Certamente, um meio que transmite informações em velocidade que beira a instantaneidade e que atinge ao mesmo tempo todo o planeta traz conseqüências particulares no que se refere ao jornalismo esportivo. Este trabalho buscou demonstrar como os sites brasileiros se estruturaram para realizar a cobertura jornalística durante as Olimpíadas 2004. Partindo de conceituações em torno do jornalismo esportivo e também do webjornalismo, foram selecionados dez produtos editoriais on-line com o propósito de compará-los. Verificamos que modificações os sites sofreram em suas páginas iniciais durante a realização dos Jogos e também identificamos quais e como destinaram páginas específicas ao evento. Neles, foram ainda estudadas as ocorrências das seis características propostas por Marcos Palácios (in MACHADO e PALÁCIOS, 2003, p. 17) conduzindo a uma comparação da estrutura adotada por cada página eletrônica que se destinou a cobrir especificamente as Olimpíadas 2004. Para este estudo, foram selecionados os websites: UOL, Terra, Gazeta Esportiva, Lancenet, O Estado de S. Paulo, Folha de S. Paulo, SPORTV, Globo.com, Bandeirantes, e ESPN Brasil. / Abstract: In spite of its recent raising, Internet is an outstanding mean of communication which brought implications to the way we communicate today. Certainly, a mean which send information at a speed of propagation border to instantaneity and which reaches all the planet at the same time brigs particular consequences concerning to sporting journalism. This work investigated how the brazilian sites were structured to do on-line journalistic covering during the Olympic Games in 2004. From the beginning with conceptualizations all around sporting journalism and also webjournalism, we collected ten on-line publishing products with the purpose of comparing them. We verified which modifications occurred in their homepages during the Games and also we identified which sites dedicated specifics webpages to the event and how they did it. In them, we studied the occurrences of six characteristics proposed by Marcos Palacios (in MACHADO e PALACIOS, 2003, p. 17), which leaded to a comparison of structure followed as a bases by each webpage which dedicated to cover specifically the Olympic Games in 2004. Orientador: Murilo César Soares / Banca: Danilo Rothberg / Banca: Rosangela Marçolla / Resumo: O objetivo de estudo deste trabalho é a questão da cidadania, entendida como a posse de direitos, e sua relação com o jornalismo, considerado fundamental para a efetivação desses direitos, pois possui o poder simbólico de agendar e enquadrar temas, além de fomentar o debate na sociedade. Com o objetivo de compreender de que maneira os jornais atuam na consolidação da cidadania e investigar como são construídos noticiosos, capazes de apresentar aos leitores uma versão dos fatos, optamos pela análise comparativa de dois jornais, sendo um de abrangência nacional e outro de circulação regional. Para examinarmos os enquadramentos presentes nas narrativas desses dois jornais, escolhemos o caso de um adolescente morto por policiais em Bauru/SP, em dezembro de 2007, por considerarmos um grave caso de violação dos direitos de cidadania, já que foi um crime cometido por agentes do Estado contra um garoto. Dividimos nossa pesquisa em duas etapas: fundamentação teórica e análise dos jornais. Iniciamos o trabalho abordando o conceito de cidadania e as mudanças sofridas por ele no decorrer da história. Em seguida, discorremos sobre o surgimento da imprensa como direito de expressão e a função do jornalismo para difundir os direitos de cidadania. A seguir, apontamos o papel da ANDI na consolidação dos direitos da infância e da juventude na imprensa brasileira. Tratamos do processo de produção jornalística expondo as implicações do agendamento e da seleção de notícias, os critérios de noticiabilidade e as influências do enquadramento na construção da realidade. Por fim, apresentamos uma análise comparativa, baseada na metodologia da análise do enquadramento, das notícias publicadas nos dois jornais, referentes ao caso do garoto assassinado por policiais. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The object of study of this work is the citizenship issue, known as the possession of rights, and its relationship with journalism, considered fundamental to the effectuation of these rights because it has the symbolic power of agenda-setting and of framing themes, and it can also promote discussion in society. This research aims to understand how newspapers work in the consolidation of the citizenship and to investigate how the news frames are built - capable of presenting a version of the facts to the readers. Considering that, we opted for the comparative analysis of two newspaper, one nationwide circulation and another one regional. To exam the framings present in the narratives of these two newspapers, we chose the case of a teenager killed by policemen in Bauru, São Paulo, Brazil, in December 2007 because it was a serious human rights violation case since it was a crime committed by agents of the State against a boy. We divided our study into two steps: theoretical discussion and analysis of newspaper. First, we start discussing the concept of citizenship and it changes suffered in the course of history. Next, we wrote about the emergence of the press as a right of expression and the function of journalism to disseminate the citizenship rights. Then, we point out the role of ANDI in consolidating the rights of children and youth in the Brazilian news media. We deal with the journalistic process production by exposing the implications of the agenda-setting and the selection of the news, the criteria of newsworthiness, and the