The thesis deals with the design and practical realization of class D audio power amplifier with microprocessor controlling. The first part describes the integrated circuits used in a preamplifier and his complete design with a description of the control program for ATmega128 microcontroller. The following part describes an integrated power amplifier TAS5613 and his circuits. The next section describes a switching power supply design using integrated circuit TOP261EN. The last section describes measurements of parameters of individual parts of the amplifier.

Laboratory push – pull switching power supply with symetrical output 2x0-30 V/5 A, primarily through adjustable controls (buttons, rotary encoder position) and then displayed on the alphanumeric LCD display. Management and communication device between the user and the power supply of the microcontroller ATmega32 - 16PU.

The master thesis describes communication of PLC and touchscreen with purpose of high voltage control. The general information and framework are included. The thesis describes part of IVEP corporation development. Due to the beginning of a long-term development it is premature to come into conclusions within this master thesis. The first chapter deals with PLC and other components. The second chapter consists of matters about high voltage devices. The following chapter describes the programme part. The fourth and concluding chapter deals with the realization of the communication itself. A brief evaluation with prospects for the future is included in the conclusion.

Thesis deals with Datalogger with Ethernet interface controlled by DISCOVERY Kit STM32F429. Datalogger is equipped with eight digital inputs and three analogue inputs. The measured data are saved on the SD card. The Ethernet interface module is designed using LAN8720A from Microchip.

The aim of this work is to design and construct a printed circuit board with touchscreen connection that will serve as a universal platform for controlling a variety of devices including industrial devices. The functionality of the board is demonstrated on control of gas boiler application. The first part attends to currently used and available graphic displays, touchscreens, communication interfaces and microcontrollers that allow control of a graphic display. The main focus is put on LCD TFT displays, resistive touch panels and microcontrollers with LCD TFT controller. The second part describes the selection of system components, design of printed circuit board and implementation of thermostat. The end of the work evaluates the produced device and discusses possible future extensions.

China has become both South Korea’s largest trading partner and one of the largest destinations for foreign direct investment (FDI). The display industry, which is one of the major export industries for Korea and extremely important for the Korean economy, has a particularly high level of dependence on China – the industry’s largest market. The Korean LCD panel industry has grown into a global leader and major industry of the Korean economy over the past ten years through its preemptive, aggressive investment and its development of innovative products. This was helped by the diverse strategies for aggressive investment in China that were implemented since the early 2000s as the companies faced unlimited competition in the global era. However, the rise of the Chinese LCD industry, which was spurred by the rapid growth of the domestic market and government support policies in the mid-2000s, has impacted the investment strategies of the Korean LCD panel industry in China. This research focuses on an analysis of the investment strategies of Korean TFT-LCD panel industry businesses’ investments in China in terms of their corporate and business strategies. It also assesses the status of the LCD industry and market, reviews the Korean LCD panel industry’s development, and analyzes its competitive strategy using Porter’s five forces model, industry life cycle, and the value chain. Based on the findings and the forecast for the Korean LCD panel industry, it then concludes by providing suggestions for the major industry players and the Korean government.

Since the global positioning system (GPS) is very accurate positioning system, a personal navigation system based on GPS is very effective. From the user point of view, the function of this system is to provide real-time positioning and timing data to the user. The system consists of 6-channel GPS oncore receiver, a system controller & processor (SC&P) card, a programmable liquid crystal display (LCD) and a keyboard. The 6-channel GPS OEM card receives GPS signal from six different satellites at a time. After processing the received GPS signal, it gives the result & status message to its output port in a typical data format. The system controller & processor card receives this message from the GPS OEM card and extracts the useful positioning & timing information in binary form. After that it processes the data and displays it on the LCD display. The keyboard has used to select the desired positioning & timing information on the display.

液晶面板是跨世紀的新發明，這個產業更是百年產業，隨著技術的演進與產業的更替，這個產業最重要且關鍵殺手級的應用－平面電視機，終於在近些年逐漸引爆且蓬勃發展。本研究應用經濟學寡佔模型中的部分理論，分別就大尺寸電視液晶面板產業的競爭與合作關係依價格與產能兩大關鍵因素進行探討，並運用相關賽局理論探討各競爭廠商的策略思維，以期能對未來產業的競爭或相關類似產業架構的產業提供些許建議。 / The industry of TFT-LCD draws much attention for decades because of the world class business opportunities. The most important killer application, FPD（Flat-Panel Display）,starts booming these recent years. This study tries to apply some economy theories such as Oligopoly, Cournot Model and Bertrand Model to analyze the competition between prices and quantities. And we also analyzed the interaction of competition from the view of Game Theory and so on.

