Vartotojo požiūriu, kontaktinis personalas yra integruojanti suteiktos paslaugos dalis, todėl sąveikos su teikėjais pobūdis veikia vartotojo sprendimus apie paslaugą ir jos kokybę. Ši sąveika priklauso ne tik nuo teikėjo veiklos ypatumų, bet ir nuo individualių vartotojo bei teikėjo lūkesčių. Lūkesčiai tampa išankstine sąlyga, formuojančia vartotojo ir teikėjo požiūrius į paslaugų kokybę. Jų nusiteikimo ir vilties gauti bei teikti paslaugas atitikimas skatina kryptingą sąveiką. Ir atvirkščiai, dėl skirtingų lūkesčių atsirandantys skirtingi vartotojo ir teikėjo požiūriai į paslaugų kokybės ypatumus gali tapti problema ir nepasitenkinimo paslaugų kokybe priežastimi. Šiame darbe pagrindinis dėmesys buvo sutelktas į vartotojo ir teikėjo požiūrių į paslaugų kokybę palyginimą jų lūkesčių atitikimo kontekste. Tiriamoje darbo dalyje vartotojai ir teikėjai pagal vienodus kriterijus vertino Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės biudžetinės įstaigos Socialinės paramos centro pagalbos į namus paslaugų kokybę. Kokybės vertinimo pagrindu buvo pasirinktos Ch. Grönroos pateiktos vartotojų požiūriui svarbios teikėjo veiklos charakteristikos, integruojančios techninę ir funkcinę paslaugos kokybę. Therefore, the quality of his/her interaction with the user inevitably affects the user’s judgement about the services and their quality. This interaction depends not only on the characteristics of the provider’s activities but also on individual expectations of both the provider and user of social services. Consequently, expectations become a necessary prerequisite for shaping the user’s and provider’s views on the quality of service. A good balance between the user’s and provider’s expectations makes for effective interaction. On the contrary, a lack of such balance may cause problems and dissatisfaction. The main focus of this graduation paper was on the comparison of service users’ and providers’ views on the quality of service within the context of their expectations. Sumažėjus turistų srautui, sodybų savininkai iš kailio neriasi, kad pritrauktų daugiau turistų. Labai svarbu tai, kad konkuruojama ne tik vietinėje rinkoje, siekiant didinti savo pajamas, bet ir bandant pritraukti užsienio turistus. Kaimo turizmo verslo subjektai turi gerinti teikiamų paslaugų kokybę bei įvairovę. / Rural tourism is a new presently developing business branch and it becomes particularly popular in Lithuania. Incomes from this activity help many business people to survive. Rural tourism is a quite viable market currently where demand exceeds the supply. The subject of work is services quality of rural tourism in Lithuania. Analysis of scientific literature and legal documents related to tourism was performed in this work. Research was accomplished and services quality of rural tourism was explored while doing this work. Model of services quality improvement was established after analyzing results of accomplished research.

