Uma das conseqüências desses altos índices de violência é o aumento do número de crianças vitimas de abusos sexuais incestuosos em busca de auxílio psicoterapêutico. Para atender essa demanda, é preciso que os profissionais estejam devidamente capacitados e, para isso, o desenvolvimento de estudos, pesquisas, supervisões e projetos de atuação, terapias que visem a refletir sobre o assunto são fundamentais. O objetivo deste estudo é contribuir para o entendimento do abuso incestuoso e suas conseqüências, tendo em vista demandas sociais atuais. A pesquisa teve como eixo teórico metodológico teorias psicanalíticas, desde Freud com a noção de trauma [ano] e estudos sobre a Sexualidade Infantil [ano] e, mais detidamente, Ferenczi que abordou a experiência de abuso,e outros. E com o objetivo de pensar sobre a possibilidade de lidar com esse trauma no contexto psicoterapêutico, foram utilizadas algumas teorias de Winnicott. Não temos resultados conclusivos, mas desenvolvemos base para uma primeira reflexão que leva em conta o desenvolvimento emocional da criança, principalmente quando esta passa por uma experiência real de sedução. / Research about violence discloses that Brazil possess high indices of bad-treatments to infancy and youth and point the incestuous sexual violence, or either, committed for next relatives (the parents, uncles, stepfathers, amongst others) as most frequent. One of the consequences of these high indices of violence is the increase of the number of children victims of incestuous sexual abuses in search of psychotherapy relief. To take care of this demand, it is necessary that the professionals be duly enabled e, for this, the development of studies, research, supervisions and projects of performance, therapies that they aim at to reflect about subject are basic. In the attempt to take care of the social and clinical demands generated by the sexual violence, this essay had for objective the development of a systemize study, that it could contribute with theoretical and practical aspects for the agreement of the incestuous abuse and its consequences. The researches had as method theoretical axle psychoanalyze theories. Some Freudians concepts had been chosen that understood the Incest; The formation of the trauma; e the Infantile Sexuality, as basic points inside of the psychoanalysis for the agreement of the Trauma of the Incest and its consequences for the victim. With the objective to reflect on the possibility to deal with this trauma in the psychotherapy context, some theories of Winnicott had been used. As result has a systematization of concepts already postulates for the psychoanalysis, organized of directed form, objectifying it understanding of the emotional development of the child when this it passes for a real experience of seduction, for then trying itself to help it to deal with the trauma.

Esta pesquisa versa sobre o incesto, qual seja, o abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes que acontece no ambiente familiar. Tem como propósito o aprofundamento reflexivo sobre a escuta aos sujeitos envolvidos na trama incestuosa, tendo em vista o aprimoramento das práticas profissionais na área. Para tanto, empreende um percurso de estudos com referenciais da Psicanálise embasados nas formulações fundadoras de Freud, Ferenczi e Lacan, numa profícua interlocução com comentadores como Piera Aulagnier, Abraham e Torok, Françoise Dolto, entre outros. A trajetória das discussões parte das elaborações teóricas sobre sexualidade infantil e interações parentais, a interdição ao incesto como fundamento da cultura, a dimensão traumática da interação sexual abusiva, perpassa os liames da transmissão psíquica e desdobra-se no enfoque sobre aquele que figura no lugar de autor da agressão sexual. Nesta vertente, a centralidade do debate aborda, num primeiro momento, a perversão como estrutura e a densidade de seus elementos constitutivos, como a recusa à castração, o desafio à lei, a dinâmica sadomasoquista e o mecanismo do desmentido. Num segundo momento, a atenção se volta para a perversão como uma nova modalidade de laço social. A partir daí, o campo de estudo se abre para o entendimento do que tem se configurado como a mais frequente casuística no trabalho com a escuta dessas situações: o sujeito neurótico capturado numa montagem social perversa. A autora, tomando como eixo norteador do presente estudo o material empírico de sua práxis na supervisão ao atendimento da família envolvida na trama incestuosa, tece como considerações finais que o aprimoramento do trabalho de escuta precisa, necessariamente, passar pelo conhecimento das dinâmica psíquicas e sociais que geram e mantém a dinâmica familiar abusiva e que a Psicanálise e o espaço de supervisão são estratégias de excelência na consecução deste objetivo / This study refers to incest, which is, the sexual abuse of children and adolescents that happens in the family environment. Its purpose is a deepening reflection on listening to all people involved in the incestuous plot, in order to improve professional practices in the area. Therefore, it undertakes a course of studies with references of Psychoanalysis based on the founding formulations of Freud, Ferenczi and Lacan, in a successful communication with commentators such as Piera Aulagnier, Abraham and Torok, Françoise Dolto, among others. The trajectory of the discussions starts from a theoretical preparation of the child sexuality and parental interactions, the interdiction on incest as the foundation of culture, the traumatic dimension of abusive sexual interaction, goes beyond the boundaries of psychic transmission and unfolds in the focus of the one who appears in the place of the author of the sexual aggression. In this aspect, the centrality of the debate deals, in a first moment, with perversion as structure and the density of its constitutive elements, such as refusal to castrate, challenge to the law, sadomasochistic dynamics and mechanism of denial. In a second moment, attention turns to perversion as a new mode of social bonding. From then on, the field of study opens up to the understanding of what has been configured as the most frequent casuistry in the work with the listening to these situations: the neurotic individual captured in a perverse social setup. The author, building her studies on the empirical material of her praxis in supervising the care of the incestuous family, makes as her final considerations that improvement on the work of listening must, necessarily, pass through knowledge of psychic and social dynamics which generate and maintain the abusive family dynamics and that the Psychoanalysis and the supervisory space are strategies of excellence in achieving this goal

