<p>Arbetet syftar till att undersöka möjligheten att med hjälp av moderna arbetssätt få en arbetsgång med ständiga förbättringar inom anläggningsbranschen. Sökandet sker med hjälp av litteraturstudier kring ISO 9000 och LEAN samt studiebesök vid två företag, Hauler&Loaders Arvikafabriken (Volvo Wheel Loaders AB) samt PartnerTech Karlskoga AB. Detta är företag som under tid arbetat med dessa frågor och som nått goda resultat.</p><p>Det framkommer att ISO 9000 är mycket öppet och inte detaljstyrande men att det finns vinster att hämta genom nyttjande av standarden. Kunder får en bekräftelse på att företaget i fråga har uppnått en god lägstanivå och det certifierande tredjepartsföretaget kan under externa revisioner hjälpa till att förbättra kvalitetssystemet. LEAN däremot är mer handfast även om det precis som ISO 9000 innehåller en stor del vision och filosofi.</p><p>Studiebesöken har mynnat ut i ett flertal handfasta arbetsmetoder redo att anpassas för tester inom anläggningsbranschen. Synliggörande och tydlighet genom 5S och visualisering är en bra bas för ett vidare arbete. På detta kan sedan system för små ständiga förbättringar så som taggsystemet (ett system används av Hauler&Loaders Arvikafabriken för att ta om hand medarbetares idéer) användas. Även kvalitetscirklar framstår som ett bra arbetsmönster.</p><p>Det är viktigt att gradvis bygga kvalitetssystemet från grunden och uppåt. Att direkt försöka bli världsbäst är inte rimligt och ett sådant försök kommer misslyckas.</p> / <p>This survey aims to investigate the possibility of incorporating modern work methods striving towards continual improvements for the construction business. ISO 9000 and LEAN have been studied through literature. Two companies, Hauler&Loaders Arvika (Volvo Wheel Loaders AB) and PartnerTech Karlskoga AB have also been visited in an effort to learn from the ones who have already succeeded.</p><p>It turns out that ISO 9000 is very open and that it’s not intended to govern the companies quality system in detail. However, there are some aspects of ISO 9000 that should be pointed out. It works as a guarantee for the customers ensuring that the company has reached at least the level of quality control needed for the certification. The certification also requires audits by third party companies during which help and input can be received. LEAN on the other hand, is more resolute even though it, just like ISO 9000 contains a lot of vision and philosophy.</p><p>The study visits has turned out to reveal several resolute work methods ready to be adapted for the construction business. Visualisation and 5S has turned out being a good basis for continued work. Based on these practises it will then be possible to add further systems for small continual improvements. Quality control circles also appear as a good method.</p><p>It’s important to gradually build the quality system. Trying to become a world champion at once isn’t reasonable and bound to failure.</p>

O primeiro objetivo específico foi identificar o nível de implementação dos princípios de gestão da qualidade na organização. O segundo objetivo específico foi reduzir o conjunto inicial de vinte e uma variáveis para poucas variáveis que expliquem como esses princípios de gestão estão inter-relacionados. O terceiro objetivo foi direcionar a organização para a implementação de ações de melhoria sobre os princípios de gestão que minimizem esforços e recursos necessários. Foi realizado um estudo de caso em uma organização industrial certificada ISO 9001 envolvida na cadeia de suprimentos sucroenergética. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi elaborado tendo como referência a norma ISO 10014. Inicialmente o questionário foi aplicado para um grupo de doze respondentes de perfis distintos para verificar o nível de dificuldade no entendimento das questões. Foi calculado o coeficiente de Cronbach sendo obtido um valor de ∝=0,94, demonstrando forte consistência interna no questionário. Foram obtidas 98 respostas completas que foram analisadas por meio de técnicas estatísticas descritivas e multivariadas, como a análise de fatores por componentes principais e análise de agrupamentos. The first specific objective was to identify the level of implementation of the principles of quality management in the organization. The second specific objective was to reduce the initial set of twenty-one variables to a few variables that explain how these management principles are interrelated. The third objective was to direct the organization to the implementation of improvement actions on the management principles that minimize the efforts and necessary resources. A case study was carried out in an ISO 9001 certified industrial organization involved in the sugarcane supply chain. The data collection instrument was developed with reference to ISO 10014. Initially the questionnaire was applied to a group of twelve respondents from different profiles to verify the level of difficulty in understanding the issues. The Cronbach coefficient was calculated and a value of α = 0.94 was obtained, showing a strong internal consistency in the questionnaire. A total of 98 responses were obtained, which were analyzed using descriptive and multivariate statistical techniques, such as principal components factor analysis and cluster analysis. Esta pesquisa parte do pressuposto de que as empresas buscam constantemente melhoria de seu desempenho operacional, mas geralmente não percebem na gestão ambiental uma fonte para aperfeiçoamento de tal desempenho. Para atingir o objetivo de pesquisa, realizou-se um survey com 115 empresas brasileiras cujos dirigentes responderam a um questionário sobre o tema. Os dados coletados foram processados por meio de uma abordagem quantitativa pautada em modelagem de Equações Estruturais aplicando-se o software Smart PLS. Descobriu-se que, de fato, as barreiras à gestão ambiental são também prejudiciais ao desempenho operacional. Nesse contexto, as barreiras mais críticas são as de natureza interna às firmas. As barreiras externas também existem em menor grau de criticidade. Esses e outros resultados, bem como suas implicações são apresentados nesta dissertação / Abstract: The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between the barriers to adoption of environmental managemetn practices and the operational performance in Brazilian companies with ISO 9001 certification. This research assumes that companies constantly seek improvement in its operating performance, but usually do not realize the environmental management a source for improvement of such performance. To achieve the research goal, it carried out a survey of 115 Brazilian companies whose leaders responded to a questionnaire on the topic. The data collected were processed through a quantitative approach guided by Structural Equation Modeling applying the Smart PLS software. It turned out that, in fact, barriers to environmental management are also harmful to operational performance. In this context, the most critical barriers are domestic nature of firms. The theme of this thesis is an implementation of ISO 9001 methodology in small IT companies and its influence on an activity of the company. This work serves as an informative material for those small IT companies which are considering or have already decided to implement the quality management system. The main aim is to design and recommend a procedure in implementation of the quality management system, concerning the small IT companies. Next, we wanted to find out what benefits arise from the implementation of ISO 9001 methodology, what the advantages are, the disadvantages, costs of implementation, frequent problems and other similar characteristics. Information was found out by means of a questionnaire survey and interviews in chosen companies. Such information may be relevant for future decisions in similar companies.

