemented in a way that they can provide the perception methods to virtual human beings.

Winnicott will emphasize and study, due to the needs imposed by his clinic, the great importance of the other in the beginning completely coinciding with the environment in the human development, as well as focalizing on the importance of the first relationships. According to him, the child is born with an inherited potential which will only become effective in a sufficiently good environment. The baby s potentials are modulated by the mother/environment; on discerning the baby s rhythm and its necessities, and by validating her gesture, the mother will permit the updating of this child s creative potential. It is necessary that the mother can understand, permit and support, on behalf of the child, the need of fusion as well as of separation. It is fundamental that the mother can propitiate the appearance of a space of potential, until the child is capable to become an individual. It is also essential that the mother can be used to supply the child s needs. If this be so, the child can accumulate a reserve of basic confidence and of normal narcissism; it will be able to separate itself from the mother and, in a confident way, love not only itself, but the mother and other people as well. The child will constitute its subjectivity, apart from this mother, moving towards relative dependency at the beginning of life, dependency is absolute - and towards the development of the capability to be concerned, dream and play, confronting, therefore, the Oedipus issues in a manner that enriches the personality, with the possibility of responsibility and contribution towards the environment / A proposta deste trabalho é pensar, utilizando a teoria de Winnicott, como um ser vai se constituindo subjetivamente humano, singular e único e qual a contribuição do outro humano, também singular e único, nesse processo. Winnicott vai destacar e estudar, em face das necessidades impostas pela sua clínica, a grande importância do outro no começo, absolutamente coincidente com o ambiente no desenvolvimento humano, bem como vai enfocar a importância das primeiras relações. Para ele, a criança nasce com um potencial herdado que só se efetiva em um ambiente suficientemente bom . As potencialidades do bebê vão sendo moduladas pela mãe/ambiente; ao perceber o ritmo do bebê e suas necessidades, e ao validar seu gesto, a mãe vai permitir a atualização do potencial criativo dessa criança. É necessário que a mãe possa entender, permitir e suportar, por parte do filho, tanto a necessidade de fusão como de separação. É fundamental que a mãe possa propiciar o surgimento de um espaço potencial, até que o filho esteja apto a se individualizar. B. F. Skinner's twenty-three texts, published and republished in the 1970s, were fully read and analyzed. Excerpts were selected of each text grouped into five categories of analysis. Through this categorization, it was possible to observe that, according to Skinner, humans beings are able to control themselves and act in the world, and can build environments that take the remote consequences of their behavior into account. One way humans do that is by planning a culture in which they behave under control of the effects that they will produce in the behavior of others, building environments that enable the selection of behaviors that promote the survival of members of the culture, by taking the remote consequences of their behavior into account and can increase the chances that the culture and species continue to exist in the future. It was also possible to observe that the Experimental Analysis of Behavior can contribute to this planning, due to the way by which it produces knowledge on the ways to control the behavior of human beings, building environments and analyzing the effects of environmental variables on behavior. Moreover, it also helps when intervening in these relationships of behavior control, reducing the aversive forms that due to its by-products can lead humans to come under control of increasingly immediate consequences, and planning efficient contingencies of positive reinforcement / O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar na produção de Skinner, na década de 1970, subsídios que nos permitissem responder as seguintes questões: que condições podem possibilitar que seres humanos se comportem no presente levando em consideração as consequências remotas que seus comportamentos irão produzir? e de que forma a Análise do Comportamento pode auxiliar os seres humanos a se comportarem no presente levando em consideração as consequências