Toma-se como recorte emp?rico o Direito da Inf?ncia e da Juventude e, numa perspectiva concreta, o reconhecimento e a efetividade dos Direitos da Crian?a e do Adolescente no Brasil. Prop?e-se analisar o processo de democratiza??o e legitima??o dos direitos da inf?ncia e da juventude a partir do estudo e apreens?o dos conhecimentos que advogam uma vis?o transdisciplinar do conhecimento e de uma pr?xis dial?gica para constru??o do pensamento capaz de colaborar para uma an?lise cr?tica das pol?ticas p?blicas e para a elabora??o de estrat?gias que possibilitem uma real mudan?a do pensamento social acerca da doutrina da prote??o integral da crian?a e do adolescente. A abordagem metodol?gica proposta se desenvolveu a partir de uma vis?o dial?tica da ci?ncia e como estrat?gia de pesquisa para coleta dos dados de uma sociologia cartogr?fica ou cartografia simb?lica do direito e da justi?a. Demonstra-se que no processo de humaniza??o do Direito e da Justi?a h? um distanciamento entre a democratiza??o de direitos e a participa??o democr?tica destes direitos. / The crisis of the model of technical and formal rationality is discussed in light of a paradigmatic change of the Law that arises in the context of recent transformations of capitalism worldwide, proposing a humanization of Law and Justice with a new ethical-political foundation that promotes a reconciliation between the rules that governs the social order and the world of life, a process of society?s emancipation. As empirical cut it is taken the Right of Children and Youth and, in a practical perspective, the recognition and effectiveness of the Rights of Children and Adolescents in Brazil. It is proposed to analyze the process of democratization and legitimacy of the children and youth rights from the study and apprehension of knowledge that advocate a multidisciplinary view of knowledge and a dialogic praxis for construction of a thought able to contribute to the analysis of public policies and to develop strategies that allow a real change on the social thinking about the doctrine of integral protection of children and adolescents. The proposed methodological approach was developed from a dialectical view of science and as a research strategy for data collection of symbolic cartography or cartographic sociology of law and justice. It is shown that in the process of humanization of the Law and Justice there is a gap between the rights and the democratic participation of these rights.

Como parte do processo de implementa??o deste projeto surgiu a necessidade de avaliar essa estrat?gia sob diferentes pontos de vista, al?m de refletir sobre a influ?ncia da doulagem na forma??o acad?mica, tendo em vista que a maioria das doulas se encontram em processo de forma??o universit?ria. Dessa forma, o presente estudo, objetivou analisar a compreens?o das pu?rperas, das doulas e da equipe assistencial sobre a presen?a da doula durante o trabalho de parto das gestantes no cen?rio em estudo e a influ?ncia do exerc?cio da doulagem para a forma??o das acad?micas inseridas na maternidade. Trata-se de um estudo explorat?rio/descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, utilizando como instrumento de coleta de dados entrevistas semiestruturadas. O quantitativo dos entrevistados foi limitado conforme o crit?rio de satura??o, totalizando dezenove entrevistados e os dados foram analisados por meio da an?lise de conte?do. Na an?lise tem?tica da presente pesquisa foram identificadas cinco unidades de contexto que geraram quinze unidades de registros das quais emergiram tr?s categorias e nove subcategorias. As categorias foram: Presen?a da doula durante o trabalho de parto das gestantes e seus significados; Acompanhamento da doula durante o trabalho de parto das gestantes e suas melhorias; A influ?ncia da doulagem na forma??o acad?mica. Foi poss?vel com o estudo reconhecer a doula como parte do cuidado humanizado, prover subs?dios para uma reflex?o do seu trabalho a partir da compreens?o das categorias em estudo, al?m de identificar a relev?ncia da pr?tica da doulagem para forma??o acad?mica das doulas universit?rias. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Ensino em Sa?de, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / The insertion of doulas in a hospital setting in a Jequitinhonha Valley`s maternity was a strategy developed by the maternity team in partnership with a local university, aiming to delineate ways to humanize care for women during the parturition process. As part of this implementation process, arose the necessity to measure this strategy from different points of view, besides on the influence of activities of doulas in an academic education because most of the doulas are university students. Thus, this research aimed to identify the understanding of postpartum women, of doulas and the care team about the presence of the doula during labor of pregnant and the influence of doula?s exercise for process of training of students in the maternity. This research is an exploratory / descriptive study of qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews was used to collect data. The amount of interviewed was limited according the criterion of the saturation. The total of interviewed was nineteen and the data were analyzed by the content analysis. In thematic analysis of this study, it was identified five context units, which generated fifteen units of records, from which emerged three categories and nine sub-categories. The categories were: presence of the doula during labor and their meanings; Monitoring of the doula during labor of pregnant and their improvement; The influence of practice of doula?s exercise in academic education. Witer this study it was possible to recognize the doula as part of humanized care, provide subsidies for a reflection of their job from the understanding of the categories in research, as well as revealing the influence of the practice of doulas for academic training of university studentes.