The influence of rehabilitation for patients after stroke helps to recover loss of functional disorder and the activities of daily living. There are created many physiotherapy techniques, which are used for the patients after stroke for the maximum recovery of the functions. Mostly clinical researches analyze the improvement of functional system. Though there are not many researches which analysis the influence of physiotherapy for the quality of life and they are not comprehensive. The attitude of students towards the quality of studies at Šiauliai university is analysed in the Master’s degree work. The quality of studies is becoming a more important aspect of higher education every day, so all institutions of higher education are putting more and more efforts when seeking for reasons of failures and trying to find new and reliable methods for its improvement. Students – very important part of every educational institution, so their opinion concerning things that should be changed, developed and stimulated is very important. Analysis of the research data of implemented questionnaire revealed the attitude of the biggest integral part of every university – the students – about the quality of studies at Šiauliai university, the quality of their chosen study programmes, factors, motivating them to study and deepen the acquired knowledge, the material basis of the university, relationships of students with lecturers, the competition among students and its impact on studies, future plans, connected with matching the chosen study programme with a future job. Since psychological adaptation to knowledge that child suffers autism is multi-element process, its different features were estimated. Among them: reaction of mothers to a knowledge, relations within family, mothers concern about the future of her child, excessive expression of care of the child, need for help. Also the quality of life of mothers raising child with the autism was examined. During the investigation, a questionnaire prepared by L.Čečkauskienės and G.Gintilienės (1996) “Questionnaire on the impact of diagnosed permanent child disease to parents” was used. It was disseminated among mothers growing. Also questionnaire created by M.B. Frish (1994) “Questionnaire on quality of life”, which was disseminated among mothers growing children suffering from autism and mothers growing healthy children, was used. It was proved, that mothers after the knowledge about autism diagnosis to their child, feel very embarrassed, deny such diagnosis, they are worrying about the future of their child. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas buvo išanalizuoti Vilkaviškio rajono maisto tvarkymo subjektų (toliau – Įmonės) valstybinės kontrolės efektyvumą ir nustatyti jų tikrinimo dažnumą atsižvelgiant į rizikos laipsnį, maisto saugos ir kokybės sąvokas bei jas kuriančių veiksnių visumą. Supažindinti su Lietuvos Respublikos valstybinės maisto ir veterinarijos veikla, užtikrinant maisto saugą ir kokybę teisiniais reglamentais, maisto produktų saugos valdymo ir maisto technologijos ypatumais. Šiame darbe siekiama parodyti, koks svarbus maisto kontrolėje yra saugios darbo vietos sukūrimas, maisto kokybės kontrolės vykdymas, produkcijos kokybės vertinimas. Also, to introduce the peculiarities of food safety management and food technologies. The work is intended to demonstrate the importance of safe work place establishment, food quality control performance and production quality evaluation. Food safety and quality peculiarities as well as advantages are thoroughly analyzed in the work. Possibility to improve and assure the safety of produced food taking into consideration consumers’ health is also analyzed. The terms of food quality and safety, food hygiene requirements, general control approaches, standard activity programs are reviewed.

Darbo „Studijų kokybės vertinimas nuotolinio mokymosi sistemose“ tikslas – sukurti įrankį, kurio pagalba būtų galima nustatyti studijų kokybę nuotolinio mokymosi sistemoje. Pagrindiniai šio darbo uždaviniai yra orientuoti į darbo tikslą. Šiame darbe aprašytas, realizuotas ir į Moodle NMA įdiegtas Statistikos modulis, kurio pagalba galima nustatyti, ar yra ryšys tarp studento pažymio ir apsilankymų skaičiaus kurso medžiagoje. Pritaikytas statistinis metodas - koreliacijos koeficiento skaičiavimo metodas. Darbas inovatyvus tuo, kad tokio pobūdžio modulis sudaro sąlygas įvertinti besimokančiųjų nuotolinių studijų kokybę. / The main purpose of master work is to create the tool for quality evaluation in distance education systems. The Statistics module is described, created and realized in Moodle distance education system, because Moodle is open source software and is free to making it versatile for growing users’ needs. Statistics module helps to relate student‘s mark and his/her number of visits in course material. In this module was fitted method of correlation coefficient calculation. Such module allows evaluating the study quality of students’ in distance education.

Objectives: 1. To conduct a survey on the opinion of service quality of the medical personnel at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Kaunas University Hospital. 2. To determine the principal measures enabling to ensure the quality of services at the ICU. 3. To determine the prevailing problems influencing the quality of services rendered at the ICU. 4. To identify factors affecting the quality of services at the ICU. Methods. The survey was conducted in the Departments of Cardiosurgery, Cardiology, Neurosurgery and Central ICU at Kaunas University Hospital. The number of the respondents chosen was 170, of them, 64 were medical doctors and 106 nurses. The survey was carried out from 15 November 2004 to 14 December 2004. Of the 170 questionnaires handed out only 153 (90%) were returned back. Of these, 139 (91%) questionnaires were filled in correctly, 47 (33,8% were completed by the doctors and 92 (66,2%) were completed by the nurses.