framing influence in the construction of reaity. Finally, a comparative analysis is presented based on the methodology of the framing analysis of the news published in both newspapers, concerning the case of the boy killed by the policemen. Para isso, utiliza-se como estudo de caso 366 textos sobre os transtornos mentais e de comportamento e seus personagens veiculados pela Folha de S. Paulo em 2009. A proposta é avaliar a partir de uma temática classificada entre comunicação e saúde cuja origem é científica, mas tem implicações na vida social de seus portadores, o jornal e a notícia como meios incorporadores e disseminadores, concomitantemente, de representações sociais e enunciados da ciência. Para tanto, adota-se pesquisa bibliográfica e análise de conteúdo, com vieses quantitativo e qualitativo. A primeira é empregana na revisão bibliográfica sobre representações sociais. Teoria Unificada na Notícia, jornalismo científico e a construção histórica dos distúrbios e de suas imagens. Já a segunda tem a finalidade de identificar as matérias que temos e compreender elementos constitutivos e versões da realidade que atuam em sua produção / Abstract: Presuming that the newspaper is a heterogeneous media and a constant space of tension between voices and views used in the construction of news story - a cultural product, which should be intelligible to the public - this research aims to infer why the news are as they are. For this, it used as case study 366 texts about mental and behavior disorders and the characters trasmitted by Folha de S. Paulo in 2009. The proposal is to evaluate throughout an issue classified in intersection of Communication and Health, whose origin is scientific, bus implies in the social life of their carriers, the newspaper and the news as incorporators and disseminators, concomitantly, from social representations and scientific statements. To this end, it is adopted literature review and content analysis with quantitative and qualitative biase. The first method is employed in the literature review about social representations. No meio jornalístico, defende-se comumente que o verbo "dizer" utilizado na classificação de falas de entrevistados na notícia é, em grande medida, neutro, ou seja, não sinaliza - ou sinaliza muito pouco - uma interpretação dessas falas ao classificá-las. A discussão empreendida por este trabalho parte da consideração do verbo "dizer" como constituinte do procedimento de integração do discurso citado no discurso citante. Questionase, pois, a neutralidade do verbo "dizer", mais pela abordagem lingüística da relação entre discurso citado/discurso citante do que pela discussão, já bastante conhecida, da neutralidade da prática jornalística. Para este estudo, foi utilizada a teoria dos atos de fala, de Austin, que defende que o sentido não está apenas nas palavras (no verbo, no caso), mas também nas circunstâncias que envolvem o seu uso. No que se refere às circunstâncias propriamente lingüísticas de integração desse verbo no processo de citação, foram utilizadas as noções de dialogia, de discurso de outrem e de gêneros do discurso (Bakhtin); de heterogeneidade(s) enunciativa(s) (Authier-Revuz) e de comentário (Foucault), por meio das quais procurou-se entender a complexidade enunciativa das formas de citação, que inclui as relações entre: discurso citado/discurso citante; fala do jornalista/fala da fonte (um entrevistado ou uma fonte de natureza institucional) citadas em discurso direto ou indireto, resultando num compósito de vozes; formas de citação/gênero "notícia"; formas clássicas de citação/comentário (este último aparecendo também como forma de citação, já que é um modo de redizer o discurso de outrem, que, além de o reformular, busca legitimar uma interpretação para ele)... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This work studies the verb "to say" as a specifier of speaking acts in the news of a newspaper. In the journalistic means, it is commonly defended that the verb "to say" used to classifify the lines of interviewed people in the news is, "in a great measure", "neutral", or in other words, it doesnþt signal - or it signals very little - an interpretation of these lines when classifying them. The discussion undertaken by this work starts from the consideration of the verb "to say" as constituent of the integragion procedure of the speech cited in the citing speech. Therefore, it is questioned the "neutrality" of the verb "to say", more from the linguistic approach of the relation between cited/citing speech than from the discussion of the "neutrality" of the journalistic practice, already sufficiently known. For this study, the theory of the acts of speeches, of Austin, has been used and it defends that the meaning is not only in the words (in the verbal form, in this case), but also in the circumstances that involve its use. As for the properly linguistic circumstances of integration of this verb in the citation process, the cognition of "dialogia", of other people speech and of sorts of the speech (Bakhtin); of enunciative heterogeneity(ies) (Authier-Revuz) and of commentary (Foucault) had been used, through which they tried to understand the enunciative complexity of the citation forms, that includes the relations between: cited/citing speech; the jornalist line/the source line (one interviewed or one source of institucional nature) cited in direct or indirect speech, resulting in a "compósitorio" of voices; citation/sort of news forms; classic forms of citation/comentary (this last one also appearing as citation form, since it is a way of retelling the speech of someone else, that searches to legitimize an interpretation for it beyond reformulating it)...