For an effective humanized care, the condition of mutuality is emphasized, from which it also integrates the subjectivity of the professional. This Masters Dissertation aimed to apprehend and to understand in depth the professional and formative experience of resident physicians in a scenario marked by tensions between the working and learning conditions offered and the respondent to the subject for an effective practice of care in the urgency and emergency hospital context. In order to comply with this proposition, two Sections composes this study, one theoretical and the other, empirical. The first section, entitled Between the care and chaos: reflections about the doctor practice in urgency and emergency hospital context, contemplated a reflection on medical practice in urgency and emergency hospital context, marked by the poor working conditions and the specific characteristics like unpredictability and readiness to act. The ethics of care in Psychoanalysis and Humanization in Health proposed by the National Humanization Politics are guidilines to this discussion. Narrative vignettes of four resident physicians were used as an illustrative resource for this problematization.In the Empirical Section, called Care urgencies and emergencies: resident physicians? narratives,the aim was to explore the narratives of eight resident physicians whose professional practice occurs in the urgency and emergency hospital context during the Residence. Data from the interviews were analyzed through Interpretative Analysis. Therefore we have found that the Medical Residence is sought as a specialization of excellence in Medicine. However, the doctor, when becomes a resident, is faced with demands and requirements that take on excess, which inevitably brings effects, often harmful, to his subjectivity and to his professional identity formation process. Finally, since the implication of the physician's subjectivity in his work is evident, it is necessary to pay attention to the professional?s condition of affectation, thus avoiding indifference practices both towards the other and to himself. That is, the effective practice of mutuality in care becomes an essential factor of protection and promotion of psychic health of these professionals. It is concluded,therefore, that institutional attention is essential in the direction to offer genuine and official spaces that promote reflection and criticism on what is effectively experienced by resident doctors, from the recognition and reception of their unique demands. / A pr?tica profissional na ?rea da sa?de, inquestionavelmente, envolve o cuidado ao outro. When delimiting it, it was intended to verify how the managers, teachers and students of a private school, in the city of Passo Fundo, RS, conceptualize, perceive, value and experience their role, as well as knowing how their interpersonal relationships are given, what their methodologies are and how their training took place. Therefore, a qualitative descriptive research was developed during the first semester of 2016. The subjects of the research were representatives of the managers, who answered a questionnaire, the students of the eighth grade class of Elementary School, who wrote a letter to the teachers who have marked their lives mostly; Finally, these teachers, recipients of student letters, answered a questionnaire and made a statement about the letters received. The basis of the study was presented in diferent categories as: the meaning of the word ?to educate?, the meaning of the expression ?Human Consciousness?, the role of the school and the teacher, the teacher`s person. Many authors were reviewed, among them: Dam?sio (1996, 2000), Delors (2012), Enricone (2009), Freire (1974, 1996, 2001), Maturana (1998, 2000, 2016), Morin (1999, 2000), Mosquere (1975, 1980, 2011), N?voa (1992, 2003), Palmer (2012), Piaget (1994), Wilber (1986, 2001, 2007) e Yus (1998). The first data of this survey were obtained throught questionnaires and were analysed by descriptive and interpretative means. The Bardin (2004) method was used to analyse the letters and testimonies. Once