Cardin, Pedro Toniol. January 2011 (has links)
In this work we study constrained differential systems, also known as systems of equations with impasse. Using singular p erturbation techniques we obtain some results on the dynamic of these systems in neighb orho o ds of the impasse sets. In smo oth case, the classical Fenichel's Theory is crucial for the development of the main results. For the case with discontinuity, a similar theory to Fenichel's Theory is develop ed.

Voyer, Marie-Hélène 16 April 2018 (has links)

Spinola, Ana Tereza Schlaepfer January 2004 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2009-11-18T18:56:20Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2004 / The present paper has the proposal to assess the management process of complex negotiation of the 5th OMC that took place at Cancun from September 10th until the 14th , 2003. This thesis points out the problems and questions that resulted on the collapse of a possible agreement, it also suggest proposal to solve these issues. The future of OMC is uncertain and traumatic changes suffered by many countries that live under the rules of OMC shows that something at OMC will have to change, principally on the process of complex negotiation, such as the integrity of the organization to avoid having to compromise and being damaged. There were searches for answers on the analysis and assessment of the negotiation process, studying and researching the bargain positional concepts, giving full details on the negotiation process based on principIes, exploring profusely the state of art for the management of difficult conversation. This thesis also tackles the sources of conflicts and the building of coalitions such as the G20, showing the difficulty existing in the resolution of public disputes and in the use of instruments to break the impasses. We also defined theoretical instrumental, which allowed the diagnostic ofthe actual situation at OMe. It was recommend to explore the valuation of conflicts, based on justice and equitant, the best form of negotiation by principIes, of management demanding public, on the multi stakeholder dialogue and the importance of informal parallel conversation. The environment of complexity and the extensive vision that it provides to adjust the functioning of autopoietics systems.

Dippenaar, Jacoline 30 November 2005 (has links)
Text in Afrikaans / The utilization value of the paradoxical theory of change in Gestalt Play Therapy with adolescents Adolescents undergo significant changes on physical, emotional, and cognitive levels during this development stage. These changes have a great influence on their self-awareness. Most adolescents experience great problems with who they are and who they should be according to the expectations of others. This causes a never-ending process of efforts to change. Change can only take place if the adolescent is who he is, but not if he tries to be what he is not. The consequence hereof is that change cannot take place in the adolescent, because he should first become aware of who he is. The awareness of who he is leads to change. The paradoxical theory of change is all about being who one is and not about trying to be what others expect one to be. The adolescent should be accompanied to become aware of who he is, by utilization of the paradoxical theory, in order to be able grow and change. The aim of this study was to explore and describe the utilization value of the paradoxical theory of change in Gestalt Play Therapy with adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, the research process was directed by qualitative research, and triangulation was utilized as a technique for gathering information. Out of the processing and integration of conclusions drawn during the empirical investigation, data could contribute to exploration and description of the assessment of the paradoxical theory of change in Gestalt play therapy with adolescents. The aim of the investigation was therefore achieved, namely the exploration and description of the utilization value of the paradoxical theory of change in Gestalt Play Therapy with adolescents. / Play thearapy / M.Diac.

The clinical work is understood and organized taking into consideration an intersubjective vertex, thus the concept of analyzing field is forged to demonstrate the analyst s implication in the formation and transformation of the shared unconscious fantasy. The highlight of the research is the presentation of the hypothesis that, in certain moments, the analyst s mind presents a dysfunctional quality in order to receive, to sustain and to prepare the field for the production of the analyzing pair. In these moments, the shared unconscious fantasy transforms itself into shared resistance: bulwarks , chronic enactments and acute enactments; the important thing to be investigated is how this kind of configuration is formed and how it transforms itself, always considering the dialectic impasse ↔ possible transformations. Besides it interests us the fact that the dysfunction in the analyzing field isn t always generated by the difficulties of a disturbed patient, it can also be caused by a disturbed analyst that, in such cases, becomes the main responsible for the functional inversion of the field to the detriment of the analysand. The main focus of this study is, above all, how the analyst wanders in the analyzing field beyond the non-analyzed questions / Esta tese resulta de um esforço no sentido de penetrar questões em torno dos impasses que se formam e transformam no encontro entre analista e analisando.