Introdução: A presente dissertação foi desenvolvida com o intuito de investigar as possíveis mudanças na dinâmica das famílias incestuosas, após intervenção do tratamento psicoterapêutico. A hipótese é de que mudanças primárias e secundárias ocorrem nas famílias encaminhadas ao Centro de Estudos e Atendimentos Referente ao Abuso Sexual (CEARAS) a partir do tratamento proposto. Essa dissertação foi elaborada a partir de uma perspectiva psicanalítica, com enfoque psicossocial, na qual o sujeito é considerado a partir de sua imersão na cultura. Para tanto, se tomou como base de reflexão o trabalho desenvolvido por este Centro de Estudos, em relação às famílias incestuosas. Objetivo: Refletir sobre as mudanças primárias e secundárias apresentadas pelas famílias incestuosas que foram atendidas no CEARAS. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa retrospectiva documental. Foram analisados os prontuários de 19 famílias atendidas no CEARAS no período de 1993 a 2013 que compuseram a amostra final. Levantaram-se as informações sobre os atendimentos, condições de prontuários e quanto ao tratamento. As mudanças descritas nos prontuários foram divididas em dois grupos: mudanças primárias e secundárias. Uma análise descritiva e quantitativa das variáveis foi realizada. Resultados: A maior parte das famílias que foram encaminhadas para o CEARAS não finalizaram o tratamento proposto. Em relação às mudanças observadas, 53% das famílias apresentaram mudanças primárias e secundárias, 37% primárias e 10% secundárias. Em relação às mudanças primárias, a simbolização das funções familiares foi a mais frequente e a autonomia do membros familiares a menos frequente nos prontuários analisados. Não houve predomínio de mudanças secundárias. Observou-se um maior número de mudanças nas familías que não passaram pelo processo de troca de terapeutas. Conclusão: Percebeu-se a viabilidade do trabalho, o quanto ele se faz necessário. A pesquisa apontou que as mudanças primárias e secundárias são possíveis de acontecer através da terapia familiar. A transferência das famílias não ocorre somente com a instituição, mas também com os terapeutas envolvidos no tratamento / Introduction:This research aims to investigate possible changes to the dynamics of incestuous families after the commencement of psychotherapeutic treatment. Hypothetically, primary and secondary changes happen to the families taken to the Sexual Abuse Study and Help Center (Centro de Estudos e Atendimentos Referente ao Abuso Sexual - CEARAS) from the proposed treatment. This essay has been elaborated from a psychoanalytical perspective with psychosocial emphasis, in which the individual is considered from his cultural context. To do so, the grounds for the analysis is the work developed by the Study Center with the incestuous families. Objective: To think about the primary and secondary changes that arose from the therapeutic treatment provided by CEARAS to the dysfunctional families. Methodology: This is a retrospective document research. The handbook of the 19 families supported by CEARAS from the period between 1993 and 2013 which were part of the final sample have been analysed. The information about the calls, handbook conditions and treatment have been searched. The changes described in the handbooks were split in two groups: primary and secondary changes. Results: Most families under CEARAS\' care have not finished the proposed treatment. In relation to the changes detected, 53% of the families have shown primary and secondary changes; 37% have shown primary; and 10% secondary. It has been observed in the handbooks under analysis that, in relation to primary changes, the simbolization of the family functions was the most outstanding change whereas the autonomy of the family members was the least. There was no predominance of secondary changes. There has been a higher number of changes in families that did not have to change therapists. Conclusion: It is noticeable that the work is feasible and how necessary it is.The research shows that the primary and secondary changes are possible to take place by way of family therapy. The transfer in families does not happen only with the institution but also with the therapists involved in the treatment