the main units of the study were identified, new categories were added as: the students`point-of-view of the teachers and their classes, the interaction among teachers, students and material used to teach, the special moments during the classes, the surprise and joy reading the letters, how the teachers evaluate themselves and how they act, and personal and professional background. The results of this study showed the aspects that students value in their teachers, such as the use of innovative and interdisciplinary methodologies, as well as the human qualities that these professionals reveal as: happiness, sense of humor, friendship, self-confidence, humility and empathy. In addition, it was possible to understand how strong the process of identification occurs between the teacher and his/her students, provided that the bonds formed between them are based on trust and love. With these findings, the need to raise teachers' awareness about the influence on their students was stressed and it can be done in spaces of reflection, sharing of experiences and exercise of self-knowledge in the course of their academic formation. / O presente estudo teve como objetivo compreender a influ?ncia da pessoa dos professores na na humaniza??o da Educa??o. Ao delimit?-lo, pretendeu-se verificar como os gestores, professores e estudantes de uma escola privada, do munic?pio de Passo Fundo, RS, eleita mediante question?rio, conceituam, percebem, valorizam e vivenciam o seu papel, bem como conhecer como se d?o suas rela??es interpessoais e como aconteceu sua forma??o pessoal e profissional. Para tanto, optou-se pelo desenvolvimento de uma pesquisa de car?ter qualitativo descritivo e interpretativo. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram cinco gestores, os quais responderam a um question?rio, dezessete estudantes da turma de oitavo ano do Ensino Fundamental, que escreveram uma carta aos professores que mais marcaram a sua vida; por fim, esses professores, em um total de seis, destinat?rios das cartas dos estudantes, responderam a um question?rio e fizeram um depoimento sobre as cartas recebidas. Os fundamentos buscados a priori foram apresentados em diferentes categorias, tais como os significados da palavra Educar e da express?o Consci?ncia Humana, o papel da escola e do professor e a pessoa do professor, e dentre os principais autores utilizados cabe destacar Dam?sio (1996, 2000), Delors (2012); Enricone (2009), Freire (1974, 1996, 2001), Maturana (1998, 2000, 1016), Morin (1999, 2000), Mosquera (1975, 1980, 2011), N?voa (1992, 2003) Palmer (2012), Piaget (1994), Wilber (1986, 2001, 2007) e Yus (1998). A an?lise dos primeiros dados da pesquisa que foram coletados por meio de question?rios foi realizada de forma descritiva e interpretativa e, para a an?lise das cartas e depoimentos, utilizou-se os pressupostos de Bardin (2004). A partir da identifica??o das unidades significativas formulou-se novas categorias de an?lise tais como: os professores e suas aulas na perspectiva dos estudantes, a intera??o entre professores, estudantes e conte?dos, os momentos marcantes nas aulas, a surpresa e emo??o com as cartas, como os professores se julgam ser e como agem, intera??o professor e estudante e forma??o pessoal e profissional. Os resultados desse estudo evidenciaram as caracter?sticas que os estudantes valorizam em seus professores, tais como: a utiliza??o de metodologias inovadoras e interdisciplinares, bem como as qualidades humanas que esses profissionais revelam como, entre elas: a alegria, o humor, a amizade, a confian?a e a empatia. Al?m disso, foi poss?vel compreender o qu?o forte ? o processo de identifica??o que ocorre entre o professor e os seus estudantes, desde que os v?nculos formados entre eles estejam baseados na confian?a e no amor. Diante desses achados, defende-se a necessidade de ampliar a consci?ncia dos pr?prios professores a respeito dessa influ?ncia sobre os seus estudantes, o que pode ser realizado em espa?os de reflex?o, compartilhamento de experi?ncias e exerc?cio de autoconhecimento no decorrer de sua forma??o acad?mica.