remotas que seus comportamentos irão produzir? Vinte e três textos de B. F. Skinner publicados e republicados na década de 1970 foram lidos integralmente e analisados. Foram selecionados trechos de cada texto agrupados em cinco categorias de análise. Por meio dessa categorização foi possível observar que na concepção de Skinner os seres humanos são capazes de controlar a si mesmos e agir no mundo podendo construir os ambientes que levem as consequências remotas de seus comportamentos em consideração. Uma forma dos seres humanos fazerem isso é através do planejamento de uma cultura na qual os seres humanos se comportem sob controle dos efeitos que produzirão no comportamento dos outros, construindo ambientes que possibilitem a seleção de comportamentos que promovam a sobrevivência dos membros da cultura ao levarem as consequências remotas de seus comportamentos em consideração, podendo aumentar as possibilidades da cultura e da espécie continuarem a existir no futuro. Também foi possível observar que a Análise do Comportamento pode contribuir para esse planejamento devido à maneira que produz conhecimento, construindo ambientes e analisando os efeitos das variáveis ambientais no comportamento, sobre as formas de controle do comportamento dos seres humanos. In this sense, Stein s anthropology presents itself as a great effort to comprehend the human being s profound structure, considering the relations established with things, with other human beings and, finally , with God. Her analysis start based on Husserl s phenomenological method and, afterwards, are submitted to Tomas de Aquino s metaphisical indagations. On this movement between Husserl s phenomenology and Tomas de Aquino s metaphisics, Edith Stein describes the essencial constitution of the human being as constituent of body, soul and spirit as well as this essencial structure s individuation. Edith Stein s analysis on the human being comes from a pedagogical requirement and, for this reason, this project presents as a hypothesis the attempt to demonstrate how the anthropology of philosophical nature and the anthropology that lies on Revealed data can constitute as the fundaments of the pedagogy practice and theory. For that, many writings from the author and from scholars of the author have been studied in order to exemplify and confirm the analysis and interpretations on the subject-matter / O objeto deste trabalho é voltado para o estudo da antropologia filosófica e teológica de Edith Stein (1891-1942) e as suas implicações com a pedagogia. Neste sentido, a antropologia de Stein se apresenta como um largo esforço em compreender a estrutura profunda do ser humano, tanto na relação que ele estabelece com as coisas, como na relação que ele mantém com outros seres humanos e, por fim, na sua relação com Deus. Suas análises procedem do método fenomenológico de Husserl para serem, posteriormente, submetidas à indagação metafísica de Tomás de Aquino e, neste movimento, que vai da fenomenologia ao tomismo, Stein descreve a constituição essencial do ser humano, enquanto formado por corpo, alma e espírito, bem como a individuação dessa estrutura essencial. A análise steiniana sobre o homem parte de uma exigência pedagógica e, por esta razão, o presente trabalho apresenta como hipótese a tentativa de demonstrar de que maneira a antropologia de cunho filosófico e a antropologia que repousa sobre os dados Revelados, constituem o fundamento da prática e da teoria pedagógica. Being a phenomenon in evidence, driven by socio-economic disparities, globalization, the flow of people and activities of transnational organized crime, such offense is part of the international agenda, in which its complexity, proportion and rise, renders it one of the new forms of crime. In this moving and rich matter that reaches many areas of the knowledge, two key aspects stand out: the condition of the victim and the criminal-political demands that flow from it, which have prompted international efforts to eradicate it. Thus, the current social model, the conjuncture of human trafficking in the post-modern world as well as the factors that contribute to its increase and the role of organized crime will be briefly examined. Furthermore, this work considers the historical evolution of human trafficking, the historical overview of international instruments, addressing the definition, the constitutive elements and the modalities, including the development of the Brazilian criminal law until the law number 12.015/2009. Thus, the need for efficient criminal protection and the adoption of modern investigation techniques will