É por meio da historicidade que se pode encontrar todo um processo discursivo marcado pela produção de sentidos que condenam o incestuoso, forçando-o a buscar outras formas de significar. Desejamos então mapear os discursos que atravessam as narrativas, tentando compreender de que maneira a própria rede permite a vocalização destes discursos contra uma normatização da sexualidade, que, segundo nossa hipótese, produzem novos sentidos que naturalizam o incesto consentido. A coleta do material se deu em três grandes portais de armazenamento e divulgação de fanfics: “Nyah! Fanfiction”, “Spirit Fanfics e Histórias” e “Wattpad”. / Based on the assumption that societies structure the possibilities of sexual interaction between individuals, defining the series of partners and sexual practices that are acceptable, we seek by means of this study to observe, through Discourse Analysis, voices that challenge the interdiction of the incest consented from the popularization of a new literary genre, proper to societies in networks, which are fanfics (literary productions made by fans based on any cultural product). It is through historicity that one can find a whole discursive process marked by the production of meanings that condemn the incestuous, forcing him to seek other forms of meaning. We want to map the discourses that go through the narratives, trying to understand how the network itself allows the vocalization of these discourses against a normalization of sexuality, which, according to our hypothesis, produce new meanings that naturalize consented incest. The material was collected in three major storage portals and fanfics: "Nyah! Fanfiction","Spirit Fanfics and Stories" and "Wattpad".

Crónica de una muerte anunciada, escrita por el premio Nobel Gabriel García Márquez, fue publicada en 1981 y ha sido objeto de muchos estudios literarios. Esta tesina tiene como propósito hacer una lectura de la obra partiendo de la hipótesis de que en ella hay una escondida historia incestuosa entre los personajes Poncio Vicario y Ángela Vicario. Se lleva a cabo un close reading del texto que ilustra varias ambigüedades y las contrastamos con teoría de la psicología y vemos la posibilidad de aplicar nuestra interpretación al relato. En el análisis se investigan tanto las características como el comportamiento de los personajes. Tratamos también la ocurrencia del incesto, dando un trasfondo de su frecuencia, el tabú relacionado con él y un breve resumen de su representación en la literatura y la mitología. La tesina entrega la conclusión de que hay varios indicios en la obra que nos hacen sospechar que contenga una historia subyacente incestuosa y que, por lo tanto, nuestra lectura es aplicable.

Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales) / El objetivo principal de esta obra, es la recopilación de dichos parámetros, contenidos en las sentencias relevantes de los máximos tribunales de nuestro país; específicamente la Corte Suprema de Justicia y algunas Cortes de Apelaciones. Las fuentes analizadas para este trabajo, fueron la Revista Fallos del Mes entre los años 2003 al 2010 y la Gaceta Jurídica del año 1995, totalizando en conjunto cerca de 500 sentencias de las cuales se seleccionaron alrededor de 120. Los aportes jurídicos de las sentencias, se exponen en fichas individuales, clasificadas según la norma penal relacionada. Para efectos de enriquecer la contribución académica de la presente obra, se agrega, además un trabajo monográfico respecto de un delito en particular, cuya elección correspondió al tesista de manera individual. La monografía versa, en este caso, sobre el tipo penal de incesto, previsto y sancionado en el artículo 375 del Código Penal dentro del Título VII, denominado “Crímenes y Delitos contra el Orden de las Familias, Contra la Moralidad Pública y Contra la Integridad Sexual”. El interés en este tema radica en la existencia de una rica discusión doctrinaria de antigua data, suscitada por la agrupación de figuras del título VII, en particular el incesto, debido a los cuestionamientos que existen en relación a su fundamento punitivo. Esta discusión se vio revitalizada, tras la reforma presentada por el gobierno de Patricio Aylwin Azocar en 1993, promulgada en 1999, reforma que consistió en el aumento de penas, además de la especificación y creación de nuevas conductas típicas, todo con el objeto de adecuar la legislación criminal a la nueva realidad social