The non-dogmatic character of its theory, as well as the ethics of its intervention, enables the Psychoanalysis insertion in these contexts. This study aims, therefore, to meet the real contributions, challenges, and Psychoanalysis barriers in the public health intervention, so that this subject has, effectively, a becoming in the health field. Thus, this thesis has three sections, one theoretical and two empirical. The theoretical section, entitled ?The notion of psychopathology: developments in a heterogeneity field?, aimed to inquire the several notions about psychopathology throughout History, exploring different ways to treat them and the consequences of such concepts in therapies. The mythical-religious conceptions, the anatomo-physiological, as well as the understandings that embrace the subjectivity dimension permeated this thesis. Nowadays, it is possible to notice a return on appreciating organicist explanations and on medicalization as main front therapy to psychiatric diseases. Then, it is necessary to redeem the own terms of Psychoanalysis and its ethic of prioritizing the singular subject?s speech in order to create possibilities of autonomy and freedom. The first empirical section, named ?The creative power of Psychoanalysis at work with different public health subjects? experiences from their daily work in public health institutions. Accessing and discovering the impasses in this professional practice were the aims in this thesis, as well as the labor resources, which foment and ensure the specificity and the accuracy of this unique way to comprehend and intervene in human phenomena. Therefore, it interviewed ten psychoanalysts, individually, working in public health, in the mental health field. By using the Content Analysis (CA) technique (Bardin, 1992; Moraes, 1999), it was possible to analyze, qualitatively, the findings of this study. This method, in its a posteriori model, enabled the creation of three Final Considerations: Adaptation X Creation: challenges to Psychoanalysis in the heterogeneous field of public health; Health Staff - continent of otherness repercussions in doing ethical in public health; Apart from the protocol ? the insistence of subjectivity in public health. It was viable to conclude that the practice of Psychoanalysis is not restricted to private clinic, being able to extrapolate their interventional contexts to other areas that deal with the human suffering. Thus, it confirms the pertinence and relevance of the contributions derived from the complexity of the conceptual and technical Psychoanalysis field in the public health context. The inclusion in Public Health System - SUS involves a create-action that, to oppose a simple adaptation, demands a constant opening to renew the daily practice, anchored in the ethical notion that guides the listening of the subject of Unconscious. In the second empirical section, ?Integrality and Humanization in Public Health ? challenges and possibilities from the Psychoanalysis perspective?, it utilized the materials derived from interviews with four participants who were active. Each participant acted in different spheres of SUS, considering the management and primary, secondary and tertiary attention. From the concepts of Integrality and Humanization, it sought questioning how these two elements exist in the psychoanalysts? practice. Using the a priori CA technique (Bardin, 1992) in the interviews, allowed the development of two predefined categories: The Integrality as a rescue for the subject beyond the organism and Humanization: the challenge of the other?s role. It was evident that Psychoanalysis seeks to displace the look to the suffering of others, whether the user, technician or manager that condemn a mere repetition of the same. The psychoanalytic tools can foster dialogue and creation among different knowledge. In order that, in their practices in public health, the prominence and humanization are drivers of the effective rescue of subject?s uniqueness and of their right to stand as such. / A Psican?lise vem contribuindo para as transforma??es das condi??es de tratamento e da problematiza??o referente ao lugar que o sujeito ocupa nos dispositivos ofertados pela rede de sa?de p?blica. A inser??o da Psican?lise nestes contextos ? oportunizada pelo car?ter de n?o dogmatismo de sua teoria, bem como pela ?tica de sua interven??o. A primeira se??o te?rica, nomeada ?A no??o de psicopatologia: desdobramentos em um campo de heterogeneidades? objetivou problematizar as diversas no??es de psicopatologia ao longo da hist?ria da humanidade, explorando as distintas formas de trat?