be emphasized as well as the indispensability of legislative changes in the criminal context, for the current existing legal framework does not provide a satisfactory confrontation with the crime of people trafficking, remaining unaligned with the basic international standards / O trabalho em tela analisa o tráfico de seres humanos, hodiernamente classificado como uma das formas de escravidão contemporânea. Fenômeno em evidência, impulsionado pelas disparidades socioeconômicas, pela globalização, pelo fluxo de pessoas e pela atuação do crime organizado transnacional. Tal delito consta na agenda internacional, cuja complexidade, proporção e ascensão fazem com que possa ser apontado como uma das novas formas de criminalidade. Assunto palpitante e rico em diversas áreas do conhecimento, destacam-se dois aspectos determinantes, a condição da vítima e as exigências político-criminais que dele derivam, os quais têm motivado esforços internacionais para erradicá-lo. Desse modo, serão analisados brevemente o atual modelo social, a conjuntura do tráfico de seres humanos na pós-modernidade, além dos fatores colaboradores para a sua ascensão e o papel do crime organizado transnacional. Ainda, a evolução histórica do tráfico de seres humanos, o panorama histórico dos instrumentos internacionais, abordando-se a definição, os elementos constitutivos e as modalidades, incluindo o desenvolvimento da legislação penal brasileira até a Lei nº 12.015/2009. Ele necessita estar atento aos fatores externos e internos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento de um trabalho significativo, humano e tangível. O gestor coordenador é essencial para a realização de um trabalho formativo para que todos os envolvidos no ambiente escolar sejam beneficiados, principalmente os docentes. O referencial teórico fundamentou-se em estudos de Gatti (2008, 2013, 2014), Nóvoa (1992, 1995, 2009), Placo, Almeida e Souza (2011), Bauman (1998, 2001, 2004, 2008), Lück (2011), Maslow (1966), entre outros. Nos quais buscou aportes para fundamentar esta pesquisa. Sendo assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi fazer um levantamento de dados para compreender quais são os desafios que os gestores coordenadores enfrentam na rotina escolar e no seu papel como formador docente. O percurso metodológico adotado foi a pesquisa empírica qualitativa. Os dados foram levantados por meio de um questionário eletrônico com gestores coordenadores que trabalham em escolas estaduais de uma cidade do interior do estado de São Paulo por meio de do link disponibilizado pela Diretoria de Ensino da cidade. Nessa pesquisa, foi possível compreender melhor o papel do gestor coordenador na formação continuada dos docentes, seus desafios e necessidades. This professional needs to be attentive to external and internal factors that contribute to the development of a work which is meaningful, human and real. The school manager coordinator is essential to promote a formative work to benefit all those who are involved in the school environment, especially the teachers. The theoretical framework was based on studies by Gatti (2008, 2013, 2014), Nóvoa (1992, 1995, 2009), Placo, Almeida and Souza (2011), Bauman (1998, 2001, 2004, 2008), Lück (2011), Maslow (1966), among others. In which it sought contributions to support this research. Therefore, the aim of this research is to make a survey to understand the challenges that school managers coordinators faced in the school routine as a teacher training. The methodological approach adopted was an empirical qualitative research. The data was collected through an electronic questionnaire with school manager coordinators who work in public schools in the countryside of São Paulo State. In this research, it was possible to understand better the role of the school manager coordinator in the continuing education of the teachers and their difficulties and challenges. Le mouvement d’adéquation de cette conception de responsabilité est doté d’un caractère solidaire, en harmonie avec le principe de la dignité de la personne humaine, établi dans le premier article, III, de la Constitution Fédérale Brésilienne, en démontrant l’approche des droits public et privé. Le potentiel des dommages technologiques est aussi inconnu; cependant, on voit que la responsabilité technologique pourra entraîner des dommages potentiels et qu’elle, malgré la non positivation dans l’ordre juridique brésilien, devra être protégée par le Droit. Les alternatives seront l’usage de la clause générale du risque, de l’abus de droit et des dispositifs du Code de Défense du Consommateur, des