One of the bigger factors that trigger family disorder is the incest lived by the brothers Andre and Ana. It?s through oh this happening that the family union attached by the father is put to the test. A hipótese é possível a partir da afirmação de que o romance de aventuras e de provações (narrativas gregas) não se opõe ao romance de aventuras e de costumes (narrativas romanas), pois a oposição se desfaz diante da constatação de que ambas as tradições apresentam romances sérios e cômicos / Abstract: The purpose of this study is to state a hypothesis about the development of the ancient romance, in the Greek-Latin tradition, from the topic of The Story of Apollonius, king of Tyre. El presente caso clínico es sobre Fiorella, una joven de 24 años, estudiante de marketing que llega a consulta buscando un espacio terapéutico para descargar emociones y pensamientos sobre experiencias de su vida actual y de su pasado. El objetivo de este proceso consistió en orientar y aconsejar, en un marco de cinco sesiones, las experiencias eje de Fiorella, y permitir sentirse escuchada, respetada y sin sentirse cuestionada por sus eventos de vida. Para el desarrollo del análisis, se han utilizado a diversos autores psicoanalíticos que refieren aspectos teóricos y técnicos esenciales para el marco analítico. El tipo de relación objetal que domina en su mundo interno es total, ya que es capaz la paciente de integrar que una persona cuente con aspectos positivos y negativos en uno mismo. No obstante, no quita el hecho que Fiorella cargue una angustia desde su pasado, y que si bien pretende seguir adelante en su vida, ella precise sentir atracos u obstáculos internos y externos durante el proceso. Entre sus mecanismos de defensa con mayor énfasis están: la racionalización, el aislamiento y el desplazamiento. Fiorella cuenta con recursos como un pensamiento agudo y consciente, es intuitiva y reflexiva; también, ella estuvo comprometida y motivada al cambio desde sus experiencias de vida como el compromiso que le tuvo al proceso de terapia focal. / This clinical case is about Fiorella, a 24-year-old marketing student who comes to session looking for a therapeutic space to take out emotions and thoughts about experiences from her current life and from her past. The objective of this process consisted of guiding and advising, in a framework of five sessions, the core experiences of Fiorella, and allowing her to feel listened to, respected and without feeling questioned by her life events. For the development of the analysis, various psychoanalytic authors have been used who refer to essential theoretical and technical aspects for the analytical framework. The type of object relationship that dominates in her internal world is total, since the patient is capable of integrating that a person has positive and negative aspects in oneself. However, it doesn't bear off the experience that Fiorella carries an anguish from her past, and that although she intends to move on in her life, she still feels internal and external obstacles during the process. Among her defense mechanisms with greater emphasis are: rationalization, isolation, and displacement. Fiorella has resources such as sharp and conscious thinking, she is intuitive and reflective; also, she was committed and motivated to change herself from her life experiences as well as her commitment to the focal therapy process.

La investigación describe el problema social del abuso sexual incestuoso en niñas y adolescentes mujeres. El grupo entrevistado fueron 23 víctimas entre 6 a 15 años, cuyo agresor era su padre. Se logró entrevistar a 9 madres de estas niñas y adolescentes. Las entrevistas fueron en profundidad, para luego analizar el contenido. Esta investigación se realizó entre el 2004 y el 2006. La tesis se divide en cuatro capítulos, el cuarto contiene los resultados y se divide en seis partes: la primera parte se refiere a la violencia de género experimentado por las madres y se conecta con la violencia que sufren sus hijas, presenta las causas y consecuencias del abuso sexual incestuoso que sufren las niñas. La segunda parte describe cómo se descubrió el secreto y el proceso penal, así como las experiencias de los niñas/ adolescentes y sus madres. La tercera parte, está dedicada a mostrar las características de las víctimas y los victimarios. La cuarta parte no revela las características socioeconómicas, de estas familias como las relaciones entre cada uno de los miembros de estas familias. En la quinta parte, hablamos de los puntos de vista que tienen los niños sobre los medios de comunicación. Parte seis nos narran su experiencia que han vivido en la escuela. The group interviewed consisted of girls from 6 to 15 years old who had been sexually abused by their fathers; additionally; 9 mothers of these girls were interviewed. The interviews were semi–structured and in depth in order to make a posterior content analysis. This research was conducted between 2004 and 2006. The thesis is divided into four chapters, the fourth contains the results is divided into six parts: the first part refers to gender violence experienced by mothers and connects with to the violence suffered his daughters, presents the causes and consequences of incestuous sexual abuse suffered by children. The second part describes how to discovered the secret, and details what is found in criminal proceedings, together with the experiences of the children and their mothers. The third part of the thesis is devoted to showing the characteristics of victims and perpetrators. Part four reveals these families, their socioeconomic characteristics, as well as relations between each one of the members of these families. Part five; we talk about the views that have the children about the media. Part six us narrate their experience they have lived while at school.