-las e as consequ?ncias de tais concep??es nas terap?uticas empregadas. Perpassaram-se as concep??es m?tico-religiosas, as anatomo-fisiol?gicas, bem como as compreens?es que abarcam a dimens?o da subjetividade. Diante da constata??o contempor?nea de um retorno ? valoriza??o das explica??es de cunho organicista e da medicaliza??o como terap?utica principal frente ?s patologias ps?quicas, se sustenta a Psican?lise e sua ?tica de priorizar a fala de um sujeito singular na constru??o de suas possibilidades de autonomia e liberdade. A segunda se??o se trata de um estudo emp?rico, nomeado ?A pot?ncia criativa da Psican?lise frente aos impasses e desafios na sa?de p?blica?, que teve o objetivo de conhecer a experi?ncia de psicanalistas no cotidiano de seu trabalho na sa?de p?blica. Foi investigado em profundidade as experi?ncias de trabalho de psicanalistas em institui??es p?blicas de sa?de a fim de acessar e desvelar os recursos laborais que fomentam e garantem a especificidade e o rigor desta singular forma de compreens?o e interven??o nos fen?menos humanos. Para tanto, foram entrevistados, individualmente, dez psicanalistas que atuam na sa?de p?blica, no campo da sa?de mental. Os achados do estudo foram analisados qualitativamente, mediante a t?cnica de An?lise de Conte?do - AC (Bardin, 1992; Moraes, 1999). Foram criadas, pelo m?todo a posteriori da AC, tr?s categorias finais: Adapta??o X Cria??o: desafios ? Psican?lise no heterog?neo campo da sa?de p?blica; Equipe de Sa?de - continente de repercuss?es alterit?rias do fazer ?tico em sa?de p?blica; Para al?m do protocolo - a insist?ncia da subjetividade na sa?de p?blica. Concluiu-se que a pr?tica da Psican?lise n?o se restringe ? cl?nica privada, podendo extrapolar seus contextos interventivos para outras esferas que lidem com o padecimento humano, constatando a pertin?ncia e relev?ncia das contribui??es derivadas da complexidade do campo conceitual e t?cnico da Psican?lise no contexto da sa?de p?blica. A inser??o no Sistema ?nico de Sa?de - SUS envolve uma cria-a??o que, ao se opor a uma simples adapta??o, exige uma constante abertura ? renova??o na pr?tica cotidiana, ancorada na no??o de ?tica que orienta a escuta ao sujeito de Inconsciente. Na segunda se??o emp?rica, intitulada ?Integralidade e Humaniza??o na Sa?de P?blica ? desafios e possibilidades sob a ?tica da Psican?lise?, optou-se por trabalhar o material oriundo de entrevistas realizadas com quatro participantes que atuavam, cada um deles, em diferentes esferas do SUS, contemplando a gest?o e as aten??es prim?ria, secund?ria e terci?ria. A partir dos conceitos de Integralidade e de Humaniza??o, buscou-se problematizar como estes dois elementos se fazem presentes na pr?tica dos psicanalistas. As entrevistas foram trabalhadas por meio da AC a priori (Bardin, 1992), tendo duas categorias previamente definidas: A Integralidade como resgate de um sujeito al?m do organismo e Humaniza??o: o desafio do protagonismo do outro. Evidenciou-se que a Psican?lise busca desacomodar o olhar para o sofrimento alheio, seja do usu?rio, do t?cnico ou do gestor, que condene a uma mera repeti??o do mesmo. As ferramentas psicanal?ticas podem fomentar o di?logo e a cria??o entre diferentes saberes a fim de que, em suas pr?ticas em sa?de p?blica, o protagonismo e a humaniza??o sejam ordenadores do efetivo resgate da singularidade do sujeito e de seu direito a enunciar-se como tal.

This is a case study, with qualitative approach. For its achievement, was sought and granted authorization from the direction of the Hospital Universit?rio Onofre Lopes (HUOL) and the Ethics Committee in Research of HUOL as Statement No. 422/10. During data collection, interviews were conducted with 20 nurses of the institution. The data analysis was based on the theoretical framework of Minayo to thematic content analysis, grounded in authors who work with themes, nursing records and quality care. With the empirical material, we constructed a framework of analysis, which was identified four categories thus nominated, "Reading and learning from those who register," "nursing records and quality of care," "the essence of nursing records" and "intention and action on the record of the subjective aspects of the patient." The results show that the records are insufficient, even in the case of the procedures performed with the patients often do not inform about the aspects that deal with the subjectivity that surround it, and admit that the records do not represent a parameter for evaluating the quality of care at least at that institution. In summary, the respondents recognize the importance of valuing subjectivity of the patient in their treatment, yet admit to neglect this aspect as significant for comprehensive health care, humane and quality / O objetivo do presente estudo ? analisar a vis?o de enfermeiros acerca dos registros de enfermagem no prontu?rio, na perspectiva do registro do cuidado humanizado. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, de abordagem qualitativa. Para sua realiza??o, foi solicitada e concedida autoriza??o da dire??o do Hospital Universit?rio Onofre Lopes (HUOL), bem como do Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisa do HUOL, conforme Parecer n? 422/10. Durante a coleta de dados, foram feitas entrevistas com 20 enfermeiros da Institui??o. A an?lise do material coletado foi realizada a partir do referencial te?rico de Minayo para an?lise tem?tica do conte?do, ancorada em autores que trabalham com os temas, registros de enfermagem e humaniza??o da assist?ncia. A partir do material emp?rico, foi constru?da uma grelha de an?lise, sendo identificadas quatro categorias, assim, nominadas: Lendo e aprendendo com o que se registra ; os registros de enfermagem e a qualidade da assist?ncia ; a ess?ncia dos registros de enfermagem e a inten??o e gesto sobre o registro dos aspectos subjetivos do paciente . Os resultados apontam que os registros s?o incipientes, mesmo em se tratando dos procedimentos realizados com o paciente; comumente, n?o informam acerca dos aspectos que tratam das subjetividades que o envolvem; e admitem que os registros n?o representam um par?metro para avaliar a qualidade da assist?ncia, pelo menos, naquela Institui??o. The change of shift is one of the routines used by nursing in their work process and of great significance for the patient; therefore, deserves careful analysis in seeking to perfect themselves for the improvement of nursing care. It is a descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The collection of information was performed using semi-structured interview, in August and September of 2011, after authorization from the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, as opinion 290/2011. The analysis, based on interviews of patients, took the humanization as the thread of investigation backed by authors who deal on the subject and the theory of the gift of Marcel Mauss that sits on drug give-receive-return. The results indicate that the change of shift at the bedside but has not configured, the content of the speech of patients interviewed, as a moment that has generated fear and anxiety, could be deduced by the expression of silence, tears and other signs during interviews, how hard it is to live this experience. Nevertheless, despite this apparent tranquility, revealed uncertainty and apprehension face the speech of professional, during the visit at the bedside, particularly when referring to their health and their neighbors. On the other hand, the indifference to the participation of the patient at the time of the visit, expressing an attitude of merely technical nature, dehumanizes the act of taking care, the essence of nursing. And, for all the patients that we understand, about the visit to the bedside, as well as the ICU, we can infer that there is suffering for them. However, we understand your feelings and revelations seeking support in the theory of Mauss's gift: the patient receives the gift (care), and imbued with a feeling of gratitude, the rewards in the form of compliments and courtesies. Precisely for this reason, we need to sharpen our sensitivity to deal about the human condition in all its vulnerability. / O presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender os sentimentos de pacientes internados na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) que vivenciam uma passagem de plant?o ? beira do leito. A passagem de plant?o constitui uma das rotinas utilizadas pela enfermagem no seu processo de trabalho e de grande significa??o para o paciente; por isso mesmo, merece uma an?lise cuidadosa na busca de seu aperfei?oamento para o aprimoramento da assist?ncia de enfermagem. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo explorat?rio, de natureza qualitativa. A coleta de informa??es foi realizada atrav?s de entrevista semiestruturada, nos meses de agosto e setembro de 2011, ap?s autoriza??o do Comit? de ?tica, da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, conforme Parecer 290/2011. A an?lise, pautada nos depoimentos dos pacientes, tomou a humaniza??o como o fio condutor da investiga??o, apoiada em autores que tratam sobre o tema e na teoria da d?diva de Marcel Mauss que se assenta na tr?ade: dar-receber-retribuir. Os resultados apontam que a passagem de plant?o ? beira do leito embora n?o tenha se configurado, pelo teor das falas dos pacientes entrevistados, como um momento que tenha gerado medo e ansiedade, p?de-se depreender pelas express?es de sil?ncio, l?grimas e outras sinaliza??es, durante as entrevistas, o qu?o dif?cil ? vivenciar essa experi?ncia. Mesmo assim, apesar dessa aparente tranquilidade, revelaram incerteza e apreens?o diante das falas dos profissionais, por ocasi?o da visita ? beira do leito, particularmente, quando se referiam ao seu estado de sa?de e de seus vizinhos. Por outro lado, a indiferen?a em rela??o ? participa??o do paciente, no momento da visita, expressando uma atitude de cunho meramente t?cnico, desumaniza a a??o do cuidar, ess?ncia