Darbo tikslas: Išanalizuoti „Žalgirio“ krepšinio klubo komunikacinės politikos, vykdant socialinius projektus, veiksmingumą, skatinantį Kauno regiono moksleivių fizinį aktyvumą. Darbo objektas: Socialinių projektų veiksmingumas Kauno regiono mokyklose. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti komunikacijų reikšmę organizacijos įvaizdžio formavimui. 2. Pristatyti projektų tikslus, valdymo proceso turinį ir rezultatų vertinimą organizacijos komunikacinėje politikoje. 3. Ištirti „Žalgirio“ krepšinio klubo vykdomus socialinius projektus, skatinančius Kauno regiono moksleivių fizinį aktyvumą. Rezultatai ir išvados: 1. Svarbi komunikacinės politikos priemonė, sudaranti prielaidą keistis informacija su visuomene, taip formuojant organizacijos įvaizdį – tai organizacijos vykdomi socialiniai projektai. 2. Projektai yra organizacijos strateginis instrumentas įgyvendinant organizacijos komunikacinės politikos tikslus. Sėkmingai įgyvendinti projektai turi įtakos organizacijos reputacijai, įvaizdžiui, veiklos efektyvumui ir grįžtamąjam ryšiui. 3. „Žalgirio“ krepšinio klubo įvaizdis moksleivių tarpe yra teigiamas. Pabrėžiamas klubo įvaizdžio formavimo komunikacinių priemonių išskirtinumas, lyginant su kitais krepšinio klubais. Mokyklose vykdomi socialiniai projektai skatina ir moksleivius, ir aplinkinius tapti fiziškai aktyvesniais. Projektai skatina ugdyti tam tikras vertybes. In communication, a language user is naturally disposed to proceed from what is known to, or shared by, both the speaker/writer and hearer/reader and end with the information that is the most important. Such a disposition complies with the requirements of Functional Sentence Perspective (FSP), but it also makes a language user “transform” the basic word order. The present work took a functional approach to language study to explore the syntactic potential of English to produce various sentence patterns by carrying out a communicative (functional) analysis of Carson McCullers’ short stories. The analysis showed that one of the main causes of noncanonical ordering of sentence elements is thematization by means of Preposing. The preposed elements were semantically diverse, though the frequency of occurrence of different process type sentences varied. The results of the analysis led to the conclusion that syntactic movement is determined by the semantic, syntactic and contextual restrictions. Syntactically, the peripheral elements of the sentence exhibited a higher flexibility than the core sentence elements. Semantic and syntactic unity of the sentence elements were interfered when the preposed sentence elements expressed information recoverable from a very short retrievability span, which revealed the significant role of the context in syntactical movements. Kalbos vartotojas yra natūraliai linkęs sakinį pradėti nuo to, kas žinoma jam kaip kalbėtojui ar rašytojui ir jo klausytojui ar skaitytojui ir baigti sakinį informacija, kuri yra svarbiausia. Tokia nuostata verčia kalbos vartotoją transformuoti vadinamą gramatinį sakinio modelį Veiksnys+Tarinys+Papildinys. Kitaip tariant, komunikacijos procese sintaksinio lygmens uždavinys yra „rasti“ tinkamą sakinio modelį ir jį aktualizuoti. Šiame darbe yra tiriamos anglų kalbos sintaksinės galios sudaryti įvairias sintaksines struktūras, kurios geriausiai gali atspindėti sakinio turinį ir komunikacinį tikslą. Tiriamajai medžiagai pasirinkti amerikiečių rašytojos Carson McCaullers apsakymai. Tyrimas parodė, kad tiriamų sakinių žodžių tvarką dažniausiai lėmė teminami semantiniai elementai, iškeliant juos į sakinio pradžią, arba kitaip tariant, atliekant temos preposiciją (angl. Preposing). Į sakinio pradžią keliami elementai yra semantiškai skirtingi, priklausomai nuo proceso tipo. Žodžių tvarkos įvairavimą lemia semantiniai, sintaksiniai ir konteksto apribojimai. Dažniausiai į sakinio pradžią keliami pagrindiniai ir periferiniai elementai reiškė žinomą informaciją. The scientific problem of the dissertation: what attitudes on characteristics of linguistic communication competence dominate among physical education teachers considering their attitudes both on linguistic communication competence, and on communication in social situations? The research object – attitudes on linguistic communication competence and communication in social situations. The scientific solution of the research object that corresponds the research subject is oriented to the detection of verbal communication competence in native (Lithuanian) speech of physical education teachers as well as to the evaluation of their attitude on communication in social situations. The aim of the research was to disclose physical education teachers‘ attitudes on pedagogical communication as the determinants of pupils‘ approach to physical self-education. Vaiko teisė į visapusišką asmenybės ugdymą, užtikrinant geros kokybės švietimą, skatina pedagogus racionaliai priimti švietimo erdvėje vykstančius pokyčius, analizuoti edukacinį procesą ir jo dalyvius, atlikti tyrimus ir ieškoti tinkamiausių metodų ir būdų šiai teisei įgyvendinti. Tyrimo objektu pasirinkta aštuntos klasės mokinių anglų kalbos komunikacinės kompetencijos ir tarpusavio santykių sąveika. Ši problema sprendžiama gilinantis į komunikacinės kompetencijos ugdymo galimybes plėtojant paauglių tarpusavio santykius. Išsiaiškinta, kad interaktyvių mokymo(si) metodų galimybių išnaudojimas gali pagerinti aštuntokų tarpusavio santykius ir komunikavimo anglų kalba įgūdžius. Tačiau, anglų kalbos mokytojų asmeninės savybės turi reikšmingą poveikį tik anglų kalbos komunikacinės kompetencijos ugdymui. / Child's right to the full personal development, ensuring good quality education, encourages teachers to adopt the rational space of the developments in education, to analyze the educational process and its participants to perform research and find the best methods and ways to implement this right. The interaction between the eighth grade students' relationship and their English language communication competence are selected as the object of study. This problem has been solved going deeper to the communication competence education opportunities while developing the relationships between adolescents. There was found out that the potential of interactive training methods can improve the relations between students and their English language communication skills. However, English language teachers' personal characteristics have a significant impact only on English language communicative competence education.