TFT LCD產業已成為台灣繼半導體產業後第二個非常重要的科技產業，從世代廠的競賽到各種新技術的突破，台灣的面板廠不斷成為國際間科技新聞的焦點。在激烈的競爭環境下，各面板廠無不努力進行垂直整合以提升其競爭優勢，故龐大的供應鏈群落在台灣的西半部形成。除了大尺寸的面板競爭激烈外，小尺寸面板需求也由於一線手機大廠逐漸釋放OEM與ODM訂單而快速的提昇，其競爭也逐漸白熱化。 惟手機市場變動非常劇烈，長期佔據世界第二的Motorola市場佔有率由2006年的21%急降到13.9%，Samsung取而代之，Nokia則持續的拉大與第二名的距離。而大陸白牌手機市場在2007年急劇成長，但在2008年Q2以後，因官方的政策打壓造成市場快速的萎縮，形成許多供應商產能嚴重閒置與高額物料庫存。 企業如何在此劇烈變動的產業環境下維持其競爭優勢？企業的垂直整合程度高低與動態能力的關連性為何？為本研究所探討與解析的議題。本研究希望藉由五力分析架構來瞭解台灣小尺寸面板產業的現況，並藉由動態能力的各項指標來檢視台灣垂直整合強弱不同的企業，觀察其動態能力與垂直整合程度的關連性，並供業界策略運用上的參考。

Les règles d'origine sont employées pour définir l'endroit où un produit était manufacturé. Pour comprendre l'évolution du commerce, particulièrement lorsqu'il s'agit des accords unilatéraux et bilatéraux, la connaissance des règles d'origine préférentielles et le cumul est nécessaire. Les règles d'origine préférentielles jouent un rôle légitime dans la prévention des déviations commerciales. L'UE a le plus grand nombre d'accords commerciaux préférentiels avec un niveau élevé d'harmonisation des lois d'origine, par exemple l'accord économique d'association (EPA) pour 78 pays ACP et le système du cumul pour l'Euromed. Comme nous savons, la subvention pour le produit d'agriculture tel que le sucre de l'UE et le coton des Etats-Unis sont la raison principale qui cause la pauvreté des PMA. Ainsi, les objets principaux de cette dissertation est veulent trouver : Est-ce que l'UE emploie vraiment sincèrement les règles d'origine préférentielles pour aider les PMA ou veut juste garder leurs avantages coloniaux historiques? Pourquoi les pays membre de l'UE contre la nouvelle politique de la commission à la CJUE après les plaignantes a pris la consultation à l'OMC par le même produit ? Comment les règles d'origine préférentielles de l'UE garde-t-elle l'harmonie avec leurs pays membres et les Etats membres de l'OMC? Pourrions-nous trouver une solution de s'améliorer ou remplacer les règles d'origine préférentielles de l'UE pour empêcher un autre cas se produire dans l'OMC et le CJCE pour le même produit? Nous trouverons la réponse à la conclusion. / Rules of origin are used to define the place where a product was manufactured. To understand the evolution of trade, especially in the cases of unilateral and bilateral trade agreements, the knowledge of the preferential rules of origin and cumulation is necessary.The preferential rules of origin play a legitimate part in the prevention of the commercial deviations. The EU has the largest number of preferential trade agreements with a high degree of harmonization of origin laws, for example the Economic Partnership Agreement （EPA） for 78 ACP countries and the system of cumulation for EURO-MED.As we know, the subsidiary for agriculture product such as sugar and cotton of EU and USA are the main reason which causes the poverty of LCDs. So, the mains purpose of this dissertation is want to find: Does EU really sincerely uses the preferential rules of origin （PROO） to help the LCDs or just want to keep their historical colonial benefits? Why the EU member against the EU commission's newly policy after the WTO member by the same product? How the EU PROO does keep harmony with their member countries and the WTO's member countries? Could we find a way to improve or replace the PROO of EU for the same product to prevent another case happen both in WTO and CJCE? We have found the answer at the Conclusion.