da enfermagem. E, por tudo que apreendemos dos pacientes, acerca da visita ? beira do leito, bem como da pr?pria UTI, podemos inferir que h? sofrimento para eles. No entanto, vamos compreender suas revela??es e sentimentos buscando apoio na teoria da d?diva de Mauss: o paciente recebe o presente (cuidado) e, imbu?do de um sentimento de gratid?o, o retribui em forma de elogios e gentilezas. The objective was to describe the nurse s experience in caring for patients in the ICU and to analyze the nurse s perception of the care provided. The study is a descriptive inquiry of qualitative nature with a phenomenological approach. We interviewed eight nurses, 26 and 43 years of age, that provide care in the ICU of a private hospital in Natal/RN, during the manths of July and August of 2006. We analyzed the data acording to the method of Colaizzi. Four categories emerged from the data: The search for the maintenance of life, The technicalbureaucratic activities, The recognition of the patient s individuality, and the expression of the nurse s feelings.The analysis allowed us to describe the lived experience of the nurse s care the ICU and to comprehend the structural elements of this experience. The results showed that the nurse s experience presents itself as a process of the several actions and feelings that occur while the social relations between the patient and the nurse develop. Finally, we understand that although the study shows an experience based on a biological model of health, these nurses possess an initial idea on how to reach humanized care in its essence, needing, however, of an institutional policy that favors this practice, an educational formation that prepares her to recognize her field of work as a place of continuous learning and an understanding of the health model as an ally in the search of humanized care / O prop?sito do estudo foi compreender a experi?ncia do enfermeiro com o cuidado humano na unidade de terapia intensiva (UTI) adulto. Teve como objetivos descrever a viv?ncia do enfermeiro ao cuidar de pacientes na UTI, e analisar a percep??o deste acerca do cuidado que ele presta. Trata-se de uma investiga??o descritiva com abordagem fenomenol?gica. Entrevistamos oito enfermeiros na faixa et?ria de 26 a 43 anos, que desempenham suas atividades na UTI de um hospital privado de Natal/RN. Coletamos os dados nos meses de julho e agosto de 2006 e utilizamos o m?todo fenomenol?gico de an?lise de Colaizzi. Quatro categorias tem?ticas emergiram da an?lise compreensiva: A busca pela manuten??o da vida; as a??es t?cnico-burocr?ticas; a aproxima??o com as particularidades dos pacientes; e a expressividade dos sentimentos do enfermeiro. A an?lise permitiu descrevermos a viv?ncia do cuidar dos enfermeiros e de conhecermos os elementos estruturais da experi?ncia. A viv?ncia desses enfermeiros se apresenta como um processo composto por v?rias a??es e sentimentos que v?o surgindo ? medida que as rela??es sociais entre eles e os pacientes v?o acontecendo. This is a study where the use of the participant observation, associated with the use of interviews and informal conversations handled categories such as the mismatch between the prerogatives of Brazilian Health Care Policies (HumanizaSUS) and practices performed in hospitals, the relationships established between the caregivers and the other subjects of the research field, family relationships, permanence of women as caregivers, therapeutic itineraries, dramas, religiosity and secrets. To sew up it appears the role of a caregiver is more than emotional support or help, it is a complex act in several directions.

O objetivo deste estudo foi Identificar a repercuss?o da provis?o do cuidado formal em sa?de bucal na percep??o de senescentes. Desenvolvemos uma pesquisa de base qualitativa com abordagem fenomenol?gica, onde realizamos entrevistas semiestruturadas e individuais com 30 pessoas de idade superior a 50 anos (22 mulheres e 08 homens), em um Centro de Conviv?ncia na cidade de Natal/Rio Grande do Norte, no nordeste do Brasil. Os relatos obtidos foram analisados em cinco est?gios: transcri??o dos discursos sem preocupa??o interpretativa; limpeza de erros lingu?sticos e repeti??es; leitura repetitiva e exaustiva para apreens?o do sentido das informa??es coletadas; sele??o das unidades significativas dos discursos, correspondendo aos trechos relevantes no horizonte do fen?meno em estudo; e compreens?o da ideografia elaborada pelos participantes por grupos tem?ticos simb?licos. Assim, identificamos as ess?ncias tem?ticas de: determinante social e iniquidade em sa?de bucal; e provis?o de cuidados de sa?de bucal e mal-estar f?sico, mental e social. Conclu?mos que a presta??o de cuidados agregando abordagem human?stico-?tica pode levar a viv?ncias dignificantes no processo de envelhecimento, destacadamente quando estimula a promo??o da seguran?a pessoal.