hypothèses de l’incidence de responsabilité objective tujours en harmonie avec la tutelle de la personne humaine. On admet aussi la flexibilisation des présupposés de la responsabilité civile: le dommage et le lien de causalité. Il y a de cas où l’on demandera des mesures de précaution afin d’éviter l’occurrence de dommages, et d’autres où l’on partira d’une vérification effective d’un préjudice. Dans les deux hypothèses, la viabilité d’adaptation des nanotechnologies au Droit brésilien est seulement possible à travers de l’usage de concepts ouverts et à travers de critères herméneutiquement constitués. La société ne peut rester sans protection faute d’une règle juridique spécifique à la responsabilité nanotechnologique. Une nouvelle responsabilité “précaution” doit être, premièrement, prise et, après, leurs conséquences doivent être protégées, toujours observées les péculiarités du cas concret dont on demandera une précompréhension. / A responsabilidade civil e seus pressupostos evoluíram com o intuito de se enquadrar no desenvolvimento tecnológico verificado em sociedade e o concomitante surgimento de novos danos a serem protegidos, principalmente das nanotecnologias nos cenários mundial e brasileiro. O movimento de adequação desse instituto é marcado por um caráter solidário, consentâneo com o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, estabelecido no inciso III do artigo 1o da Constituição Federal, com a aproximação do Direito Público e do Direito Privado. A potencialidade dos danos nanotecnológicos ainda é desconhecida, porém é sabido que a responsabilidade nanotecnológica poderá causar potenciais danos e, embora não esteja positivada no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, deverá ser protegida pelo Direito. As alternativas consistirão na utilização da cláusula geral do risco, do abuso do direito e de dispositivos do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, hipóteses de incidência de responsabilidade objetiva, sempre em consonância com a tutela da pessoa humana, admitindo-se a flexibilização dos pressupostos da responsabilidade civil: dano e nexo de causalidade. Há casos em que se propugnará por medidas de precaução, a fim de evitar a ocorrência de danos, e outros em que se partirá da verificação efetiva de um prejuízo. Nas duas hipóteses, a viabilidade de enquadramento das nanotecnologias ao Direito brasileiro somente é possível mediante a utilização de conceitos abertos e a partir de critérios hermeneuticamente constituídos. A sociedade não poderá ficar desprotegida pela falta de uma norma jurídica específica à responsabilidade nanotecnológica. Uma nova responsabilidade deve ser, primeiramente, precavida e, posteriormente, suas consequências devem ser protegidas, sempre observadas as peculiaridades do caso concreto em que se propugnará por uma pré-compreensão. / Civil liability and its assumptions as well has evolved to fit the social technological development, and the concomitant emergence of new damage to be protected from, especially the nanotechnologies both in the world and in Brazil. The movement to adjust this institute is marked by a joint responsible character consistent with the principle of the individuals? dignity, established in the First Article, subsection III, of the Brazilian Federal Constitution, by bringing together public right and private right. Nanotechnological potential damage is still unknown; what is already known is that nanotechnological responsibility can trigger potential harm. Despite not implemented by the Brazilian legal order yet, it has to be protected by the law. Alternatives encompass the usage of the general risk clause, the Consumer?s Rights Defense law abuse and provisions, some hypotheses of objective incidence liability always in consonance with the human person?s guardianship and by acknowledging the flexibility of civil liability assumptions: causal damage and nexus. Instances exist when precautionary measures will be advocated to prevent damage from occurring; in other instances the effective investigation of harm will be the departure point. For both hypotheses, to make the framing of nanotechnologies into the Brazilian Law viable open concepts have to be used, and hermeneutically developed criteria have to become the foundation. Society can not be left unprotected due to a lack of rules of law specific to nanotechnological liability. New liability has to be, first of all, judicious and, second of all, its outcomes must be protected, and the oddities of the actual case must always be abided by, a situation where previous understanding will be advocated.