Impactos da iso 9000 sobre a gestão das empresas : inferências a partir de três estudos de casos

No cotidiano das empresas a gestão da qualidade é peça fundamental para manter a competitividade e assegurar a sobrevivência. Organizações em todo o mundo praticam a gestão da qualidade através da adoção dos preceitos padronizados das normas ISO 9000. Desta forma, a identificação, avaliação e análise das condições de implantação do modelo oferece subsídios para melhor compreensão dos impactos no resultado global da empresa, nos processos internos e nos procedimentos de trabalho. Neste sentido, este trabalho apresenta três estudos de casos de empresas do ramo metal-mecânico localizadas na região de Caxias do Sul, que tiveram seus sistemas da qualidade implantados e certificados conforme o que preconiza o padrão ISO 9000. Para isso, os resultados apresentados pelas empresas estudadas foram analisados de forma qualitativa e quantitativa com o fim de identificar as relações com a implantação do modelo ISO 9000. Além da análise dos registros, entrevistas foram aplicadas nos três níveis hierárquicos para que o estudo das opiniões refletisse a visão gerencial, de supervisão e de operação das empresas estudadas.

電視新聞是多數民眾的重要資訊來源,而電視新聞的競爭在眾多衛星頻道加入戰局之後,由原本三家無線電視台的競爭,轉變成為百家爭鳴的激烈戰況。新聞品質對電視台而言,代表其形象與重要財源收入。對於電視台管理階層而言,引進一套能兼顧提昇經營績效與獲利能力的新型態管理模式,是相當值得嚐試的做法。 ISO 9000系列是由製造業所發展的一套品質管理模式,其主要理念是將企業經營視為品質經營。此一針對「品質」要求所發展之管理方法,逐漸擴大應用至其他產業時,ISO系列即成為企業追求經營績效的一套方法。企業追求全面品質管理時,品質管制是最基本的要求。ISO 9000系列提供了一套品質管理系統與三種品保模式(9001、9002、9003)。既然新聞的產製對於電視台而言十分重要,本研究根據電視新聞製播內涵、ISO 9000系列內涵、品質管制基本概念等相關文獻探討,試圖將電視新聞製播品質管制與ISO 9002品質管理系統條文相結合,找出兩者間相互為用的關係。做為電視新聞管理人員在引進ISO 9002品質管理系統,提供其新聞製播品質時的參考。 本論文主要在探討品質管理對於電視新聞的意義、目前電視新聞品質管制所面臨的問題、如何將ISO 9002品質系統認證應用於電視新聞製播各階之品質管制,以及ISO條文的優先性與適用性如何。本研究所得之結論如下: 一、 新聞製播品質管制引進ISO 9002品質管理系統,可以幫助新聞組織重新思考增進新聞品質之管制事項。 二、 使新聞製播作業流程與品質要求成文,降低「人」的因素所造成的錯誤。 三、 對於新聞品管提供積極的預防錯誤的功能與助益,但對於提昇新聞品質的內容表現上有其限制。 四、 藉由教育訓練使新聞從業人員體認新聞品質管理的意義藉以提升整體品質管理意識。 五、 通過ISO品質系統認證不代表對新聞品質的保證,應不斷進行品質改進的各種管理工具的嚐試。 六、 實施ISO品質管理系統有助於重新思考新聞部組織架構之現況。 七、 正視在新聞品質管制的過程中,「人」的因素所造成的巨大影響。 八、 落實新聞人員作業品質之稽核與教育訓練,積極提昇人力素質。 九、 電視新聞部門推行ISO 9002品質管理系統之條文優先性依序是:4.10檢驗、4.1管理責任、4.2品質系統、4.8產品鑑別與追溯性、矯正與預防措施、4.13採購、4.6採購、4.9製程管制、4.15搬運儲存包裝防護與交貨、4.7採購者供應品管制第、4.19服務、4.11檢驗量測與測試設備、4.5文件與資料管制、4.20統計技術、4.16品質記錄管制、4.3合約審查、4.18訓練、4.12檢驗與測試狀況以及4.17內部品質稽核。排名愈前者,表示其與新聞品質、新聞製播效能之相關性愈高,受訪者認為此類條文在引進ISO品質管理系統時應優先採納應用。 十、 電視新聞部門推行ISO 9002品質管理系統之條文適用性依序是:4.1管理責任、4.3合約審查、4.9製程管制、4.2品質系統、4.8產品鑑別與追溯性、4.13不合格品管制、4.7採購者供應品管制、4.10檢驗與測試、4.15搬運儲存包裝防護與交貨、4.6採購、4.20統計技術、4.14矯正與預防措施、4.11檢驗量測與測試設備、4.5文件與資料管制、4.16品質記錄管制、4.19服務、4.12檢驗與測試狀況、4.18訓練以及4.17內部品質稽核。適用性排名愈前面者,表示條文實際應用於新聞製播品質管制實務時,在執行上困難度較低。