Da crise na educação ao impasse na formação continuada de professores / From the education crisis to the impasse in the ongoing formation of teachers.

SCARTEZINI, Raquel Antunes 02 October 2008 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2014-07-29T16:10:30Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 dissertacaoraquel.pdf: 595120 bytes, checksum: eff0bba70e787ac645555be77ddd9b7b (MD5) Previous issue date: 2008-10-02 / This highly bibliographical study is linked to the research line on Culture and Educational Processes in the Post-graduate Educational Program at FE-UFG. It questions the impasse generated in the ongoing formation of teachers, in which the guidelines are established by international organizations submissive to the liberal ideology. These guidelines had their origin in the operational changes of capitalism, and now respond to the demands of the theory of human capital both in what qualifies the teacher as worker, belonging to a working class, as well as the demand that the latter form his successors for the labor market. From the moment that education came to be considered an indispensable instrument in market expansion, its basis of political emancipation and personal expansion disappeared. To educate no longer means leading younger people to understand the laws of the world. According to the capitalist model, initial school education has to do with offering basic competencies which, throughout life, permit the subject to pursue his/her permanent formation which, in its turn, will allow him/her assimilate the latest knowledge and techniques demanded by the market. Caught up in the Capitalist Discourse, the teacher avoids acting subjectively as an adult responsible for the transition of young people to this world, because the founding rules of subjectivity are hidden under the false testimony that there is no law. However, linguistic laws are not subject to disguise and demand the interdiction of pleasure. This creates an impasse in the subject who hears the technoscientific discourse declare that there are no limits and therefore access to pleasure is free, but is faced with his/her own castration since s/he is unavoidably submitted to language / O presente trabalho, eminentemente bibliográfico, vincula-se à linha de pesquisa Cultura e processos educacionais do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da FE-UFG.

Explanations of the International Community Deadlock in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ganne, Juliette 08 1900 (has links)
Bosnia and Herzegovina has been under international supervision since 1995. Key actors in the international community namely the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and the European Union (EU) have expressed a desire to change the focus of this mission from one led by the OHR to one led by the EU. Despite the strong will of the international community to carry out this transition, it seems to have reached a deadlock. In the last few years, the arrangement of the international community has remained unchanged. This thesis focuses on these two main actors in this transition and their responsibility in the deadlock. This thesis tests three frameworks in order to explain this deadlock, specifically rationalism, constructivism, and regime complexity. Drawing on interviews with experts and officials working in the European Union and in the Office of the High Representative, this thesis explores the suitability of these frameworks for explaining these actors’ behaviours.

Movement in gestalt therapeutic intervention for adolescents with disruptive behavioural tendencies

Horn, Annamarie 30 November 2004 (has links)
Movement in Gestalt therapeutic intervention, using structured activities and free improvisations, is a successful alternative to punishing adolescents with disruptive behavioural tendencies in the classroom. An overview of the existing literature regarding the therapeutic value of movement in Gestalt therapeutic intervention for adolescents with disruptive behavioural tendencies is firstly presented. Various techniques supporting the adolescent in his quest to achieve equilibrium, ultimately improving his relationships with others and his environment, are described. A case study, involving eight adolescents with disruptive behavioural tendencies in group therapy follows, which indicates that movement in Gestalt therapy is an alternative to punishment. In the light hereof it is suggested that movement in Gestalt therapy could be implemented successfully in the formal school environment. This form of intervention can contribute to the adolescent's growth, his ability to communicate and his relationships with self, others and the environment, culminating in improved behavioural tendencies. / Social Work / M.