Desde tempos imemoriais, a milenar arte de contar e ouvir estórias está estreitamente relacionada com a formação de seres humanos. Narrar é uma ação própria do humano, incluindo-se nesse ato não só a narrativa de fatos vividos, mas sobretudo daqueles que são experimentados no âmbito do imaginário, fonte mitológica, portanto primordial, que nos supre dos símbolos essenciais necessários para a nossa existência no mundo. A partir de vivências narrativas proporcionadas aos frequentadores do Lab_Arte da FEUSP, em sua maioria alunos do curso de Pedagogia e de Licenciatura da Universidade de São Paulo, no núcleo de Narração de Estórias, através da investigação poética de seus processos simbólicos e de seus itinerários formativos, pôde-se perceber a importância de se cuidar da formação humana desses futuros docentes. Uma formação que transcende as barreiras escolares e que se dá para além das questões tecnicistas e operacionais que, em geral, servem como base única para os costumeiros cursos formativos de professores. Desde uma perspectiva hermenêutica e fenomenológica, as reflexões suscitadas pelas vivências no laboratório conduziram a pesquisadora desse trabalho ao mito fundador da pessoa contadora de estórias, que encontra sua expressão mais significativa na figura da sultana Sherazade, do livro das Mil e uma Noites, mas que perpassa o mito de Ariadne, a Senhora dos Labirintos, que por sua vez atualiza o mito sumério de Inanna, a senhora dos céus e dos ínferos. Narrando à beira do precipício, a Senhora da Vida convida o Senhor da Morte para uma contradança labiríntica, de cujo fim inexorável ninguém escapa. As estórias de tradição oral como fios que nos conectam aos nossos ancestrais e a todos que virão depois de nós, como palavra viva que prevalece sobre o narrador, nos despertam para um aprendizado que aponta para a necessidade de uma realização pessoal que se situa sempre dentro de uma existência coletiva comum e, como gesticuladores culturais, os professores acabam por entender que no banquete dos saberes tradicionais a única forma de saciar nossa fome e apaziguar nossa sede de conhecer é alimentando-nos e oferecendo-nos água fresca uns aos outros. Assim, acreditando que arte de narrar estórias é, sobretudo, a arte do encontro e do diálogo, foram os encontros e os diálogos dessa pesquisadora, professora e narradora de estórias, com as estórias e com seus alunos ouvintes-narradores, bem como seus diálogos com teóricos e pesquisadores como Georges Gusdorf, Joseph Campbell, Mircea Eliade, Chris Downing, Amadou Hampâté Bá e Marcos Ferreira-Santos , que nortearam essa pesquisa que, dessa forma, resultou numa complexa constelação simbólica de sentidos e significados, como exige o foco de uma investigação poética. / Since immemorial times, the millennial art of storytelling has been closely related to the education and human formation. Narrating is a typical human action, which includes not only narrating experienced facts, but also especially those that are experienced within the imaginary scope, our mythological and so primordial source of essential symbols necessary for our existence in the world. From narrative experiences offered to Lab_Arte goers most of whom being students of Pedagogy and of other degree courses from University of São Paulo, through the poetic research of their symbolic processes and their formative itineraries it was possible to realize the importance of taking care of the human formation of these future teachers. An education that transcends the school barriers and which is made beyond the technicist and operational issues that, in general, serve as a single basis of development for the usual training courses for teachers. From a hermeneutic and phenomenological perspective, the thoughts aroused by experiences in the lab led the researcher of this work to the founder myth of the storyteller, which finds its most significant expression in the figure of sultana Scheherazade, from the Arabians Night book, but that also pervades the myth of Ariadne, the Mistress of the Labyrinth, which turn to updates the Sumerian myth of Inanna, the Mistress of heaven and the world above. While narrates on the edge of the cliff, the Lady of Life invites the Lord of Death to a labyrinth dance, from whose inexorable end nobody escapes. The oral-tradition stories as threads that connect us to our ancestors and to all those who come after us as a living word that prevails on the narrator awaken us towards apprenticeship that points to the need for a personal fulfillment that only can be achieved within the space of a common and collective existence. As cultural agents, teachers will understand that at the feast of traditional knowledge the only way to end up our hunger and assuage our thirst of knowing is to feed us and provide us with fresh water to each other. So, believing that art of storytelling is, above all, the art of encounter and dialogue, the meetings and dialogues of this researcher, teacher and storyteller with the stories and with her students, as well as her dialogue with theoreticians and researchers like Georges Gusdorf, Joseph Campbell, Mircea Eliade, Chris Downing, Amadou Hampâté Bá, and Marcos Ferreira-Santos were the guiders to this research. Therefore, this study resulted in a complex symbolic constellation of meanings and senses, which is de focus of a poetic investigation.
